but
yes
iam frequent
buyer
for
Caratlane,
as
i
love
those
design
and
especially what
price
bracket
u
keep,
so
whenever i
want
to
buy
something
for
gifting purpose
i
always
choose
tanishq and
now
from
2015
onwards ill
choose
caratlane
also........
But
what
i
faced
last time
its
very
heart
broken
especially when
u
stand
such
a
known
brand,
on
last
15
sep
2021
i
brought
one
gold
chain
for
my
sister,
as
she
is
a
married
woman
so
she
wear
that
chain
very
less,
most
of
the
time
she
wear
mangalsutra
which
again
i
bought
for
her
from
caratlane only,
so
sep
onwards
she
wear
that
chain
hardly
3,
4
times,
Yesterday
i
went
to
caratlane
store
which
is
located
DLF
MALL
OF
INDIA
FIRST
FLOOR
SEC
18
NOIDA.....
There
was
one
staff
PRADEEP
CHAUCHAN
who
attended
to
me
at
that
time....
My
concern
was
that
why
chain
has
three
cuts,
when
she
was
not
wearing
regular,
so
ill
ask
MR
PRADEEP
CHAUHAN
to
give
solution
and
ill
request
him
to
exchange with
same
mrp,
because that
product is
not
used
and
not
a
year
old also,
I
entered
the
store
saying
Hi,
to
Mr.
PRADEEP
CHAUHAN,
with
no
reply
from
his
end.
It
appeared
that
he
was
not
interested
to
listen.
I
looked
everywhere
but
there
was
nobody
else
to
attend.
so,
I
continued
explaining
my
problem.
He
straightforwardly
denied
to
listen
and
continued
with
one
statement
only,
"As,
only
Repair
that
Product"
That
guy
treated
me
very
badly
very
rudely,
he
showed
me
his
eyes and
tell
me
very
rudely very
straight
forwardly
as
we
do
not
exchange
that
product,
we
only
repair
that
product,
then
ill
ask
that
guy
if
the
same
problem
came
again
then
what
was
the
solution,
again
he
said
very
loudly
we
have
to
repair
only......
The
way
he
treated
me
its
not
showing
as
he
is
working
such
a
reputed
showroom,
and
he
is
not
interested
to
resolve my
problem,
after
that
ill
ask
him
to
give
MR
SHIV
number
who
is
the
store
manager
in
that
store,
that
guy
denied
to
give
his
MANAGER'S
number,
and
not
even
the
visiting
card
...
he
said
we
are
not
allowed
to
give
visiting
cards.......
I
Am
very
disappointed
by
the
way
he
spoke
to
me,
the
way
he
treated
me
as
a
customer,
and
his
voice
was
so
loud..........if
u
keeping
this
kind
of
person
in
ur
store,
u
people
will
never
be
able
to
keep
ur
old
customers
entact.
I
would
like
to
request
you
will
you
be
able
to
provide
me
a
solution
here.
As,
Im
not
entering
the
store,
where
I
am
insulted
every
now
and
then.
