I Have visited store on 10.6.20 . They charged me extra and when i complained they explained that its their systems fault they cant do anything . Called their customer care twice and shared invouce with them but all in vain. .they just assured it is their systems fautlt . They cant do anything. Just making excuses . Havent got any solution from their side. Just making full of innocent customers. They admit overcharging but dont ready to refund the amount . How can someone faith on them if they cheat customers

Worst experience ever. The Manager and Staff were extremely rude and incompetent. Couldn’t resolve a single issue of name spelling correction and kept on asking me to produce my proof of identity even though I had done the process before to resolve this issue. Ironical how a big jewellery chain like Senco cannot resolve the human error without troubling customers.

Not even six months of free service. Diamond falls off from the ring within 3 months, and they will charge you for both the diamond and the ring. Also while giving the ring for repair, it was mentioned on the slip that the repair is free of charge. Not recommended.
