Thank you. It’s taken Me a year after leaving to write this review but the memories are still very vivid. Staying with them was an absolute pleasure. The staff were always very polite and ready to help. I liked my room and it was always attended to in good time. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality.

We had our Haldi program there, very nice interior with good service, there is also a guest house for barati, guests,etc. you can stay in night but they don't have hand shower in washroom.

I stayed in this hotel cause of location and the fact that I was in Delhi for only two days. Room was clean but the bathroom was dirty. I called up room service who came and cleaned the bathroom. It was old style bathroom with no shower. Had to use a bucket to shower. I ordered breakfast for one morning. It was beyond horrible. The whole breakfast tray that was sent to my room was cold and tea was horrible. I ate few bites of the paratha as I was hungry. After eating it I felt sick. At night time I woke up with a noise only to discover a mouse in my room. I couldn’t sleep rest of the night. Staff were helpful which is why I gave it two star. I won’t be staying there again.

Nice place for family functions. But bathroom is very derty

Place is good enough to accommodate 300-500 people easily, beautifully design, very nice interiors, well maintained. Good parking space outside and under the building. Good place for wedding or parties for people living near Old Delhi.

Tasty food live music is good voice os singer is nice but volume should be bit low In halls lots of mosquitoes are there

It's a very good society club also it haa now turned into a hotel. You can do booze parties here. You can do engagement ceremonies, birthday parties.Food and service is top notch. One should go and dine there once for an amazing ambience and experience.

They have got the biggest elevator I have seen. Good food and service. Singer is pathetic. Please replace him.

For all foreigners, please take my advice and do not go to this hotel, because the room was so Dirty and disgusting I was there for a few hours when I saw my room and after that, I left it, I don't blame the staff they were good and respectful but the room was so Dirty.

The company is registered in the name & title of mgm club society located in the middle of the walled city with historical landmarks viz. Red fort, delhi gate, etc. This is a newly launched innovation with the vision of mr. M.g. Agrawal, honorary president of the club, the man with a positive attitude and a futuristic approach MEENAKSHI There are a lot of restaurants in the city today that although have decent and beautiful looks but fail deliver an amazing quality food. Victoria located in Daryaganj belongs to a similar category. With good looking interiors and a decent ambience, Victoria manages to gather a nice number of customers. The menu comprises dishes North Indian and Chinese cuisines out of which I tried the following- FOODYISTAN Been to this place many times as my Tayaji & cousin brother have membership at this place. The food is here good, staff is also polite & service is quick. They serve awesome Dal Pakoras , Allo Matar fry. Must try.They also have 3 - 4 family rooms for private dining. Family rooms can accommodate upto 17 - 18 peoples. This is perfect place for family outing.

Previously it has been a good place for parties and wedding ceremonies. But it now has come to the worsen conditions, due to non maintenance of facilities. Today, on 9.01.2024, there was a marriage reception. But the service of food was very poor. The toilet is a dark, place without water and cleanliness, almost like an MCD road side urinal.

The staff at the reception is very unprofessional,aggressive and doesn't manner, we had booked 15 rooms on 23rd June 2023, we came to know that the management is not proper. We had deposited the key card at the reception and stepped out for marketing later we were told that we have to pay penalty for the duplicate key card.

Everything is just so excellent there... From the staff (specially the manager Arjun and the housekeeping Yakub) every one is humble, kind, promt and honest to their jobs... The restaurant serves the best egg noodles, biryani and vegetarian food within pocket friendly prices.... The bar is very much equipped with variety of liquors surpirisengly affordable and economical.. The rooms are equipped with all modern amenities and fulfils all kind of requirements for leisure and business class travels. In close proximity to all the major business houses nearby in daryaganj.. All over a perfect stay for business as well as leisure....

Descent place...looked quite during lunch time...we were afraid that may be the food would be stale..but it was good

It's very good place to visit. They have parking facilities. Lift also present. Inner place is very beautiful. In this mgm club society a lift the capacity of lift is approx 30 people board at one time. Nearby of MGM club society a temple of lord krishna and radha is also present

I was a regular visitor to their resturant and it was always a good experience in terms of dining and their services. But after their recent management change / taken over by some other, the food quality and service has drastically reduced. I would say pathetic. I am really disappointed with their services.

Nice place in the heart of city, only problem is inside it's very confusing and no staff is there to guide and reach exact point.

Went for a wedding function.. has multiple floors ..each floor can possibly accommodate party of 50-75.. food is average .. decor was fine.. they have a restaurant and bar as well..

I stayed in accommodation here. Good room. Clean and hot water. Helpful nice staff. I had dinner at the associated restaurant , it was ok food.

Worst service , even for water bottle also we have to call so many times . I stayed 3 nights there and the second day I requested for room cleaning but of no response and the 3rd day also I requested they said yes but of no use . Very negligible staff . Room is good but the services are very poor. I strongly recommend please avoid .

It has a marriage,birth,kitty party hall. This is sufficient for 300 people only. And it has a disco bar, meeting hall also. Parking facility is available in basement. It has two lift also 1 big size and 1 small size.

Ambience is good but the behaviour of your one employee was not good. I forgot his name but he operates the lift (big one). He was too rude and did not show interest to help people who visited first time. Try to give your employees a training or behaviour session so that your services could be 5 strat.

A beautiful place with lots of properties in one place like u dnt have to go anywhere you will find everything in same place like they have fine dinning restaurant, bar, cafe , terrace cafe , open lounge , card room , gaming zone , hotel, PDRs, ...and best part is they have a huge lift with couches and with minimum 50 people. I recommend this place

Many small spaces but good management

Great place , however local residents have objected it sometimes as it contains bar also. However their professional management have managed it professionally and caused no issue till date . Also a good place to stay and a banquet for functions

The banquet hall is good and beautiful for organizing any functions. However can't, say the same for the suites they have. Although it's built beautifully the maintenance is very poor. The bathrooms were not clean, there was no bathroom mats, and there was no mirror in the room.

Good place to have beer and food... Try to avoid if you're going for scotch and other drinks. Not worth

Veri neat and tidy place. You can feel at home here. It's amazing how they maintain such a surrounding in a city like Old Delhi!!

MGM really good and calm place, you can reach easily on that place..

It is not suitable for wedding functions. If you are booking it for the same, then try to invite not more than 200 guests.

Place Was In Too Dark Also The Lift Has No Light, Feels Like Haunted. Aparts That People There Was Good.

Services at mgm Club are awesome.....Delicious food, Neat and clean.... Near Delhi gate, Raj ghat, Red Fort,...Will definitely recommend to everyone
