Came here for Annual check up and this is the worst experience I had. No coordination in managing test and doctors. Doctors not available or came late and left without check up. Be ready to get shunted from one floor to other for requesting to arrange doctor's appointment . Very casual approach of staff.

Booked a slot for vaccination of my son and selected the slot between 1 and 4 PM. Reached the hospital by 2 PM and was told that I have to wait because they need to open a pack of 10 vial only when 10 people are there to take vaccination. After about 15 minutes was told that vaccination is not possible. So wasted by time, energy and fuel and that also when I had a prior appointment. The hospital did not even bother to inform me earlier even when they had my phone number. Poor management of hospital. And the appointment was booked through COWIN app

Hello all visitor , For your kind information, me and my colleague visited at hospital for PHC test on 30th July 2022.The worst experience which need to share for all OPD those are planning to do their PHC at Max Hospital,Panchsheel Park.We went there sharp 08:30am and started all test as listed. But during the breakfast, preliminary I have found cockroaches ran over my shirt.After completed of 50% of breakfast, we were again found cockroaches inside the served coffee to my colleague.Hence please refer attached evidence which we have taken. It’s humble request to you , please don’t visit such rubbish hospital where no hygiene.Next up to your choice !

I have been to this hospital from last five years for my annual health checkups. This has been so far a very good experience with them. The staff is very cooperative and doctors are experienced. Thought here might be rush in the late morning slots but staff bear the pressure very nicely. The services are prompt and effective. I particularly like the Optho Dr Ranjit Verma for his jolly nature and the Dietician Ms Arpita Acharya for explaining the whole health situation and suggesting diet accordingly. The whole atmosphere is friendly and apt to a good health centre. Only drawback is that it's a bit small property for a multispeciality health centre.

Highly unprofessional..!! Went for Preventive Health Checkup along with my wife. It was very scary to see that they were not following any Covid protocol. None of the equipments were sanitised post it was used on one patient. When I complained to the Medical Superintendent, she told me that as per WHO sanitising of equipments are not required between patients. I asked her, what if the previous patient was infected and leaves a virus strain. She still kept justifying that sanitising is not required. Some of the services like Dental etc. was conducted as a formality, the Doctor was not interested to examine at all.!! Also, between two tests the patient were left on their own to figure out the department and get it done. There was hardly anyone to guide. Above all,..I was surprised to see the casual approach of the staff when we were told that all the tests were done and we can go home. Then we asked them about the Mammogram Test which was not yet done. After we enquired, they were taken aback and to cover up they said the Mammogram machine was not working and they would call us back. It is really sad to see such unprofessional behaviour of such a reputed institution. The cost of a Mammogram test is almost 40% of the total amount paid for the Preventative Health Check up. It is sad to see that centre is so insensitive towards their patients. At least they should have had the courtesy to inform the same to us. To top it all, their marketing manager, Milind, (who spoke to me on phone) was highly un courteous and behaved rudely. He was at the height of his arrogance. He told us that the institute is not liable if a machine does not work. And, if we wish, we can cancel the entire check up. Not sure whether he understands that it takes a lot of effort and time to take out a day and plan for the check up. Even after our repeated request, the Centre Manager did not have the time to meet us and understand the details. There are several other challenges which are there at the centre which needs an urgent attention. Many other patients were also shouting and complaining. The management seriously needs to do a close review of the centre and put things right. Hope someone from the management will read my post and act.

They have foreigner price and Indian price. So In case you are working and paying tax in India, please make sure you let them know every single time! Otherwise they charge you more! They also charge more for testing in hospital, book a test at home, you can save up a lot of money!

Doctor Nikhil Pal gives the time to patient to tell the problems and he listens it with attention. Horrible experience! Lack of patient care & shoddy investigation! The doctor I visited did not even bother to ask history, just doled out a list of investigations, did not utter a single word of explanation about procedure or need for investigations but had an extremely authoritative aura about her. She didnt even bother to ask if I am comfortable with getting procedure done on a certain day! On top of it the technician who took blood on 1st floor sample collection caused a huge hematoma, zero communication on whether he was using a new needle & just poked without informing which caused a big swelling in my arm & lot of pain! Worst experience considering the fact Im a Surgeon myself I wont be going to this place ever!

Excellent hospital and very supportive staff. Everyone from doctor, nurses, sweepers etc.. Do their duty very well and on time. Miss Rumman Yasmin who is the PRO is very nice. They have a decent set up....especially the pulmonary unit. Dr Azmat Kareem is a wonderful doctor and a good human being. Excellent diagnosis and management.

I visited the hospital yesterday (20.06.21) for my second dose of covishield. Excellently organized. Everyone was very helpful. In fact, the first guidance came from guard to whom i had gone for token. He advised me on online payment system. The girl at the QR based online place at the entrance was so helpful, cooperative and reassuring. Then direction to the site, vaccination staff, waiting room, etc everything was professionally managed.

Really bad experience.....Had visited this hospital for my 2nd dose of covishield... They took more than 2hours as they kept waiting for at least 5-7 people to come for vaccination. Very bad experience. Think twice before going for vaccination as these people don't value time...

I do my annual health check up regularly from max Panscheel every year. This time too I did it from there, but this time the experience was very bad. All the dr where very casual about it the moment they know it’s a regular check case. Getting appointment with your regular dr was impossible. The worse was the male staff at first floor who sit at the register counter (wish I had ask his name) he keep laying about doctors availability and very casual about everything.

Decent doctors but waiting space around doctor cabin is horrible. We stood for an hour. Thank God none of us have mobility issues. Some spaces are very cramped. The staff is ok ..but no floor supervisor to come ask why you've been waiting one hour or if they can help. Quite terrible when you're charging 1400, if you've to stand around like Public hospital.

The staff at the facility were incredibly polite and efficient. My TB test for my UK visa was completed quickly, taking only one hour. The staff provided clear instructions on the next steps in the process, including which documents to bring and which to upload. My only suggestion would be to arrive on time to save time for yourself and other patients.

We visited Dr. Nikhil Pal, (Opthermologist ) for lasik as well as regular eye check up, he was extremely efficient in his work and answered our queries in satisfactory manner. He is very polite and kind Doctor .

I had a bad experience with this hospital, had a appointment @8:45 and reached @8:55am for full body checkup. Too much waiting and crowded. They were just passing the time by sending us for eye checkup. Who advise their staff to told patient to get eye checkup with empty stomach. People who came empty stomach got their breakfast @12pm ..... ridiculous Checkup was done @2:15pm and when I reached home @2:30 I got headache and vomiting.

Pathetic condition only all the staff is busy with taking money any how. Charged for the services which are not provided and after complaint the money is refunded

I got my full health checkup done in Dec'23 and completely misleading results. The results were so absurd that I had to again get my tests done through a trusted lab (Lal Pathlabs) and got the correct reports from them. Max gave me a Thyroid count of 10+ and the general physician wanted me to start a lifelong medication for that basis the completely carelessly shared test reports!! Thanks to other lab report I got saved from a Lifelong medicine for a disease which I did not even have.

I already had a cataract surgery in 2016 by Dr Aman Jot Singh. She was very good doctor. I went again and found that she is on long leave. Now I consulted with Dr Dhawan. He is very good. He fixed my second eye cataract surgery on Wednesday. Hope all will be well.

Terrible experience at this hospital. Had a dentist appointment at 11:20 am and such an unprofessional space - had a wait more than 1hour with zero apology whatsoever. Ideally, if you cannot attend to a patient, and are certain you will have a wait time, one would think it would be decent to inform the patient. Doesn’t look like that matters to the doctors and staff here. To add to that, the doctor decided to check up on an expat patient. Highly unprofessional behaviour because the staff seemed clueless amid all of this. Finally asked them to cancel and told them to initiate a refund. Amid the entire ordeal, not a word of apology from either the staff or Dr Ritu Ahluwalia.

Very bad service I went there for phycologist Tanvi Bhatnagar hardly two session done . What ever time we book we have to wait for half an hour , only listening part was done not even proper interaction, when your mentally week you need proper interaction not only listening that feels like Iam speaking to the wall . And pathetic time management she called us personally to come at afternoon time when we arrived staff was like OPD patients have come up so it will take time more than an hour . So don’t call people when you have OPD patients coming so far and waiting for hours is not done . It seems like they only want business see how many patients they can and just collect money . After all they are doing wall work only listening to our sad stories.

Dr Amit Nagar in Dermatology Department is a fantastic doctor. I am so relieved that am being treated by him. Max Hospital has done great job by engaging some of the best doctors in Delhi.

I went to Max Panchsheel to get Septoplasty with endoscopic sinus surgery done under Dr. Darius Jijina. The experience was excellent. We started early, by 8 am and I was discharged by 4 pm, fully recovered, although the procedure was for 2 hours and done under GA. Dr. Jijina was throughout very proactive and explained everything from the beginning of the treatment all the way to the discharge. He is very thorough and also very friendly, taking complete ownership of everything including providing the medical insurance documentation promptly and accurately. The hospital is an efficient and friendly hospital, things happen quickly and there’s hardly any waiting. All this happened during Covid times, and it helped that it is a non-Covid hospital and follows all protocols. I highly recommend this hospital for daycare procedures and especially Dr. Jijina for ENT.

This centre is very neat and clean, the reception is also reply very nicely to the queries of people, you can have your turn by token system, just get token and your name will be reflected on the board once your number has come. If you want wheelchair for your patient you can get that at the entrance. There is pharmacy as well. It is a CGHS empanelled centre also. Dr. Rakesh Kumar, ophthalmologist, eye doctor is a very nice and helpful doctor. He will treat you very politely and talk to you to the point about problem. Even he can help/talk over the whatsapp. You can talk to him over the phone. He suggest you good advice and best treatment for eye related problems. I visited there for the eye treatment of my mother. Sometimes you have to wait for your turn of appointment. So it is better to come half hour before your appointment timings otherwise you have to wait for a long. You can come here by cab, metro and two wheeler. Parking is also available there. In this pandemic, they are following all the precautions, aarogya setu app must be installed in your android mobile with mask on your face for having entry.

Indeed, the most treasured of the Doctors I have been privileged to meet. Dr. Sonika treated me as if I was a family member during all my meetings with her, before Surgery, and after. The surgery was undoubtedly successful, and the results were as described.

Owing to continuously on fever on every alternative day since 15th Sept,when I was tired and restless when myself, wife and brother Tipu got to this hospital in the afternoon of 25th September. Told about my case and we were very politely explained by the ever ready staff that the very doctor for my case would be available next day at 10:00. And as scheduled we arrived and met Dr. Kush Ohri, Internal Medicines. He is a thorough gentle personality who understood my case and prescribed some tests and within a short time, my case was diagnosed as Malaria and very instant I was admitted and so my treatment. All the staff especially the nurses are very supportive, ever ready to extend the needy assistance. Feel privileged being served by this amazing staff. I would feel happy to refer anybody. We have been to this hospital,my sister got surgery there ,i must say the nusrsing staff is really irresponsible and not professional, we had to ask 7 times to for services and taking care of patient ,not even visited timely every time we need to call them to check . Infact the call machine was not working .we could not call the staff inside the room .devices were not working .every time i had to ask physically and went to call sisters . Pathetic experience. My dad has to travel with his train ticket for this check. The appointment was booked today at 12:15PM, and at around 9 AM today I received a message that the appointment has been cancelled. I called up max hospital 3 times to make a request to give an appointment with some other doctor but the response was not favorable (1st two representatives disconnected phone calls while talking, and the 3rd one didn't have any answer). Hi , I went for my medical for aviation sector, so there was package of 5k , but they looted me by taking 15K for my medical , rest of friends went to the same hospital and get the same medical done but in 5k and that lady on the reception took 15k saying that this is new package, in which my 2-3test were done separately, I never thought the people on the reception will be looting me in such a manner, it was my vasting experience , and when I told them about my last medical they fooled me saying that , they responded we are sorry , we cannot reimburse. We say these people will help , they are not helpers, they make there on money sitting there. I will never visit to max lab all over India and I request take out all information about test or any surgery before going to max lab, this is very much dangerous for those who are not financially fit because hospital will never help for money . They are looters in Max lab.

Their admin staff seems to be lost somewhere. I dont think record keeping is done properly here and it makes me doubt the authenticity of their reporting. I called to check on my reports which were due and they got me confused with someone else and did not have my details properly stored. Not sure why in 2022 a hospital like Max has this level of incompetence.

I had a comprehensive preventative health checkup done. It is really well-rounded. In the package I chose for, there was also a consultation with a dietician. Ms Arpita Acharya is a really encouraging doctor. Highly recommended.

I would like to add that Arpita Acharya is the best dietician I have met so far. I have lost 25 kg of weight with sustainable and healthy diet. With no starving and this has helped me to come down on my diabetic medicines. From maximum oral dosage to minimum in a span of a year. My energy levels are much better, and now I don’t get depressed.

I visited this hospital today for my annual health checkup. It was a great experience. Everything was smooth. I thought it would take me 3-4 hours for the test but the staff are so experienced that they managed to get it done within 1.5 hours. Overall service is worth appreciating. The staff were humble especially the nurse who took ECG, PFT and TMT test. They also served the tasty & nutritious food after all the tests.

I visited for annual health checkup and I find they services valuable. All staff and doctors were helpful and they took time to explain details of checkup. I found advice of Ms. Arpita extremely helpful to improve my over all health and life style.

I've done my preventive health check-ups for the last 2 years. They have helpful staff who direct well for different departments. You need at least half a day for a complete body checkup.

I visited the Max Panchsheel Hospital for treatment of my acute back pain. I was recommended physical therapy based on the MRI report. Max Physiotherapist Dr Simriti Chhibber did seven sessions of physical therapy consisting of ultrasound, tense, hot packs, and exercises. I felt significant improvement in my pain level after completing this therapy. I’ll highly recommend Dr Simriti for any physiotherapy needs, she’s highly skilled, caring, and knowledgeable. She also gave me several exercises to practice at home to build the core strength.

I have been taking physiotherapy for past 12 sessions.I was suffering from acute knee pain.I took a steroid injection ,still it did not reduce But after the 5 th physiotherapy session with Dr Smrithi Iam feeling better with continuous improvement.Thanks to Dr Smrithi for great therapy and advice.She treats me with warm sensitivity towards my pain and also gives me apt exercise for my knee pain to reduce.Grateful to her for the same.

Don't recommend! They are so high-handed that they've stopped accepting cash/card payments after arriving at the hospital (in Max hospital's Panchsheel branch) and only allow online payments 30 minutes before the doctor's appointment, failing which they will cancel the appointment. And all this when patients have to sit for hours on end in waiting for the doctor to arrive! Not worth it. There are many other good hospitals like Apollo or Fortis. Max isn't the only hospital in Delhi.

Visited for the first time for a preventive health checkup and had a hassle free & good experience. Less waiting time and all the doctors were very cordial and I especially liked the way they explained everything, as a patient I think this is very essential. I also enjoyed the breakfast they served, it was healthy and tasty as well. Just one suggestion to the front desk staffs to be more organised and guide us properly.

I went for my routine health check up. Right from the reception to delivery of final report, the experience was excellent. All the staff are cordial and well mannered. Services were excellent. One issue - time management while referring one depth to other during health check up can be better.

Took 7 hours to complete my PME. Considering the brand one would expect a bit of professionalism. Systems need to be worked out to consider the time of patients. Most support staff is too busy building the business than trying to ensure smooth functioning. Fur instance unlike other hospitals staff is unable to point out tests that need to conducted in advance and are more keen in filling in spots. My first experience can be termed as unprofessional by a reputed brand. Will not recommend my corporate colleagues at all

Visited Dr Nikhil Pal, Ophthalmologist for my mother in law for retina issues in June 2023. The appoint was scheduled and confirmed at 5.45 PM and we were there at 5.30 PM. The charges were duly paid for however the doctor simply refused to check the patient saying that he doesn't have time and a revisit can be done tomorrow or some other time. He barely spent 2 minutes with us. The same complaint was made to the reception desk who mentioned that this is a recurring issue with this doctor. An email was also sent to Max management citing this unprofessional behaviour

Good and clean. Helpers are there. If you go for the first time then also no problem. They will assist you. The sitting area is good. Parking is there. The eating area is also there.

I am a regular patient of Dr. Smriti (physiotherapist) and I have had a very good experience with her. She’s very understanding of the pain points and has helped me recover faster than I expected. However, I am disappointed with the infrastructure of Max Panchsheel since the room allocated for physiotherapy is not spacious enough for doing any exercise other than the ones that can be done on the bed. A bigger room will not only help the patients for exercises but it’ll also help the doctor to conduct different exercises/training with better equipments. The physiotherapy section of Max Saket is of a decent size and I hope that other Max clinics should also be brought at par.

Dietitian Arpita observed my mother's test reports carefully and cordially learnt about her medical history. Analyzing the details, she provided particular guidelines with adequate clarifications. We thank and express our good wishes to her.

A very good hospital. The Doctors especially Dr Shanti Swaroop Dhar, Gastroenterologist and Dr Vandana Soni Minimal Invasive and laproscopic surgeon are very professional, sympathetic and good matured.
