Hello sir,mam muskan here from delhi it was a great experience of buying jewelery from y'll. In starting of our order we had a little issue for not wanting an adjustable ring rather a customized one but you took that seriously which mostly online selling jewellers don't,you were quick to response and solved our problem pretty earlier than expected.you were engaged in the conversation and trying everything to solve the issue my mom thought it was another online scam but we are now glad that it was a genuine shopping :) We encourage others to shop from you too.

The day i started shopping from osr i have not visited any other store. I own around 30 pieces of jewelry from osr. Whenever i go wearing any piece from them i get compliment. It's more than a year i am buying from them but not even a single jewelry polish is faded. It's value for money. Must try
