Hospital is really good for those people who don't have enough money for medical emergencies. Hospital opened at 7:30-8:00 am for public to register or to stand in queue for all the medical services. Each and every services provided here is free of cost and they don't charge a single rupee if all the issues has been handled by them and if they refer you to any outside private hospital then doctor will fill the form and all the outside facilities are also free. Only problem here is that for every thing you have to stand in a long queue and wait for around 2-3 hours to get the registration slip then again stand in a queue and wait for 2-3 hours for check up and finally stand again in a long queue for 2-3 hours to get the medicines. In between if the doctor suggest some test then again same cycle will repeat. Doctors behaviour also not good they talk rubbish some times and looks like some illetrate people is doing his or her job. Overall - Tough Experience

I visited a lady gynaecologist doctor, heard docs are good . So i went in room no.6 for my sister follow up treatment. And that lady doctor was in hurry saying she has some personal work and need to go early and was chatting with her colleagues instead and didn't pay much attention at my sister report properly. And was told that everything looks fine in the report and that we don't need to come back again. I mean the report was fine but the way she behave with us was not appropriate at all for me. She was treating other patients same. Patients were so innocent, didn't even had an idea of what was going on. Everything was happening so quick like the blinking of an eye because she wants to go home early. I should have asked for her name to someone. Not every doc is bad there. Her(sister) first doc was good. She was healthy. But the second was quiet rude and she was thin.Everyone has their personal work to do but do their job fairly when at work and personal work later.

First thing first. It's a Govt Hospital and every tests, medicine and doctors consulting is available for free. One of the best hospital in South Delhi. Parking very limited. Little congested entrance because of Auto Rickshaws. Strict timings for OPD. Below average behaviour of support staff. Doctors are good but sometime very pathetic during consulting, basically depends on thier mood and previous patient consulting. Social distancing following is loosely following here because of the rush and number of the patients. You need to give your time here and wait bit longer. Overall it's a very good hospital in terms of medical services.

Hospital and Hospital environment is too good...and clean. Infrastructure of Hospital is also excellent, As it's a Govt. Hospital Which serves citizens at free of cost. But Govt. Needs to increase the No. of Doctors as there are very much crowd in the morning time.

I can't imagine anyone could be so rude to somebody. i had a very bad experience at the hospital i was along with my mother she was diagnosed with Jaundice. i went to the hospital with my mother .my mother's condition was slowly deteriorating, i asked them to admit my mother in a emergency ward but they refused very rudely they didn't even help me to get up my mother my mother's condition was very serious but they didn't even considerate of the patient they refused to admit my mother and i was very furious on them they didn't even diagnosis my mother and help me out. I was very scared because there was nobody to help me out and i was afraid coz my mother's condition was very serious. I didn't expected this from a hospital .I don't know if I can say this but they are not at all helpfull to me they didn't even care for the patients. Without helping the patients what kind of hospital is this .its my real story .sadly they refused to offer any kind of help .its so sad that for a common man we cant afford emergency hospital treatment at the time !!!####if you cant save patient's life shutdown your hospital.....................this hospital is not worthy of 1 stars ,im bondage to give!!!!!

*Doctors n nursing team are very irresponsible.* First They come late ,Delay things. *The time for PAC test is 9 am(mon, wed n sat)they come to hospital at 9:30 This is not a right way to treat normal citizens.* *If every single doctors n staffs started to do there duty on time there will be no such long-long queue in each n every department.* Overall facilities are good.

Pretty nice experience. If seen with that perspective that it's a government hospital so the work will happen with delay,It's not like that .I have already visited there about 3-4 times. Process of the department which I visited went smoothly ,be it appointment with doctor or taking medicines from pharmacy. All happened well.

Gyne department is worse. DR. Rashmi Anuragi senior resident is very very rude, she doesn't have professional etiquette, she thought all patients are burden on her. She is not a good human being. She even not bother to talk with patients. I hope God will bless with some kindness.

As of now, I know of only women's wards where mothers of children who have undergone sicarian are admitted, my first daughter was born in 2019, and my second daughter was born on 15 June 2022. My daughter has been in this hospital. The cleanliness in this hospital is very good. The female ward of the admitted patient takes great care, there are many doctors good behavior very good but some doctors are not good talking behavior like angry

Emergency block of this hospital is worse. They just prescribed you a paracetamol and even they had clearly say no to see my medical reports and told me to keep it in my bag they just refer you to go other OPDs. Doctors are just laughing and cracking jokes with each other. Worst management ever. Overcrowded and lack of facilities are their. Even doctors are doing back bitting that if this patient come to you just say this or refer him here.

A Very Large Government Hospital. I Visited the hospital as I registered to get second dose of Covishield. A Clear Signage outside showing the name. Infact there are signboards on the streets on way to this hospital showing directions to this hospital. A Large Gate at the entrance with uniformed Guard. A Big Parking Area inside. This is one of the hospital where Covid Vaccination drive is on. They Give the Covishield Dose here. I found Staff at hand directing everyone where to go. A long queue of people in line with Documents waiting to get vaccinated. It's being handled professionally as I can see.

This is a 24/7 comedy program going on inside the emergency care ๐Ÿ˜‚, staff should take healthcare service more seriously, doctors are so good that they believe ur condition or illness that you tell them and don't do any further diagnosis, my friend had Dengue fever and he had to consult somewhere else to remain alive. Random fights at hospital leaves you waiting for test results for at least 3 hours. Best image of Indian government hospitals

Has a good and fast emergency service. Doctors can be a bit rude and unfriendly sometimes. X ray can be done here but has to be clearly instructed where it is to be done. OPD is very crowded and doctors here are less in number.

Very poor service, patients come multiple times for a single issue, medical line is to crowdy, no one single person here to manage all the crowd, also doctor are changing statement again & again, both mbbs senior hod surgen but statement are different, patient are confused which doctor they have trust for the problem, because every new doctor stated, another statement, after write the medicine doctors didn't tell the patient that need to take medicines or not because, patient is not aware what doctors write on slip, for a single little issue i need to came 7,8 times in hospital, here doctor available till 4 or 5 pm but still opd slip counter close after 11.59 they return to patients , no one take serious of patients issues. Hence very pathetic service i had see ever. Advice mot to go, but due to some financial issue patients need to go because there is all services is free but there is lots of problem issues & humiliation is also free

Worst government hospital i have ever seen in my life. Doctors are treating patients like its a playground. Every staff is just sitting and patients has to move around for them. I feel pity for the patients admitted there. Injection bed woho you have to see, one will puke if yoi are asked to lay down on it. I will never recommend this to anyone

I had stomach pain, vomiting and loose motion, I felt very cold and they called me an alcoholic and gave me the wrong treatment, which did not help me in the emergency ward, after which I went again. The doctor again gave me the same medicine and made me feel bad. Show me in OPD after 2 days, saying this I gave up my mind and there is no treatment, no medicine, the pain was very severe, I was seen in Safdarjung New Emergency then I got fine, this was happening due to cold.

Worst. Patient is dying and they'll be like " Sb to normal hai" , this is the condition of government hospitals in Delhi, no doubt why poor or middle class can't cop up, firstly careless govt hospitals , secondly hella expensive private hospitals. Where and to whom a normal people will go???

Medical facilities especially in Delhi is improving day by day. Being a thick populated country if you get medical assistance easily...it means the great achievement of our country. Easily accessible hospital for not only poor people but all can avail medical facilities here. All Disease departments available there. Although some equipment is not available there but in case of emergency they transfer the patients in Safdarjung hospital and AIIMS. We should keep patience to get free medical facilities. Behaviour of the government staff is now pretty much improved. If you don't loose your patience then the staff will coordinate with you happily.

Good hospital in comparison to the so called multi speciality hospital like Max and PSRI. Emergency and OPD facilities are great, doctors are also experienced and soft spoken. I have been to this hospital many tes, it never disappoints in respect of better health care facilities.

I brought my wife here. In the emergency, but kept my wife sitting for at least half an hour. Even after that, no one was found here. The doctor did not come, when I have brought my wife to the emergency, after that people have not started any treatment. After coming to this hospital, I did not feel that the guard people we have or the same doctor. He is the doer of everything. Its the same.Find out the emergency today, I am after your arrival, not us, this is an emergency. If someone has too much problem, then make him wait for at least one hour and two hours. After that Katri will start. Still not sure whether it will start in 2 hours or not. Send my wife battery from last half hour that I have come in it. Amar knows that no one has come here to see him.

It is near by saket, mmtc colony, katwarai sarai 4. You will get metro as well as reserved auto . 5. You can also get medical fitness test certificate.
