shocking experience to say the least. CP outlet refused to buy its own gold and diamond jewellery back even with original bills. doesnt want to value its own gold at the same weight or current gold price. no other option but to believe that jwellery bought from them all these years cant be trusted….!!! pathetic.

We went two times to change jewellery purchased from Mehrasons cp but they didn’t changed we were carrying their original card they don’t even trust there own jewellery purchase from there shop they kept on asking bill mostly the shop of cannaught place is empty due to poor service and staff also shows attitude. Pathetic service won’t recomend anyone to go to Mehrasons cp.

They have good quality and design, they run good service. Good option for jewelry lovers.

Go ahead if you want to buy a jewellery always insist for Hallmark that is a sign of purity guaranteed by the government of India whenever you buy jewellery weather from the shop or any other shop always insist on Hallmark which is the sign of purity and government of India controls it so be cautious while buying a jewellery or any stone always insist on certificate and proper bill always remember that bill should be with GST number and should mention the purity of gold not just the item but the purity of gold is very essential to be mentioned most of the Jewellers just put the weight and they do not mention the carrots are the purity of Gold it is very important that the purity of gold are the carrots should be mentioned in the bill same goes for stones if you are buying a stone whether it is Diamond or any other stone always insist for certificate and ask the Jeweller to mention the certificate number on the bill itself because without the certificate number on the bill it will be very tough for you to prove that you have bought the stone from the Jeweller I hope my information will help you thank you

Exchange process is very shady, they won’t consider the current value of diamond but the price you bought it for, even if you buy a new product of the same diamond rating
