Small investment jewellery collection is equally good as the big investment ones. Nonetheless tanishq offers good quality jewellery I have been using ones for years .Mr. Shadab posted there has been very helpful with our purchase. HYGIENIC- all Covid protocol are followed. Seperate big washroom, pantry, simple outlet ample space for customers. Little lounge areas in between for waitings. PARKING - 4 cars can be parked at front.

Affluent! Really not. This showroom is very very costly. But that is only high here. This tansihq you will visit for visit only because they don't have variety on what you want. They will ask to order and will want 2-3 week time for that. Very few option in diamond earrings category too. Earliee also i visited there for diamond rings but was disappointed.

Received a car with crash and dent from Tanishq store valet, and the manager had no interest to address the issue/take appropriate action. This happened during my recent visit to Tanishq showroom in South Extension Part 2 in New Delhi on September 14th at 6:00 PM. As a regular customer, I expected the valet driver to park my car carefully and return it to me in the same condition. However, when I received my car, I discovered scratches and dents on the rear-right side (photo attached). I immediately informed the driver, but he denied any responsibility for the damage. I reported the incident to the manager and staff at the showroom, but initially, no one took my concern seriously. Finally, another staff member checked the car and promised to investigate the incident using CCTV footage. However, there were no cameras where the valet driver had parked my car. I requested them to check the footage before the valet took my car and compare it with the car's current state. Unfortunately, no action has been taken so far.

Tanishq did branding in such a way with TATA loyalty and most respectable Industrialist Sir Ratan Tata that there is no competition for them. Even I think Tanishq is the best Jewellery Brand. Hope it is for High end people but I will try once for sure for my loved one. The name Tanishq was chosen by Titan's first managing director Mr. Desai.The name was formed by combining the first two letters from Tata and "NIṢKA" (meaning gold coin or necklace in Sanskrit), although the has been modified into a K. According to another sources, the name is formed with the two words Tan (body) and Nishk (gold ornament) in the Sanskrit language, a name synonymous to superior craftsmen or absolute design. Tanishq was at the centre of a controversial commercial that sparked backlash on social media over the depiction of Hindu and Muslim community in matrimonial setting. After heavy negative reactions on social media, the company withdrew the ad.

Highly costly place

Utterly disappointed!! I went to the South ex outlet 1st time and had the worst experience I have ever had at a jewellery store. We were asked to wait for around 20 minutes (which is fine) but after reaching the counter, the sales person took off and never returned. After waiting for another 15 minutes, we asked another sales person to show us the jewellery. She (ASHA) took no interest in doing so, was constantly on the phone or gossiping with her colleague. We we not shown even a handful of options. Still we bought jewellery. The only time she actually talked to us was when she had to sell their yearly membership to us. I never expected this from a brand like Tanishq. Train your staff or they will dent your image!!

Excellent service. The staff is courteous and attends to you personally. Enough space for your family members to wait inside the store. They offer you tea/coffee, in case you have had a long day. Their collections are very good. Once you tell them your range, they will show you everything within your budget. The only drawback is that the billing takes a lot of time.

This is not a gold plated or costume jewellery store by any means. Besides one can purchase Pure Gold Coins and Good Bars as well. The store is located in a Major Market of New Delhi and easily accessible. Parking cars could be an issue for the customers and the store management should make valet parking arrangements for its customers. The staff is smart in sales, patient, friendly and courteous. Ample seating and display, sales counters are available in different floors of the store. They accept cash and major credit cards for payments.

They have good variety of diamond jewellery. Gold jewellery mostly traditional designs, trendy designs not many. The salesperson who assisted us (Shaan) was really nice.

I have been visiting Tanishq for years now and never have I had an experience as terrible as this. This was my first visit to the South extension outlet and I'd like to tell everyone that the staff at this particular outlet is incompetent, utterly disinterested in their job and discourteous. The only reason I choose Tanishq is because of my trust in their quality of services.But this time I am extremely disappointed with their level of complacency and incompetence. This is not something that customers expect when they visit a store that has "a TATA product" written on it's door!

Himanshu is one of the best employees working at Tanishq. He coordinated with me through video call in Germany and simultaneously with my mother who was present at Tanishq store with most respectful and caring manner. He guided us throughout the process and presented us with the best options which met our expectations. Whenever I went to a Tata store, I was always greeted with a smile, care and better than world class service, which made shopping feel fun and exciting. But not this time, i bought myself a gold ring from Tanishq in South Ex. but found its grip on my tender finger too harsh and intended to exchange it. Madam Archana however seemed a bit too eager to bid me off going, without showing much designs and only showing expensive options, next time even if you shop from Tanishq dont dare exchange it.

I got a retort in the most unpleasant manner and was asked rudely to wait for 45 minutes as there was a token system. I fully agree to your protocol for the day keeping in mind the festival. The heat too does make us lose our cool. But an abrupt and rude attitude was a shock especially from my favourite Tanishq. I shopped elsewhere , but the regret still remains. Opening time of the store is 10:30 AM. Please don’t go before 11 AM as the staff is barely able to take the position. Maybe it was on account of festival season that they had to stay late yesterday but it is advisable not to reach the store before 11 AM. Another problem that I faced was the billing. I had no problem of sharing my PAN but my mobile phone numbers were listed in their records in my wife’s name and daughters’. So I was not allowed to make payment and I had to call my wife and to make payment as the listed phone number with them was in her name. I wish store manager could be authorised to make such changes and facilitate the customer to make payments to them.
