One of the worst Hospitals to go. Last month I had my Class 1 renewal medicals and went to this hospital to do basic tests. I was so shocked to see the service and regretted my decision. So many reasons not to go there again: 1. Fees in unnecessarily high. Consultation is 500Rs. You can go to Max Hospital near by where it starts from 600-700. I expected the consultation would be lower for such a small hospital. 2. I did ECG and they didn't had a proper machine working because it was making weird sound while printing report. Besides this, the staff who did my ECG was a new trainee. Then after that they gave me report. This report was rejected by my DGCA Class 1 examiner as they attached the ECG leads in a wrong way which gave wrong print on ECG report. 3. I did a basic consultation with Doctor Rahul Trehan also who comes in evening hours. I showed him all my reports before going to DGCA Empaneled Doctor for my Class 1. This was probably 1 week before my medicals. To my shock, I showed this ECG report to Dr Rahul as well if everything is okay. He said it's fine. But DGCA Doctor just saw it and rejected straight away that this is wrong. Such is the service of this Hospital. 4. Also, the staff at reception, they are young girls and boys. They will be continuously talking and making noise amongst themselves. Continuous phone use during working hours. 5. In addition to all this, I did basic eye check up too. This eye test gave me an anxiety attack as I was told I have power in both my eyes. Imagine being from Aviation, you are told suddenly that you have power in eyes. I told the Doctor your setup is old, you have limited character on the screen, the room in which eye test happened was not at all properly lit. Their setup had an old method of rolling screen. After this I went to Sharp Sight Hospital and did my test again. To my relief, my eyes were perfectly fine.

3rd class service, My baby had dengue. no one cares here. They asked me to give platelets and they will drip it to the baby. I instant take discharge and go to rainbow. If you want safe delivery then don’t go akash. Bakwas hospital.

The ultrasound doctor has no discipline at all, he keeps going out on his duty time, it's the 3rd time I bring my mother for ultrasound and everytime we come he is not in his office although we came on the time he asked us to come. I don't know how is he doing duty, he doesn't even work 3 hours a day, what is he paid for? Please solve this issue I don't think we are the only ones with this problem.

All staff n doctors are fraud, the were asking for bribe for making medical certificate. Dr Rahul Trehan is also involved into this. These people are stupid idiot n chor. Biggest chor in the hospital is Rahul Trehan n other doctors. Patient already consulted twice with Dr rahul last month n this month only and he only advised her to take rest n said he will provide medical certificate when she needed but today when I visited the hospital he send me to emergency doctors then all these happened.

My experience with aakash hospital is extremely good. I consulted here regarding to my dental problem the charges of the hospital is affordable. The best thing which i liked is behaviour of all staff members they managed my consultation even after i was late. Dr. Kalpana was my consultant she gave me the proper guide and helped me a lot regarding to my dental problem.

Absurd and irresponsible staff This is in regards with emergency staff in Aakash hospital on a Sunday. I have always been to Aakash hospital ever since I was a kid. I love how thorough staff is. Today, I met Dr. Vivek Kaushik in emergency as my mom complained about low BP and left arm radiating pain. The doctor and nurse were least bothered about their patients. I asked them to take vitals along with BP and ecg. The Mr. Vivek Kaushik agreed and did the needful. Post checking he said my mom was going through weakness. Thankfully nothing major. I asked why is she feeling weak? He said he doesn’t know and can not prescribe any treatment. Well! That is absurd. He didn’t ask anything neither did he guided. My mom asked what if I feel weak again, he said to come tomorrow and meet DR. Trehan. To which mom said what if I feel weak again today. He asked to come again. Well! What a waste of time. He couldn’t prescribe nor he could suggest as he couldn’t diagnose anything. It is going to be exactly the same even if we go again. He asked to come tomorrow to which I had to tell him to guide my mom properly where in he was talking to fellow colleagues. When we asked sister if things are okay, she didn’t say anything. I had to ask the name of this DR. He isn’t there to help or guide. He is there to pass his time. Worst experience ever. No one goes to a doctor. I hope Mr. Vivek Kaushik understands that his work style isn’t acceptable as a doctor. He needs to either brush up his knowledge or answer his patients in a proper way. Usually come here for emergency treatment as it is walking distance from my residence. Its a decent hospital, it is on the main road and easy to locate accept parking gets a lil hassle. Staff are decent and doctors are on duty the whole time. They definitely see the need of the hour. Too many patient that maintaining social distance is out of context. Yet it fulfils the purpose of the need. Pharmacy store is also attached so getting meds is easy.

The Doctors are awesome at the hospital but taking appointments for gyno department for CGHS patients is horrible. They will give dates in 2 months. I was 6 week pregnant and they gave me date for 1st appointment after 2 months because according to them there is lot of rush. Apparantly this delay its only for CGHS pateints.

Had a very bad experience in the Emergency. The doctor there was not ready to check any vitals... didn't even check BP... as they wanted us to admit the patient. Our family doctor had recommended to send the patient in the emergency for complete examination and some blood tests... the patient had both dangue and typhoid but without checking if his levels were low enough to be admitted they sent him back after taking blood samples. Even in the evening when we went again to get the BP checked the doctor refused. Very commercial and cold attitude. Highly unacceptable. I wish I could take some action against the hospital and the doctor.

As we visit to her for ANC check up.. she did not take patient history and did not see previous reports and USG report.Even see did not mentioned patient weight and didn't check FHR. 1. Doctors are really good in treating patients. 2. After you paying the money, you have to wait in the line. But, marketing people come in-between anytime they want, staff is not bothered to stop them. There is no timing for them. 3. There is no coupon or numbering system, no one to observe also. 4. Billing counter is one of the worst, the staff attitude is really bad. Ms. Jyoti at the counter should change her attitude.

I was blessed with a son here in 2017. Birth Certificate issued by SDMC had some issue in Mother name. Also at that time Child Name wasn't decided so wasn't in DOB. Being puzzled, I was clueless where and to whome I should touch. Finaly I called Aakash Hospital to help out. Mannan from MRD assured me and helped getting these corrected. Okay so starting with the service, it was great, easy going staff, generally all the doctors are used to being professional but the doctors here were too kind to be doctors😌, they were more like a friend to me, especially Dr Amodita❤. First of all, she's too pretty to be a doctor ☺ and second of all, what a gem Aakash hospital has in their list of doctor's. I was suffering from some sort of vaginal infection from past 2.5 years. I had been to 3 doctors in my locality and none of them could diagnose what the infection was, everyone suggested me to visit a derma and I couldn't find an experienced female dermatologist in my locality so one of my relatives who lives in Malviya Nagar suggested me to visit Aakash, but due to unavailability of dermatologist on week days I couldn't meet with any dermatologist so eventually I had to consult a gynaecologist again and I'm so happy that the derma was not available. I'm so relieved now and I genuinely thank my cousin for recommending this hospital to me. Although it's far from my place but surely I would visit Aakash for any other medical issues. 😌

I would like to recommend Aakash Hospital for painless and healthy birth delivery. I can vouch this based on my personal experience. My sister was in labor and she has some complications too. Without any further delay, we took her to this hospital as it is near to our house. Despite complications, doctors took care of everything very well. She had a Normal delivery. The behaviour of doctors was accommodating and highly professional. So yes! Aakash Hospital is undoubtedly the best hospital for birth delivery.

Lab staff is not trained to conduct tests on infants. They torture infants while extracting blood. Don't bring your kids here for tests. They are the worst hospital for infants.

My mom has diabetes, and I tried to consult with Dr. NAVNEET GILL, who practices at Akash Hospital. This was my second visit to him; the first time, I went with my mom. Unfortunately, he was busy with a friend, and despite having a paid appointment, he only took a minute to write a single test. He seemed very rude that day. Initially, I thought we might be interrupting him, although we had our appointment for the same time. Feeling disappointed, we left that day, took the sugar test, and returned another day with a scheduled appointment. However, my mom was not feeling well and was sick at that time, but Dr. Navneet Gill’s behavior was once again rude. His demeanor seemed abrasive, and the way he communicated came across as unpleasant. It felt like he was trying to communicate as if we were his subordinates. Even as human beings, people generally try to show sympathy toward patients. After leaving his cabin, I met another person who had a different doctor’s appointment and shared a similar experience. Due to Dr. Gill's behavior, they had decided to change their doctor. As patients, we are very disappointed with his conduct. People often appreciate doctors not just for their medical expertise but also for their behavior and treatment approach. A good doctor's demeanor and communication can motivate patients to fight against diseases. My suggestion to Dr. Gill is to learn how to speak with patients and motivate them for a better overall experience. It's challenging to trust someone who doesn't even understand the basic ethics of human beings.
