Worst experience had at Emergency deptt. Father aged 80 years was taken to emergency with BP 190/100, movement on own stopped since last 2 days, vomitting all food taken for past 3 days. Doctor attended after 1 hour. When asked to attenf , I was told to wait.I asked them to adminster glucose. They did so. BP reducing half pill was given after about 2 hours . In the meantime CBC,KFT,LFT was got done. The reports were close to normal. They asked me to take away the patient as there is no stroke, paralysis or anything. Patient had been consuming alcohol for past about 30 years so referred to deaddiction clinic. At my instance, ondastone injection was adminstered. I took away my father and since his condition was as before, I admitted him to hospital under ECHS panel in emergency. His sodium level was 111 i.e he could get stroke any time resulting in death. Was admitted to ICU. In 4 days his sodium level was brought close to normal. Two air force doctors including one WC Tomar could not judge this fact. After 5 days my father was discharged in stable condition. My question. What for these doctors are deployed who are insensitive to veterans and do not do their job properly. I saved my father just because of civilian doctor . Can anybody tell me the address where I can complain with all fact and figures against base hospital delhi cantt emergency doctors.

They gave me medicine which was already expired 5 months ago . I am definitely going to take action against them

As per 22-10-2021 Know base hospital shifts to COD side... It's straight from kirbi place employment exchange A new building was too good with fully air conditioning. Toilets, drinking water factory was too good and 2-4 wheeler parking was also available in a large area and best part is their was a pick and drop bus service towards army side at kirbi place to base hospital. I think it's best for old one and I also share some photos.

Worst of worst among all hospital of armed forces. Only those in critical condition are treated, post trauma no care. Patients are at the mercy of Militatry Nursing Staff & their sisters. My mother suffered stroke & brain haemorage. She was taken care of till ICU. Post ICU no care, even discharged in paralyze condition with urinal tube. If she was not that normal to remove urine tube then how could she be discharged.

Full of discrimination based on ranking treatment and medicine given here is fully depends on who u are Fully owned by Army Officers if u r an officer then only u got best treatment otherwise, they even don't allow you to make complaints or say anything to them

Saw such ill management in an army institution for the first time. The attitude of staff specially ladies (employed civilians) have terrifying attitude even for senior citizens. No system to accommodate huge number of patients not even in opd. Does not deserve any star but you can't write a review without rating.

Covid testing is happening from 8 AM in the morning till evening. Get the registration form , you get a token number and after that you sample is being taken. Its Hassel free and is happening in an open area. Kudos to India army for setting it up in the times like this.You get your report within 24-48 hrs maximum.

A very good and well facilitated hospital having very experienced panel of Medical officers. Lt.Col. Kislay Kishore is such a royal medical officer. In fact his sympathetic behaviour solves half of the problems of the patients. People blindly have firm faith in him due to his devotion to his duties, excellent knowledge and great experience/ skills he holds. HE is suffering frm stone problem and doctor told him, for operation . phsically he is fit and fine do all thing but ocassionaly stomach pain occurs badly due to stone . doctor used to say frm laST 2 mnth, operation will be conducted soon but not till now. always used to say some emergency came up of cancer patient, so u have to wait and due to this me, my mom all indulge in this thing and hoping that operation will conduct soon. infrastructure, medical, staff attitude all were fine but I recommend that spend some moneey in good civil hospital for faster and efective result to save ur precious time.

We visited on 13 jun 20 to gyn opd as per opd(daily) days for JCO/ORs. They have changed OPD days as Saturday is only for officers. They have pasted this note on their opd wall. There were no prior intimation. Even reception also not aware about new opd days, they gave us token number to visit gyn opd. But gyn opd denied to treat as the day changed to 'officers only' and asked us to visit mon-friday.Changing of opd days may be intimated through sms as patients data available with hospital to avoid inconvenience. It was a sad experience, during covid scenario gyn opd returned many pregnant women and asked to revisit another day because they have changed their opd days.
