I m editing my review today(28/08/2021) want to inform you my patient is no more due to ✍️ wrong operation and treatment by Dr Kalra .

If you love your family members. Don’t ever think of visiting this hospital. I don’t have any doubt of credibility of doctors. Doctors are really good and highly professional but about the hospital the whole managements , systems is worst. No one care for no one.Staffs of this hospital is lazy like pig. They ask money before admission but they don’t want to deliver service. No basic moral or ethics with anyone. Everyone is unprofessional and careless here. People doesn’t know what is the meaning of hygiene. Full of dirt, mosquitoes, fly you will get free every premises of this hospital. Canteen of this hospital is like road side food stall. Funniest thing they will ask money for admission and then after that for every medicines or equipments they will send you to buy from their own medicine shop and at medicine shop you will not find medicine written by doctors. Entire my life, I never saw such worst hospital. Govt. hospital is much better than this “KACHARA” Kalra hospital.

Didnt have good experience. Went to this hospital first time for mil fissure treatment mediclaim was involved . Discharge was scheduled at morning but now it is 8:30 pm still no process of discharge started due to carelessness of hospital. They don't send proper and punctuate rply to insurance company. This hospital seems to be money minded. Don't go here for treatment.👎👎

If patient referred from govt. Hospital in kalra hospital kirti nagar. Hospital staff's behavior very bad and in {ICU} they don't give bed to patient they give folding ( चारपाई) ।। I told icu nurse please provide bed to patient and she said all bed are reserved for special patient. (5 bed are vacant). If patient came any panel like- ESIC, REFERRED FROM GOVT. HOSPITAL,NDMC,MCD etc. They treat like beggar. They give priority to cash paid patient. They are not running hospital they running club if you have money in cash they'll give you first class treatment. No any doctor's visit in icu.

If you really want to stay alive, avoid this hospital at any cost. Recently my brother in law lost his life after stent was put into one of his artery. Initially they told everything is fine and stable and all of sudden declared emergency and he was no more after sometime. This is result of medical negligence. Please avoid taking your loved ones to this hospital.

Recently my brother was admitted into the hospital and the experience was not worth it. There wasn't any issues with doctors but the staff hospitality was terrible, especially Mediclaim Department. Mrs. Hem Lata ma'am is genuinely an example of how you should not behave as a hospital staff. She was really loud and every time I went to her, she was busy eating and gossiping on call. Despite me asking politely to lookup for the papers I asked her, she declined me and went on with her call. Worst experience, I really wouldn't recommend Kalra Hospital if you don't want to be mistreated by Mrs. Hem Lata. She was really rude. She's such a illiterate person, she should know that she's working in private sector and not in government facility.. I didn't want to shame Kalra Hospital like this but Mrs. Hem Lata ma'am is such a terrible woman, even as a human being not as a hospital staff. I'd say she's Ms. Arrogant. Being a woman, she acted so disgusting that I can't even put it into words. I came with high hopes to Kalra Hospital but she made it so frustrating and inhospitable so I never recommend Kalra Hospital. 0 Stars just because of Mrs. Hem Lata.

Very Bad experience. The doctors Lied about the patient ,that the patient is in good condition, and when they feel that patient is about to die, they say that the patient will die in 3 -4 hours and we can't do anything. And the patient passed away.Very Bad Hospital don't go in this stupid hospital😡😡

I had admitted my mother for treatment of dehydration which could have been treated within 3-4 days. However, despite the fact that she showed signs of improvement, the hospital dragged the treatment and because of the unwarranted treatment, an infection developed in the lungs. As they were unable to treat such infection, they brought the patient to a situation where she was to be put on oxygen support and then on ventilator with the result that she died. After the death of my mother, I came across several such incidents which happened as a result of treatment of Kalra Hospital. People generally do not believe such negative posts. However each and every word of this post is true. I have no personal grudge against the hospital. I would earnestly request you not to take your patients to this hospital. If, even after reading this post one decides to admit anyone for treatment to this hospital, he or she will promote the hospital in repeating such incidents.

This email is regarding the absolutely unprofessional behaviour kalra hospital showed us during this past month. If you don't have the facilities and apt. treatment for the patient's disease, then you should immediately recommend them to another hospital which can provide the same rather than waiting till the patient reaches an incurable condition just for the sake of money. And on above of this, the staffs does not know how to behave and guide the patients or their respective families suffering from such a critical situation. These are completely unacceptable careless actions of such a reputed hospital. We are expecting the related authorities to take a strict action against such a disgusting staff and management.

As I experienced, doctors are having very much attitude which reflect the same in their working. Infect they are careless and not give proper attention to their patients during this covid-19 pendemic or what should I say. In my case, they told me different reasoning when my mother EXPIRED at night but other side they have written different story on the Discharge Summary when I received from my TPA. As the same i consulted with other Doctor. I was shocked. THERE IS CLEAR CUT CASE OF NEGLIGENCY AT THE END OF DOCTORS. IN THIS CASE, I ONLY WILL SAY, GOD IS AROUND US AND RESULT WILL BE GIVEN SOONER OR LATAR.

Kalra hospital has given new life to my father. He contacted severe grade food poisoning and was continuously vomiting blood and when we took him to hospital he was almost gone. We were into tears and hopeless. In mind I was only thinking that I will soon loose my father. Dr. RN Kalra apprised us of seriousness of matter but also encouraged us to not loose hope. He personality and his expert team gave all attention to his health and administered treatment very thoughtfully. Dr Kalra was daily visiting him minimum twice a day and more. My father gradually improved in his health condition today afternoon he returned back home. This was just a miracle, unbelievable and gave us a new life actually. No words to thank Dr Kalra and his team. I can never repay them in this life .

Horrible experience. My mother was admitted here in January 2023. I was unable to find ICU bed elsewhere so for the time being I shifted here. Mannerless guards and underpaid and Horrible doctors. ICU did not had Bi-Pep machine which is a kind of Ventilator. The spO2 monitor in Bed no 10 ICU was broken. Don't ever go there if you love your patient. Guard used to fight with attendants. I Hate this place.

Very bad experience, they charge admission fee first and they don't even care about the patient's health or condition they only care about money. My father is in very bad condition and when he was very critical I had no choice but to bring him in a private hospital in the late night but here they charged so much money for tests, medicines and room and i only was able keep him admitted for one day because I had no money to continue for further days atleast they could have stabilized him but they did nothing. He needed the immediate dialysis but they only kept him in the ICU and wasted all the time. Please don't ever come to this hospital or any private hospital. They don't care about a person's life they only care about money.

It is very very worst hospital. I admitted my brother of law in accident case and his leg was very damaged. Doctor did.very negligence and just has sew his all wounds and asked for Surgery in next day. We discharged after 3 hours because of very ghatiya medical services. They charged 42 thousands for just 3 hours admission. Patient admitted in escorts Fortis and when they checked wound it was very wrongly sewed and punched bcz of that leg was looking very blue and got damaged. Didn't hv good experience rather worst experience, the patient with back and shoulder pain admitted to ICU for extra care then left out outside Xray room alone with nausea condition in cold. Nobody knows what's going on there. On top of it initially they denied to provide discharge summary when I signed a consent form for discharge. When I raised the concern with senior authorities they agreed to provide discharge summary but then again they missed to insert critical reports which again took two days. Worst experience, no care for patients only money minting machines. I would say if there are other options available plz don't go to this hospital.

Pls don't go in this hospital my father was fine; but within half an hour they mis-treated my father. He was absolutely fine and strong person but They tied his Hands and feet & started the ventilator without adjusting it. So he collapsed. Very bad experience. Money makers. Showed my 3 years daughter in emergency at 4am. They charged the OPD consultation fees for Dr. R.N Karla, who was no where seen in emergency attending the patient. A duty doctor came from duty room and advised a syrup without checking the patient. These people are money makers who charge opd consultation fees in the name of Dr. R.N Kalra Rs.1000 which is private opd fees. I advise never visit this hospital. The receptionist also will speak theses are the emergency charges and giving the receipt mentioning it as opd consultation which costs Rs. 1000. Very bad experience. It was emergency at night otherwise I would have never visited this hospital. Even sir gangaram not charge for emergency services. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone . They are cheaters and money makers, charges private opd fees for emergency visit.

I have had the worst of experience. No cleanliness. No hygiene. The patient next to my bed was handled so bad that when he died, no one came to check after repeated calls. They are all bothered in making good money at the moment.

Worst hospital ever seen.Discharge summary not made properly. Nobody asked how we are feeling before discharge. We had to rectify the mistakes ourself in discharge summary later after discharge. My MRI report not attachad in discharge summary. Again we came after discharge to get the report.Nobody is taking proper care here. I don't recommend kirti nagar centre of kalra hospital to anyone.

It's a good hospital with great staff specially Mrs Hemlata in mediclaim department who is very well mannered and helped me like family member, she went extra miles to get me the insurance claim and genuinely understood my situation and guided me through it. I was taken care of properly. Overall I would recommend kalra hospital and there genuine staff. I was admitted in April 2022 due to my bad liver. Doctor RN kalra and other Doctors in Emergency did great job and I was literally fine next day and after medications and diet that kalra hospital gave helped me get my liver back into fresh after 4 months. I must say Ms Hemlata from Mediclaim Department was too Humble and professional! Mediclaim department did great job. Nurses are very kind and gentle. Thanks Kalra hospital and staff!

One of the worst hospital I have ever seen. Specially Front office management dept. And security dept. They don't have etquites to help. In security dept. The man who is standing infront of gate (Who carries sunglasses) all the time.He doesn't have sense how to behave woman . He has wrong intensional for ladies. I don't about the name of the man

Very bad experience with this hospital. My father came for echo test. This test should have been done by a cardiologist but here it was done by the technician Mrs Manjeet, who is not even qualified to do so. How can one trust others.

The staff sucks so bad, they have no knowledge whats going on, my mother visited after calling them and they confirmed doctor was coming and when she got there they said doctor isn’t here. And again other day she went after taking appointment, the timings were 6-7pm and she reached there by 6:40, they said doctor left because there were no patients. We felt so furious and when she asked for neurologist the receptionist (there were 3 guys) started looking at each other as if they had no knowledge what a neurologist is. Worst experience ever, the management sucks. I don’t even know how they are even functioning.

Dont ever visit this hospital. My mother got admitted for food poisoning, and they directly admitted her to icu, when i tried to tell doctor that before giving her glucose, dat she is highly diabetic. Doctor started shouting, we will check on our own and you dont interfere. could not even stop her diarrhoea for 24 hrs , made 85000 amount bill and mentioned we do not have room. Also when asked what medicine is she being given, they denied to tell and after 2 hrs of arguing, got to know she only got metrogyl and nothing else.

Staff are very cooperative and helpful. Hospital is neat and clean all the time. Nursing staff is also very caring. The admitted patient get the help from on duty medical staff on their one call even in night. Panel and claim case can also approach for treatment and surgery, the reception staff is helpful, clear your every doubt. Doctors are experienced. The food provided is of good quality. The canteen available in the hospital compound provide hygienic food on genuine rate.

I was treated at Kalra hospital by Respected Dr. R. N. Kalra himself. He is one of the finest doctors of DELHI. The associated doctors and staff are excellent in behaviour and attitudes. I was admitted for the second time. No words of appreciation. My best wishes to all. The private rooms require better lightening and more maintained toilets. For treatment it is one of the best hospitals of DELHI.

This hospital as per my knowledge and experience is quite competent to treat all types of serious ailments with the help of very experienced team of Doctors. They have very clean environment, cooperative and courteous staff to give best care, easily accessible location. OT staffs technician is well trained and experienced they performance in my surgery was too good.

This one star for guard they are too pathetic they don't even know how to talk to patient as well as there attendent. Don't even allow to visit parents even in the time phase given. But you are paying they will make sure that first you pay in full then only. Proceed for payment.

Worst hospital in West delhi if you want ur patient will live for few more years than pls pls don't go there. They will make u n ur patient die quickly. Money wise they are like vultures they take all ur money n put ur patient in worst condition. Staff wise especially sisters are very unprofessional in icu or in upper floors in all buildings they r rude when u show them that ur r needy because of ur patient condition. If u are cash patient or u have to deal with TPA staff, they are very well trained for how to make attendents physically, mentally, n financially harrassed, each n every hour they just ask for money. The most worst hospital, non cooperative staff, giving no information as I have been to this hospital first time booster of sputnik v after confirming verbally as well as registered through slot by cowin app I came from j&k particularly today for the same but they refused me causing harassment & my money got wasted while coming from other state even they were having the sputnik v vaccine but they refused even after sending the confirmation of my booster dose which put me in great inconvenience & problem and who will compensate the same they never tried to satisfy the person but said "go for complaint" and offerd me the opend vyle being not sure whetherd it was water or something else there a very bad experience.

This is the best private hospital in delhi in my opinion. You can find almost every kind of facility here. The staffs are very supportive in nature and will guide you in the best manner possible. Doctors here are very well educated as well as experienced in their respective departments. Talking about the hygeine maintenance, I haven't seen any hospital this much clean and well maintained before. Even if it take some time for your treatment, you'll not feel tired just because of the environment they provide. Really appreciate every person working here!!!

One of the good hospitals in delhi . Treatment and facilities are good. Cleanliness is maintained. Doctors, paramedical staff and nursing staff provide due care to patients. Parking is good all the time. Although valet parking is not available, it is time consuming. Waiting area is too good. It is preferable to book appointments via call to kalra special team and then go. Health check up packages are good.

Admitted for 2-4 days my review:good hospital,good care n very cooperative staff n doctors. Food can be a little problematic. They do not provide adequate amount of food to their patients but if you ask them they would provide you extra. Otherwise my overall experience is good.

Dear All, Please be aware from this Hospital. This hospital charges irrelevant fees from the patients. I can share my experience. For the 2 day admission they made a total bill of 50K without any surgery and complications, only oxygen was given to the patient that too in sharing room. Shocking part is that in 50k bill they had charged 17k for the doctor fee. Dr. Kalra being the cardiologist had called other cardiologist as the visiting consultant without any need ( patient was not even heart patient ). Please do discuss the charged before admitting your patient in this hospital. They charge higher than the best hospitals in town.

Worst hospital. Running business in the name of hospital. Kept my patient for 10 days, only deteriorating my patient’s condition. Abdominal distension evident but no ultrasound. Useless Doctors, Nurses who don’t wear gloves even in this pandemic leave what they could be doing before pandemic. Nursing attendants (Ayas) repeatedly demanding money from patient. ECHS panel staff treating the relatives rudely, no sense of talking to elderly people. Had to take my patient LAMA from this MONEY GREEDY hospital to other hospital to save her from the hands of untrained professionals.

Very painful experience...my father in law BP shooted and we took him to Kalra hospital. Doctor gave no medications to him and told to admit him. When we deposited 30,000 then he was admitted and then only one injection and three medicines were given.For 30,000 rupees we were given very unhygienic room and two nursing staff (female) with very bad behaviour and they used foul language.No doctor came to attend unlesss we told to do so.After three hours when we said to discharge our patient as there was no monitoring and no care two nursing staffs used foul language.After attempts we took our patient home .Next day when when we went for billing information they said we owe 1300 more.For simple BP problem they charged 31,000,misbehaved .They conducted several tests on our patient which were not necessary.After visiting Kalra hospital we had such a bad experience that we now feel that people which are said to be God actually are killers and money maker.God will definitely punish these people who are taking advantage of innocent people.

It was really a bad experience and that too on ur acceptance to pay Rs 1200 per dose. We went for 2nd Dose Vaccination Today and were told by Staff of Kalra Hospital that 2nd dose vaccination would be given only after availability of 10 persons for 2nd Dose. We waited for half an hour but nobody turned up for 2nd Dose. We returned home without taking 2nd Dose at Kalra Hospital. The management of Kalra Hospitalis really a failure for fulfilling the government's aim to vaccinate Delhhites asap.

Best hospital in whole West Delhi, the staff is really friendly and caring, the nurses timely came to ask whether something was needed when I was admitted. I know about the ​BLK hospital, Maharaja Agrasen Hospital and Action Balaji Hospital ​through my relatives but none of them compare to the services of Kalra Hospital, lots of respect to Dr. RN Kalra sir and tons of thanks to the whole staff and management and heartiest thanks to mediclaim team

All hospital staff is good.... I visited for cardiology dept for my mother treatment. I'm thankful for Dr Vikash Thakran..who's nature is very polite and friendly with patients and their attendent.

Dr. RN Kalra and Dr. Ankit Kalra has been very very caring. We are very thankful to him for his personal care and time. Staff also very cooperative and have great service attitude.

May they start a new culture in India For an example you order food in a restaurant and pay for your food as well as for the crockery they use to serve and cook the food

They are pure thugs. Just make money from people's even they don't reply, they have no answer. My uncle just admitted on 22nd aug Dr said he is fine suddenly on 27th in night they said patience is not in good condition, they shiftes them to ventiler amd said that we need 48 house after that we can say something, Around 28th night they said you can take the body he is no more. In 6 days they charged around 3.5 lakh. Including all testa and vemtilator charges still my uncle is no more. They are just money maker staff and dr are not copertaive. Never ever recommended to any one to visit this hospital.

I advise you never to visit this hospital if you have mediclaim.i was suffering from fever after 5days precautions fever is steel there and two more disease added that's (vomiting & diarrhoea).nursing staff says wait bhaiya will take time ..at last my brother decided to discharge..it's very very very long process 😔..I really unsatisfied from this hospital..bill amount was 8.5(eighty five thousand )cost of 🥵

I don't like kalra hospital very unpredictable behavior my mom admit kalra hospital palam doctor suggest angiography test when test complete in kirti nagar branch next day shift to palam branch without oxygen support my mom shifted on road kirti nagar to palam my mom oxygen level down I don't know what can I do god help us life save by God we can reach palam branch as soon as I don't like it. It's very much bad experience I think my mom through CGHS panal so kalra hsospital staff don't like us it's not first incident my mom admit in your dwarka branch in 15/6/2023 UHID number 232114423 give wrong medicine her sugar level down under 50 nursing staff said motions problem but when my mom admit low BP problem my mom can't feel good when take medicine she inform nursing boy but that' person can't react ist good attitude I don't think so

Very bad hospital and you serve’s is truely not like able if you have to died than go there otherwise not. They not even good in after discharged serves if we not able to well after there treatment so, why we should go there. They discharged my big father but he not well yet and ever hospital first ensured that patient is well after that they give all documentation and discharged them they only and only need money not more things.Very very bad hospital you not go there is my request because people they not treated well and not helpfull.

Dr. RN Kalra apprised us of seriousness of matter but also encouraged us to not loose hope. He personality and his expert team gave all attention to his health and administered treatment very thoughtfully. Dr Kalra was daily visiting him minimum twice a day and more. My father gradually improved in his health condition today afternoon he returned back home. This was just a miracle, unbelievable and gave us a new life actually. I had a good experience in the hospital, staff was so cooperative. Doctor vikas jindal is the best doctor i have ever met . One more to be noted by hospital- food needs to given as per doctor consultancy (Example- doc had prescribed sodium restricticted diet but the dietitian had no idea about it and they were serving sodium again and again . Overall experience was great .
