Pathetic experience, hospital staff are totally waist they even don’t know how to talk or how to manage things, no one is going to support you, understand you or help you, not talking about financial help or emotional help they are not even going to listen you for any single thing but they will call you 100 times when it’s came to pay bill for medicine or anything. I’ll suggest to look another hospital near it.

Worst hospital I have ever seen. My brother was admitted in ICU. No one cooperated with us. They people charged so high but services are worst there.Doctor visited the patient in ICU but didn’t update anything about my patient. I had to take follow up every time with Nurse and Doctor regarding my patient. There is no professionalism in the hospital. Staff is not empathetic. They don’t have the etiquette’s how to treat a family whose family member is admitted in ICU in a life threatening condition. Most of the time We got msg to provide some details in ICU but when we used to go to ICU to give those details then all started asking questions why are you standing here. There is no proper communication and coordination amongst the staff. Also the staff was not following Covid protocols as they were not wearing N-95 mask and face shield. During shift change the paramedical staff were hugging each other and were doing hand shake . They were only following one protocol to restrict the attendant of patient. Otherwise there was no covid protocol. Dr. Rubina is very rude . She treats the attendant of patient like beggars… Not even single person cooperated in the hospital. The way they treat the patient and attendant, It feels like a govt hospital. Overall worst experience. I will not recommend to anyone…

I have selected this hospital for surgery because of doctor S.K Singla and his experience. He as a doctor is very good and consider your condition very well. Because of his recommendation hospital has upgraded our room without extra charge. Would like to Thank doctor for his hospitality and compassion.

Worst experience ever . My mother Madhu Sharma is currently under the guidance of Dr. Adarsh kumar and it's been 3 days and the doctors and the hospital staff have been so rude , careless and unprofessional towards my mother and when we questioned them the doctor and the staff did not even take responsibility for their own actions so I would not recommended any of you to be admitted here the doctors focus on creating a huge bill instead of looking and taking care of the actual problem even in the end while my mother was being discharged they were asking about conducting more tests which are not even related to the actual problem she had

The doctors are excellent compared to rip off like aashlok but everything else in the hospital is designed to insult or humiliate either the patient or their family. We only return for the quality of the Dr. Imagine paying 7k per night for a double room and being told the patient family is not entitled to a pillow or bedsheets or a glass for water. We are expected to bring our own linen and crockery to an ac room. Why not charge β‚Ή10 per night extra and provide the 3 essentials for any attendant? Only a single hand towel is provided for 2 patients and 2 attendants which is disgusting and unhygienic. No landline intercom is provided in the room which is 20 to 30 per night extra cost so you have to walk to the nurse's station to order food or take a call from the kitchen. Absolutely discourteous and unprofessional. Who will refuse to pay 7050 per night to get the 4 additional facilities instead of 7000

We are very happy with national heart institute services. I have been using it for last 10 years when open heart surgery was done on my wife by O.P Yadav. She removed within 1.5 month and started driving. We are regular here for consultations . And now I am here I cam in deteriorated condition but now I am in back in rocking state in 5 days.

Worst experience ever . My maasi Madhu Sharma was an under the guidance of Dr. Adarsh kumar. The doctors has been so rude he even did not know how to talk with the patient. He was careless and unprofessional towards my maasi and when we questioned them the doctor and the staff did not even take responsibility for their own actions i have seen everything because I was an attendant there They even didn't provide actual test report in which they tested due to that we can't get claim and for that reason patience is mentally disturb this is not the right way to treat. I would not recommended any of you to be admitted here

Doctors are considered next to God because of their ability to protect and save lives. But NHI seems like a bunch of greedy folks. Most greedy and money-minded Hospital. I had a consistent fever for 2 days and came to NHI where Dr. Adarsh Kumar asked to get citi scan of my PNS, Chest, and abdomen. I was frightened by the Doctor saying that you have a severe sinus infection and I needed to be hospitalized for 6 days. That was my mistake I did not take a second opinion and did whatever the Doctor said. My insurance claim was getting denied by saying hospitalization is not required. I asked Dr. Adarsh to connect with the TPA of NHI and see the reason. He bluntly said why should I go to them, they should come to me. Being patient I had connect Doctor and TPA. He kept me in the hospital for 6 days and the room charge was 10K per day. He was not able to justify the hospitalization to Doctor of Insurance and finally, it got denied and I had to pay 1 Lakh 15 thousand bill in the hospital. After one week I got the report investigated by 2 different doctors and I was told there is nothing serious in it. You just take steam. I would not at all recommend this hospital and please stay away from this hospital.

Dr and staff are killers there. They don't even allow a single person to see or visit the patient. Dr and all staff are very rode even they don't have manners ,Dr Aadarsh who is so called H.O.D of ICU shouted on patient as well as on relatives. You want to kill your patient then you can visit..i will never ever recommend any one to visit this pathetic hospital.

Good service and facility. My mother got operated for Pacemaker in June 2021 but at the time of relieving her no diet chart was given . When we went for follow up in July 2021 we were asked for a booklet (supposed to be given at the time of relieving the patient) but we never got that. Again after 10 days for follow up again the nurse on duty asked for the booklet . So a request to the management to look into these small small issues.

Let me highlight the 'Good' things first. Good: 1) Experienced surgeon(s). The junior residents are good. Dr. OP Yadava is perhaps one of the best surgeons in the Delhi region. 2) Affordable in price (even a lower middle class can afford). 3) Good housing and 'some' of the in house staffs are extremely sweet. Bad: 1) Most digital thermometers used are inaccurate so either procure the best quality ones or get the conventional mercury ones. 2) The staff is slightly callous and a bit lazy. 3) The blankets are not often changed between patients (Blankets are the most dangerous when not changed between patients). Recommendations: 1) Change the thermometers. 2) Get separate vaporizers for all patients (should not cost more than 100-200 rupees per patient). 3) Get employee or staff of the month awards to motivate the in house staff.

I am taking treatment of my husband since five or six years. Here all the concerned Doctors are well experienced , well behaved including all the nursing staff. Food supplied for the patient is very hygienic . Full care is taken for the cleanliness. In all a very good and fully reliable hospital

Never bring any serious case in NHI. I lost my father due to hospital negligence He had a paralysis attack and next day only doctors installed food pipe due to which he went into cardiac arrest. Their unprofessional Doctors. Vinod puri & S Mukherjee made my father suffer 12 days in ICU. Doctore are not available on time. They will unenesarly make us wait for Reports. I'm cursing NHI to close I regret coming here. Shame on you Ms. Chandra.

Pathetic experience is what I'd say. The staff and dr are an uneducated mannersless and without skills . They'll simply ignore you or pretend to be busy without giving you any information or you will generally find yourself being relayed by staffs telling you go here, go there, etc. unable to find any solution. Its way too unorganized and unprofessional and you can expect low budget government hospitals to be better organized and have better abled staffs.

My mother is suffering from consequence of negligence and misdiagnosis by the attendant doctors of NHI and a lack of guidance from senior doctors. She got admitted due to consistent high BP and was showing very clear signs of brain stroke; which I did point out. They ignored all signs and told me it's weakness. Within 24 hrs the stroke effects worsened and he suffered partial paralysis of the right side and her throat muscles constricted. Attendant doctor, Dr Basant was very, very rude when we asked Qs and reports...he starts shouting and doesn't even talk decently.

Visited for annual health check up, receptionist charged for one of the test twice without knowing it is already included in the previous test. For refund, they made me go back to them five times. Cherry on the top, they completely forgot the ECG. Needless to say there was no ward boy to guide you to test departments. Never going back to this place.

Completely non-cooperative businessmen. Hot water supply doesn't work (deluxe room, admitted for a week), staff using kettles in bathrooms. Unused medicines taken away, not adjusted in final bill. Guess what ? They even charge u for toilet paper, facial tissues & drinking water supplied in kettles on daily basis which are part of patient's housekeeping.

A hospital without emergency they take patients directly into ICCU and put u in between patients who are on ventilators. Worst hospital I have ever seen... They admit the patients and increase their bill without gaining any proper treatment. Doctors didn't respond to the attendees about the situation of the patients. They stop you from going inside with the patient, make you wait outside, and do not give updates about the patient.

Yesterday I got discharged from the hospital. I would like to share my personal experience with all. Firstly my deepest gratitude to its each and every staff from Doctors, nursing staff and cleaners, guards etc. They were so so caring soft spoken. I have never ever experienced this in any of the hospital. (Unfortunately I have been admitted or had visited for my family and friends in many). Secondly, They give so much of priority to cleaniness which was beyond anyone's imagination. I think other hospitals should learn from them that how a hospital should be. This hospital is in-between Amar colony and East of Kailash. Its very near from Kailash colony metro station. The hospital is Situated in East community market behind Sapna Cinema Hall. Very well equipped for all kind of heart related issues and also performs surgery. Highly experienced Doctors on panel. Paid parking is available but not enough. Emergency service is available and also ambulance service on call.

This hospital is the best in terms of quality and service. My father was admitted here in emergency (CGHS panel) everyone person right from the guard to the doctors... everyone was super supportive n understanding. I was also amazed to see the behavior of the staff n the management as they are not money minded rather being more concerned about patient health.. which very unlike in these days... Truely the best...! Mr Rakesh Tomar was the huge support and was cooperative throughout the treatment.

If any patients came under OPD and he is not able to sit, breathe n feel dizziness then he should be atleast given priority to other patients who are atleast comfortable to sit. But, this wasn't the logic followed in hospital and I keep asking the attendant to atleast talk to Dr Vinod Sharma and he may inform to send that patients. I hope hospital management atleast pay heed to the above.

I always heard that Doctor is like God but I am a witness, the statement is 100% true. In Sep, 21 we were hopeless and looking for best surgeon and hospital for bypass surgery for my mother in Delhi/NCR. I had several discussion in different hospitals, doctors but not satisfied. Then I came to know about National Heart institute.. on 8th Oct, my mother had bypass surgery and on 13th Oct, she got discharged from NHi and even she were able to walk. It was really a miracle for us and I have no words for Dr. O P Yadava Ji, Krishan Dutt Ji and whole staff members..they all are really part of a such wonderful team and good human being too and they take care like own family, very polite and do not work for money. It was a great decision of my life for choosing NHI. I must and must would say, if anyone have heart problems, they must visit to National Heart institute. God bless them πŸ™πŸ™

The hospital has a team of highly qualified and experienced doctors, nurses, and staff who provide personalized care to patients. The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and facilities to provide world-class treatment to patients. The hospital offers a wide range of cardiac services, including diagnostic tests, interventional procedures, surgeries, and rehabilitation programs. The hospital also has a dedicated research center that conducts research in the field of cardiology and cardiovascular diseases. But, I only went for kidney test DTPA(Nuclear☒️) test

Seeing dr vinod sharma since 1997. The excellence in his and his teams work is at a whole other level. The difference between NHI (dr sharma, dr yadav) and other hospitals is the human touch. Down to earth, humble, best treatment plan and very approachable are among key things by which they differentiate themselves from other hospitals.
