The service was very poor. They told us to check out immediately, saying the authorities said so. No compensations was given to us. We with our child had to vacate immediately searching for another hotel. Terrible experience with food also. Bad food at a killing rate. Never ever opt this hotel knowingly or unknowingly

Airport Pick-up drop off Scam!!! Be aware!! We were charged Rs 800 for just pick up from the airport. Hotel was 1.8km from IGI T2 and cab was sent by the hotel to pick up. At the arrival in hotel I was asked to pay 800 Rs and told this is normal. At the time of check out I was asked if I would like to get cab service and I will be charged only Rs 400 this time since it was no rush hour. I denied and took the Ola cab instead, paid Rs 190 and Rs 30 tip to the driver for honesty. Rooms were okay for the rate but giving 1 star just to mention the scammers.

Very good for short term stays. Was transiting through Delhi and needed a place to stay for few hours. Service is very good, hotel is neat and tidy and pricing is true value for money. Same standard hotel would easily cost twice of what they really charge. Also the food for room service is really good. I will just go to their restaurant to eat. And the price for airport transfer is fairly reasonable, I didn't even bother calling an uber after the convenient transfer hotel provided. All in all good package for transiting.

Hotel Aerocity Purple Orchid is one of the nicest airport hotels in Delhi i have staid, at this price range. Usually these airport hotels are very old and tired. Room was clean and in the morning they even served breakfast.

A good place for a couple of nights for less than 20$ per night. Even though it's not far from airport, there is no good and easy way to reach this place, so it still costs around 200 - 300 rupees to reach the airport with Uber. It's located near a busy highway, so depending on the room you might hear some noise. My room was without windows, so there was almost no noise. Some cockroaches were walking in the room. The mattress was not very comfortable, I felt strings at some points. Also, you'll be charged for each bottle of water you'll order. Air conditioning was working, so no issues with the air, as the window would open to some small dark inner yard (that's why it's like a room without a window).

Cleanliness is the best feature of this hotel. I did not expect such clean rooms and wahsrooms, considering the surroundings. The hotel offers good value for money - nice specious room with adequate and homely breakfast. The location, though close to airport, is a bit tricky, as the u-turn to the city is quite far down the road, almost near Gurgaon! This is an ideal place for a short-stay near airport

I and my mom went for a short trip to Delhi and we stayed at this Hotel for around 3 days. 💫Clean and nice rooms 💫Humble and helpful staff 💫They arrange for cab for pickup and drop to from airport, also for city tour. (At extra minimal cost) 💫Good food from in-house restaurant 💫24 7 reception is open.. You get very comfortable. 💫Helped us guide about different places to visit. 💫Helped us get my medicines. We had a nice stay. Recommended for family or solo or group for short and long stays.

The room was clean. Good interiors. Clean bathroom. Great staff. Good food, a bit pricey though. Our room had only one window, that was opening inside the building, so it was more of a smoking outlet than a window. But since we were in delhi for a transit stop and only had to spend about 6 hrs, we can't complain. We enjoyed the stay.

Don't get fooled by the positive reviews. Here are some perks the room I stayed in does not wifi reception the signal is too weak. Their sheets are the worst they display the good side. Here is one more thing I went to eat breakfast and there was a roach in the poha.

Very clean and great customer service. I spent 6+ weeks at Hotel. I enjoyed my stay at hotel and the food and service were great. Hotel staff and management went above and beyond their duties to make me feel comfortable in hotel and India. When I return To Delhi I will definitely be spending time in hotel. I highly recommend the hotel if you plan on staying in Delhi for any length of time. Management was incredible! Staff was incredible! location was great.

For the price, definitely the nicest room I've stayed in India. Very clean and comfortable room with helpful reception. Ordered food from the hotel which was also really good although a little bit more expensive than a local dhaba, it was worth the money and convenience. 20 mins drive to terminal 3. Fairly quiet but it is right below flight path so obviously some noise.

Room and room service were very nice. Mr. Rakesh at the reception was very helpful in reaching the hotel location and also in suggesting the places nearby to visit in Delhi. Had an awesome experience. Would definitely suggest to choose this hotel without any second thoughts.

The hotel is fine, especially for the price you pay, it’s good value for money. The breakfast was pretty poor in terms of choices. We removed 2 stars because we got woken up at 7:30 by a staff member actively knocking on all the doors for « room service ». When we asked him what he was doing, he was not able to answer to us in English so we still don’t know the reason for waking us up. We raised the concerns to the reception and they told us we were lying and no one woke us up, guys…check your security footage and you’ll see. We didn’t appreciate being told liars and we can read here that we’re not the only one’s having experienced that. In summary, fine hotel if you have a flight to catch but unfriendly staff and don’t expect to sleep in.

The location is ideal for travellers boarding or de-boarding flight at IGI as it is very close to the airport and even very close to delhi Metro rail station aerocity. Service and rooms are so so. One disadvantage is that every time an aircraft flies past in the sky, it causes a lot of noise that comes directly in the hotel room. Even heavy traffic on the road also does the same. This can be improved upon by management by installing a noiseless window system. Hotel staff is co-operative and polite. All in all, it is a good option for a halt for a night or two nearby IGI.

I found this three star hotel by Google close to the Delhi airport “free airport shuttle” which was not correct and the only hotel that I saw who advertised this on Google searching hotels near Delhi airport… I had to spend the night after not able to board a flight back to USA Sunday morning at 12:20 AM on the morning of December 3 but on the evening of December 2. I was only able to reserve a room from December 3-4 on line. Not a problem at all. I asked someone from the information desk to please help me with how much more it would cost to check in immediately around 2 AM… They said 2,500 rupees more. No problem at all. I was excited to be able to have the opportunity to sleep comfortably. I was welcomed by their front desk staff and immediately escorted to my room which I slept very comfortably for 8 hours after taking a shower. When I woke up I showered again before going out to explore the Aerocity Area around me. Rakes at the front desk was very polite and accommodating with things to do around me in the short visit that I had in Aerocity. He recommended going to World Mark I at Aerocity which I found the cutest airline restaurant and bar called “The Social.” When I returned to my hotel Rakes greeted me with a smile and helped me check out asking about how his recommendations were. They were fantastic I can’t thank him and the rest of the staff at Hotel Purple Orchid enough. I enjoyed resting so comfortably at this hotel while walking to so many other places close to me!

if you are looking for transit hotel, it is a good choice. for the rate, it is a good choice, rooms are decent and location near the airport. for the price you pay it is a decent choice.

Would def recommend if your finding a place near airport. The hotel room was super clean and good, also plus point was that you can see the runway and planes taking off and landing from their terrace.

Usually I don't write reviews but this hotel compelled me to do this. Staff and cleaning was perfect which I did not expected that good. They were humble and helpful. The most surprising factor was there in-built kitchen and food service. Food we cant forget still we are missing the taste of kadai paneer . The best ever I had. Please share that recipe. Arrived in delhi. Called up a few hotels. Reception who answered the call was very nice. That was one of the reasons I came here. Food was good. Decent rooms for the charge. Friendly staff. Would SURELY visit again.

Less than 15 minutes ride to T3. Neat, clean, polite staff, in room dining. Ideal for somebody who has to stay in delhi in night to catch an early morning flight.

Hotel was quite clean and the room was really beautiful and tidy and received all the facilities as mentioned. We opted for a family room, so it was quite convenient with enough space and furniture. Room service was perfect, the food that we ordered for dinner was quite tasty and fresh. In addition, the overall location of the hotel was very convenient as we had to catch a flight next early morning and it was quite close to the airport. We opted for the airport shuttle service and it was well on time. Overall a delightful stay and highly recommended to stay especially if you have an airport transit from Delhi😊

We booked a room for 4 hrs transit stay in Delhi as our flight was in the late evening. Room and toilets were clean and well kept. Hotel location is very convenient, 5 steps away from the main highway so you're on the main road but away from traffic. Location feels safe if you're travelling with family. Food and service was very good as well. Staff were taking care of the request on a timely basis. Airport was close to 20 mins away in the peak traffic hours and we booked a cab from Ola to reach there without any difficulty. Prices were reasonable for such a good stay.... Highly recommended ...!!

Hotel is good but there is some service delivery gap. Staffs are not supportive, you have to remind them again n again to do their job. Rooms are normal but charges are high.

Nice place to stay near Indira Gandhi international Airport. The complimentary breakfast is very good. Though limited menu but it will not disappoint you.

Absolutely the worst receptionists! These guys not only have not allowed for me to check in to my paid reservation but has not helped me at all. They kept arguing I should show my stamp of arrival even though I already told prior making a reservation that my passport is under processing with the embassy and that I only have the passport copy and visa to which he agreed on the phone but then asked for the stamp upon mg arrival of the hotel. Who keeps pictures of arrival stamps? Plus they were rude.

I was just transiting through Delhi so I stayed in this hotel for 20h. Amazing staff and delicious food! They took really good care of me at all times. Special mention to Rakesh and Sahid, always with a warm and kind smile :) Thank you guys!

I stayed in this hotel last week for a day with my wife and daughter during my travel from Australia to Jaipur. My entire experience was great. Start from arrival, I had too many check-in bags and cabin bags. Hotel staff helped me to move my entire stuff in my room. Very friendly and polite staff. Breakfast is also good. My credit Card was dropped from my wallet during hotel check in but manager returned it immediately🙏🏻. During departure I got a big help from Madhur Ji and Rashid Ji (i am forgetting this name) and other guys for bags transfer. I even tried to give small tip at the end for their help but they said sir this is our duty and we will not take any tips. I promised them to write a review for their good service. I hardly write any reviews. Thanks guys. I will come again for my stay. Thanks.

Everything is good in hotel and rooms also. We booked two rooms. When raining was coming room' ceiling leaked with rain water.That thing is not nice. One more thing, you have to open your own kitchen because when we ordered something than they took lot of time to deliver. Hope so you doing well.

We went here on winter time. But they refused to on AC as a heater. So it was cold inside. They will only provide blanket but ac can't be turned on. We asked for water and then only they were giving. Service was not good.

The rooms are clean and the staffs are really friendly and helpful. Mr. Rakesh at reception helped us by giving suggestions on the best routes to explore Delhi as we are coming for the first time. Food was also delicious! We had a good stay at the hotel eventhough it's for a day!
