Went to this Sandoz for the first time with my parents on a special occasion solely that I had heard that the food is good and it was! Little confused as there were 2 boards but I guess entry is only from the left one, the atmosphere from inside is okay. Nothing mind blowing, the music was a little too loud but thats still fine. What was not fine was the space inside, the whole place was so tight and the tables were too small. It was hard to accommodate even 3 plates properly on a table for 4. Service was also just Okay, nothing wrong but slow and sluggish. The only thing that was really nice was the food and hence it deserves the overall 4 stars ⭐️

Food was just ok. There was hair in my food and overall hygiene level is definitely something to be improved. The Bhatti chicken wasn't cooked thoroughly. The manager was very pushy to get tips for the service.

The chilli potato from here are to die for. There was dome like mocktail which is their special and it was fab too. Its a nice place if you want to take your family out for a dinner or lunch. The portion size was good too. Things that might not taste very nice are virgin mojito and spring rolls so might like to avoid them.

Went to this place for a Lunch on weekend. Being such a big and reputable chain I certainly had a lot of expectations in terms of service and experience but as they say Expectations hurt ! The place has a terrible Service arrangement, i felt the waiters are not aware of 'H' of Hospitality. Delayed service, unanswered calls, lag in response, unattentive and the list can just go on. Food was decent enough due to which i am still rating it 2. From my side it's a complete NO to visit this place and spoil your day cursing the place & people !

The best thing here is definitely the butter chicken.Biryani was bland, prices are moderately expensive.Service for some reason was slow , I literally had to chase for my order. Overall it’s an average experience.

Been here for dinner on 11-04-2023. Nice ambience. Courteous staff. Located just in front of Shivaji Stadium bus stand. That was an awesome MUTTON BIRYANI and specifically to mention is the BHATTI CHICKEN. Timely service.

Visited there again with friends and it was like the place got even better. The quality of food served was also very delightful. One of the best places I have visited for lunch. And I always appreciate others to reach there. MY friends and I are fond of biryani, so I ordered Chicken Biryani, Butter Chicken, Fried Rice and some beverage stuff for our other friends. Biryani tastes at its best. And we were like wow! this is food. Recently, I visited various restaurants in CP and it is on the top of the list.

It was good. Food was very tasty, especially Bhatti chicken. Inside the restaurant space is little tight. Nice atmosphere. Seats were not that cozy. Takes time to deliver your food on the table. Overall good experience.

Located near Janpath, this place is very space restricted. The atmosphere and lighting of the place is very dull.Tables are placed very closely. We tried their veg food which was okish, their speciality Paneer Butter masala was nothing extraordinary. Starter Veg Crispy was also just ok. The good thing is that they do not charge mandatory service charge, which is fine considering the overall experience !

Absolutely delightful butter chicken. Probably the best I ever had. Dal Makhni was equally tasty here. Service is fast and quick. Make sure you go there when it's less crowded.

The location is premium but service is substandard. Music was so loud that we could not hear each other. Staff was rude and did not turned down the volume even after 3-4 requests were made. Same thing happened with other customers too. We literally said, "bhai khana khane aaye hain, gana sunne nahi" (Bro, we came to eat not to hear song). The waiter's response was cold to the request. As far as food is concerned, we got glitters in the name of gold. The night was spoiled. After all of this the waiter literally asked to add "tip" in the bill. Don't think if I am going again.

The food was up to standard no doubt. The service was okay. Nothing impressive as they weren't even smiling. A smile goes a long way however not even one staff member was smiling throughout our dining experience. Except for the smile and the rapport, they were all kind and polite which was appreciative. Also we asked for soup and the staff member mentioned they don't have any soup available however later in about a few minutes he took orders for soup from the opposite table and served them the same. We felt a bit confused over there. The atmosphere was warm and nice. A great place to hang out with friends or family or as a couple. They had a small fireplace to get warm while we were waiting. It was so thoughtful. Thanks for the service.

There are better things to waste time and money in life than visiting this restaurant. Folks here need training on : food cooking, serving, how to give cutlery and communication. So basically everything that’s required for a restaurant to function. The food was very average. Serving staff needs lots and lots of training. * For 4 people on table they give only 3 sets of cutlery, you ask 5 times for extra cutlery they will keep looking at each other and don’t know what to do! *The staff here decides when you eat food- not you ‘the paying customer’. If they want to bring main course along with starters, then it not their fault… it’s yours.. because you chose to come to this restaurant. The only good part of my visit was the parking. The guys outside the restaurant managing parking are nice and really help you. So if you are going in that area… just park your car at this restaurant and then go somewhere else.

This place on the outskirts of CP is one great place for family get togethers and official meetings.. The food has good quality and quantity and taste is above average.. Service is appreciable and seating arrangement is also better than a lot of restaurants... They also have parking available.. My overall experience is good and I rate this restaurant 8/10.. Must try: Tawa Chaap.

Given 3 star not because food wasn't good, but employees over there in immense need of etiquette. A bit cramped up seating placement. For big family need to compromise on space. Enjoyed their good quality food. Overall experience was satisfactory but in my advise need serious attitude change in employees.

Took too much time, decided on their own that they wouldn't serve main course till starters were served, which wasn't even properly cooked. Wouldn't ever recommend anyone with Diabetes because in between all the time shift their dozen servers might not even have noticed a person fainting amidst their work, and might apologize with hands open for a good tip. Only good thing was probably the Kofta curry in Béchamel Sauce.

It is a 4 star restaurant. Have 3 star because the server is pushy to take a drink which is not our option moreover they just bring a water bottle to add into the bill. Pure corporate move. Off course they give wet napkin to clean at the last. This kind of behavior in restaurant has to be taken action by the owner. Unless he have instructed them to behave like that. Very rude experience not happy. But food was good. Restaurant is not only about food all about food experience.

We visited this Sandoz location on a Saturday evening. We were seated promptly. We ordered Kadhai Chicken, roomali rotis and butter naans. The chicken was quite delicious and the portion was good enough for 2 people. The rotis and naans were the usual. The service was prompt, and they kept checking on us about the food. At the end of the meal, while providing us the bill, the waiter for some reason kept insisting us to add the tip. It just felt quite awkward, and kind of ruined the experience of the meal despite the food tasting pretty good. Better customer service skills would go a long way at this Sandoz location. The seating is spread out across two levels—ground floor and the first floor. The walls have these huge portraits of royal people from the past, which provides a heritage vibe to this place. There is a restroom on the ground floor, which wasn’t exactly very clean. Their menu is quite extensive and most dishes looked pretty appetising. They’ve soups ranging from the simple tomato soup to vegetarian and non-vegetarian manchow soup, North Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters including rolls, North Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian main courses, Biryanis and Indo-Chinese dishes. The mocktails and beverages complement the food menu pretty well. This Sandoz location is in front of Lady Hardinge Medical College, which can give you an idea of its whereabouts. The prices are quite reasonable. I might visit this location again, though I’m not very keen considering the deficient customer service.

Im not gonna go into details about the food as it was really good without any complaints , but some improvements are needed in the service aspects, Firstly we waited for 10 minutes outside just to find out later that there were seats available upstairs (donno whether it was a genuine wait time or a strategy to make it look busy). Secondly, pilot was focused only on taking our orders but we didnt get proper guidance about the quantity a family would require, as half butter chicken gravy would sufffice a family of 5(which we found out the hard way after ordering.) Overall good ambience, mixedveg gravy & butter chicken tasted good, veg fried rice was okok . Improvements to the service aspect would be much appreciated.

Ridiculous irresponsible behaviour didn’t expected this from such a good restaurant. In the pic I’ve posted it has a piece of chicken which i found in my kadhai paneer order from swiggy. And I’m a vegetarian I will make a complaint on FSSAI for this.

Never went to sandoz earlier thinking its an average chain.. went here today with an office colleague who had visited them earlier. We ordered mutton rogan josh and bhatti murg. It was delicious and lip smacking. Though a complaint across restaurant is the mutton quantity. Still liked the flavours. Definately recommended.

The place is just fantastic for having north-Indian food along with your family. It is very well priced for its offerings and the food is just amazing. If you do visit then definitely do try out the Shahi Paneer or the Special butter chicken(Both are the same gravy). The ambiance is also very much like fine-dining and a place that you definitely must visit once if you enjoy north Indian food.

So yesterday I visited this place with my friends for lunch . We tried their Chinese , chilly garlic noodles and chilly potato . After that we had their main course Their dal makhni and kadhai paneer is a must try . Totally loved it . Also they have a wide range of mocktails as well . Do must try .

I liked the food although the serving size is little less. Seating arrangement is good. Be mindful of the parking, there isn't enough space for parking.

It’s a good dining place to go for a lunch with your family🙂 However don’t respect that each food in the menu will be as per expectations we tried Fish tikka and it turned out to be a very bad and a smelly however we tried the chicken items in main course and it was delicious. The nun and roti or also fresh and fluffy👉🏼 Overall good experience but be mindful when you’re ordering the starters. .. Travel trip it is just adjacent to the Shivaji Stafium metro station. At a walking distance.

Sandoz offers great North Indian food. We tried butter chicken, chicken curry, kadhai paneer, dal makhni and everything was delicious. In addition to this they also provide mocktail drinks like Aam panna, Shikanji which were also nice.
