The rooms are spacious and comfortable, good reception and friendly staff. The location is a bit odd compared to the hotel but it's good. You don't get hot water right on tap, you have to call room service and order hot water for bathing

Great stay. Always contact Sagar before booking. You get cheaper rates and bigger rooms. Will come back soon. We watched the Asia Cup 2023 in the lobby with all the guests in the hotel. Very nice

Our stay was approx 10 days...didn't encounter any probs...Rooms are clean...bedsheets/pillowcases/towels neat.... Staff are well mannered/courteous & helpful... Thank you for making our stay a comfortable one...keep going! Regards Mauritius

The worst hotel of my life. Washrooms were so bad, small, dirty with no flush and no shower. Tapsnot working properly. Room was very tiny. Generator failure and there was no light in whole hotel. We were taken to our room in blackout. There in room also we had to stay without light for 1 hour. Booked AC room but could not use AC as it was not working. Booked room for 2 days before visiting the hotel but could not stay for a single day. Changed the hotel in 4 hours. And also did not get any refund for 1 day which I asked for. I highly recommend everyone to not visit this hotel.

if you are looking for room to have good sleep, dont go there. Mattress is like a boat, cant sleep. noisy hotel Hot water in restroom available only during fixed hours. Fake water bottles of Bisleri water are provided on charge only advantage, at walking distance from railway station.

Hotel is big and pet friendly. We were charged 700Rs per day for our pup which is ok as hotel needs to clean up after pets checkout, but the cost charged to us for half a portion of boiled chicken Rs 370 for 6 peices was not acceptable and not at all justified. Washroom was in pathetic condition not at all clean. We asked for extra blanket that too was given to us only after we could justify why we need it. Room service team walking into our room to clear used cups without waiting for us to tell to come in. Reception team did not what to give our invoice to us and insisted that make my trip will share it with us. As per my knowledge Make my trip can share me my room invoice not food bill but I managed to click a picture of the charges they have charged for boiled chicken. Worst Experience Ever.

I stayed here by chance as Hotel Ajanta cancelled my booking after taking deposit and I was left without a room. As this hotel was just infront of Ajanta hotel I walked in with hesitation as it was inside an alley. But to my surprise this turned out to be a pleasant surprise, it has a decent lobby , spacious rooms which are quiet - I could sleep peacefully, hotel staff is very friendly, check in /checkout was seamless , the travel desk was very helpful and they booked my train ticket immediately I recommend this hotel to all wanting to visit in this area

Did not have a very pleasant experience here. First of all, we were asked to pay extra for our early check in. While the rooms were clean, there were a lot of damages within the room and the bathroom as well. No complimentary water bottle was provided. In order to turn on the AC, we had to call the reception. So, every time the AC had to be turned on, a call to the reception had to be made, which was quite troublesome.

Here tourist services should be checked, specially before hiring the car... drivers are very clever.. if you don't have any idea about roads and locations you would like to visit they'll drop you in such a distance which is very discomfort able. If anyone asks regarding it.. they'll say GARI MERI MORJI MERI..even the driver will never share the rules, timings and other things.. But hotel services are excellent..

Rooms is decent. No gyser here. hot water is provided by bucket. My suggestion it's not according to my exception. Rooms are too old.

It is situated near the railway station...we stayed for 1 day....A hot water facility is available only at a particular time.... remaining times they provide a bucket of hot water as per our need....during winter we have to catch our train by 5am...we asked for a bucket of hot water they failed to give....we struggled a lot....early morning....Hotel management please take a look at it....it is not advisable to stay for children and old people who constantly need hot water in the winter season....otherwise the hotel is good and compact

1. Rooms are good and clean but got a fresh paint smell which I found irritating 2. Bathrooms are fine 3. Hotel staff is very cooperative however when asked for water they would strongly suggest you to get yourself a bottle instead of their jug water 4. There was no issue of payment however do not book from agoda as they stopped taking bookings from them 5. I am a very huge guy so I found a bit discomfort with the single bed fitting in

The worst hotel experience of my life. Initially the staff were trying to overcharge me for everything and were so unprofessional. The food at the hotel made me and my girlfriend sick to the extent that we had to go to hospital for IV drip. We were forced to stay there for 2 extra nights due to sickness of which the manager promised us a free stay for the inconvenience but still tried to charge us when we left. We practically had to force our way out of the hotel as they tried to keep us there. Furthermore the room, hotel and kitchen were absolutely filthy. Lazy staff. Avoid at all costs.

No power backup in the hotel. Totally blind during night for more then 1 hr and phone was also not working. After complaining, management suggested to wait till power supply starts.

We had three night stay here. It was good experience during stay .. good room service but while checking out they denied for card payment and insisted for cash payment. However After half an hr they accepted it .That made lot of inconvenience while leaving. So think twice…

The first room which we were given was dirty and dusty. It looked like they hadn’t cleaned it for years. One door of window was open from which mosquitoes were entering. The washroom exhaust had a big opening from which outside people can view what is happening there.

We stayed in triple bed room and room was good.We didn't ordered any food item but it was an OK hotel to stay a night.They have wide scope of improvisation.

Is an okay place..I say so because I didn’t feel like the maintenance of the hotel is not what you expect from the way they say.. food that is available is nice but I didn’t feel any good about how they maintain or service the rooms and rest room.. they say that the boiler is 24 hours on but they never turn it lol..idk why but you can’t even get a proper WiFi connection.

There is no 24/7 hot water supply despite cold weather.. Bedsheets were changed on request. If you go on a work trip where you stay in less time.. its a good place.

The place is amazing if you’re looking for a budget friendly stay. The central location makes all the places in Delhi easily accessible. The service is also great. You’ll definitely have a comfortable stay here.

The room given for family was actually not for a family but just a single room as the bed was also very small. Bathroom was extremely dirty with hair and dust lying everywhere, even in the room. Insects were roaming in the room and just outside it too. Chairs and table were shabby. Pathetic hotel with pathetic room. Even the staff aren't good here.

Resturant is not available Room service available but food quality is vary very bad Drinking water 1ltr MRP 20 but charged 30 more over takes GST on drinking water. The worst hotel i have experienced and stay, rooms are not properly and not vatilated , staff is also not co-operative. We booked room for 3 days but check out in only one day , we stayed one night in hotel reception area as room is not ventilated and manager is not giving another room . Walking distance from New Delhi Railway station. Otherwise you can avail an auto rickshaw /rickshaw to commute. Inhouse restaurant is available with normal cost. Rooms are good in size and other facilities are available 24/7. Staff are very helpfull.

The rooms are quite clean and the AC works very well. The whole hotel is well organized and the staffs are super-friendly. And yes, do not miss their "Egg Curry" from their own kitchen menu.

Its a place where you can spend a day or two if you want to rest and roam the rest of delhi or travel forward. Its quite near to the station and hence very accessible. Flushes were not working properly and the bedsheets weren't exactly clean but the staff was helpful. As I said, you can use this stay as a buffer but not for a prolonged holiday

Great hospitality at this hotel. Hot was never an issue for us. Amazing hotel. They have changed massively over the years. We always go to Hotel Sun for any stay in Delhi. Very good staff
