Superb location. This is the place to stay if you are visiting Delhi. You can access everything quickly while you are staying in a quiet, safe and relatively clean area. The staff are very polite and helpful with everything. When we arrived they assisted us on getting Indian sim cards (the counter at the airport was not operating). The room is clean and there is ample hot water. Thanks for everything.

Worst hotel to stay. We had kept our money in the safe box but it went missing. The hotel denied on providing CCTV footage. Lost thousands.

Small cramped delux room. Smelly toilet. Poor condition of bedding (spare bed). Staff was courteous throughout nevertheless especially during breakfast time. Excellent location wise. Hotel needs urgent revamp to be in 2022 relevant. Photos are deceptive so future guests beware. Makemytrip needs to do a better job before recommending such hotels go forward. Thanks

Overall this is a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s good value for a 3 star rating and there were just a couple of things that pulled or back to a 4. Mainly for us it was the location of our room which backed into the kitchen for the restaurant which seems to be the main feature of the hotel. We could hear the banging and kitchen noise well into the night as we tried to sleep and a couple of times the smells of the kitchen wafted in through the aircon vent. That being said overall it was value for money and well located

Nice & small hotel at an excellent location especially if you are not driving. Right in front of gate no 3 of Rajiv Chowk metro station. Super convenient.

0 facilities and over priced. I paid ₹21,000 for 3 nights! The had the same breakfast everyday. Bread butter Jam fruits and Tropicana juices. Location is great though. If you are traveling for VISA appointment, this is the best place.

We had an overall good and hassle free experience. We had a late checkin and rooms were ready with extra bed as discussed. The rooms were cosy and well insulated from outside noise. Had good sound sleep in the night. The breakfast option though limited was very delicious. During checkout as well they provided us with additional water bottles to deal with Delhi heat.

I first stayed here in 2013 and now again in 2023. The location of the hotel is great, directly at Connaught Place. If the narrow streets of old Delhi are too overwhelming for you, Connaught Place is a very good place to stay. Most of Delhi's monuments can easily be reached by rikshaw or metro. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side but offer everything a tourist needs for a few days. Good bath, good AC, no big power issues. The hotel restaurant overlooks Connaught Place and has a very relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a meal after a long travel day or an exhausting day of sightseeing. The food is very good, but for Delhi on the pricier side.

I really enjoyed my 7 days of stay. The entire staff of front desk, house keeping, workers from the attached restaurant were just great. The location is excellent, right in Connaught Place. I had choice of just walking down to various restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay in this hotel in my future trips to Delhi.

The hotel offers small but very nice and clean rooms. A big advantage of this hotel is the phenomenal location in the city. However, we were a bit disappointed by the breakfast as the choices are rather small.

Zaffran is located in Hotel Palace Heights in Connaught Place, New Delhi. The décor is contemporary which adds to the food offered. This restaurant serves North Indian and Mughlai cuisines, which are known for their spicy indulgence and the rich aroma. The various ingredients and rich gravy preparation instantly give a relishing taste to the diners. They offer a complete beverage menu to complement the dishes from a range of wines and spirits around the world to very traditional Indian drinks. Their ‘Murgh Biryani’, ‘Paneer Akbari’, ‘Subz Taka Tak’ and ‘Chicken Jalfrezi’ should not be missed. The 'Chapli Kabab' and the 'Chicken Chargha' are the signature dishes here.

Over priced hotel, no facilities at all, less than average breakfast. Standard Room is like a barrack cell. Go for other hotels near by, you can get a 5 star for the same price or 500-1000 more.

The rooms are small but very neat and tidy. Zaffran restaurant is awesome and special mention is needed about all the staffs for their sincerity towards their work and cooperation. Relaxed ambience and cordial atmosphere. Location of the hotel is at the heart of Delhi so I would definitely recommend it and wish them good luck.

Stayed for a day.. very good room with nice bathrooms.. located in a central place with lots of happenings, eat-out joints, bars and accessory stores. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Food is fine.. no buffet.. only ala carte. Good place for a 1-2 night stay.

A very clean and professional hotel. The staff in front office is better than any 5 star hotel. Well trained, courteous and very very helping. Will definitely return. I Highly recommend it 😊

Rooms are a bit small. Barely any space left around the bed to move /keep your luggage. The breakfast was amazing. Try their paneer paratha. Location is top notch. Right inside connaught place.

Rooms are small compact, but closed from all sides , no windows or ventilation. Seems like a match box. Hair dryer was broken and only solace was proximity to the New Delhi railway station

Hotel Pałace Heights is a small hotel in a great location, with professional, courteous staff who were attentive without being intrusive. Although the rooms are small, they were clean and comfortable and sufficient for our three-night stay. It's location in Connaught Place also meant easy access to a variety of shops and eateries. Prior to our arrival, the hotel, on our request, also put our group into contact with an efficient, professional and personable tour operator, Ram Prakash of S & C Tours who organised shuttles, train rides and day trips for our enjoyment. An all-round good experience of Delhi hospitality

I'll start with check in, which was smooth and fast, and even after reaching early i.e. 11 A.M. they allowed to checkin. Even after booking deluxe room, they gave me a single room. After insisting with them, they changed it to another room. Now the services are ok, all the charges are just for location, they stopped buffet breakfast due to low prices in lockdown and just give small and limited quantity of breakfast in the room e.g. either 1 aalo paratha or 1 omlette, which was unexpected after charging hefty amount. Service is fast but expensive, only book if you want to stay at Connaught place. T.V. recharge was getting expired each day even when mentioned that stay will be long. Basic amenities such as Floor mat outside Bathroom was missing. Asked for better tea which was provided.
