This is to bring notice to u all how worst are Pvt.Hospitals are working.We had a worst experience with the renowned hospital Delhi Heart and Lung Institute situated in Punchkuian Road,(nr.C.P.) Delhi. My family member is suffering from hemoptysis since few years,going through treatment with Apollo Hospital,Sarita Vihar,On May 2nd 2022,I took her to the Apollo Hospital for a routine checkup where She start bleeding frm mouth while reaching in the lobby of hospital...as bleeding was excess the wardboy rushed her to emergency where she was later admitted in the evening as per doctor she needs supervision for a day....as bleeding was excess n oxygen level was little dipped we admitted her there in the ward in mid nite she again started bleeding so she was rushed to ICU. In Apollo dr.said she need to put on oxygen for a da y or two as due to loss of 3 units of blood her infected part of lung is to be removed immediately and told 8-10 lakhs will be charged for surgery Being a middle class family its not that easy for ur to go such expensive treatment co already huge bill for 3 days icu charges charge by them,so we decided to take second opinion we went to Delhi Heart and Lung Institute where we met Dr.Shikha Bansal and Dr.Sanjeev....they told to shift the patient to their hospital they will do the embolization costing 1.5lakhs for the time being as patient is weak for surgery after month or two bring the patient back we wil do surgery to removed the infected part of lung costing of surgery they tod 3lakhs. We shifted our family member to their hospital on Wednesday nite at 10:00 pm they taken her to ICU on next day at 3:00pm Dr.Shikha called us and said she need to pit on ventilator so that we cn do bronchoscopy n see if she is fit for embolization....after thinking for long we said ok...the most worsen part of this hospital is that they dont allow attendant to c their patient (as they r criminals)doing nothing inside and worsening the condition of patient. At 6:00pm they called us give a bill 1lakh 44000...we were shocked to c such a huge bill jst in 17 hrs of admission...next day they say that patient os having clots on rite lung due to excessive bleeding which is to b removed asap...they again charge a high fees to remove that clots...third day they say dialysis is to be sone as her certainine increased....we were shocked to c our mother put in so many pipes n machines which gone to hospital on her foot now lying unconcious all thanks to above hospital jalaad doctors....yesternite we shifted her to Medanta Gurgaon,where doctors r treating her she is very critical rite now this condition becum worsen due to very high dose of medicines n antibiotics given to her vhich effect kidneys badly.Dont know wat will going to happen next....But Arvind Kejriwal ji Satendra Jain ji please check with such hospitals where they bloody open a business of looting people like us a middle class cant afford to bear such huge cost of health system n treatments. Other thing we notice that very less patients r there in hospital but in parking almost 60-80 cars or more are standing we ask the guard how is possible he said this is a paid parking of localities living nearby areas who park their cars at the 3000p.m.parking charges. For attendant who stay their for the patient has to pay 300/- per bed for a nite. Agar koi patient naa aaye toe multi tasking business khulaa hua...hai ki kaise amdani badane hai..... Request u all my friends to share this post so that culprits need to b punished Ban this hospital where they a playing with patients life vn they dont hav proper equipments,trained staff and technology. Doctors don’t come on time to hospital. Doctors visit ICU only once in a day. Nurses and ward girls Don’t do their duties on time. Patients keep crying for help in wards. They simply ignore. Relatives or attendants are not allowed to meet their patients. You will feel like your family member has been kidnapped and held hostage and you are being asked money in the form of hospital bill. Unnecessarily hyped hospital bills. They charge so exorbitant that even Medanta, Max, Fortis are more economical. Poorest of poor infrastructure. Patient beds, Ventilators, Vitals Display Units, everything is in so poor condition that you will feel cheated when you see the bills. Even the clothes for patients are worn out and their bedding and linen seems to be overused. No arrangement for attendants to stay in night except for a dirty lodge for which they charge 300 to 400 per bed. You will be kicked out of the hospital premises after 11 or 12 in night and left stranded alone on roadside. Nurses and Ward boys expect kickbacks or bribes in return for everything. If you don’t give them 500 per day they won’t take care of your patient and they won’t even allow you to video call them and see how they are doing. (Read point number 4 that you are not allowed to meet them directly) Receptionist girls are always busy on video calls with their boyfriends. They will not listen to you unless you start shouting or crying before them. Parking guard will charge you 200Rs.per night even if you park your car outside on road besides the hospital. Otherwise he threatens you that he will inform traffic police and get your vehicle toed.

The experience I had at this hospital is pathetic. Without the consent of guardian, the heart operation was about to begin. A mere coincidence of our presence there at right time left us with person alive we admitted prior to two days. A completely healthy person was left almost on fast, even adequate water is not provided to the patient. The staff members are incooperating and don't behave even with the patient.

The only hospital iv come across which focuses on healing rather than considering patients as mere businesses. We were in distress and Dr Kabir Sethi was truly Godsend. What could be better testimony than meeting patients who were in the ICU (with my admitted relative ) in the OPD for follow ups; all stable and healthy. This is indeed a safe place incase of need. Truly indebted. 🙏🏻

Anyone visiting this Hospital for Covid19 treatment or Any other treatment Please read this Carefully : If you don't get ICU bed anywhere in Delhi for Covid19 or any other ailments, it should be your Last Choice to admit your patient here, as there will be 100% bed availability here for both Corona as well as other ailments. One star is for ICU Bed availability because in these circumstances it is very important. And Second star is for Good doctors who know how to treat an ailment positively. Three stars are missing for them because of the following Very Important reasons : * They Can't justify the Bills they will produce before you for any ailment. Be it Corona or anything else. Please check carefully the bills presented before you, there will be numerous discrepancies. For example, charges for PPE kits and N95 masks will be enormous, whether your patient is in Corona ward or Non Corona ward. Charges for RTPCR tests will be 5 times the charge mandated by the Government of India. And above all the Pharmacy bill will be enormous and they won't give you a detailed break up for that too. (The guys sitting in the pharmacy themselves confirm that the hospital administration is crooked and they charge 10 to 20 times of the original bills, also they will charge you for the medicines which were not at all administered to your patient) * The infrastructural facilities are poorer than those in a govt hospital. A visit to their ICU or CCU will confirm this. You will see old type manual adjusted hospital beds, old ventilator machines, old vitals display units. As if it was not enough, the clothes given to patients are dirty, torn and overused. The bedding including the blankets are so dirty that you won't even feel like touching them. Whereas according to their charges they should have maintained utmost hygiene, their facilities are so dirty that you will feel cheated. * The staff everywhere employed in this Hospital is crooked and disrespectful. Starting from the security guards who will not allow you to enter the hospital easily, to reception girls who are always Busy video calling their boyfriends. Each and every employee of this Hospital needs to be changed. As if it was not enough the Nurses and Ward Boys/Girls are so mean that they will not take care of your patient in the ICU or CCU or any other ward. Your patient will keep crying before them to change their diapers and clean them, but they will do it only once in a day. This will give your patient good bed soles in a matter of 3 to 4 days itself. These nurses and ward boys and girls expect bribes from the attendants to take care of patients, without which they will not pay heed to any thing. * As if this all was not enough, you will not be allowed to meet your patient in ICU, MICU or Corona Ward. They will project it as if it is not safe for you or your patient to meet them because of infection. However the truth is something else. They don't want you to see the true condition of your patient at any point of time. So that you won't be able to interfere in their crooked plans. They will keep your patient in hospital for unnecessarily long period of time. They will show you false pharmacy bills. They will tell you that your patient is critical whereas he or she is absolutely normal. * They will give you a phone number for video calling your patient in ICU or MICU or Corona ward. This number is always at the mercy of crooked nurses and ward boys who will charge you bribes for connecting you to your patient. Even after you bribe them they will not allow you to see the Vital Display Units or Ventilator settings of your patient on that video calls. Even if you pray to them to show you the chart on which you can see which medicines are being administered or what tests are being conducted on your patient they won't oblige you at all and say that it is against their policy. * As if it was not enough, they won't give you your patients Test Reports. They will tell you a whole lot of absurd arguments of you ask them reports.

Pathetic hospital If a person wants to die or do not wish to live can admit the patient here. I admitted my father and no care was given, he was there for 8 days and there was no recovery at all. At the end I discharged him, he couldn’t even stand, barely breathe, there was no one to ask him to eat, drink in the ICU where the attendants are not allowed. It was like a nightmare. If you love your loved ones, consider some other hospital for the treatment, not this one 🙏

Government should ban this institute as they just do experiments on patients, they don't check the previous reports of the patient, they give wrong advise to be followed. They scare the patients by blackmailing, giving wrong injections and many other things. THEY DON'T GIVE ANY TREATMENT THEY ONLY EXPERIMENT... Security guard..should be more flexible..like if a patient has his single room then 2 person should be allowed to stay with him...but the security guard...not allowing more than one apart from meeting timings...not even to meet for 5min. Overall (this experience was rude for me). Those Dr who are in pink clothes should be more sensitive while taking blood..as the one(male) who took blood of my grandfather was harsh..even after when patient said please be little gentle it's painful.Except this everything else was nice

Only money is wasted in this hospital, good treatment is not available, My father had pneumonia, he came to see doctor k. k sethi. he admitted at the same time my father not in the world because of the negligence of this hospital.. DHLI is a great hospital when it comes to treating heart related issues. They are actually a super specialty in those terms. Doctors here are very co-operative and supportive when it comes to guiding and explaining the procedures. They are expert in their field and act with precision. They are life savers if we allow them to be. Special thanks to the chief surgeon here. The diet plan for the patients is something to be taken care of here. Rest all good.

Hi Hospital Management/Administration Team, I am reporting an illegitimate bill charged to me for my father's hospitalization. I hope this reaches the top management of the hospital and the concerned authorities issue me a refund along with an apology. I have attached the scanned copy of the detailed bill. Note - This detailed bill was handed to me only on the last day of hospitalization, that's why I did not come to know about the wrong practices of this hospital earlier. It has been almost 10 days since I wrote this email and there has been no response or action taken against the incident of fraud I reported to you. Dr. Kk Sethi is good but not worth waiting for 3 hrs at hospital even after that appointment. They dnt take patients seriously. I confirmed appointment with cardio dept as my mom was not feeling well. They confirmed the app and i immediately took my mom there but Dr. Kabir Sethi was least bothered abt appointment and left . Then I was asked to take my mom to emergency. There also nothing happened. No cardiologist was there to talk. Emergency doc was clueless and just asked us to admit my mother. And asked to have some blood test . But there machine was not working. Then I was asked to come back on Monday( 1 day after incident) that too on emergency basis and mom needed help. And we are here for last 3 hrs unattended. Staff /other doc's are just going inside doc room without any appointment or waiting .and patients are mad as we are waiting. In front of me a very old man is waiting for his turn to visit doc and i really dnt think he has that much energy to waste in waiting but staff is not bothered. Wats the point coming here if patients life is not even valued. Plz choose ur doctors wisely

1 star is because they Google rating doesn't has negative... To rate to .. Doctor dosn't come on time ., No staff communication, reception guys says something, and labs guys say something ... I came for covid test even though i was the only one for test but still no lab employee did my test even though they were free and chatting... Most ridiculous thing was that the same person went for lunch infront of me .... While i was waiting for more than 1hr just for samples.. guards are doiy better jobs athan lab assistant and so called doctors... No point of wasting money here when u r getting service same as like government hospitals.. after 4 government hospitals i came here just to get fast service just because i had exam next day.. and i needed the report for entry truly ridiculous hospital .

Worst Hospital. They are not their to treat patients instead will loot your money. Doctors will scare you telling you that they might have a deadly disease which will left you with no option but to admit the patient and after 2 days of tests, when all the reports will come normal they discharge you and charge you heaps of money. So the moral of the story is they are just their to earn money. Its not a medical hospital, its a business company. And billing section is the worst.

Would have given a negative rating if Google would have allowed me to. I am currently lined up for OPD.. there is a list outside the door of patients however no one is there to callout names or anything. No one even ensured that the patient sitting outside the waiting area, maybe not in a condition to read, is informed that their number is up next. Upon asking the reception, their response was "that's the way it is." I have seen a better management system in government hospitals. God forbid if you are ever admitted here.. their sole focus is not to let the attendants meet the patients. Pathetic management system

Pathetic place & rude staff. I booked my Covid vaccination booster jab here. Inspite of pre-booking & appointment I have to wait for 1 hour just because the lady who needs to give JAB wasn’t available. When I questioned hospital authorities that why you guys are taking booking for lunch hours, they rudely asked me to wait.

Sir this hospital is on ECHS pannel .My mother was admitted in this hospital for few days.They sent lab reports to other hospital.Almost 20 days past still reports did get still even I I approach to DMof this hospital.No treatment was given to my mother for particular diseases .lastly I got discharge from this hospital without giving any single day medicine for home. Now my mother felling better at home after one week of discharge. Before Discharge they told me that any thing can be happened.

My father was admitted and he had bedsores and a small skin infection, which doctors mistakenly thought of as bedsore only. They were also putting wrong medication cream on bedsores, and didnt have any idea about the right topical medication. Hospital is understaffed and no care is there in the wards, I always had to ask the nurse to do everything, they dont take their job seriously. Dont go to the hospital, if you care about your loved ones.

Before going to Delhi I heard some bitter things related to Delhi from Social Media due to which I was a little bit worried as I was going with my family. But after landing there till my return I got more than I expected in terms of service, behaviour etc. from lovely people in Delhi. They are very very helpful in many ways. Specially from Medical ground I got the service and quality of treatment beyond expectation. I want to share some experience in Delhi Heart & Lung hospital. In this hospital we got the value & return of each penny we spent in terms of treatment. It is a very clean hospital. Our patient got admitted for 2 days there. Each day was worth full treatment. After every regular interval our patient is being visited by someone from hospital may be a Doctor, nurse, staff etc. They visited in order to inform, suggest, medicate, etc. him due to which we felt relaxed that the patient is in good hands. They also maintain proper diet plan for the patient while he is admitted in the hospital during the course of treatment and also suggest diet plan post treatment. All manpower of the hospital including Doctors, nurse, staffs, securities, etc. are very co-operative and strictly abide by their duties which affects the patient in a very good way. Specially I want to offer special thanks to Ms. Kusum who was very very suggestive, informative and co-operative. From beginning of our treatment in that hospital, she helped in every possible way she could in order to get our patient properly treated. She helped us like one of our family member from picking up the patient from Delhi Heart and Lung hospital to Sir Gangaram hospital for colonoscopy and in Gangaram hospital she stayed the whole day with us and did all types of documentation, medication, contacting with the ambulance, etc. related to patient. Being a lady whatever she had done was really applaudable. She served the patient like a daughter. At last I want to say one thing that, if the same type of intention like Ms. Kusum - a person carries regarding a patient than it will be helpful to the family members including the patient who were sometimes not aware about the process, treatment, etc. regarding a hospital.This type of intention is really required in today's busy world. I went here for vaccination and the process is absolutely smooth and seamless. It's a spic and span space with no issues at all. I will highly recommend it for other services also because it was absolutely clean, and well organized hospital in terms of service. I want to share my horrible experience in DELHI HEART AND LUNG INSTITUTE. The hospital lacks basic cleanliness and my father was admitted there he told that the nurses and ward people used to throw wrappers and other garbage on the floor. I went there and saw a big mouse in the pharmacy and even the washroom was so dirty and there was no water. I seriously request the management to look upon the issue and pay attention towards the cleaning and hygiene of hospital

Generally we tend to visit a hospital when self r ones kin is ill warranting hospitalization. I had congenital VSD and aortic valve regurgitation. My father and I had to knock d doors of many a hospital for treatment.we would have gone to 8 to 10 hospitals located in Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, puttaparthi,Tirupathi . But of all, we find this hospital to be well maintained in cleanliness , hygiene, food, cooperation of all staff, courteous attitude.i would like to mention some staff like Dr Nageswara Rao(anesthetist), shri Meenakshi,Dr T.C. Singh, Dr Ajay Prakash and last but not d least shri Iqbal Ahmed, house keeper for special praise. An incorrigible fault finder with d help of a magnifying glass cannot find any deficiency in d services rendered by this institute. The management of d hospital as a whole mirrors d character of d director, shri K.K. Sethi. One grouse which pinched my father's already burdened purse was that when I was in ICU my attendants had to stay in d room as we were non- local and their presence was needed , we were charged Rs 9000 for a single day which in my opinion was very much on d higher side

Had a wonderful experience in Delhi Heart and Lung Institute during my sister's gall bladder surgery. The hospital Doctors, nurses and staff were very helpful and cooperative. Wards were clean and hygienic. The fees for surgery, stay in the hospital were very reasonable. On the whole it was an amazing experience.

My father had an attack in October and my father was being treated under Kabir Sethi, for the first two days my father was put on ventilator. After that Dr. Kabir did his angiography and told my mother that the patient is externally critical, the arteries are damaged, ballooning will have to be done soon. After that we agreed, these people kept my father in the normal ward for 3 days and then discharged him .Exactly two months later, my father had breathing problems, then we brought him to the Delhi heart & lung institute hospital again at night, these people admitted my father to the hospital, for 7 days for no reason ! This hospital is only for earning money, no treatment will be given here, if you have money, then come here, otherwise don't come. The staff and the administration are people with values and ethos. Have been getting my grandparents treated here on and off for the past five years, and their standard of treatment and patient care has only gone up. Senior Doctors like Dr Sethi overseas patients personally and resolves the minutest of queries put forward by the family members. However, I feel that they can make better tea/coffee arrangements. The Lipton one sucks, should get CCD Express or Chaayos :)

I would have ratings in negative if Google would have allowed me. If you really love your family member, then please never go to this hospital. All DR. and staff management are Fraud and are there to just eat your all hard earned money with no guarantee of your family member recovery.

Our family member has been under treatment by Dr. K. K. Sethi at this hospital since 2016 and has always been received with utmost care. During a recent emergency in Feb 2022, we received the same high level of care that has been the standard of this hospital. We express our gratitude to Dr. Sethi, Dr. T. C. Singh and their team for the highly professional service and care accorded to the patient. We trust the medical care and related services provided by the team at this hospital. Our special thanks to the nursing staff, specially Mr. Anil, Mr. Arun, Ms. Preeti, Ms. Manisha, Ms. Aswathy and Ms. Anitha - who were available at all times to assist our family member and make her feel comfortable. A very special thanks to all the ward girls - Ms. Archana and Ms. Sujata. Doctor is good but staff have attitude problem they don’t know how to behave with patients plus if patient talking appointments for early afternoon they have to wait till night. But otherwise it is good hospitals.Doctor sethi is famous there he is experienced person they tackled situations very bravely plus motivate patients you can do this I think it is best hospital in terms of heart and lung problems from other private hospitals they also charge very high prices from other hospitals. You can prefer to go if you didn’t get government hospitals like aiims.. so it is good option if you are from middle class

I strongly believe that it was a Divine blessing which prompted my son to take me to the emergency room of DHLI Hospital following a very serious Heart Attack I had  last winter. It was a scary situation as my BP was unrecordable and a very feeble pulse rate. However it was my fortune that the treatment was started immediately by Dr Kabir Sethi and the other members of his team. It is because of  Dr Kabir's competency,  dedication, urgency and a  very well tuned coordinated efforts of the team members that I am alive and healthy today. I would always be grateful to Dr Kabir and other team members for saving my life. Later, I  continued to take my post operative treatment from Dr Kabir Sethi and  found him very knowledgeable  up to date with latest developments in his field.  He was terrific and accurate in his diagnosis and I always felt at ease and confident discussing my health problems with him. He gave sufficient time and listend to my concerns and helped me with my health issues. He always prescribed minimum medication as needed for treatment . He is  young and very competent and I am sure that soon one day he will become one of the top most Cardiologist. I wish him all the best. I also found DHLI a good medical  facility located at a very convenient and approachable location in the heart of New Delhi. Qualified doctors and Specialists. Efficient Nurses and support staff. Modern ICU and patient rooms. It is very neat, clean and well maintained.  It is equipped with all the necessary diagnostic labs, Pharmacy  and a good  Cafeteria in house. Good thing is that it is compact and all the labs, billing and OPD are located on one floor and one doesn't have to walk from one block to another to avail their services. I consider myself fortunate that I was admitted to Delhi Heart and Lung Institute  when I had the heart attack. Kudos to Dr Kabir Sethi .

The experience I had at this hospital is pathetic. No one knows what’s the problem . We were told no issue found in the lungs but unfortunately major problem found when we switched over to another hospital . Really Sad . They charged much but performance was zero .

Avoid this hospital. Even if they will find something (which is not critical) they will go for the extreme treatment. They dont care if there are other alternative ways. DHLI have saved many of my relatives ans this time it was more special aa it was my mother herself. The familiar faces like Dr kabir sethi and his team of doctors like dr zoheb. The nursing incharge Pawandeep Kaur and her team of nurses like Sunil , Vaarsha, Divya are the familiar faces which have often helped us in recovering the health back from worst conditions and this time too it wasnt anything different. Hospitals people dont wish they come back but in such places a good memory for me stays of people recovering and staying fit for life.

Patient care is fantastic. The nursing incharge and her team of CCU is just so professional and well behaved with the passion of work they possess for the patients care. The doctors are equally hard working and that's where it's a great team to be under.

Dehli heart hospital not good today dated 28.11.23 my father test pet ct from green park panacea institute but going to car and 5 and 6 hours. And my father 2 days fasting and 6 hours while chair seating and test complete and continue phone to dehli heart hospital codinatare but not solve my problem than book auto and travel to hospital. Than codinatare tell you come to emergency gate I am traveling fare send autovala . but not I am send money . everybudy not come this hospital .

After getting admitted he was on ventilator for around 11 days and useless doctors bekaar sethi singh use to give false fake briefs to all attendants that patient is very critical they are trying to control also they hide actua state of the patient just to extract money they are business man its a business dont go there my father came walking in hospital and he is no more they just keep the patient on ventilator also there was some ither patients attendant for whom the doctor said the kidneys are damaged with report stating damage . And that attendant showed 2 day prior report of kidney in which kidneys were fine then they were appoligizing him they just scare attendant keep patients on ventilator and sediation scare attendant trap u all jain all guards are like goons no cleanlines found in ccu units my father got clinical nemonia also money trapping hospital if u want treatment then avoid this hospital if u want to get looted or get urself damaged u can go there .
