Worst experience ever…Booked a poolside candle light dinner at Japyee Siddharth 5 star property for birthday celebration but because of the awful service and complete mismanagement even we could not cut the cake because the cake was completely smashed and was not in the condition to get cut. A beautifully decked up table which was supposed to be reserved to make the evening a memorable one, but it was just an illusion which was made me believe by ExperienceSaga. There was no poolside table reserved and we had to sit inside the cafe. Everything was ruined and it was a terrible experience. Would not recommend Experience Saga’s service to anyone ever.

They send wrong Material, Beware! Do NOT book through Experience Saga otherwise You will loose your money. I am really disappointed with the experience saga. Do not get any service done by them and Don't pay them advance. It is better we get it installed by local people shop, They put 400 Balloons for 1000/-

The worst experience with these guys. Never contact them. I had got a booking done for candle and flower decoration and had asked if this would pose any threat to the wooden flooring. Their executive, Raaj Choudhary mentioned there wouldn't be any challenges. However upon lighting it in just under 2 minutes floor caught fire and this posed a great threat to my family. This was the worst and most shoddy service you could expect. Pictures highlighting the burnt floor is added. I would rate them negative if there is an option. The worst is yet to come. When I tried explaining this to their Head of Support Department he plainly declined to address this and mentioned that their executives and trained well. #fire #worstexperience

One of the worst booking experience ever. The service vendor was not even aware of the booking made. At last minute when I enquired, they said they will make some arrangement. When we went there, the arrangement did not match any of the things mentioned in the booking. Later, I filed a complaint, they hardly cared to attend/follow up. After multiple follow-ups, they agreed to make a partial refund of the booking amount. The customer care persons people simply did not have any kind of professionalism. Please avoid this platform/service at all cost for your own peace of mind.

Nice deco done by Shivam from experience saga. We booked their service for anniversary celebrations. Deco was done on time as expected. Well cordinated and managed. Loved the service.

I had booked for bday decoration. I wanted the decoration to be completed by 11 and Mr.Manja completed it by 10.30.. I was happy about the work. Work is neat, fast and beautiful. What I was unhappy about was, they don't care about the customer satisfaction. I'm not talking about the decorator here but the company guys. They don't offer anything complimentary. The item costs max rs.250 and they charge 2400.. arleast if they provide some complimentary items on top of that, it would be worth which they don't.

Amazing amazing decoration. I had to give the surprise and it just made him so happy with the arrangements. Also, the food quantity and quality, everything was so good and loved by us. Thanks a lot experiencesaga. I will recommend my friends and family for sure to go with experience saga and make their moment also a memory forever. I did not like the miscommunication within the team. It was a customized order and they spoiled it. The decor guy was not informed about the arch, we had to show him the picture - he did not know about the dark blue + silver balloons, instead got the normal balloons. We were told 25 balloons each stand, he said 50 are required for each stand for the arch. We replaced the foot with water bottle, he did not get the water bottle too. The photos they post for booking are just to trap the customers. Do not fall for it. We had scrap the original decor we selected and ended up with flower balloons setup in entire room. It came out well but the expectation was for what we paid, sad that it was not even close to what was expected.

I have choose love theme decoration from experience saga . Shivam the experience saga decorator has done the work professionally and I am fully satisfied with the services which I have been served by the experience saga team. Thankyou for making my day beautiful with such a beautiful Decoration.

Very unprofessional staff, you would not get any confirmation, they won't pick up your call. I have a pending refund and they do not pick up my call or chat or email. The add on services provided are not upto the mark compared to the prices they quote. 7 hours before the dinner, they told the dinner would be at a different location, that too upon calling them for lack of confirmation. For Hyderabad location. However, their support is same throughout.

Liked the prompt service given by Experience Saga. It started with receieving helpful information from Sugandha Bhalla over whatsapp. She was good in clarifying all my doubts, suggesting what should be good based on occasions, giving me customisations the way I needed and taking appointment with smooth payment mode. The decorator came well on time and was kind to address what and how I needed. Overall, an excellent experience and mesmerising memory. Thank you Experience Saga. Keep up the good work !

The final product matched the initial agreement as shown and promised. Decorator was flexible withy customization request as well as had inputs to make it visually appealing. So, it was my partner's birthday and the things I planned were all vanished due to the weather conditions. It was a foul day until I did connect with Experience Saga. This guy, Mr. Prakhar, is so clear with his words and explanations that he helped me not only in cleaning up the mess, that was already done, but also providing one of the best deals. My partner was all surprised and I was left teary eyed. Thanks Prakhar for making my day so much special and worth remembering. It was an amazing experience.. everything was perfect as requested.. Randomly I just searched and went ahead with these Guys.. Was bit confused when one person only came for the decoration, his name Pritam Singh.. but was happy at the end of the day, he was just too fast and never made faces when we said, do like this or like that.. Experience was really good, though they are on a bit higher side but behavior matters most, at least for me..

Pathetic service. I needed a decoration for home birthday celebration. I was in regular touch with their person. On the day of event eleventh hour my service was cancelled saying no decorator is available. This is extremely irritating and very unprofessional. Not recommended. 👎👎
