Very disappointed, the way get treated. Purchased a ring and the sales person calculated the gold price calculated @49700 plus 18% making on it. Then the gentelman came and said if paying through card then 13% and if paying through cash then 12%... that's not expected from a brand which is going against the govt policy which says go cashless. But that's not the problem, the actual problem arises after i made the payment then the sales person came and said by mistake I calculated the price on 49700 but just now I came to know that today's price is 50200 i.e. on 2nd April, i showed her the price in market today for 22crt is 47800 you charged 49700 and you are telling me 50200. Then another lady interviened and she said no Today's rate is 49900 for ohr store....it was so frustrating and embarrassing for me. Not at all expected such kind of behaviour from such brand.

A well known brand for jewelry in North. If you are interested in Platinum ornaments then this place might disappoint you. I went there to buy Platinum rings but it seems like they are not interested in expanding their portfolio of Platinum products. There were only 5-6 rings (looked very old) with very old designs and no scope to ask for a new design or make a custom order. If Platinum is what you want then you should try Tanishq or Caratlane.

I went there , I purchased a 22 carat gold ring, I paid close to 90 thousand rupees for it, It later turned out to be 18 carat gold. These people are scammers, don't buy jewelery from them. Also they punctured my car's Tyre, while I was arguing with the manager. I REPEAT, IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR JEWELLRY TO BE AUTHENTIC, DONOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. PP JEWELLERS ARE SCAMMERS FRAUDS. I tried to return the ring, but they refused to take it back, I even called local karol bagh police for help, but it seems like PP Jewellers already bribed the Corrupt Delhi police. As usual Police was useless.

I visited here yesterday, and it was good experience. Before entering they took temperature and sanitized us from head to toe. And again put sanitizer gel on palms. Staf was also prepared during this pandemic with mask and gloves. We went there for rings and tried many designs. They have a good collections for all price range. Staff was polite enough to cater our requirements. All n all 👍

￲Don't fall in trap of discount on making charges from PP JWELLERS by Pawan Gupta. They are absolute fraud. On 23.10.2022 they charged me 22k gold @48900/- per 10 grams stating that the same is as per price declared by Karol Bagh JWELLERS Association, whereas, the actual price of 22K Gold on 23.10.2022 was Rs. 46000/- approximately. They are so shameless in telling lies. The dealing person had no courtesy. They are very hesitant in getting the hallmark stamp on the jwellery checked whereas other Jwellers offer purity check through karatmeter before purchase. They have no defined terms and conditions for exchange/buyback. Although bill contains terms and conditions but it simply says that buyback and exchange shall be in absolute discretion of PP JWELLERS. If they can charge almost 2500/- per 10 gram more than the actual price against price of 22k gold what can one expect from them buyback/exchange. In fact, it was verbally admitted by them that at the time of buyback exchange they shall give price of gold which shall be almost Rs. 2000/- less than the price at which they sell gold. So fraud both at the time of sale and purchase. Go to PP JWELLERS only if you are inclined to get cheated since you will get gold of the value of 50% of the amount paid.

Nice decoration bothe outside and inside also this is big space jewellery showroom, located on the side of main road' near karol bagh police station around 100meter far away form there .it's very rush and heavy traffic area so your facing a parking problem here if you came by personal vehicle so avoid this side by come in vehicle , there have so many illigal parking on main road that cause of traffic jam here always all day's.

At PP Karol Bagh they don't even serve you water or Coeffee into the waiting area. You will have to ask them for a bottle of water evertime you need even after purchase of the jewellery. Coffee or tea is not in their scope. Poor people.

First their rate is almost 2 pcnt high from Tanishq, like they offer you 22crt gold in the rate 24crt. Second, their making charges are also high. They never show the making charges in the invoice. Behaviour of the staff is also not friendly.

Excellent service. The staff is courteous and attends to you personally. Enough space for your family members to wait inside the store. They offer you tea/coffee, in case you have had a long day. Their collections are very good. Once you tell them your range, they will show you everything within your budget.
