Highly
unprofessional..!!
Went
for
Preventive
Health
Checkup
along
with
my
wife.
It
was
very
scary
to
see
that
they
were
not
following
any
Covid
protocol.
None
of
the
equipments
were
sanitised
post
it
was
used
on
one
patient.
When
I
complained
to
the
Medical
Superintendent,
she
told
me
that
as
per
WHO
sanitising
of
equipments
are
not
required
between
patients.
I
asked
her,
what
if
the
previous
patient
was
infected
and
leaves
a
virus
strain.
She
still
kept
justifying
that
sanitising
is
not
required.
Some
of
the
services
like
Dental
etc.
was
conducted
as
a
formality,
the
Doctor
was
not
interested
to
examine
at
all.!!
Also,
between
two
tests
the
patient
were
left
on
their
own
to
figure
out
the
department
and
get
it
done.
There
was
hardly
anyone
to
guide.
Above
all,..I
was
surprised
to
see
the
casual
approach
of
the
staff
when
we
were
told
that
all
the
tests
were
done
and
we
can
go
home.
Then
we
asked
them
about
the
Mammogram
Test
which
was
not
yet
done.
After
we
enquired,
they
were
taken
aback
and
to
cover
up
they
said
the
Mammogram
machine
was
not
working
and
they
would
call
us
back.
It
is
really
sad
to
see
such
unprofessional
behaviour
of
such
a
reputed
institution.
The
cost
of
a
Mammogram
test
is
almost
40%
of
the
total
amount
paid
for
the
Preventative
Health
Check
up.
It
is
sad
to
see
that
centre
is
so
insensitive
towards
their
patients.
At
least
they
should
have
had
the
courtesy
to
inform
the
same
to
us.
To
top
it
all,
their
marketing
manager,
Milind,
(who
spoke
to
me
on
phone)
was
highly
un
courteous
and
behaved
rudely.
He
was
at
the
height
of
his
arrogance.
He
told
us
that
the
institute
is
not
liable
if
a
machine
does
not
work.
And,
if
we
wish,
we
can
cancel
the
entire
check
up.
Not
sure
whether
he
understands
that
it
takes
a
lot
of
effort
and
time
to
take
out
a
day
and
plan
for
the
check
up.
Even
after
our
repeated
request,
the
Centre
Manager
did
not
have
the
time
to
meet
us
and
understand
the
details.
There
are
several
other
challenges
which
are
there
at
the
centre
which
needs
an
urgent
attention.
Many
other
patients
were
also
shouting
and
complaining.
The
management
seriously
needs
to
do
a
close
review
of
the
centre
and
put
things
right.
Hope
someone
from
the
management
will
read
my
post
and
act.
