Worst experience. Why some one buys gold coin?? To wear it?? No.. to make it an asset and sell it when you are in need of money. But the so called policies of caratlane says we cannot sell gold coin to them which we buyed from them only..lol.. though the saleperson themself say that we can sell our goldcoins but refuse it when we actually go there to sell it. At that time, they will show the list of their policies with very small font size about their policies. Let me tell you caratlane, your company will not stand last with such policies. They suggested us to exchange it. Then we exchanged our coin to some jewellery and again when we went to sell it they didnt tell us the exact amount after deduction. They just gave us return reciept with no specified amount. Then they deducted 11 thousand rupees for no specified reason and shown their policies written in tiny letters again. Worst experience. They didnt even transferred our amount for 2 weeks. Never buy from them. They are fraud. Other jeweller companies convey exact policies. They also buy their own gold coin and transfer the amount in same day or give cheques but this caratlane for god sake a total fraud.. Every companies have some policies we understand, but those policies never play with sentiments of the customers. Salesperson just want to sell their product and they totally lie about everything.. these people are worst.

I am the last person to write a negative review, but this is the third time I have waited and come back multiple times to get one product. Shocked at this service from a TATA brand. They are always ill prepared and full of excuses. Favourite being internet down, audit happening. And not one apology even though I am a regular customer. Not visiting this outlet again.

Horrible service. They will keep on searching products online rather than showing to customer. Once a product is chosen they will ask you all your personal information before billing and will take 40-45 minutes to make bill after you have made payments. Horrible service Mr Atish Kumar attende me. Waste of time. Rather do online shopping

The store in Rajori (Delhi) are the worst to deal with. They close much before time. What is the point point of putting up information on internet about the opening and closing hours when the staff doesn’t follow. Sumit is extremely rigid to deal with, I am surprised he is kept at customer dealings. I reached 35 minutes closing hours and I was not let in despite continually requesting for 10 minutes. Simply because the staff wants half n hour for closing!! I have never experienced such unsupportive behaviour. May be the company wants to look into this.. EITHER CORRECT YOUR INFORMATION ONLINE.. or get the people working in stores straight ..

Nicely located store. Trendy designs and quite affordable. Every time I visited the store, had an amazing experience! Staff is courteous. Here I would like to mention Nisha (executive), she catered me on every visit. She is very polite and helpful. Gave me wonderful suggestions and helped me in selecting the best design/ jewellery. Updated me about the various schemes and offers. Would like to recommend Nisha and the store for jewellery purchase.

I went there looking for nose rings. I had already picks up few designs which were available online on their website and app to buy. But I wanted to compare the pieces in person before buying. However, this branch didn’t have those pieces available and suggested to place an order and wait for 4-5 days. They also told me that the pieces I was looking for were available in Rohini and few other branches. However that same piece was getting delivered the very next day if you place the order online. So clearly there’s a scope of improvement to have more variety available in store or expedite the service.

I was confused from do I buy present for my elder brother , I had gone to various places but dint get what I actually wanted ( a locket of Ganesh ji) one of my friends recommended carotlane and finally I purchased a beautiful Ganesh ji locket , Sumit Singh was so polite and extremely helpful.he took his precious time to understand what exactly I needed and gave me something which actually fits in budget .beautiful designs .this place is highly recommended.
