Holy Family Hospital is located at Jamai Nagar in Delhi, India. It is a 300 bed multi specialty hospital founded in the year 1860. Hospital is run by New Delhi Holy Family Hospital is a very good hospital. The patient is treated very well.

This place has nice infrastructure, greenery but what lacks is that the staff is ignorant , callous and very rude( not everyone ofcourse), the kind of attention a patient needs is missing from this hospital. Some treat patients as ATM machines while others treat them as poor and untouchable. Being a doctor, i myself feel that this place urgently requires good and empathetic staff( Nurses, doctors & administrative department).

In this era tests like blood, urine takes 2 days or more to get reported. Which is very slow. Otherwise the atmosphere is nice and clean. And the number provided for appointment for private opd Never picks up which made me feel like being in a govt hospital

A Christian Charitable Hospital. General OPD is not very expensive. However, Private OPD is. Very neat and clean (hygienic). The staff are helpful. Nearest Metro Station - Sukhdev Vihar. The Hospital is situated opposite of the Fortis Hospital and before the Jamia Millia Islamia College/University, Okhla. The hospital has its own internal Chemist & cafeteria. At present, the Registration of new files/Doctor's Consultation takes place between 8AM to 10AM. Thereafter, you have to wait for the Doctor outside the designated room number at waiting/sitting area.

Very good hospital with ample amount of car parking, barrier free entrance (easy access for differently ambled person), resonable fee structure as compared to other private hospitals. Very neat, clean and green environment inside out of the building. Very helpful doctors, nurses and all staff. Almost all radiology facility, blood bank, medical stor, emergency, general and private OPD, well equipped IPD with more than 350 beds. Modern and well equipped major and minor OTs, ICUs with one Canteen and one awesome church is available here.

This hospital is super supportive of medical treatment. High in cleaning and hygiene and staff is also super active and supportive. Doctors are well experienced and behavioral. But some sort of time it seems so hard when they don't allow children to enter the hospital. They don't even allow the second person to stay with the patient Sometimes it's ok but other times when there's no one else with then the situation differs. Overall Holy Family Hospital is the best in South Delhi.

Talking about emergency ward, everything is nice except the doctors. I don't remember the name of the male doc who attended on 26.05.2023 afternoon, but he was inhumane with the mindset of making money. I am not sure why do they get so arrogant with pathetic attitude. Treating patients cruelly is not one expects when we are paying a price for the service. First time in my life, I felt disgusted with a doctor. However, the nurses are perfect and modest in this hospital.

Long story short, the doctors at this hospital are good and know what they’re doing. They provided us the details, didn’t sugarcoat anything, and ensured that we were aware of everything that was going on. I agree that some services here can use some more looking into, but overall it’s a decent hospital that takes care of the patients.

The doctors here are very rude. The neurologists here are the worst. The nurses are still somewhat fine. We admitted my father here in emergency due to slurring while speaking and they told us that it is due to an unknown tumour in his brain and that he needs surgery immediately. We, luckily, consulted other doctors in other better hospitals and got to know after his MRIs and other tests that it was due to weakness. This hospital just wants to make money. Pathetic service. We admitted our patient for total knee replacement. The doctors have taken really good care of the patient. The nursing care is good and the nursing staff is patient and very dedicated towards their work. However, the maintenance of rooms is poor. In private room, the television didn't work. The toilet is very low for knee replacement patients and the toilet seat was broken. There is shortage of ward attendants. The management should work on these areas especially for private and deluxe rooms where patients expect comfort and pay for it.

Reasonable and actual hospital where patients are welcomed by everyone. I had a surgery at this place. Paid 1/4th of the other hospital's ask for the surgery. Staff, doctors are for the wellbeing of the people. O have seen their selfless services day in and day out. Hospitals have become money minting machines but there are few hospitals like this one who want to treat people.

Been a long time visitor and user of this hospital. Has upgraded its facilities over the years while still retaining its charm as one of the older hospitals in Delhi. Most recent use was to get a dose of Sputnik vaccine. Efficient personnel on duty who went about their tasks methodically. There is ample parking space and it's free which is a rarity in Delhi and speaks volumes about the general ethos of the hospital.

Overall was OK. But emergency services at night and wards need improvement. There should be availability of a senior doctor atleast on phone call (in my case it was gynaecologist and that led to deterioration of condition of patient to critical level), it is missing.

This hospital has acted very unethical with one of the relative admitted to hospital. The hospital never gives out the reports to the patient unless patient is discharged. They don't communicate the condition of the patient to family. Even when they communicate they have random reasons. The patient was brought to the hospital and was admitted for a particular condition. But after few hours they digress to analysing a totally different condition. After two days when the results came out normal they started talking about the third to extend the ICU stay. Even the third condition turned out to be normal. One good thing about the hospital is they won't deliberately harm the patient but may expose him to life threatening risks like ICU acquired infections.

The hospital is nicely built and has a very kind staff. Its location is such that there aren't a lot of noises that are heard and the greenery inside and around it makes for a very calming influence for the patient/attendant. The canteen food which comes at a very pocket friendly price is both hygienic and delicious. Besides the OPD fees and other charges are very high.

A very good hospital next to Jamia Millia Islamia a central University in South Delhi. A large 24×7 emergency and has facilities for all type of treatment. Its good for BPL patients. A large pharmacy . Very good doctors on panel. Nursing is best here. Also houses a large and cheap canteen. Overall a full fledged hospital highly rated .

I have good experience in Holy family hospital. I guess whenever I have consultation with doctor here, it was good. It's little bit expensive though but doctor are good. They attend people properly, they give time to patients and understand problem. There is morning clinic as well where charge are low compare to Pvt. OPD. Pathology are expensive but some doctors accept test if you have brought it from outside as well. It has wheel chair accessible entrance and parking as well. Currently charge are 900 for Pvt OPD.

Charges applied to touch patient, for patient's sitting, for IV, for applying IV, for corona protection etc etc.. I visited the hospital with my parents as they were having problems. Hospital is located near jamia milia islamia. Hospital is being well maintain. Most of the patients families come here because they believe his family would given better facilities. They are taking care of patients needs. There are thousands who visit the hospital so, it becomes hard sometimes to manage everything. Family members could easily find restaurant to have breakfast and lunch. Even I have found that most of the people first recommend either holy family or ESI in our locality. It's people first choice. Crowd is something which you would see everyday for every single thing because people of different often visit the hospital for general checkups. This thing is common in Delhi for every single because Delhi is overcrowded. There is nothing bad standing in long queue as others too are waiting. Water facilities is available. Toilets are being clean on regularly basis. Everything seems perfect it has been year now. Transport facilities: • bus, metro, auto, cab and others transport vehicle facilities is available near to the hospital.

The patient was forcefully told to have operation irrespective of knowing that the condition was not allowing. On what basis these stupid doctors take these decisions that could take lives. They issued us LAMA and didn't gave reports at all at the time of discharge. They kept the patient in the CCU for minting Money. The cardiology and nephrology department both wants to operate the patient no matter how severe the condition is. Pathetic.

Good hospital. Reasonable rates. Helpful and good. Its governed by christians so its very well managed. They are not greedy like other hospitals. Its a value for money at reasonable rates and good service. Highly recommended for all kinds of treatment. I also got vaccinated here. Their arrangement was superb. I got 2nd dose from PSRI hospital where my experience was pathetic.

I used to visit holy family hospital for the last 35 years but from last 10 years quality of doctors & services have deteriorated but charges have been doubled & charitable registered tag have become mockery & there is no discount available for senior citizens & poor people.As per the law doctors should explain the treatment being done & what is improvement of the treatment is observed but this practice is hardly followed.If you try to complain to higher authorities nobody will provides the contact detail or email id.Delhi government should make mandatory for all private hospitals to place a painted board listing all management/CMO persons with whatsapp numbers & Email id for grievance redressal. I also request government to pass resolution of minimum discount of 30% plus waiver of GST for Senior Citizens so that elderly people cannot be deprived of getting quality treatment due to financial constraint🙏

Holy family hospital is very famous hospital. The treatment is very good and the rates are reasonable according to the facilities. The care is very good.

Private OPD experience was very poor, even after a confirm appointment you may have to wait for for 1 hour. Also their staff will break the queue and bring their own references in front of the queue. I would highly suggest you to go for a private doctor's clinic instead of their private OPD. Pathetic service in terms of private OPD.

Visited Dr Shanti, she is one of the best gynecologist in terms of humility, knowledge, counselling etc. Truely i have never seen such a humble and soft spoken doctor, she always carries a smile on her face unlike other gynaecologists which makes the patient feel very much comfortable in sharing their concerns.

One of the best hospitals around and the most cooperative staff i have ever seen. The hospital is neat and clean, u won't be having any awful feeling seeing the campus. For patients they will provide you wheel chair at the entrance in case your need it. Doctors listen to you patiently and the most appreciable are the supporting staff. They will assist with everything politely and address all your inquires. Tehre are two kind of opd over there, general one costing 150 each department and private one costing 1000 rupees. They have all the departments and further, rate of tests vary, for example xray- 200 rs, ecg 230 rs. One can visit early morning like 8 o'clock to get early registration in general opd. I would highly recommend this hospital.

This hospital is so overpriced. On top of that attendents have to beg nurses to help patients. Doctor Purushottam is the worst, he doesn't even deem it necessary to talk to the patient, he keeps random tests, no one knows for what, doesn't justify himself, doesn't talk to the patient. More than one time I have had the horrible experience of going there. Once my friend had covid, many other tests they made her do instead. Horrible. Shame.
