👍👍 Nice old school dining place with old school interior. A rather quiet place for a quiet meal. They were having match screening. Food was crazy expensive but we used apps for discounts, hence it was reasonable for us. We had paneer lababdar, missi roti, garlic naan, chocolate milkshake and veg hakka... People often mention good, service, restaurant, taste, great, Good, ambience, chicken, quality, expensive,

Nice old school dining place with old school interior. A rather quiet place for a quiet meal. They were having match screening. Food was crazy expensive but we used apps for discounts, hence it was reasonable for us. We had paneer lababdar, missi roti, garlic naan, chocolate milkshake and veg hakka noodles. The food tasted quite good and was not spicy thankfully. The service was also good.

If you prefer vegetarian options, The Embassy still has a lot to offer. Their vegetarian dishes are just as delightful, with a variety of flavorful choices that cater to your tastes. From savory appetizers to mouthwatering main courses, their vegetarian menu is sure to satisfy your palate. Plus, you can still enjoy the classy atmosphere and impeccable service while savoring delicious meat-free options at The Embassy.

This is among the old legendary places with history and stories and memories but the experience at their fast food shop outside was not very good. Expensive and taste wise or portion wise not worth probably. Staff is hardly interested in “spirit of service”. Samosa is perhaps the biggest I ever had but then it becomes clumsy and difficult to eat. It almost becomes like a paratha wrapped with fillings and is messier to eat. Price high almost 100₹. Sandwiches grilled - good but size smaller and price high. With reasonable prices, warmth and reasonably sized portions perhaps this can go way better.

It was a pathetic experience. We ordered Tandoori Platter and there was a hair on mushroom. We asked the waiter to call the manager and it took them 20 minutes to call him then also he was not at all apologetic and finally we walked out of the restaurant and there was no regret on their bloody face. Zero rating for their hygiene and zero for overall experience. Poor management, unprofessional staff and I don’t know whether their chef wear head gear or not.

I wont suggest this place to anyone for following reasons. The service is pretty slow and for that also they levy 10% on customers despite they dnt want to pay. The waiter dnt even listen and bring anything as per their choice and wont even change the order. Food is on expensive side but not for the price as it should be. Location is good and the atmosphere is good but wont suggest for dining. The food quality has changed over the year and not living upto the mark as it was before.

So I heard a lot about their variety of dishes, of which their big samosa was the best. Actually, the somasa has an average taste; it was not as good as per the rumours; it is just big in size. The stuffed masala is spicy and hot (not for a regular eater). The overall experience is like you could try it once if you want to. My personal opinion is that instead of offering a single big samosa, they can divide it into two so that one can eat it easily. **All online transactions are available, like Google Pay, phone pay, credit and debit cards, etc.

It's an Old School Type Restaurant and Bar. It's one of the oldest eateries at CP. I enjoyed the atmosphere which is very calm and relaxing. No loud music. I loved their service and welcoming behavior. The price is a little high but overall a good experience. The food is above average but portion size is very good.

My family has been coming here for 3 generations. It truly is the most sophisticated restaurant in Delhi, with the best food ever. Their continental menu is perfect for foreigners, and their service is impeccable. The chefs are always willing to modify your dish to suit your tastes. The atmosphere is very soothing and the newly renovated decor is beautiful. I suggest the mutton chop masala and the fish n chips, as personal favorites. Absolutely love everything about the Embassy!

The crowd was on the elder side. I think its a good place to go with family, relax and have good chat. If you are going with young group there are more lively places around the area. The interior is very classy with its old vintage decor. You can get all types of food like North Indian, Italian etc. And a decent variety of drinks. Taste wise its 5 out of 5, slightly expensive. I visited only once on Saturday and the place was not too packed.

Though service is exceptionally slow, the taste is worth waiting.. Staff didn't seem to be that polite. What I felt was that restaurant is being handled by senior citizens only. But quality of food was good.

I have been there so many times. As i use to visit Connaught Place almost every weekend before pandemic outbreak. I have tried there Samosa, sandwich, raw mango drink and ice tea. They serve you light snacks and drinks and don’t have any big menu, if one wish to explore more they have their restaurant too, where they serve extensive menu. Prices are affordable and can be good option for students. As there is no dine in option, so you have to enjoy your meal on parking side benches. They serve good quality of food. Service is fine.

Too much costly in regard to food and place. Service was satisfactory but quality and quantity dont match the prices. Not meant for middle class, there is nothing to cherish the legacy if they can't satisfy their customers from all classes with resonable prices.

Waste of a good evening.... went on a impulse even though better options were available..boy I was wrong 😞 .. the food taste has gone down significantly and the restaurant isn't what it used to be...it's surprising considering some of other old names UHC have managed to carve a niche for themselves even now.. though the interiors have been redone sadly the food isn't upto the mark now... pricing on higher side and they charge 120 for bottle of mineral water which costs 20 bucks .. no prob in paying extra but then really serve premium water and not "catch" mineral water .. I doubt it's even legal as restaurants can't charge more then MRP.. was disgusted at food in the end to really care about raising an issue about water, just wanted to get out asap.. better avoid ..

Old world charm meets modern day fusion. Embassy restaurant has been around for-almost-ever and continues to be a warm, inviting restaurant as it was in my childhood. The food is finger licking good, to the extent that even when I was down with CoViD, all I wanted was a soup from their kitchen! One of their specialties that I cannot stop raving about, and I must confess I've tried to make it on my own and failed, is their lauki achaar, or green gourd pickle. You cannot make out thats what it is till they tell you! The best part is that they now cater for home get together as much as they do for lavish parties. If you're traveling from another town or even abroad and want to taste some authentic Indian food, especially daal makhani and shahi paneer, you cannot miss Embassy Restaurant.

It's a very old restaurant in CP. It was recommended by my mother with whom I went there for a group catch up. The ambience was nice and old, food was decent, but the service was very very slow. I've heard it's a great place for those who want to revisit old times, but for someone looking for great food, fast service and a fancy feel, I'd recommend trying something else. Overall had a decent experience but might not be going there again

I went for dinner to The Embassy and I am highly disappointed with the quality of food served here. The food was not tasty at all. At first we ordered some starters and then the main course. Trust me chicken was giving a taste of bharta. I did call the manager and told him about low quality of food and he said he would take care of it. But how he compensated with quality of food was by serving a dessert that we never ordered. Well, who likes pastries as dessert after a dinner meal at restaurant cum bar? The name Carries since 1948, but I don't think its name is being carried with prestige and dignity in terms of management or quality. Highly disappointed

A restaurant that has a history of its own. Has a Cuisine menu from 1948. Food is Authentic and great. A must visit, if you wish to enjoy the Original North Indian cuisine, which is something you don't want to miss in delhi. Mesmerizing flavours and their aroma fills the air. Taste is great. A bit exorbitant, according to my opinion. But, the taste you'll get is worth the price

Located in CP, and quite easy to find, this place is old (with modern look) and offers north Indian cuisine. Although their food is very good in taste, but my favorite was methi chicken (not sure if I remember the name correctly). It is good dine-in option with family and friends. Highly recommended.

Well to be honest I was very excited to visit this renowned place but it let me down 👎. The staff is polite but the service is not good at all I have to wait for a long time for the food and then for the bill . The food is overpriced and was way below our expectations . We ordered a vegetarian platter and fish and chips along with some drinks .

Jumbo samosa, the biggest samosa in town. Biggest heaviest samosa with some nice filling of potatoes & vegetables. Samosa costs almost a Rs 100. Its tasty but expensive. We also had momos. Which were not so good. There is no seating. You just pick up & eat standing or sit on the benches in the front.
