Service - It is as worst as it can be, upon checking into the room you find some issue let's say TV is not working or toilet paper is not there then you inform the issue to staff who says I'm coming in few minutes but disappears for 20-30 minutes then you call up receptionist (if phone is working) who keeps on saying I've sent the guy to your room but no one comes until you make multiple calls. Room quality - Everytime you visit you are bound to face some issue it is almost impossible that everything is okay in the room sometimes TV doesn't work or toilet paper is not there or towels are not there or some other issue. Ease of booking- There website is just for name sake if you are looking to book at some specific for any time other than 2pm to 1pm slot, as other slots seem to be available but the moment you select some other slot (say 10 pm to 4am) you'll be directed to page where there is only one option which is 2pm to 1pm. Integrity of hotel management/staff - As i was not able to book the room as per my convenient slot i called up the hotel where i was asked 50% extra amount to book the room as per my convenient slot.

I had booked this room for my parents. They had travelled abroad and were returning back. Saw good reviews so booked it but had a very bad experience at the hotel. It was very untidy with cigarette butts in the room. The pillows were torn and the blankets were torn as well (probably due to rats). Very dirty room. Will not recommend to stay here at all.

The photos are not indicative of what the rooms are actually like; plus, I paid extra for them to pick up my 86-year-old grandma from the airport and take her to this hotel... they forgot to pick her up, and then, hours later when she arranged her own lift, they double charged her for the stay!!!

Person at the reception was very rude and had too much of attitude to deal with a customer. Rooms look good in pictures here but in real it's really very bad. If you have a vehicle then think twice to book this hotel because parking is a mess ,You might get your car damaged.

Stayed here during the day between flights as it was fairly close to the airport (10min taxi). Staff were nice and the room was decent and clean but did smell a bit of cigarettes. Biggest problem was reception ordered a cab for us to get to the airport agreed at 400rs. Once in the cab the driver told us it was only this price to drop us at the coach stop miles away from the airport and that it would be 300rs more to take us to the terminal. After much arguing he dropped us at the airport and we refused to pay the extra. I've now read other reviews which have stated the same thing so it's clearly an ongoing scam

The location is very near to the Airport, the rooms are quite decent and the washroom too. The staffs are well behaved, the food is also quite good, room service available till late night. I attended my best friend's engagement and marriage. Engagement hall in the ground floor is spacious which can easily accommodate 50+ members. Marriage venue was outdoor beside the pool. Loved the ambience and decor. Lot of food options. Service is superb. Staff is courteous. Rooms are spacious and we'll maintained. I totally enjoyed the wedding.

I was in Delhi for trade fair, long business trip chosen this hotel later going through the reviews. Rooms are actually huge size and my previous stay also i didn't had any issues. Pick up and drop was provided by the hotel on charges higher than other service providers but it is on safer side. Mr. Gaurav for providing impeccable service at hotel. Had very good experience with this hotel, they offered us room upgrade on day 1 and it's located very close to metro station which served my purpose of stay. Amenities only basic. Minor improvements are required in terms of maintenance.

We checked in yesterday night. Check in took only 5 mnts. As we entered the room, we were surprised to see that the bedsheets & the pillowcases were so dirty. We had to get it changed.. in the morning, we ordered for 2 cups of tea & the reply was that we don't have milk. Then we requested them for a bottle of water. This was delivered after 1 hr. Extremely poor service & quality. Will never recommend this hotel to anybody.

So I stayed there overnight. The hotel is good, near the main road and very spacious. The rooms are very spacious however cleanliness was a lil concern for me. The sheet on the bed had some stains, the exhaust fan of washroom wasn't working and it was not clean enough. I would still go back coz of the friendly staff and comfortable stay and give them a chance to change my opinion so i can write again.

Fully functional, very affordable room for the quality provided. Accessible by car, will most probably be able to find parking. Rooms have AC, TV, cupboards, tea & coffee, fresh soaps, a towel, a water bottle and very springy beds. Window has no view at all though. Affordability meets quality.

the only 4 star quality was the really comfortable bed, and the doorman. Otherwise, the infrastructure was lacking, and the taxi arranged for me was a complete scammer. This taxi demanded more than the specified amount. I make him call the hotel, which ends this argument, just for the man to refuse to give me back my change. I was running late for a flight and this man was wasting lots of my time trying to SCAM ME!! Such a bad way to start a morning going into an already hectic airport. I recommend calling an uber or such

Comparingly expensive.. in the name of selling room he completely denied to a major of Indian army , even after showing the ID.but yes Room was neat and clean . we ordered some boiled eggs , pathetic , came out from fridge . Liked: 1. The dinner was good. 2. The staff was polite. Disliked · 1. The room was dirty. I had to get it cleaned but still didn't work. 2. The runner on the bed had cigarette burns. 3. The bedsheets were dirty. 4. The towels were dirty and wet. I had to get them replaced yet the replaced ones were smelly. 5. There was a cabinet for fridge, but there was no fridge. 6. They gave the kettle but there were no coffee or tea sachets provided. The glasses given were too small and uneven sizes. 7. The AC was working only at one setting. 8. The TV was showing only one channel. 9. The toiletries provided were of poor quality and brand. You would get better ones at a dharamshala. 10. The wall paint was falling due to dampness.

I am enjoyed an 11 day stay here for work, from the 20th of Jan, and found it to be a near-perfect visit. The room was large, comfortable and immaculately clean - every need was catered for by the housekeeping team. The highlight was the food, with the breakfasts being varied and of high-quality each day. Evening meals were also delicious. The team were always helpful but never overbearing - friendly and diligent without exception. Any time I would be back with work, I’d hope to be able to stay here. It is a 4 star hotel, but one that is far better than 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in recently, on every metric.
