This
is
a
warning
post
for
all
the
consumers
who
trust
such
a
big
brand
to
provide
them
with
appropriate
products
at
the
right
time.
Please
follow
the
timeline
below:
25th
Oct'19
-
We
placed
an
order
for
a
men's
engagement
solitaire
ring
worth
80k+
from
Malabar,
Karol
Bagh.
We
had
seen
a
a
particular
design
at
their
Pitampura
store
and
we
clicked
a
picture.
Since
we
had
bought
the
womens
engagement
ring
(thankfully
without
any
hassle)
we
decided
to
buy
the
mens
ring
also
from
the
same
store
and
it
was
near
to
our
place.
We
showed
them
the
picture.
They
called
the
pitampura
store
and
confirmed
us
that
they
have
taken
the
design/product
id
from
the
store
and
they
are
sure
of
our
requirements.
We
were
given
1
months
time
for
the
ring
preparation
which
is
24th
Nov'19.
Our
engagement
was
supposed
to
happen
on
9th
Dec'19.
14th
Nov'19
-
I
get
a
call
from
Malabar
executive
that
your
ring
is
ready,
you
can
come
and
collect.
19th
Nov'19
-
We
go
to
collect
the
ring
and
to
our
shock
the
design
was
different.
Despite
us
confirming
a
1000
times
at
the
time
of
placing
the
order
whether
you
guys
have
noted
the
correct
product/design
id
or
not.
And
we
were
assured
that
they
know
very
well
about
our
expectations.
Their
executives
also
didnt
check
the
ring
before
calling
us
for
delivery.
Their
manager
apologized
and
asked
us
for
another
chance.
As
we
were
short
of
time,
he
gave
us
the
wrong
ring
to
use
for
our
engagement
function
and
told
us
to
return
it
once
the
event
is
over.
We
were
expecting
to
recieve
the
ring
by
19th
Dec'19.
But
first
we
got
a
call
that
its
delayed
due
to
some
quality
checks.
So
we
will
get
it
on
25th
Dec'19.
Which
was
further
delayed
to
5th
of
Jan'20.
5th
Jan
-
We
again
go
to
collect
the
ring,
and
to
our
utter
dismay
the
ring's
design
was
again
wrong
and
same
as
the
one
they
made
earlier.
We
fought
a
lot
with
the
manager,
who
told
us
that
they
dont
want
to
lose
a
customer.
They
have
worked
really
hard
to
fulfill
our
expectation
so
that
wanted
one
last
chance
to
rectify
their
mistake.
They
told
us
they
will
expedite
the
process
and
try
to
deliver
it
by
20th
Jan'20.
On
21st
-
We
were
again
asked
to
come
to
the
store.
We
went
in
the
evening.
The
ring
was
still
not
designed
as
per
our
requirement.
They
had
tried
to
modified
the
previous
ring
and
it
had
scratches
all
over.
We
wasted
3
months,
our
lifetime
special
event
was
spoiled,
we
waste
energy,
time,
effort
and
money
on
these
untrustworthy
people
who
kept
on
making
false
promises.
The
store
staff
kept
on
blaming
their
designers.
For
us
the
point
of
contact
was
store
staff
so
it
was
none
of
our
concern
who
made
the
blunder
not
once
but
three
times.
Finally
we
asked
for
full
refund
and
compensation
for
our
broken
trust,
energy,
time
and
money.
To
which
they
agreed
to
refund.
But
refused
to
compensate
saying
its
not
in
our
hands.
It
was
the
biggest
mistake
we
made
by
trusting
these
goons
as
a
result
we
were
exploited
for
more
than
3
months.
You
dont
expect
such
a
high
value
item
from
a
big
brand
like
Malabar
to
go
wrong
like
this
again
and
again.
And
adding
to
our
misery,
they
put
no
effort
to
compensate
for
it
in
any
way.
We
would
never
recommend
Malabar
to
anybody.
Pathetic
experience
we
had.
They
fool
customers
and
waste
their
time
and
spoil
lifetime
events!
