At the end I had to transfered the emergency patient to another hospital. Their systems, internet always not functioning One of the worst management I have ever seen Hospital. Its near palam metro station. Three entrence is there in hospital.It is an average hospital. Patient diet is not very good, they dont have much option in diet. Rooms for patient is average like govt hospitals. But I Must say they never say no to patient try their hard to treat with their limited facilities. The pharmacy and diagnostic facility are there in hospital. I have not experienced any bad treatment from this hospital but only diffrence from other hospital in dwarka is its old infrastructure and management. But its also not so costly like other hospital in dwarka. Opd charge n ipd charge are reasonable.

One of the worst experience in this hospital......Dr Geetu in gynae section is one of the most arrogant and discourteous doctor I have ever seen in my life.Without knowing the mental condition of the patients,keeps talking arrogantly and in a misbehaving manner. Behaves like she is the only doctor in the whole universe.She needs to learn some soft skills. I had to discharge my wife in mid treatment just because of her behaviour and language and had to shift her to another hospital. I wish to give very neeeeeegative remarks for the behaviour of concern doctor.

UHID 23/17948 patient's name is Parash Ram. I had got my father treated by Bhagat Chandra in ENT, but did not get any relief. After that the doctor gave this case to his senior and said that he could not do it. After that we were treated by Dr. Shalini Jain ENT. He performed surgery on Papa's ear, removed the flesh that was growing from it and sent it to the lab for testing. For which the hospital charged Rs 60000. I want to tell you one more thing that the doctor demanded Rs 3500 from me which was wrong but I still paid the money. And when the biopsy report came, cancer was detected in it. After that, Dr. Shalini forced us to go to the doctor suggested by me and get treatment there. When we refused, he asked us for the report of our CT scan and lost it. After this, I got that report re-extracted which was charged by Dr. Shalini Jain gave. Now we have started our treatment from Dr. Durga Dosh Pandey from Manipal Hospital and when we told this to Dr. Shalini, she told us that you have gone to the wrong doctor and he will not be able to treat you. From all these things, I want to tell you that this hospital does not believe in treating you but in charging money from you and how it spoils you. This is a very bad hospital. Please do not go to it and do not give any treatment to it. And this has happened to me not once but many times. My mother also got treatment from this hospital. Even after being admitted for a week, I did not get any good response. Their motive is to charge money and not to provide proper treatment. .

Worst hospital I ever encountered in my entire life. Don't go even in emergency condition. My father trouble due to loose motions and we reached in this hospital. They admitted him for 2 days but his condition don't get better. They are forcing for 2 more days But I took discharge finally I found the bill that is 34218₹. Now I realised the if I agreed for next 2 days more (total4 days) it will be 70000₹ approx. They are just looting people. They don't give you prior estimation of bills (In emergency Especially). Go to manipal hospital they are also costly but they give you prior estimated bill so you can plan accordingly.

There is a big scam going on in this hospital, specially in cardiology department, they performed treadmill test gave false positive for the same and then from there on the game started , they asked to get the angiography done based on the TMT(treadmill test) , My father is 65 and was not having complaints other than mild cholesterol level. For angiography they admitted him to ICU and gave us fake blood reports telling platelet counts are 90K so we cannot perform the angiography , the compounder/technician told us that he will perform the blood test again as current blood reports may be false ( how can they be if they are done in their own lab) now what's the guarantee the next report will be correct, they kept my father overnight for no reason in the hospital , just to make money. We got to know there game and got my father discharged from there , in discharge reports they gave false descriptions saying that patient had complaint of chest pain & shortness of breath(which was never there and we never complaint about this to doctor). HUGE SCAM GOING ON *************** Don't go for any test or treatment there , specially if you are having CGHS approval , they make money out of government insurance. I would request any government official reading this article to cancel the license or affiliation of this hospital. There should be an enquiry over this hospital and its functioning.!!

i had a premature delivery on may 16th and my baby was rushed to the NICU right after the birth as she was born underweight (1kg) and had severe infection and breathing issues...Dr. Manish and his NICU team which is lead by sister binila (including sister asha/sunita/suman/deeksha/kusum/siami/alka/) did a magical job.. they worked really hard and did not leave any stone unturned to save the life of my baby and not only that they also kept me positive during this difficult phase which took around 37 days. but at d end my baby won her battle and by the kind grace of these people she is doing better now and is growing happily 😃 words r less to describe how thankful we are for dr.manish and his team... i highly recommend this NICU for premie babies..

I had really nice experience with the hospital and the services especially my doctor M D Goswami sir he was really helpful and made me believe that even critical pregnancy is possible no matter if you are fat. My entire journey of pregnancy was so smooth because of him and my surgery went really well because of him. Also I want to thank all the hospital staff for looking after me so carefully. Now I am able to walk my own within a week of my surgery.

My father is a CGHS beneficiary we went for angiography, after tmt + . What they did is made a fake report of shortness of breathing and chest pain . But patient was not having any of the symptoms. They took my father to ICU and they said us to meet outside the ICU ward . They didn't allow us to meet we thought the test procedure is going on.. but after 2 hour when there was no response from there side we asked them what's goin on there, then they said the platelet is less doctor is saying that we can't do the angiography test, we have to admit him for no reason. So next morning we discharged our patient and denied from the test. So it's a fake and very irrisponsible hospital i suggest no one should go there 24/6/2023

Don't even deserve single star. Administrator never bother to check if patients are getting needed care or Not. They just focus on to milk money from the patient by getting them admitted and then try to keep them hospitalized for as long as they can. Staff is irresponsible and don't do their job properly even after reminders. There suspected covid wards condition is pathetic as patients attendants are Not allowed and the attendants never come to know about the room and patient's condition. Poor food quality and cold food is served to the patients. My Mother was admitted in the suspected Covid ward and her covid test came out to be negative but they still insist to keep the patient in the suspected covid ward where hygiene, cleanliness and room condition was like some goverment hospital. External consultant that visited everyday suggested to repeat Covid test a day before discharge so as to keep the treatment as per ICMR guidelines and to compltely rule out covid before discharge. I got the assurance from the On-Duty doctor that covid test will be done a day before discharge and I also made multiple calls in the hospital to remind them same. they confirmed me on phone that they had taken the sample for PCR-RT test. Next day when I made a call to know about the discharge status they told me to call back around 12:00 PM so that by then can check the result of repeat PCR-RT test. However, when I again made the call they told me that discharge file is completed and when I visited I surprised to see that No PCR-RT sample was collected on the day before discharge and they discharged patient without that test result. HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF and they don't even do work properly even if you remind them. You will feel like you are dealing with some government hospital staff. Also, No doctor interacted with us to explain the discharge summary and if some precautions need to be taken after discharge. Once they got the money then No one even bother to explain the medicine that needs to be taken.I hope hospital owner will look in to it and take corrective action to keep their hospital reputation intact. NOT RECOMMENDED ... Stay away

Irresponsible and careless hospital. Utter negligence of the hospital staff is one of the major reasons of my grandfather's demise. Had they been a lot more responsible and honest about their inabilities and lack of good infrastructure, my grandfather could have been given good treatment at a far better hospital. Other patients in ICU also weren't being properly attended to. Whosoever is reading this, please look for alternative hospitals, just don't.... I repeat don't risk your or your loved one's health or life become a puppet in their hands.

Learn from my relatives that this hospital is spreading corona to other patients. My brother in law was going to this hospital since 10 years and admitted along with corona patient. Corona patients are moving in the entire hospital and going to one others room. Hospital seems no responsibility and they all are the real killers for the community. I came here after 2 months to review this hospital. Happened bike accident due to stray dogs in the midnight. We approach nearest hospital bhagat Chandra , and scanned skeleton injury. Illitarated Dr said , there was no problem in my brother's skeleton & and he will be ok after 1 week. Charged 1300 Rs for the scanning & pain killers. I was doubted & approach my relative who is doctor . He clearly explained there was a huge brake in his hand skeleton. And suggest us to do immediate surgery otherwise it will change his hand's structure. Now after surgery he is fine. I am shameful to Bhagat chandra hospital , that a doctor shouldn't tell like this to any patient. It will be ok !!!! Shameful act.

IT IS PATHETIC HOSPITAL. visited dr parminder singh arora for my husband. He had pain in the back. He wrote many test and gave medicinea for 40 days, which are only available with their chemist. After MRI he scared us so much that he has a slip disc and will require surgery and otherwise will be bed ridden. He also said that he is not sure whether surgery will work for him or not. We became so worried then got a s cond opinion in AIIMS where they treated my husband only with exercise and some medivinea. THEY ARE CHEAT NUMBER ONE

They do not give the investigation reports to their patients till their next visits to them because they have fear to loss of patients/customers. Qualified Doctors, nursing staff, other non medical staffs are very nice. I am extremely pleased the way they treat my mother in law who is a ECHS beneficiary by proving complete cashless treatment. Absolutely no glitch. Dr.Jitender Kumar, MD treated her is a very nice doctor. Other doctors whom I came across in recent past are Dr. Mithilesh, MD and Dr.Abhishek Kumar, DNB, Ortho. All are very polite and friendly.

I had a very good experience at Bhagat Chandra Hospital. My wife's dialysis is being carried out since 2 years in this hospital. The dialysis center is kept very clean and the staff is very efficient. Mr. Naveen in ECHS Cell is very polite and helpful. He has always helped in all ECHS related queries. Doctors are fine, Staff is ok, but product they use for patients are v. Pathatic and compromised. My father has prescribed nebulized 3 times in a day by the doctor. I am using 4th nebulizer cap in 3 day admission time. I thing the head of buying these kind of substandard products is responsible. kejriwal may be a good leader but have not made enough efforts to clear the corruption from Delhi hospitals. You have to buy better quality product from outside the hospita.

My Mother is detected with chlolethisesis in gall bladder and she had a surgery for that in Bhagat Chandra Hospital. I would like to thank the staff and Dr. Kaushal Kejriwal for his polite and humble nature. The way he talked with my mother made her confident enough to take the surgery .Even we were also too nervous for this.Dr. Kejriwal is professional and at the same time understands the situation of patient and its family member.He is expert in his field and i cant thank him enough for the treatment. I would also like to callout Mr. Naveen Negi who helped me and my family to know the process of treatment ,surgery and he helped us whenever we required any kind of assistance.He shared his phone no too so that we dont have to come every time in hospital for small things. Worst hospital and doctors are so greedy that if you go to consult them they will first ask if you belongs to rich family or poor family, what is your status, do you have any govt or pvt panel. so that they can make unnecessary money by making you full in pretext of boosting about you illness. This is my experience I went to consult ENT specialist Dr. Shalini Jain, she did not even bother to listen to my problem, and started asking about my job and status so that she could know if I belongs to well settled family she can make more money. She just gave me her visiting card and asked me to come to her clinic. She suggested me to get CECT PNS test, and as per her suggestion got the PNS test and showed her my report. everything was cleared in that test but still she gave another visiting card and said come and meet me Maharaja agresen hospital to do Endoscopy, she did not even think that first prescribed some medicine and if they does not work then go for test. Now my question is if I have to go to Maharaja agresan hospital, why would I will go bhagat chandra hospital, why not directly go to Maharaja agresan.

Dental doctor's experience is very bad, I am associated with CGHS, here the CGHS people do not get any importance.I took the approval of the visit two to three times for the treatment of teeth and they completed that service in one go and kept the original.

Useless hospital. Uneducated doctor like Dr Meenu Malik are sitting there for looting money. She doesn't know anything. She get irritated if you ask questions to her.
