I would not recommend this hotel. I recently visited it. If you are trying to stay here for a tourist visit to delhi please dont chose this rooms. We vot this room booked while we were on a corporate visit. They have a restaurant inside called retreat, for which they impose strict guidelines like dress codes and others. When u want to knw abt the menu, the menu is limited with 10 to 15 items i would say overall of 20 to 25 items on the menu. No juices. We booked a room for 2.5k per day the room size are lill small but managable. As it is located in a military governed area, get in and out via cabs will become lill hectic as u want to show ur ids and put entry which might take 10 to 15 mins everytime. According to my experience if ur for a tourist visit dont ever take this

Stayed in USI residency for 30 days. Very poor state of affairs and management. Food served in restaurant is exorbitant. Items served in buffet is limited and quality is also not good as compared to buffet charges. Room sizes are very small as compared to charges.. washrooms are also very small. House keeping and laundary service is very pathetic. Hygiene/Sanitation and cleanliness is horrible. Staff at reception asks to deposit room keys for cleaning rooms but no one from administration/management is monitoring theim while cleaning of room is being done. One such incident happened with me..Sharing photo of towel dipped in comode by room service staff.. photo was clicked by me when I entered my room bit early as usual while it was being cleaned. When I reported matter to administration no action was taken by them rather they gave lame excuse that towel must have slipped of from wash basin. AC in the room are vintage... rather then cooling room they disturb your sleep. My suggestion is never go for USI residency rather look for a good hotel.. lemon tree and other chains of hotels provide far better rooms and foods then USI RESIDENCY. It's my compulsion to give ⭐ one star as i can't post my review without star.

Good but suitable to Defence personnel as located inside an Army Cantt at Shankar Vihar, Delhi..Infact it is a part of Army's United Service Inst but the residential accn and the Restaurant given on contract to a comml agency. Rooms are small but Ik for a transiting accommodation near the airport, though nearby 100 odd hotels at Mahipalpur are cheaper and better Staff, incl the lady Reservation Manager are very courteous esp the front desk man, Sh Amar Singh. You have to take a memb to stay in this hotel.Defence members get 15% discount. The Restaurant is a pure cheat and the price of food is at par with the 5*.A small chapati would cost you Rs 50 and on the top of it you have to pay service charges and the GSTs. The small guest house can't take the title of a Resort as probably the owners are unaware of definition of a resort, as specified by the Tourism.AResort should have at least 30 rooms,2 acres land, investment of 10 can,a s pool and size of room etc etc Luckily the room tariff includes a buffet BFast, which is quite wholesome and substantial in capacity. Since foreigners are permitted to stary in this hotel in an Army area, may be an ideal place to take a foreigner guest there, though surprisingly the Resort does not have a bar.

This is very good resort near the airport. Staffs are very friendly and well behaved considering it can be booked only through the army personnel. The resort itself is very well maintained. Prices are decent. They provide various occupancy options. You can either booked apartment or single room. All rooms are equipped with a/c. They house in built restaurant and party hall. Food served here was good. They have ample amount of parking space. If you want you stay away from the chaos of the city and celebrate this is a very good opportunity

f u are looking for a place to stay in Delhi during ur visit this place should be the last choice in ur list. The rooms are very small. U will feel Claustrophobic in the rooms. Not properly dusted. The menu is very limited in there restaurant. The room rates are very high. Though most of the occupants are government employees on duty because of which this place is charging them the maximum authorised amount which they can claim but the services they are providing is very poor. They even charged me additional Rs1008/- per day for the stay of my wife in the same room that to without any additional facilities and the charges for her lunch and dinner was over and above this amount. U will find cockroaches in the restaurant and even in the food also. Better options are available outside at much cheaper price with better services. Just avoid this place or u will be regretting afterwards

The place gives a feeling of past cultures and military base camp. It's a kind of residency along with guest house. You need to submit an entry everytime you enter at the checkpost. They have a strict protocol when it comes to entering the premises or dining. You need a professional/ decent attire here, like, no shorts and sleeveless tees allowed kind of thing. And shoes only. I'm not sure about women, but post observation, Indian attire is fully followed. They can improve further in amenities like providing floor mats and AC with better front panels. Room conditions may vary from ok to good. You may find them old/out-dated, but after a good night's sleep you may find them ok. Rooms have study tables, lamps and mini fridge as well. The location is good as it's near to the airport.

Reception staff was very helpful and respectful. This hotel is mainly used for Indian armed services guests. For normal guests sometimes it's inconvenient to go through checkposts. Although it's a necessary check because hotel is situated in an army area.
