So my mother recently got operated here for Bilateral knee replacement and everything went well. The surgery was done by Dr. (Prof) CS Yadav and believe me he's one of the best joint replacement surgeon, he's totally out of the league. He technique of doing surgery is totally different (which the hospital advocates) i.e. little blood loss etc. He is an exemplary in his field. Listens well to his patients and give medical advice to his best knowledge. Overall it was a very nice experience with hospital, right from counseling staff to nurses, support staff all are very polite, helpful and ready to serve patients. However the staff during night needs to be more experienced and quick and sometimes you need to push them to make them work. The only let down for me during my mother's medical stay here was the hospital canteen. Seriously they are terrible, i mean to say food was good but they aren't professional at all, very slow. They used to take more than hour to deliver food for attendants when enquired they said that patients are priority for them, which is ok and I understand but who takes more than a hour infact on some days it was more that 1.5hr to deliver food. Plus the hospital doesn't have a proper cafeteria where the attendants can sit and have food they have small Barista counter on the ground floor. I'm only highlighting this point because Primus hospital is located in VIP area of Chanakya Puri with embassies all around so there aren't any small shops, eateries where a person can eat. Relying totally on Zomato or Swiggy isn't everyone's cup of tea. Once again the main point of this review was to tell that Dr. (Prof) CS YADAV is best in his field so he's the one stop shop for joint replacement surgeries.

My mother got knee replacement on 28 august 2023. Before knee replacement they will take you in full confidence…tell about their doctor he has done this he has done that blah….blah….blah and when you meet the doctor or listen stories about doctor from their staff you will be say kitna Bda doctor h and try ki surgery toh isi doctor se krwani h…and doctor will also say you will start running in 2 months but its a long procedure till now i think 4-5 months according to my patient condition and may be the doctor is great but till now he is nothing as m mother is in extreme pain. Story starts after knee replacement some side effects they don’t tell you which last for a week or two which is fine but atleast tell the patient and after knee replacement believe me your patient have to face severe pain which make you to CRY ALSO and they will say “ pain toh hoga hi”…and ask you to come to hospital. In emergency “doctor will say she is having Psychological pain or anxiety and will ask you to get appointment to Psychiatrist…you will go back to your home thinking may be possible and doubt your patient but believe me its not Psychological pain they are fooling you.. day by day the pain gets worse and when you call them again the same story aak you to come to hospital and When you reach the hospital no priority to post replacement patient they will ask you to get billed and till your number came other doctors get signed off….then again you have to drive 2 hrs come next day and again the same procedure go to billing counter which takes minimum 30 minutes to get billed. Doesn’t matter what the condition of your patient or how much pain he/she is going through. Just sit and wait for your turn luckly your no. Came easily in 1-1.5 hr after your billing…THE WHOLE SCENARIO is that they need new patient so that they can EARN more and BELIVE ME THEY ARE FOOLING THE PEOPLE . I recommended you to look for a better hospital as you are paying high which can give you hospitality also. All docotors are good the procedure is same..but look for hospital which will serve you better after replacement / surgery. PRIMUS IS SO POOR IN HOSPITALITY AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE IN MY LIFE.

My mother had admitted in this hospital. it's worst more than a Govt. Hospital. Totally unprofessional and rude staff. No nursing staff take bother to come on call Bell. Nursing staff totally confused for name and treatment of the patients. Chest team was looking case of my mother and doctor proscribed PFT test. report of the same had came in the morning but when doctor visited in the evening and asked about the report, brother on duty name lokesh told that report will come tomorrow and after I intervene and told that report is attached with the file than he showed report. Report was normal but in boon density report there is low calcium level and Chest team doctor transferred case to the ortho team and hold our discharge till next day. But when next day I asked about the visit of orthopaedic team, nurse on duty told me that ortho will not come for a single person and i should come in OPD after discharge. If their ortho team don't visit for admit person then there is no point to admit ppl in this hospital. At the time of billing hospital added 3 face mask charges in the bill while we didn't take even single face mask from the hospital. I'll not recommend anybody for this hospital. One more example of low grade mentality of this hospital that they are taking Rs. 20/- parking charges while parking should be free of cost. Parking guy asked me to pay extra money as I was his regular customer and diwali is near. At every stage, this hospital robbing to the patients.

Not at all satisfactory in all basic aspects. They don’t even care about you. Only thing they insist is advance depoait. After that they will disappear. I was admitted in emergency around 5 am morning. They gave me some pain killers No body attendant till 9.00 am. 9 am one doctor came and informed that treatment will be started after reports. In their own hospital, it took more than 5 hours to get a report. Till then no one came and cared for my pain. It took more than 4 hours to precess discharge file. Their super slow speed is unbeatable in the world. For the shake of formalities they will ask u everything but nothing on the ground. Hopeless experience.

Primus Hospitals- The most Unprofessional and Disgusting place to be at. My father had a minor chest pain, so we decided to take him at the emergency to rule out the problem. When we shared the problem with the doctors at the emergency, they with not even a fraction of 2 mins started ECG, which showed some errors (as told by them) and they suggested us to admit my father that very night. On the very next day morning the ECG was done again along with the COVID test. And then they didn’t even bothered to show us the reports and straight away shifted my father to the CCU. The supporting staff at the emergency/isolation room was negligent and rude and were busy the whole day gossiping and giggling among themselves. On being shifted to the CCU, their "so called" Cardiac Specialist - Dr Vikas Chopra (who indoubedtly was a shrewd, manipulative and a devious person) was assigned and he simply told me to sign the consent form for the angiography to rule out the problem and told me that since the patient is diabetic, it can be risky. When I had the word with my father, he simply stated me that he is perfectly fine and normal and he wants to get discharged from the hospital. Then the Super Manipulative and so called Pathetic cardiac specialist - Mr Vikas Chopra called me to his room and told that your father is serious and he is reluctant for the angiography test, so please counsel him and sign the consent form so that he can perform the operation quickly and moreveor since we were on the CGHS panel, we should not wait and get it done quickly. Upon confronting I simply said him -NO and told him that we wished to get discharged and take a second opinion, upon which he became furious and busted into anger and then shouted by saying - " AS YOU WISH, BUT YOU ARE TAKING A RISKY DECISION FOR YOUR FATHER AND YOU ARE GOING AGAINST THE MEDICAL LAWS AND SO YOU NEED TO SIGN THE LAMA CERTIFICATE FOR THE SAME". I took the decision and signed the LAMA certificate, but the hospital unprofessional attitude resulted in making us wait the entire day. The second opinion taken resulted in a fruitful result as the doctor simply told that is was Gastric issue MORAL - IT IS NOT A HOSPITAL RATHER A MONEY VENDING MACHINE WHERE THE DOCTORS ARE THE MAIN PILLARS BEHIND COLLECTING MONEY TO SUCH AN EXTENT THAT THE DISCHARGE REPORT THAT THEY MADE WAS HIGHLIGHTING SERIOUS COMPLICATIONS , HOWEVER THE ECG REPORT WAS COMPLETELY THE OPPOSITE AND WAS ABSOLUTELY NORMAL. A Message for Dr Vikas Chopra- " Learn to value emotions and stop playing games with people's sentiments, Money is not the only important thing in this profession. Rest what you do and serve is what you get - KARMA. God is above all, so ALL THE BEST!!

If there was an option of negative stars I will give negative 5 stars. They just want to make money and not pay the doctors. Worst hospital in Delhi. Patient care is worse than government hospital. Don't tell me to write a feedback. You didn't pay me for my work. I called at least 50 times. I sent WhatsApp massages, I wrote emails. But you didn't pay me and talked to me very rudely. If you are a patient or a doctor, avoid this hospital at all costs. Doctors won't get paid. If you are a young JR, you have many options. Avoid this hospital.

I had a worst experience in IPD. Nursing staff was worst of all. There is a strong requirements of Nursing staff scrutiny/inspection both of their qualification and Decision Making. They never respond to call quickly, I literally made 7 call for an Hour. What if a person had any cardiac arrest and was making an emergency call? That person Might be unlucky to Die in a hospital which claim to be Heart specialist. Doctors are very Nice and More friendly than Nurses. Until my Surgery the person took my history and Doctors associated in Surgery were Nicer than all of the people I met post-surgery. Also, on discharge time the Nurses was sitting and Gossiping... After 3 hours we reach to them again but they just Delay and continue their Gossip, and file was still on their Desk and they said to us that the file is out for Billing. I don't know whether you people are getting Feedback forms or nursing staff torn that off.

Worst hospital in this area. Please don't visit if you want to save your life. Dr Anurag Saxena don't know how to treat patients. Hospital should educate him properly. Nurses behaves like goons. Multiple complaint has been don't but Dr. Anurag was busy in making money from patients. We people treat doctors as God but they don't care. Bills were overcharged and no one is ready to hear any complaints. They have started medical tourism for international patients so they are busy in making money from that only. That's why they don't care Indians. Foods are worst. They don't even know which type of food can be given to which patients. Also they manipulated lab reports so don't rely on their reports. Some doctors are really good here but Dr. Anurag Saxena from Internal medicine come from management quota and don't know anything. Please visit nearest govt hospital they are far better than this one.

I have a great experience in Primus during my treatment for Sinusitis. I really thank Dr. Bali for being such a dedicated and compassionate Doctor. He always go above and beyond towards healthy outcome of his patients and I feel so blessed to have you as my doctor. Dr. Bali is one of the proactive doctors I have ever met in my life. Doctors like Dr. Bali are very rare to find. I also thank all the nursing staff who has taken good care of me during my treatment over there especially sister Saren. She is very polite and dedicated, she is an asset for the Hospital care system. Overall it was a great experience.

My experience is worst one. Theirs only moto is cheat and earn the money with misleading the patients. The patient history of case is Cervical Spondylosis but they operated with angiography. Theirs main business is surgery not treatment. Some of patients has already initiated legal action against Hospital. They never respect CGHS patients and they never follow the instructions and rules of Govt of India. They should admit CGHS card holders without any advance money but they forcefully demands the money which never returned to patients because of unnecessary charges in names of different words. Which is very serious issue. They should be blacklisted. One day they will definitely face ...

They are charging huge and Waiting time here is much more than a govt. Hospital. Although staff behaviour is good But hospital should work on administration things. Like there is one billing counter and you will have to stand in queue for a long time. Same fate is for registration. They don't understand the value of time.

I can’t believe how irresponsible doctors are from this hospital. They are not ready to examine the patient properly. Worst services I have ever experienced. The medical system has degraded a lot and needs some strict rules and regulations. These doctors are no more legitimate. Money has a higher priority than life for these people. I’d have never gone to this hospital if I had known this previously. The place is pathetic!!

Doctors are well experienced and helpful. Hospital infrastructure is good but the management is pathetic. They keep on finding ways to rob the patients. Even for CGHS card holders, there are too many unreasonable charges. Literally charged us Rs. 145 extra for the gloves used by the doctor during check up. That is how low they can fall to extract money from the patients.

Extremely poor experience with this hospital. I had my first covid shot here on 5 March. There was complete chaos. They were unable to upload information to the website. I had to return to them for the second shot so that I could get my final certificate. I did that after writing the the Medical Superintendant. He assured me that everything would be fine. I was given a certificate after the 2nd vaccination on 22 April, which is an invalid certificate as per the governement records. I have written and spoken to the MS of the institution and he has done nothing to put things right. Any one who checks my certificate will think that it is fake because there is no record of my vaccinations on the official government records. The Cowin website says I have not had any vaccination yet. Also, they had put the covid ward with covid patients in it in the same area where they were doing vaccinations earlier. When I went for my second shot I walked into the covid ward because there were no warning signs that this had now become the covid ward. And there were no signs giving directions that the vaccination area was now on the other side of the building. This hospital reeks of inefficiency and irresponsibility. Despite my many entreaties, they are not putting the record right.

I am very disappointed with the hospital's hygienic conditions. My father was admitted in the hospital for knee replacement surgery. When he got his room, the room was not properly clean and even the blankets provided were stinky. For the next 2 days no one came to clean the washroom or to change the washroom sanitary item. After the surgery the urine pot which were provided to my father was not properly sanitised. After he was discharged from the hospital, he started having low grade fever which remained undiagnosed for nearly 3 months. After running a urine culture test, he was diagnosed with Urinary tract infection, and till date he is suffering from fever.

Went to emergency to seek medical attention for possible stomach infection suffering for 3 days. The emergency reception lady was nonchalant and asked us to sit at non-existing chairs and a rookie doctor (as he says) starts questioning in open area and was not willing to listen to the patient but was keen on admitting when situation did not warrant - no initial examination but immediate admittance speaks of money-grabbing and greedy attitude without professionalism!! Dare ever to go there at your health and financial risk !!

Disappointed. This place deserves zero star. The doctors and staff are inhuman. They have no feelings towards the patient. All they want is to earn money not by treating patient but by deteriorating their condition. Longer the stay, more the money. This is their motto. Beware guys! The hospital will worsen the situation. Do not go there.

Got my 1st dose of CoviShield vaccine here. The process was smooth and the staff courteous to ease you into an experience that can otherwise induce nerves in any stable human. The waiting area, an outdoor setting in a portion of the park, was a brilliant idea. It was a soothing 30 minutes wait on a breezy morning, with birds chirping in the background. Couldn't have asked for more after isolating for 2 months in my home. Great work guys!

Went to this hospital yesterday with a patient facing neurological problems. The doctor was so rude that patient was totally demoralized after visiting there. This totally bad and doctors should try improving themselves behaviorally. Minus 10 points overall. Worst experience with a critical patient.

Nice place for treatment of orthopedics related issues. The services are good. Sometimes because of over-crowding, there can be some delay in service speed. The quality is not compromised though, full support for patients.

Our past experience has been fairly well. But this time I have got my husband in COVID ward and the hospital has forbidden the patient to keep his phone with him. Instead, they provided a number and said that we can call once or twice per day. For 2 days we had to call multiple times on one and another number to reach him but today it's been impossible. We have called 7 times today for no response and the hospital is not helping us either. They say just keep calling on that number. How ignorant can one be??

Mortality rate of this hospital is too high. Careless doctors. Poor and arrogant staff. My mother died because of there carelessness. Pulmonology department is worst. Hired 1 qualified doctor and other team is like idiots. Senior doctor is not checking the patient, just consult once. Junior doctors did broncoscopy and because of their carelessness- I lost my mother.

Hospital is good, staff is supportive Ms.payal in Neuro department management under Dr.Srivastava ,she was so much supportive like family member, she always suggest good opinion. Mr.Manish from MRD ,he was also supportive these kind of staff should be in each hospital. They understand patient pain . Dr.Aditya & Dr. Mandeep (Orthopedic team) is fabulous ,i highly recommend to both doctors for any critical case. Dr. Shrivastava ,he is wonderful in understand family pain and always suggest under family limits. Dr. Saurabh Mittal (Urology) his treatment is good and always suggest correct ,feasible option. Things got changed, carelessness is there. ICU Doctors are not trained and qualified. Looks like they got job on internal approach without experience. Always busy with family issue and on whatsapp. First two days my mother situation got critical due to there carelessness as untrained nurses. Given bedsore to my mother. How careless they can be. If they know patient is unconscious then should provide air bed. It's due to Hospitals given to promoters now. Won't recommend to go there.

SHAME! I had gone at 4am with severe migraine to the emergency section. The nurse, the doctor everyone were so rude and unprofessional. The so called doctor, didn't even check using a stethoscope, and gave a tablet and asked me to leave. She didn't even answer if the pharmacy was open and the 24*7 pharmacy was not open. Had to go to CP to find one. When I explained to her that I have a history of migraines, and sometimes it becomes worse and I need not take a CT scan, she insisted me to come in the morning and take a CT scan. Those who have more serious emergencies, never go there, no one bats an eye.

Dr. C.S.Yadav operated my mother on 25th Nov 2021 for bilateral Total Knee Replacement in Primus Hospital. Prior to surgery she was in extreme pain with acute osteoporosis afflicting both her knees. We had once consulted him in AIIMS and decided to get her treated by him only, as Dr. Yadav is not only one of the best orthopaedic surgeon's, he is an extremely nice person as well. Right from day of consultation to surgery, he clearly and concisely communicated every relevant information to us. Sir handled all her post operative problems as well and ensured all glitches were rectified. It is rare to find an exceptionally able doctor with a humanitarian and humble approach. Amongst his staff, Ms. Shivani is a highly efficient, approachable and helpful coordinator. We feel absolutely fortunate to be his patient and truly appreciate him often as my mother has shown remarkable improvement and is getting better with each passing day. We are eternally grateful to Dr. Yadav and wish him a long and successful career and a healthy and prosperous life. God Bless him.

My mother was admitted in Primus hospital for Hip Replacement. We Came to Primus due to Doctor C.S Yadav because he did surgery for my mother in AIIMS because Doctor Yadav is one of the best surgeon in India for hip and knee replacement. Its been 20 days my mother got discharged but i am writing email to hospital to get refund for deposit amount from IPD and OPD billing counter, no one is bothered to reply for my email and not returning money also. I have not received refund for Blood Bank Security(3000 Rs)and Amount deposited for Surgery(25987). I have sent multiple email but no response. Went to hospital again and met Mr. S K Gautam for refund he gave assurance that I will get amount by Monday(6th March 2023), I again reached out to him still amount is not credited and he is telling management approval is pending. Primus want estimated amount before surgery and when it comes to refund they don't refund patient's money. Hospital Facility are really bad. food quality is pathetic for patient. There is no hot water for patient in bathroom, Water jugs given to patient's are really dirty. Staff is rude including Nurses, Support Staff and Billing Counter Staff. If Patient is ringing the bell, but no one will come to attend until you go to nurse counter, same with Support Staff. People on Billing counters are really rude. I think everyone is hospital is thinking they are doing charity.

I was suffering from osteoarthritis since last 12 years. Was under ayurvedic medication for the same but it didn't help. My ayurvedic doctor only suggested to get the surgery done since my condition was really bad. I got my bilateral knee replacement done by Dr. CS Yadav 6 months back and it was the best decision I ever made. Dr. Yadav is very knowledgeable, patient and polite. Was admitted for 7 days and I must say that the hospital excelled in terms of cleanliness and the overall hospitality. I'm completely pain free now. Thanks to the doctor and the hospital staff. The only let down is the hospital canteen, they don't have a proper cafeteria where the attendants can sit and have food. They have a small Barista counter on the ground floor.

Today, On 04.11.203 at 1250 hrs., as per scheduled appointment of my son in orthopaedic department. We visited at hospital well in time. During billing, I have shared my registered mobile number with the billing clerk (lady, counter no.4) when she entered my number, replied that the number wasn't showing. Whereas we have already registered and consulted earlier. I was surprised then she quickly forced me to go back and carry your UHID, which I have not carrying at that time. Their behaviour was so bad and really I felt disheartened. I will not visit again in the hospital and appeal to people to not visit there, if you have issues go anywhere.

There is no question about the knowledge of the doctor. The worst part is their way of treatment. Whenever you will visit for the first time to any doctor with your problem, they will never prescribe you any medicine in first 1-2 consultation. They will ask you to do the test first. In the first consultation they will ask for X Ray and not prescribe any medicine, again ask for Re X-Ray as the view is not clear. The problem will be diagnosed then and there. But just to make money they will ask for a CT scan for the same part. The Reports will be the same as that was in Xray. No new information. They will take their fees all the time. In the final consultation they will finally tell you the necessary procedure/ medicines. Their treatment protocol seems like time consuming and money minded. In simple words, their first motive is making money through various tests, not caring for the patients problems. Everywhere they will charge you extra add ons in the name of consumables which is not charge anywhere. For example Rs. 500-1000 extra for hand gloves they use for any procedure. In the entire process you problem will either worsen or heal on its own. A problem which can be solved in Rs. 1000, you will end up paying 10000 for the same kind of treatment. In the name of service big zero. You will be asked to wait for 30-40 minutes for your reports to be printed. So, if you are ready to accept the charges and the lengthy process you can visit the hospital. Note: Their is no question about the knowledge of the doctors of this hospital. I am not the right person to judge any doctor. This is just a personal feedback about their way of treatment.

I wanted to visit the skin doctor. I called to make an appointment. The person who picked up the phone said that I can come at 5 p.m. the same day. He emphasised on the time, otherwise the doctor would leave he said. When I went there at 5 p.m. sharp. The admin told me that doctors leave after 2 or 3 p.m. They asked me which no. I called at? I showed them. It was their no. They asked who did i talk to? As if i would ask the name of the person. You could imagine my rage. This was my experience with their staff. That one admin staff member to whom i told everything, said that I could come the following day and i wouldn’t have to stand in line to take an appointment. He said that ‘he would take care’ of it, that he would let me go first. The next day i went there. That person was nowhere near the counter. So i had to stand in the queue again and take appointment for the skin doctor. When I went upstairs, that same admin guy only acknowledged me and he didn’t even let me go first as promised. No apology. Nothing. Moreover, the doctor came late. Doctors are good and experienced. But some might add on a few unnecessary tests just to make the most of the situation.

The hospital has a bunch of careless and irresponsible doctors and nursing staff. Dr. Bhupesh Kumar, neurologist is one such example who is not even able to handle minor headaches. His medication makes the cases more severe and eventually deteriorates the patents conditions. Such doctors only care about admitting the patients into hospital irrespective of the requirement, because that’s how they make money. I’m writing this review to make the public aware about the immoral behaviour of such doctors and hospitals.

This hospital is not good and does not treat patients properly. Always asking for money and unnecessarily harassing the attendants. Doctor Bhupesh is not a doctor, instead acts as an agent for admitting patients to hospital, irrespective of the requirement. Bad expereince

I went recently in Emergency services of Primus.Very much disheartened to see how they ignore the patient suffering and do what they want.My relative was admitted in ER for severe sore throat pain but doctor gave her Vit D, Azithromycin ,Zincovit,CCN for pain. After we refused to admit her as the Senior doctor and staff was not so supportive.Next day I called on their emergency number for report enquiry, the South Indian accent guy was so rude to answer and even he cut the call and said. Don't disturb us ,come and collect ur report,we won't give reports on email.I think Primus gave me very much bad idea of how it works on day to day basis.

This is to bring attention of highest authority towards the negligence being performed by this hospital towards the patients. Patients in OPD, ICU are suffering due to the doctors and staff’s careless and inattentive behaviour. There have been many casualties in this hospital and it needs an immediate inspection. Once they admit the patient in ICU, he or she is unable to survive. I request people not to go to this hospital. They don’t give life, they take it. Please, do not choose this hospital.

Do not treat the patient even in case of emergency. No doctor is available in emergency ward. They took 7K for writing a single medicine. Charging 3K for PPE kit if you want to buy that quality can get in Rs 50 only even the high quality one costs max Rs 230. Just want to earn money do not treat the patient. I deposited 30k for admission but they were not taking the case as the emergency. So I discharged my patient from there. No refund of 30k and they said they will return after deduction of file charges and other misc charges after 3 to 5 days. Wish could give zero star. Totally disappointed with the service. Actually they did not served us. They just took the money from us. They are just making money. Do not treat patient. Poor managment. Think 100 times before going there, I Repeat 100 times. Will never ever go back there nor advice anyone to go to primus.

I believe i have the right to do it. bad experience.

Aug 25: Went to Primus because we thought, erroneously, that my sister's and wife's Covid Certificates were not showing up on the COWIN site because of a mistake by Primus. The mistake was ours. The person at the reception, Mr Aman Arora (I trust I have his name right) was exceptional in his responses, and he patiently explained to us where the problem was, and how we could rectify it. His behaviour was oustanding. We have managed to sort out one half of the problem, and I'm confident we will sort out the second also. Thank you Primus. For this you get five stars.

My father was admitted here with post Covid issues which was unfortunately left half treated by another famous hospital. The pulmonary team is excellent and know their stuff. The treatment is balanced and not pushed by lab reports. The best part is the patient -doctor connect missing in many other hospitals is very present here. A lot of visits by all strata of the fraternity. This hospital has constraints in its infra ( being small) and the top management. Competent doctors join but leave. Hope they realise to retain good doctors you must pay a price. Nursing management is the lacuna here. Good nurses but not managed well.t

I went to HR department for interview , they asked me to wait for two hours and after that they have answer of we can't hire as you have long notice period of previous hospital. As much i know every corporate has long notice period. And it's not about the long notice period it's about the way they behaved with the person who came to become employee here. If an employee can't maintain that dignity then how can we expect with other person. The main quality of HR is communication and they have zero communication skill, they lost 10 people who wants to come for interview here but because of this attitude they will prefer to go somewhere else even I also prefer to go somewhere else. I remember the name of that HR person Jayaprakash Dubey. I know can't judge whole department because of one but if front liner will behave like that so how could expect that what will be . It was a very bad experience here, i will not going to recommend anyone to come here for the interview . Or the Management should do something about it.

I recently had to deal with a kidney stone while I was in New Delhi, and ended up at Super Primus Hospital. Honestly, I was a bit worried about getting medical treatment so far from home, but it turned out pretty great. Aakriti, the person who helped me out as the international patient liaison, was super helpful. She kept me in the loop with everything that was going on, which really helped calm my nerves. The doctors there were impressive too. They really knew their stuff and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. It was a nice change of pace from the hurried vibe I usually get from hospitals back in the States. And as for the service, it was top-notch. It felt like they genuinely cared about getting me better, which was really reassuring. So, if you're ever in New Delhi and need medical help, Super Primus Hospital is a solid choice. Between Aakriti's helpful updates and the skilled doctors, it was a way smoother experience than I expected. Definitely made the whole "kidney stone abroad" situation a lot less stressful.

I have very bad experience. On 8 October 2023, my younger brother was admitted in this hospital after severe heart pain. Doctor suggested insertion of two stunts immediately because there was no other option. So they started to to do so. But just after completion the insertion of stunts my brother felt again severe pain. I ask doctor to do something for his relief but he said sometimes it happens in some cases it be stopped after some time but he was wrong he could not understand the problem and my brother died with in 10 min. This was the time when doctor should understand the actual problem, it was totally lack of experience, knowledge. Perhaps if we were in other better hospital, today my brother was alive. So I will request to all don't visit this hospital, it has no well experienced doctors.

Primus Hospital in Chanakya puri area of Delhi is one of the most 'patient friendly' hospitals I've come across. In fact for me, it has now become a 'family hospital', with all my family members preferring to visit this hospital whenever required. With good lab facilities, well behaved doctors, supportive staff, and good focus on hygienic conditions all across the premises, one feels encouraged (though it may not be the correct word in case of a hospital) to visit the hospital. But, I feel the process of healing starts the moment one sees a responsive doctor and caring nursing staff. In fact I found tthat the security guards, manning the gates and wards are also quite well behaved. Thanks TEAM PRIMUS - from the bottom of my hearts, for being helpful and caring. Keep it up....

Worst hospital I have ever visited. They do not care about the patients health, all they care about is taking huge sums of money. In order to take a lot of money from us they told my grandmother (CGHS) that there is a chance that she has cancer and earlier even recommended her for eye operation. They were not giving us the reports when asked about the same. They said their policy is not to give reports because we cannot consult outside this hospital. Worst hospital. Why shouldn't i get a second opinion from some other hospital. It is my body and it is my right to take report and take treatment from somewhere else. Doctors are not educated here. I recommend you go to a place where doctors are good, professional and humane. Not to Primus where they care only about money.

Hospital with world class facilities !! My mother was admitted there in the last week of November due to an accident ,she was then operated by Dr. Aditya Jain and Dr. MS Bajaj ,the surgery went for a long time but it was a success then after the same she was shifted to the ward . I would like to thank Dr Jain, Dr Bajaj for the surgery done , Sister Tabita Singh who helped us a lot throughout till the discharge and Dr Nishant Gemini who helped us from the very first day .Though it was unfortunate but due to constipation the patient was admitted again just after four days of discharge, therefore we had to rush her to the emergency where she was attended by Dr.Tripti who was at the emergency duty that time along with brother Jinesh. This time she was examined by Dr. Vijay and then Dr. Dhruv who treated her for the issue of constipation. I would like to say thanks to Dr.Tripti, Dr. Dhruv, Dr. Vijay and brother Jinesh. The patient became fine and was discharged after 2 days at hospital. I would also like to give a special thanks to Sister Celine ,who helped us throughout both the times and helped a lot in coordinating things .My special thanks to all the attendants who helped us with a smile on their face.

We emailed in advance to ensure they had capacity and on the day as soon as we arrived we had a brilliant experience. We even had our own personal guide who showed us exactly where to go and what to do and really looked after us. The whole examination was done in around 2 hours for us both and we would 100% recommend. We visited in August 2023 and it cost circa 5,000 rupees each.

One of the most terrible experience. Staff is impolite. Doctors are absent. First night in room 220 the AC was not working but no help was provided. Security guy/manager Sandeep Kathyal or something extremely impolite guy. Has no understanding of the situation in which patients and their attendants are. Terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone. Wish I could give minus stars

There are two doctors in their emergency department who are nothing short of sales agents. Everytime, their only solution to a patient’s problem is to get admitted in the hospital. It doesnt matter if the condition can be treated easily with medicines. They’ll recommend you to get Ct scan for something that is easily detectable through an ultrasound just so they can earn extra money. Then they will try to scare you into getting admitted and get an operation done. They wont even give you an injection or medicine to relieve the pain unless you agree to get admitted. Those doctors and their staff will also make fun of the patient’s name thinking that the patient cant hear them. A big no to anyone who wants to go there in cases of emergency. Still a few doctors there are still good. The dermatology department’s doctor navya handles the patient really well and advises appropriately, as well as the pulmonary department is good. A few doctors in ENT are good too.

I can't thank Dr. Aditya Jain enough for his exceptional care. I suffered a severe injury that required extensive trauma surgery at Primus Hospital. Dr. Jain's professionalism and knowledge shone through every step of the process. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and ensured that I felt confident in my treatment plan. His commitment to his patients is truly commendable.

We, me and my wife, were highly impressed with Dr. Ambarish Joshi’s care during our visit to him last week. Making an appointment was easy – we were able to get in quickly -thanks to organised appointments- we did not have to wait long once we arrived for our appointment. Dr. Ambarish Joshi took time to listen to my wife’s full medical history and specific concerns. Very thoughtful questions were asked by him, and we never felt rushed. He thoroughly explained the test results, diagnosis, and proposed treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. Dr. Ambarish’s caring, calm and compassionate demeanour put us at ease through what was a concerning time for us. We felt heard, understood, and most importantly - like we were in competent, caring hands. Our questions were welcomed and answered clearly. Based on our very positive first impression, we would highly recommend Dr. Ambarish Joshi to anyone looking for excellent pulmonary care. His expertise and kindness give us confidence that we are receiving the best possible treatment. I must add that quality of our visit far surpassed our expectations. Harsh

My experience at Primus Hospital for my kidney transplant was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I walked through their doors, I knew I had made the right choice. The entire staff, from the receptionists to the surgeons, treated me with the utmost care, respect, and professionalism. The transplant team at Primus Hospital is exceptional in every way. The surgeons are highly skilled and experienced, and their expertise in the field of kidney transplantation is evident. They took the time to explain every aspect of the procedure, alleviating any concerns or fears I had. Their dedication and precision during the surgery resulted in a successful transplant, and I am forever grateful for their efforts.

Very poor service very bad doctors staff patient wrong information provide to attend, please don't visit to Primus hospital, I have very bad experience. On 5 th January 2024, my Sister was admitted in this hospital very sevyour stomach pain. Doctor suggested normal pain but midnight 3:40 they immediately shift to ICU because they said patients critical I have no option. So they started to do so. But just after my patient condition is very down day by day due to doctor not diagnose the exist issue I ask doctor to do something for relief but he said sometimes it happens in some cases it be stopped after some time but he was wrong he could not understand the problem and my sister is died with in 2 days. This was the time when doctor should understand the actual problem, it was totally lack of experience, knowledge. Perhaps if we were in other better hospital, today my brother was alive. So I will request to all don't visit this hospital, it has no well experienced doctors.

Upon my first consultation, Dr. Chopra took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis, using clear language that demystified the medical terminology. He patiently answered all my questions, no matter how trivial they may have seemed, and alleviated my anxieties. What truly stood out about Dr. Chopra was his approach to treatment. He didn't rush to prescribe a standard treatment; instead, he meticulously evaluated my unique circumstances, considering not only the medical aspects but also my lifestyle and personal preferences. This patient-centered approach made me feel like I was an active participant in my own care, and it filled me with confidence. When the day of my cardiac procedure arrived, I had complete faith in Dr. Chopra's abilities. The surgery went smoothly, thanks to his surgical precision and the state-of-the-art facilities at Primus Hospital.

Had a horrible experience in the gynaecology department of Primus. Had gone there for consultation and doctor Rashmi was very taunting, very rude and also body shamed me for my weight gain which was due to medical reasons. Also, the eye doctor of Primus Dr Saurabh Varshney gave me my mom wrong eye power detection. When we got it checked from 2-3 other doctors, our power was much less. He also was very rude. Very unsatisfied with both the departments. However, I'm still giving Primus a 3 star because the ENT department is just amazing. I had gone to Primus for my ear problem and Dr Ankush Sayal was very kind and cured me very soon. His medicines worked like magic. He was very sympathetic towards me because of the problems and he gave adequate time to understand my problem. I request Primus to improve the quality of services of their Gynaecology department and Eye department because the experience was nothing more than terrible in those departments. Patients should not be treated in an impolite or rude manner and should not be made fun of because of medical reasons. Your ENT department is amazing with doctors like Ankush Sayal. I hope the gynaecology department and Eye department improves their behaviour and also their treatment instead of demeaning patients.
