Best restaurant in Delhi. Rajender the dhaba is the best place for North Indian delicious foods. Specially Galoti Kabab and chicken satye was very delicious. Mutton bhuna gost was awesome in taste. Best restaurant in Delhi but it's expensive.

Over hyped….. After seeing soo much reviews and heard lots of thing from social media I went to this place with lots of expectations. - The taste of all Four famous foods (promoted foods) was totally disappointing and I highly doubted about the hygiene and material they used. - Overpriced: They charged their food dishes like a five star restaurant plus adding high amount of service and gst taxes even after you seat on a footpath like a beggar. Owner you guys are real? - Chiken curry: This Dhaba is full of scam and cheating. They will charge 322/- rs for Tasteless watery Chiken curry with two Butter roti. - Chiken satay was the most disgusting dish, pathetic and smelling like they mixed alcohol inside it. I literally throw the half of the dish in dustbin. We were two peoples and bill was 1150/- rs. It’s costliest road side dhaba where customers seated on the footpath and eating tasteless dishes. The reason behind it’s popularity is only paid promotion and social media influencers. I am the victim of that trap only. Cherry on cake: 5-6 liquor shops all around in same premises. So not a safe place to visit with families. Quality of Rajinder Dhaba: - Tasteless - Roadside dhaba with Five star rates - Cheap quality products - Over hyped - Overpriced - Under cooked - No privacy - No safety - Liquor shop all around

Good food, tandoori items are amazing but the main course is not that good. You'll get taste of tomato in gravy that's it. Presentation of gravy items is great. Not good for family dine in as there is no seating either you have to eat inside your car or at tables available there which is not a good option during summer season.

Caution: Don’t drink in the car, Police will be watching you. A permanent barricade on the Green Park Road after 8pm. From starters to Mains, this place has mastered every dish. Evenings are crowded, and people sitting on the ground is a common site. This level of Diwangi is unbelievable!

The food is great! Roties, Naan, and rumali roties are made fresh and still hot when you start eating them. Servers are friendly, they will help you find a table, and help with bringing food from the self-service area. They will buy and bring if you need additional roties. I just hope they clean the area and dust bins very frequently. They are not being cleaned to match the number of people coming and going.

QUALITY -hygienic food i would say as there's not a single fly i noticed. plus the food was all warm and fresh. Taste- mild taste, not something extraordinary. it's eat and forget like taste(it's expected if the food is cooked on such big scale) PRICE- affordable i would say bcs two middle class people can eat within a budget of 500-600 with enough quantity ATMOSPHERE- it's almost all open and you need to find a place for yourself in peak ours which i liked. SERVICE -people working here were so hospitable, nice and cooperative. quick to respond on anything. no rude behavior i noticed anywhere. also, the overall ATMOSPHERE seemed so positive as if everyone was cooperating with each other

Heaven for non-vegetarians, takeaway & parcel, indoor AC and non AC seating available. Sufficient parking road side. Jam packed in the evening's. If you are around India gate don't forget to visit. Rajinder Da Dhaba is located in Safdarganj and the nearest landmark is a branch of State Bank of India. This casual dining restaurant assures you of good times, cost-efficient menu and most importantly good food. The varied dishes that you get in the offered North Indian, Chinese, and Mughlai cuisine give you an at home taste. To complement the tasty dishes, Rajinder Da Dhaba encompasses an equally pleasant ambiance that just completes your dining out experience. It is an ideal place to spend time with your friends and family.

Food is good here but they don't have a seating area. If you want to have food with proper sitting they also have a fine dine restaurant, which is costlier (obviously). Usually people eat in their car here and the place is crowded all the time.

Great food. When you visit Delhi, don't miss this dhaba. The food is amazing. You can choose between dining in the restaurant and eating standing outside. All dishes 😋. Even the people who serve, bill and clean are friendly. He waited too make rotis till my family came back from the market, to serve it hot.

Few points to be noted: 👇🏻👇🏻 👉🏻 Takeaway & Parcel facility available. 👉🏻 Indoor AC and non AC seating available. 👉🏻 Sufficient road side parking available. 👉🏻 Mostly packed in the evening's.

The best dhaba in delhi in terms of taste, variety and demand and likes. The demands can be understood well by the public visiting the dhaba and having dinner either in their car Or on pavement. Of you have been here, trust me you have tasted the best non-veg cuisine of delhi. And if not, then you must visit the place atleast once. Also, the place is very economical and worth it!!! And once you are here, Rara mutton is the must try. Added with starter chicken peri peri.

The food was good but it was so expensive, tried their steamed momos, drums of heaven, tawa chicken, kadhai paneer. Momos are a must try, they also serve a wide variety of other good nonveg dishes. They also have arrangements of tables for eating but no seating arrangements. Opening timings are 4 pm as we went half an hour early so we had to wait in the parking space in front of the dhaba.

Amazing food as is expected from the institution, the fish fry, chicken curry, drums of heaven, shawarma and mutton tawa are items that are highly recommend to try, opens at 3:30 and there is always a line at opening so would suggest for 1st time goers to reach early decide the menu and place order at opening of counters.

Was here on Tuesday evening. Was not crowded. Take away, dine in restaurant and dine in on tables outdoor are available. Digital payments are all accepted. We dined in on the tables placed outside counter number 6. Are is a little dark and unclean and has only tables and no chairs. Waiter are available to help you with orders. Galouti kebab(mutton) were great and of decent portion size. Chicken curry was not good, was oily.

I heard lots of good feedback about the food served at Rajinder Da Dhaba. But when I went and ate there, I was not satisfied with the taste and the quality. I feel it’s an over hyped place. It has got a diner space too on the 1st floor called Rajinder 2.0. I ordered : 1. Mutton Galauti Kabab : 6.5/10 (overwhelming spice) 2. Roomali Roti : 7/10 3. Sohail Malai Tikka Chap : 8/10 ( This was nice) 4. Veg Galauti Kabab : 4/10 (Tasted like only garam masala) Worst dish I tried ever. Overall, I did not like Rajinder Da Dhaba, I will regain to visit again.

    1. There is now a sit down family restaurant in this iconic place. And the ambience is modern and nice. 2. The service is good too. The staff is friendly and answers all your questions. 3. The food wasn't as good as I imagined it to be. The videos and reviews I saw were mainly for the meat dishes. Which is apparently amazing. The vegetarian dishes are good not great. 4. The beverages are good. Decent quantity, very tasty. We ordered the lime soda and peach ice tea. I would recommend it. 5. The masala papad was unlike anything I've seen before. And it was amazingly delicious. The papad is in the shape of an ice cream cone and the filling is inside the cone like ice cream. And it's very tasty. 6. The jeera rice was also very tasty I would recommend it. 7. The tandoori mushrooms were also excellent. Was a little less on salt but other than that it was good. Overall a good place to visit. If you're with friends you can maybe try out their OG place. If you are here with family then you can try their Rajinder 2.0 sit down restaurant.

Went to this restaurant with my guests - purely on the basis of reviews from Google! Galouti Kebab = Super Amazing Butter Chicken = Nothing Great Roti = Fresh and nice Naan = Gets soggy and rubbery once cold Paneer Gravy = Nice American Chopsuey = Nice Fried Rice = Very nice & Light Summary = Go here for the Galouti Kebabs and maybe for their Chinese.

They say old is gold, and here is the perfect example. Genuine Indian cuisine, typical old Street style and the best food is here. So pocket friendly. Chicken curry, and mutton kebabs are just perfect. Also paneer butter masala, and garlic naan is so so good. Never miss a chance to be here again. Cost for 2 INR 500/-

Best Dhaba in Delhi offering best punjabi food in Delhi and India. Felt in love with the food, taste and quantity of food they serve. You will see people enjoying food on their face as soon as you step into the open area of food. People are very accommodating and service is so quick. Was confused seeing multiple outlets around the main Dhaba. Would love to see better ambience, sitting place or else food wise this is great. Must try chicken, mutton curries, all type of rotis, and kebabs. Non-veg is a feat and treat to eat. Love the food again.

I loved the atmosphere and the service. Had been to the fine dine area which came with a premium price which was not worth it at all. It's too expensive when compared to the Take out section and the self service/ dine out area. The food felt just decent. The atmosphere is really good, the fine dine area feels posh and cozy whereas the self service area feels more of a casual type. The waiters were really good and the service was quick. Restrooms were cleaned and well maintained. Mutton Rogan Josh was too oily for my liking. If you're visiting with group of friends, better to prefer the outside self service area as the food is much cheaper and feels worth it rather than overpriced fine dining. All modes of payment is accepted. Galouti Kabas - Good - 8.5/10 Mutton Rogan Josh - Nothing special - 7/10 Will I visit again? Probably Yes.

Rajinder da Dhaba is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to enjoy a hearty and authentic North Indian meal. This restaurant, located in Safdarjung Enclave, has been serving delicious food since 19681. The atmosphere is casual and lively, with a dhaba-style seating area and a bar. The restaurant is usually crowded, especially on weekends, but the service is fast and efficient. A variety of dishes, such as North Indian, Chinese and Mughlai cuisine, can be ordered, but the tandoori items are the highlight of the menu. On the occasion of this visit, gaulauti kebab, veg malai tikka, chicken curry achari chicken, dal makhani, naan and biryani were ordered. The food was delivered promptly, and the taste and quality were impressive. The gaulauti kebab was smooth and tender, the veg malai tikka was creamy and flavorful, the chicken curry was amazingly heaven, the achari chicken was aromatic and tender, the dal makhani was rich and buttery, the naan was fluffy and hot, and the biryani was fragrant and satisfying. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. The staff was courteous and attentive. The meal was enjoyable and satisfying. This place is highly recommended for anyone looking for a satisfying and authentic North Indian meal. Rajinder da Dhaba is a legendary place that lives up to its reputation

It's a landmark place around Safdarjung in Delhi to have good North Indian food. Liked their Chicken curry and Dal makhani. For starters, we tried their popular Chicken Satay but didn't like those much as they had a very strong coconut flavour.

Good place to have family dinner. Plenty of options and space to enjoy your food. Mostly people take it and enjoy it in the car but you can also dine in inside the restaurant Also there are options to sit outside in open and enjoy your meal. The only concern is parking... It is expensive and hard to find.

Go for it , This place has quick service and great food

I have seen this joint evolving from a make shift place under a tree in safdarjung enclave and now in this expanded avatar. I will appreciate the orderliness (counters) he has tried to bring to make sure everyone gets his favourite dish with very little effort and enjoy it to the fullest. The signature dish remains the coveted chicken curry. Other dishes are also very good and I enjoy their fish item's quite a lot. Only problem is that the restaurant remains crowded always in the evening's especially weekend's. Nevertheless it is always worth it.

Chaos, chaos and utter chaos! The entire market complex is filled with people and cars. If you are going here for the first time, take your car with you. Someone will take your order and you can have it in the car. Your other option is to sit on pavement and eat. Coming to the food, its amazing. Perfectly cooked chicken/mutton which melts in your mouth. However the chaotic experience kind of ruins the experience.

Has been my childhood favorite.. have been eating at rajinder when it was a small dhaba on the opposite side of the road.. the leg piece curry was priced at 25 rs and naan was rs 1 .. the taste of the gravy hasnt changed in many decades and this consistency has been the reason of his success.. now they have started selling multiple items but my favorite is still their signature chicken leg curry..

One the best places to eat and enjoy delicious non vegetarian food. It has the best galuti kabab in delhi. The flavour is to die for with just melt in your mouth texture. I ordered mutton rara which was super spicy and delicious paired well with the rumali roti. The only thing is you don't have seating. But trust me go for the food and don't eat for hours and just you will enjoy every bit of it

Chicken curry is a die for. If your a veg then veg achari chap is very very good. No sitting and eating facility. Tables are put after 7 for people to stand and eat in the back side ( not the cleanest of places) recommend you to eat in the car or park your car and eat on your bonnet. Must try for foodies.

Completely affordable place if you want to take away food from this outlet, food quality and quantity is very much decent. And they don’t take much time in fulfilling your order they are really fast for that. If you want to take a quick bite you can visit this place, on peak time parking availability is quite less but that’s manageable.

This place is honestly the most overhyped and overrated establishment I have ever been to in my existence. People of south delhi have no sense of taste and flavour and like to jump on the hype train with no ticket whatsoever. I have seen the worst hygiene in this place, there are underwear hanging around, muddy water all over and don’t seem to give a flying f about it. Worst place, wouldn’t recommend to anyone who has a sane mind and a sense of taste. Oily af

After I found there are already 35K reviews on google map for this place, I decided that I have to visit this store personally. This restaurant is like amazing, it has 5 stations or you can say kitchens to prepare different dishes, and it has a seperate pickup point for delivery pickup. You can tell it is a very popular restaurant. It has transparent kitchens so you can tell the kitchen is both clean and organized, which is also a big plus. I ordered afghani chicken and butter chicken, both taste good and I'm satisfied with portion of the dishes.

It isn't a 'Dhaba' it's a big food hub spread across complete market with around 8 counters. Food served is delicious, worth the money charged. When I visited there I saw that they maintain good level of hygiene, keep napkins handy for the customers along with the person serving chutney, spoons and forks. Unlike the footfall, they are able to handle it well - much less waiting time. Place is very lively - pan shops, ice cream parlour and other shops are in much close proximity so after having meal you have desserts handy which makes your meal complete. We found it worth going for us.

No space for sitting, unhygienic. Yesterday I hv ordered Gulati Kabab which was worst in taste. All the items are overpriced.

No dine in for food lovers...( though too much crowded), first you have to wait for parking then for your order... otherwise the taste was fine and the ordering system was also well organised.. visited after corona and the scene was more a chaos like a market.

  • 5/5 Mangesh B. 2 years ago on Google
currently dining is not available.. I had ordered Tawa Mutton with roti parcel... loved the food.. it is is cooked very well with dahi.. the tawa mutton quantity is much enough to serve two persons.. even roti are also of very large size.. one of the best food i had experienced in delhi... its so yummy... uts must try food if u really crazy for non-veg food.

Good place for non vegetarians mostly. In current covid senerio they not providing sitting for dinner or lunch. So its good if you go and pack the food and eat at home.

  • 3/5 Mohit K. 2 years ago on Google
Only parcel facility was available no dine in post covid however all other restaurants have started dine in long back. We bought mutton Handi and taste was just ok not as expected. The surrounding area is very bad smelling as there is wine shope and people eat and drink there only. It stinks very badly as urinate in this area. Do not recommend this area at all if you visit with your family. If you wish only to take away then this option can be considered.

By far the best gravy soya chaap. Recommended with rumali roti. You can park your car and also get your order in your car without needing you to come out.

  • 5/5 Rajesh G. 2 years ago on Google
One of the best non vegetarian restaurants in South Delhi. My favorite place to eat chicken dishes. Both take away and dine in possible, but strangely take away is more delicious than to eat in the restaurant itself.

  • 4/5 Harsh S. 2 years ago on Google
We went to Rajinder Da Dhaba for a lunch few days ago. We ordered mutton galouti kababs with rumali roti, which is their specialty. And it was just superb. Very delicious and soft and juicy. Should 100% try this. My friend ordered kadhai paneer and methi roti which again was tasty and pretty filling. After the meal they gave us the finger bowl which is pretty awesome experience after having Indian food. Would surely recommend checking out the restaurant.

One of the most successful dhana inside Delhi. its success can be gauged from the fact that it has expanded into the entire building. There is a rush of customers who love typical Punjabi non veg cuisines. Since it is located in South Delhi's Safdarjung enclave area, it has a well off clientele. Food is reasonably priced. Quality is not the same as it used to be some years ago , may be because of large number of customers.

The very famous Rajinder da dhaba located in east of kailash in New Delhi. Very famous for food. Had usually got delivered at home but this time I visited the place. A little costlier but worth the taste. Chicken Satay , Afghani Chicken & Chicken fry really taste well. Dine in and delivery at home might cost you more then the price of takeout. You can order and have car parked and eat inside. Crowed place as they are very famous for their starters. And parking charges are also included.

Guys at kebab & fried item corner at so rude. Gravy items are below average. Size of piece are so big not easy to eat. Chicken curry is ok rest all are not good. Mutton Kebab , fried fish & Fried chicken is pretty good.

Amazing taste….. best chicken curry you’ll find in Delhi. Please is always a very crowded you’ll see people sitting on floor having food but it’s worth trying. Loved the taste of food.

This is great place for non vegetarian foodies. The prices are a bit steep but the food quality is excellent. You can opt to sit out and eat the same food for 2/3rd the price. Or you can sit in the comfort of aircondition by paying an extra charge.

  • 5/5 Asikur Rahaman S. 8 months ago on Google
Enough staff deployed to make the parking movements smooth. Good and Safe atmosphere with lot of people with family. The food was tasty and affordable if you eat outaide; it becomes double the price if you want to sit in.

Heaven for Non Vegetarians....Wide range of variety with super awesome taste, quality and quantity as well. Must visit place in South Delhi if you are looking for Non Vegetarian Food. vegetarian food is also available, taste is also good but not that super. They should work on their Green Chutney on immediate, rating for chutney only is 5 out of 10, if they improve it then it will be super awesome combo with onion for visitors. Galouti Kabab are available with super taste and is unique availability.

Went there on a friend's recommendation, heard a lot about how a single person started selling chicken curry in a small shop and finally grew into a whole complex selling a plethora of non-veg items. Trust me, leaving aside the ambience (if you stand and eat from the shops), this place is a heaven for chicken and mutton lovers. We started with - Special Chicken Kalmi - Malai Chicken Tangdi The kalmi here is the best I ever had in my life and I am not at all exaggerating. It was superb and mouthwatering. The tangdi Kebab was also very good, but I would never forget the soft succulent and tasty Kalmi Kebab here. We then moved to a more of a main course item and chose to have the special Tangdi Chicken Curry and Plain Naan. The Tangdi comes up with the thigh. It's a bit on the spicier side but liked the gravy and chicken was sufficient along with the Chutney, Onion and Kulcha. Only downside here is, if you don't go in one of the dine-ins, you have to get he food and stand on the tables and eat (it is a hell lot cheaper like having a street food). If you opt to dine-in the same food you get at 1.5-2 times price. So choose wisely. But people who have never been here....please please visit here and take a dip in the chicken heaven.
