Not safe for women. Very rude cashier who deals rudely and aggressively with customers. Shouts at female customers when they ask questions or pose concerns.

Its a very hopeless showroom. My experience was too bad. The employees of the showroom are too cheap. They manipulate the things easily. So don't ever visit this showroom

Poor quality of product. They are just selling silver for the sake of it. Products is getting black even without wearing it. Horrible customer service as they just shout on you when complained about the product quality.

Rude rude cashier who kept provoking us into a fight. Absolutely disrespectful towards women, not letting us even speak, constantly talking over us. We complained to the manager of another branch in order to ensure our safety till we exited the property but the said manager didn't even bother speaking to the errant staffer let alone taking an action against him. Also, the collection was average and the staff less than enthusiastic to show us their collection or help us. If we had not showed restrain, the cashier would have not stopped unless it triggered a fist fight. Awful experience and this store should be skipped for sanity and safety.

Extremely rude staff, very expensive and not good quality. We were specifically told that a necklace ee bought would be able to be altered later and they completely refused to do so when we brought the necklace and were very rude to us. I bought a lot of jewellery and discovered that one was broken …I tried to reach them and finally I get the Rajouri Garden store …who said send the piece we will repair …I had a flight to catch and there was no way I would have gone there and come back..I told them I will send the piece give me a refund because the piece was damaged they refused …very unfair practice…very disappointing and I think this store’s stuff is overpriced no guarantee given …don’t buy from a overly priced store who are not reliable

I have tried calling at soni sapphire shop more than 20 times due to some urgent reason but they never picked up my any call it is really disappointing.

One can get purchase or rent jewellery from here. They charge 30% of total cost of that jewellery. Collection is good. Also can get a bit modification like color of beads or pearls as per your attire color. Have their store near park in Lajpat nagar central market. Also have a outlet at Rajaouri Garden.

Expensive but they have huge variety

It's a good shop for artificial jewellery. I found certain marvelous designs here but felt that the stuff is a little overpriced.
