My Experience is bad with this hospital. They charge too much and even for those things which never used by you or availed by you. Kindly check your invoice in detail because they charge even for those medicines which is not used for you. Billing department staff is so rude. Nurse staff are nice. But doctors are money minded. In 1 day, I have seen 3 -4 cases of their careless and fraud. One lady even called police for the help.

They are totally money minded.. 1. I have paramount corporate policy and while submitting the documents for Pre-approval for surgery they charging 1700 rupees as TPA processing fee and that is not refundable .. before this i already used my policy so many times with other hospitals like Maggo Roop Rani, Tarak Hospital, BLK, Max, Ayushman dwarka, Rockland, etc.. they never charged any amount as TPA processing fee but here Khetarpal Hospital charging. 2. For Pre-approval cases advance deposit amount not required and no need to pay by the patient or attendant but here they told me to deposit 10k as advance.. what rubbish...... when i denied to pay 10k as advance , they rejected my case so after that i went to Mata roop rani maggo hosipital for my surgery and at there i paid nothing because hospital got the pre-approaval from my TPA.. @Mr. Khetarpal - Same on you..... just money minded...

This is our family hospital, we have been visiting this place for all medical emergencies ever since it was a nursing home. Doctors, Nursing Saff, and Wardboys all are very professional and caring. She is truly concerned about the patients health and has a good memory as she remembers patient history. There is a personal touch in the way she interacts. I got severely ill during the pregnancy and had to take virtual consultations, all my calls were attended and questions were answered patiently. She is always there for you and not only this there were regular follow-ups by the staff inquiring about my well being while I was recovering and they made sure to explain the medication on phone. The waiting time during visit to the doctor is well-managed and appointments are kept unless there is an emergency.

Dr Smita is such a nice doctor. She always treats my wife gently and very calmly.

1. nurses are incompetent. Injured my veins just to put a cannula, later the same nurse did injured an old man he scolded her.That nurse didn’t used a cannula fixator, what she did was she fixed the cannula with white tape. Then I asked the another nurse to put the fixator, I have no words for her, she used white cotton bandage and wrapped all over my hand. 2. In opd doctor voice is not audible and doctor makes you visit atleast twice after every 3 days, which is frustrating because first visit medicine never ever works and the second also not sure.And he just gives medicine without any test done which sometime leads to mistreatment. I’ve visited this hospital for two cases diarrhoea and fever and in this two I made 4 rounds. Fever is still on. I have requested doctor to let me do malaria/dengu/typhoid/blood test but he refused and gave me more paracetamol which is not working it’s been a week now. I am done with this hospital🙏not gonna visit again. P.S. the doctor was polite.

Please don't get admitted here. Please. One of the worst place to be admitted at. Our patient died here because of their highly negligient behaviour ( you'll be shocked, they'll seem nice at first ). Negligient doctors and staff run by a highly negligient doctor himself - Anil Khetarpal. No care for patients, no empathy, sympathy. Just a money minting machine, they will mint money till it's possible ( or till your insurance allows ) and then leave you hanging. Special mention: Dr Aditya, acts sweetly but doesn't care about anything anyone. Another minter.

Excellent service by ICU Doctors. I brought my mother due to difficulty in breathing and body pain. Although it was night time, the staff called a doctor from ICU, He checked by mother completely and informed me that she had a heart attack. He gave my mother some medicine and refer us to higher center. My mother had surgery and she is now safe. I thank all the staff, specially Dr. Arjun ji who was very caring and explained everything to me clearly. I'm very happy with my experience in this hospital👍👍👍

Worst hospital anyone can come across. Our patient was admitted to this hospital and he is no more with us.. only because of the negligence and inappropriate treatment provided by the doctors. They ensured that our patient will recover soon but kept charging money and then bought him down to such a condition where he stoped responding even to medications. Their diagnosis was inaccurate and kept changing everyday. Dr. Anil Khetarpal has no knowledge regarding medicine. All the on-call doctors are only for the sake of charging money. Staff is extremely rude and insensitive towards the patient as well as the family. If you value the life of your loved ones..and want them to recover.. please avoid going here and also inform others. I request the doctors at Khetarpal hospital..please don't experiment with someones life kindly consider patients as your responsibilities and not burdens. Not everyone has insurances to bear such heavy bills.. still they deserve good care and treatment.

I admitted my mother (66 years old) to the hospital on 27 January, I have been deposited Rs 1700 (non refundable) for TPA file and Rs 20000(refundable) for security. My mom is suffering from acute bronchitis.My mother is already a patient of diabetes and hypertension.Currently she is admitted in ICU as having trouble in breathing. Right now mother is undergoing treatment doctors & staff behaving well. Waiting for coming review after discharge

I too have undergone surgery but I am still in the same condition after surgery. After seeing your report in the 3rd hospital, a doctor looked at your report and said... Neither did you undergo the right surgery nor did he take the medicine. That's right.............Was there even money or did my body get cancer? The doctor told me that you will have to repeat the surgery. If you get the surgery done, is it the wrong surgery or is the medicine also not right? of you......😔
