I am a very old customer of this shop. I live 325 kilometers away from here. I come here to buy special jewelery but this time I felt very sad going here. I bought a diamond ring from here about 6 months ago, that too a certified diamond. Salesman was told that the value of a certified diamond keeps increasing in dollar terms. Suddenly I needed some money, so I thought of sale this ring because the value of the dollar had increased more than before. I was very shocked after going to their shop, they reduced the total value of my ring by 30%. Now I will never go here again to buy jewellery.

It’s a really nice shop for gold jewellery. They have cheapest gold price and very low 8% making charges. You will have the transparent bill and hallmark. So you can change/ sell your gold anytime at the current rates.

I am giving them 5 stars so my review stays on top and it gets noticed. They spend so much money on their radio advertising where as they should be spending some money in their employee trainings for better customer service and how their staff can be alittle more polite. Few ladies there have no manners they talk rude and if you have to buy few grams of stuff then they totally loose interest in showing you. They keep talking in front of the buyers only. They are pathetic as they will keep telling you that thankfully u r getting some variety else for few grams u get nothing. Also when they see people coming for buying like weddings all the sales staff get excited and start fighting amongst themselves as to who attends a prospective buyer. They are not bothered if there are other buyers still sitting and asking them. I would rate my experience to be sour.

Stopped my long-term relation with this Jeweller only because of their behavior issues. I feel bad for the man who made this shop with his sweat but the new generation has no respect for customer. sales person are also unprofessional and dont know how to talk. Learn a lesson there are many jewellers in the market. You are what you are because of us.

Worst jwellery shop and staff in terms of ethics ever came across...!!!! Have gone there to exchange engament ring jus after 10 days of purshasing it and surprisingly they have only 20-30 designs available for that exchange..! Feeding customers only when they come to buy somthing new should not be the molarity and ethics...valuing the customers should be learnt by them and there whole staff in every manner.

Visited their store recently. Probably the worst staff with rude attitude. I used to like their old Staff in past. Seems, there are major change in last 3-4 years. This is a nice store for jewellery. The main USP of this place is low making charge and transparent billing. All jewellery is hallmark. I also found diamond jewellery to be reasonably priced. Looking forward for shopping in the wedding season again.

Shop is very good for jewellery but I must say employee Komal Jaiswal Unnecessary speaks a lot and in a mood to do arguments always. In starting me and my wife was thinking from employee point of view that may be due to rush she is in pressure but after that I found she treats customer like that and unnecessary speaks... I just want to say she needs behavioural training and company must give that to there few employess like komal Jaiswal.

Very bad experience with this place. Bought one diamond set and engagement rings. First in one ring they took almost 20 days first they forgot to get the size made then again they took time. We had an excellent experience yesterday when we visited Rama Krishna jewellers. The collection had lot of variety and the staff was extremely patient and hospitable. Would like to call out Ms. Rashmi and Ms. Rachna who went out all the way to make our experience wonderful as they had good knowledge of the product and talked about interest of the customer. In the end, would also like to thank the owner, Mr. Neeraj and his father, who were not only very transparent but gave respect and regard to us. We left extremely satisfied for the quality and price of the product. I would like to also mention that we had given bangles in exchange and they gave us full value of the bangles even though these were not purchased from them. Although our first visit, would definitely visit again in future and recommend to my friends and relatives.

Very bad experience with diamonds jewellery. No resale of their diamonds elsewhere. As per their own policy they offer full return on the price paid at the time of purchase and not the current price of diamonds at their store. If you buy from good brands like tanisq or malabar they offer return on the current price of diamonds at their store. I got 50 percent appreciation on the diamond jewel purchased from a big brand few years ago. Was unable to return the diamond jewellery purchased from Rama Krishna as it was resulting in loss

We purchased a ring from them where some jerkan(stones) were there in the ring when we purchased it they said the weight is without stones and when we went there to sell it they again reduced the weight of stones from gold for gold price. Why are they fooling people giving ads that they do not weight stone and reduce its weight. I will not go there to buy it again

On confronting, their manager said "who website update nahi hui hai"...this how a reputed brand should do fraud? Disappointed

Very popular and very old jewellers in the main lajpat nagar market ... Just next to famous Ram laddu wala.. it's comparatively old shop so is very congested n over crowded ...we used to comer here from over 20 yrs now.. earlier this used to be special place with best price n lots of variety but now there are several other better outlets with better designs, options at same reasonable price and have good space to sit n examine the designs..... N even after being an old shop they have card machines for visa and master only .... No diners card is accepted here so do check same before planning.

In digital media they say that they do not charge for beads but when I went to purchase a bracelet, they said that on small items they charge for beads and stones. Please never believe their ads. Walking distance from lajpat nagar metro station, this is a traditional jewellery store that has organically expanded to multiple floors. Surprisingly, there is no lift within the showroom. With so many salespeople around, it felt as if I was at a stock exchange. Looking at the collection, I assume they are more into gold than diamonds. Gold collection was yellow heavy with minimal rose/white gold options. Lacked new age designs (for males even fewer) but they were open to custom design creation. Prices seemed reasonable (not aware about ease of exchange, making charges). Overall, seemed like an outlet for regular jewellery shopping and not for special occasions (like, wedding).

I went there to buy some jewellery in exchange of old jewellery. The price of old golden jewellery, they offered was not appropriate. Then I went to dhirsons jewellers. Dhirsons jewellers offered mein 20% extra of what rama krishna jewellers was offering. Dhirsons was more transparent in dealing. Both shops have a lot of variety of ornaments. Dhirsons making charges are 7% which is 1% less than rama krishna. Both charge 3% gst. Both rama krishna and dhirsons are renowned jewellers. But dhirsons has an edge in transparency.
