A good hotel to stay at for a night or two. Feels more like a business hotel, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Rooms are a tad small but very cozy and Covid protocols are promptly followed. The property is situated barely 100m from the Vasant Vihar metro station which means it has got brilliant connectivity and since the property is located in the midst of a posh market (Vasant Vihar Priya market), one cannot really miss it. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and the breakfast next morning was good as well. The staff was very polite and the overall check-in and check-out procedure was done in a jiffy. Two thumbs up, overall.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. This is certainly not a 5 star hotel. Bathroom size is very small. I was out for office work and when I returned I found that room was not cleaned. While checking with housekeeping at 6.30 pm, the lady told me that housekeeping will be done only if I ask for it. She said that she will send someone and no one turned up till 9.30 pm. Then I called and informed them that it's too bad not to send a person for so long a time. I haven't heard that any 5 star hotel not doing daily room cleaning. They don't keep dinner buffet ( same as u find in other budget hotel), though room price includes dinner too. They will make the food as per your order which means u won't get variety of food. They will make 2/3 dishes and u have to eat that only. In 5 star hotel dinner buffets are always there so that u can have variety of food with small portions according to your likings. So overall the services and rooms are of 3 star only.

Once a happening and bustling place is now cool and calm. Good for a quick meal or coffee. Bar is good as well. Property is really nice and decorative. Spacious and calm place. There is a lot of greenery in house. The staff was quite prompt and helpful. The place was beyond expectations in terms of ambience and comfort lodging.

The location of this hotel is in the right spot where you can access many near by tourist spot or malls and hotels, lounge, bars and fun activities. They have a pool with less depth approximately 4.5 or 5ft.

We were at Jaypee for a few workshops, and the experience was overall good. In the breakfast we had sandwiches and South Indian which was average but the main lunch buffet was Super Tasty. I don't know why it is so? But there was a huge difference in taste in two meals. Desserts were a bit too sweet but well made and staff service was great 👍

Not impressed by this 5 star hotel. In Europe it would be max 4 stars. We were here for a wedding and had a spare bedding in our room. The picture shows the condition of this bed. Horrible for a hotel like this. Room was stuffy and oldish. Windows can't be opened. Breakfast was good and other amenities as well. Be aware of the very bad travel agent. Not recommended at all. No knowledge on indian trains, just wants to get his commission! Be aware of that!

I attended a wedding function @ Jaypee Vasant Continental. Multiple (3) entry provisions were there but was guided only thru one welcome board. Somehow I felt the courtesy to guide the guests could have made things easier. Also the wedding was well decorated & soothing to the eyes but was set up in open current Delhi's humid weather and not enough fans were installed for one's comfort and convenience. The snacks taste and serving were excellent. Valet services were fast enough for one to not wait too much and with courteous & tidy valet staff.

Stayed here for four nights soon after the hotel opened. Very impressed with the fabulous view of the beach from the restaurant, the service and attentiveness of staff and the quality of the finish in the rooms and decor. Only downside of being so new was that a few things were not quite finished- something was not plumbed in on the balcony which may have been the strangely advertised tumble dryer?! The rooms would perhaps benefit from a fridge instead!!!! The shops and restaurants in the village were plentiful and within easy walking distance but not too close that we were affected by the noise. Very peaceful.

We booked 3 rooms and there was drill machine going on the floor above us. They gave vague excuses about informing us of the machine and renovation going on. This is apparently a very expensive property and charged us for 20K for 3 rooms. The staff behaviour is unpleasant and no coordination between the hotel teams. I strongly suggest not to book and waste your time here. This is absolutely unpleasant and we had come for a wedding event in Delhi. Our rooms were 403, 406 and 407.

It is a good five star hotel.I won't say the best because aerocity hotels are way better. This place is bit crowded. I happened to visit one of those embassy meet in 2019. The event was nicely organised and managed. Their auditorium happens to be in the basement (I guess). It is a good hotel for professional events with less than 100 people.

Just ordinary food quality. Had dinner at the coffee shop. The club sandwich was below par by any means which turned us off. The Pizza, salad and risotto were okay though. The hotel staff seems to be honest though. I forgot my mobile in the washroom and they handed it over to me later.

Elegant and pleasant place to stay. Room size was good. Close to McDonald's, Domino's, cafes and few other eateries. Breakfast was ol at best but service was good. Away from all the tourist attractions which is a downside with Delhi's heavy traffic. Overall stay was good.

I stayed here (solo) on 8th October 21 and again on 29th December 21. Rooms are elegantly done. Food is yummy . Positive vibes . Remember ,if you need room slippers ,you need to ask them. I missed buffet breakfast but on my request they provided basic but good complimentary breakfast in the room itself without any extra charge. Thank to the team Vasant Continental! Cheers.

A nice place to stay with very helpful staff. They have an in-house cafe, a bar lounge and 2 restaurants. Food inside is very expensive though. We had buffet breakfast with tons of options for 1000/head. We took outside food inside a couple of times but nobody stopped us. It's advertised as a 5 star hotel, but it is definitely not. You can call it a 3 or 4 star. The rooms have become old and needs renovation. Overall experience of staying here was average (like a 3 star hotel).

We stayed at Jaypee Vasant for 2 days. I feel that this hotel would have been one of the greatest but 7-8 years ago. For a 5 star, the rooms look a bit old. There were no problems in our stay but for the price they charge, there are other 5 stars that are doing a better job. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

A beautiful property with very nice, helpful and cooperative staff. Very well maintained and following proper Covid 19 protocol. Food is good in the restaurant. Swimming pool is closed due to covid-19 which is a good thing. So is the gymnasium. One of their restaurants 'Paatra' is also closed probably due to the same reason. Otherwise that restaurant is good too.

Awesome room, polite and friendly staff, mouth watering English breakfast buffet at eggspectation. The premium quality food and service is possibly the best stay in South Delhi. They took special pandemic cleanliness protocol while entering the hotel. Hygiene and safety was first class. I want to stay here again.

Excellent hotel, great location not really five star but still a great hotel. Centrally located in the midst of embassies not too far from the airport, taxi stand next door with taxis available 24/7. Metro station a few mins walk. Stayed in their superior suite and deluxe room. Both were great. Popular with diplomats, military attaches.

Situated in one of the serene areas of Delhi this hotel provides the utmost service quality and ambience. Polite and professional staffs, quick services and the design of the rooms are definitely to be admired at. The restaurants and cafe inside serve the most palatable dish thought of. Shopping malls , pvr cinema , Starbucks , kfc available within walking distance of the hotel. Metro too is 2 mins walk away .

Mediocre. Maybe it was the mayhem of the wedding season but the place looked like a crowded Bazaar. Small rooms with noise all night. Average food. Non existent customer care. Avoid . Particularly during big loud noisy Delhi weddings

Very well located with a great green view on the East side. Restaurant staff is very good and the quality of food is also excellent. Housekeeping isn't so great and they are rather conservative about giving water bottles (only 2 a day during 40+ summer heat). Right next to Basant Lok market which has a good convenience store and restaurants,

I stayed at the Jaypee Vasant for business in November 2022. The rooms were average - I was thankful to have a bed to rest each night. The rooms were no-frills though. The service at the hotel was good though which made up a bit for the room. There is a full service gym and spa on site along with a few restaurant/bar options. I really appreciated the location of the hotel though as it is located next door to a shopping area with a cinema, Starbucks, and local shops. That helped a lot to get out of the room after a long day of work. If you're looking for a straight-forward stay in a good location, give this hotel a look!

The Hotel is classed 5 Star Hence I will not comment ambience obviously it was good. Food was good. However the rooms were not that great for a 5 star hotel (not for family with small kids) Pros: 1. Good Ambience 2. Pricing of room was good for 5 star class. 3. Food was good. 4. Staff was Very helpful and polite. Cons: 1. The room is not spacious 2. I felt like preference for good Rooms is given to embassy delegates who are their usual customers. 3, Maintenance was going on in the Hotel due to which some rooms were noisy 4, The blinder between washroom and Bedroom was not not opaque due to which anyone visiting toilet in night will wake up everyone in the room. There was no isolated single light which could be switched on for a dim light. The Size of room was just average, The twin bed was not comfortable for family of three.

During my recent stay at this Hotel, I was truly impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. Location: close to the airport Service: 10 out of 10 Rooms: clean, neat, plenty of sockets. Eateries: seated quickly, fresh food. 4 places to eat and a bakery. Walking distance to store fronts.

It is old but clean hotel. The banquets hold some events till late night and a little bit noisy and I still can hear that even I stay at the high floor. The washroom has some smell from the pipe. Hope the hotel could clean it properly asap. In general, it is a good hotel for short stay business travel.

We were staying in Vasant Continental for few days and had breakfast everyday in their Cafe Resto. The food is delicious and the service was without a fault. Would love to dine there again.

I was disappointed by their services. We attended a wedding at Jaypee Vasant and even after being a 5 star the service was disappointing. They took forever to check us in (2 hours late), had really slow service, the lights were faulty in the rooms and the food was below average. The most shocking experience was when I was sitting near the pool and went to ask the restaurant for water. The waiter in the "restaurant" asked to ask the reception for water, which in itself is just ridiculous, but once I went to the reception to ask them they looked at me as if I was the idiot looking for water at the reception and they asked me to go back to the restaurant. Mind you that the restaurant and reception are right next to each other. I was so annoyed that I had to scream at the waiter to give me a bottle of water and then the manager told me he would get me water wherever I am seated. Thankfully there was another function happening in the lobby so the manager just took a bottle from there and handed it to me. I will mention the cleaning lady who was amazing and very hospitable but apart from that, for a 5 star their service is abysmal. I don't think I would ever recommend them for a function.

The hotel charges for cutlery, glass requested in room. No mineral water in the room. Basically it's a 5 star property with third class service. Jaypee management really needs to see what hospitality is being offered. Basic essence of "hospitality" is missing. Guys if you're looking for a comfortable stay, kindy refrain from Jaypee properties.

Food is really great. Ambience is wonderful. But for stay purposes it's not a 5 star feel. It is pet friendly which is good for which they will charge 560 INR upfront but the stay isn't great.

This hotel is so close to localities and has made our life a mess. Kindly don't make soo much noise. A lot of kids are suffering due to high pitch sound During sleeping hours.

It’s a betel I have frequently visited since my childhood for swimming in their pool and almost 20 years down the line for an on and off meal or drink. (It’s few meters from my house) Average place, average service and average staff. Don’t expect great things from the restaurants here. It’s more like a corporate hotel, where your needs would be essentially met. They however do have offers on the bakery before 8pm on certain items of which one can definitely make use. Simple things like the lack of proper wine glass, food being served really late, waiter forgot the order are things which really don’t resonate with a hotel of such stature , which may not be uncommon here.

Decent hotel of small size. Lobby manager is not aware of mandatory covid protocol at igi Airport in connection with rt pcr and rapid pcr test being conducted st the airport before boarding the flight. Otherwise all good where food etc is concern.

It's a great hotel to stay in Delhi nearly half hour distance from airport.I recommend this place when you visit Delhi next time. Currently only 4 star service experience. Few suggestions to improve quality of service considering 5 star level 1) mandatory daily cleaning of rooms should be done if clients consent 2) food daily menu should be include more varieties 3) communication gap between front desk and restaurant was causing significant trouble to us each day on bill settlement 4) Evethough some construction works were ongoing we were allotted a room very near to the site of work , ideally hotel should avoid accommodation in rooms which are very close to work site 5) Evethough ours were double occupancy brush kit were kept only for one person. And hair combs were not available. Hope the management will improve quality further.

One of the best Hotel in that area. Jaypee Vasant Continental has all major facilities of a Hotel which ideally should be the there. The staffs are very supportive and helping. The complete ambience is very nice. The rooms are also good and spacious with all basics.

Was expecting more room services considering it as 5 star. Old property, traditional room setup, old fixtures, empty mini bar, no dental kit etc which one expect in 5 star. Little disappointed however staff is very hospitable, warm n welcoming.
