I have shopped at this store a few times- the first time I thought the collection as well as the pricing was really good, second time I was also delighted by the service. The owner looked at the different outfits I was planning to wear for a wedding I was attending and helped me pick out the right combination. She was very patient, brainstormed with me on different options and what was most surprising and pleasant was she told me some of the existing jewellery I had would work well with some outfits and I didn’t need more. I bought the mathapatti in the pic below, she patiently looked at the Chandbalis i already had and my outfit pics and helped me pick it out and suggested the whole look with accessories. Very pleasant experience, high quality jewellery and designs have a lot of variety. Ill definitely be back.

No one replies on Instagram ans whatsapp regarding orders and queries. Seems like they are not interested in people buying jewellery from them. I sent a lot of DM and whatsapp messages but no one replied.

One of the worst mistakes that I’ve ever made!!! Terrible service, it was nightmare. It seems, that they would only cater to some so called influencers & bloggers. And this is not just a random rant to get a refund, I never used the set that I ordered, as it had the wrong finish. I will never suggest nor return to this place. I’m sure there are better sellers out there who would honour their commitment.

Collection and quality is good but customer service is worst. Once you make payment you literally have to go back and forth to get your items. Do not recommend the pain for the money you pay. Hyped by bloggers and looks like only works well with bloggers. Moved on to mortantra, njewels1 for their excellent service.
