Bad experience at the store . Today after spending more than an hour while billing , the staff changed my products . They sold a ring chosen by me kept for billing to the previous customer . Upon asking I was told that they have another piece of the same ring . They did put it on my tray . Just by chance I wore it at the last minute and to my horror the ring was small in size . I was told they don’t have any more pieces . Since i was taking an entire set of earing , neckpiece and ring , I left it all . Worst the staff were not aware of size no so I cant even order it online . Else I have a few of these series and they are lovely in terms of look and quality .

All the salesman are clueless in this shop. OMG that was really stupid. Only the owner is interested in selling rest everyone is relaxed, no effort whatsoever. Items are good but you would have to do all the digging

Pretty silver and ornamental jewelry available here at reasonable prices, reasonable being different for all of us... The staff at the Saket store are very courteous.

worst experience in this store , if you go for browsing they treat you like ..... Also bought shiva belt , packaging was pathetic , not even give in a proper box as I was thinking it will come in a decent box but to my horror they just squeezed it in a old box, after much request . If we are paying that much money just for design can't they just make it presentable & make customer shopping a good experience. I was thinking to get more of their earrings but because of the poor customer service it just put me off:(
