It seems that it is a private hospital. Facilities are good. More spacious parking and patients waiting area. But the behaviour of some support staff was not good. They are too rude.

I can say it's a best govt hospital under esic. Hospital are very spacious. Some of the good feedback as like... Neat & Clean Nice Cafeteria available As it's a govt hospital & here are very crowded so there are many things need to be improve. Need online appointment system to avoid registration counter crowd Need token system in all OPD. Please add your feedback also

Hostel is very good but there is no arrangement here, just stay in line properly. Those who are coming by metro, they got down to Ramesh Nagar metro and went to Raja Garden by bus. I have come for the first time but the whole day has passed like this.

Pathetic washrooms, first floor men ward had no locks from inside. And the staff denied existance of any complaint form... House keeping not interested in keeping cross check / hourly audit records.

This hospital is a hope for people who cant really afford hospital bills , tho the hospital is not well maintained and is still under construction , but that wont really matter when it comes to good treatment.

This hospital is 3rd class service I came morning 9 am and i gave my MRI sleep 1st in counter the 1st Lady said to wait 11.00am . I again 11.00am i told him to security guard for my appointment time is over. Please security guard replied in haryana language baith le teri time aaiyega to aa jaiyo. It's a rude behavior. No one is fellow covid rules have huge crowd but no one helping there. I wait till. 5.00pm without food so i humble request you to government to do something. Government employees service should be only 15 years only. All are menual work.

Really a god hospital and the doctors have very polite behaviour but some of the security staff are annoying and irritating

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by the Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC). My recent interactions with their staff have been marked by a level of arrogance and indifference that is both shocking and unacceptable. I recently visit ESIC Rohini Sec-15, Dental Department with my mother. She need to remove a teeth due to few reason. As my observation, I feel that all are just creating number of attended Customer. In Every Hospital there many intern for there learning and on floor training, But in Rohini ESIC hospital they just filling the patients form by Mentioning there prescription. They all are just playing with patients. Extremely irresponsible staff of ESIC Rohini sec-15 in dental. HOW ESIC GIVE TREATMENT TO PATIENTS BY INTERN STUDENT. As a diligent contributor to the ESIC, I have always expected a certain level of professionalism and courtesy when seeking assistance or information. However, my recent experiences have left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. The employees I encountered displayed a blatant disregard for my concerns, treating my inquiries with condescension and a complete lack of empathy. It is disheartening to witness such a decline in the quality of service provided by ESIC, an organization that is meant to support and protect the rights of employees. I believe that it is imperative for ESIC to take immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that their staff is trained to treat all contributors with the respect and dignity they deserve. I hope that my feedback serves as a catalyst for positive change within the ESIC, leading to improved customer service and a more considerate approach to handling the concerns of contributors like myself. It is my sincere hope that no one else has to endure the discourteous treatment that I have experienced.

The staff of this hospital is pathetic behaviour horrible experience I have seen in hospital the wait for your test is approx 1 month or if able to come on date after 9:30 then you will give next date or have to until 6 hours for your turn and washroom are not clean and smelly even dogs are bark at night even they enter wardroom at anytime

Good treatment but OPD counter staff working slow and one counter close so that so many people's face problem plz check and do visit our staff and sort out our issue.

This hospital has only good wall not treatment staff behaviour are so bad. This hospital give 3 months date for ultrasound.1 month for x-ray , 3 months for MRI,15 day for THS test and more ......ESIC investing only wall not on quality treatment.....

Currently doing INTERNSHIP in this hospital. In my opinion worst hospital to choose for Internship, heavily understaffed, So we have the huge burden of doing everything. Nurses are useless we have to do their work. We can't learn anything, all we have to do is sampling , cannulation and making receipt for investigations. In surgery they will post for 24 hrs duties not even interns in safdurjung has this fate, sometimes I wonder why the heck I choose medicine. Only pros I had: Seeing with my own eyes how terrible the life of PG in India. One Advice: Don't choose this shi**y Hospital for Intership. There are better Hospitals which values your time.

Highly unprofessional staff. They try to escape their responsibility by putting it on one another

Few staff are Good. Rest all have very poor behaviour does not have any "servitude" when Hospital is spending Huge budget of infrastructure, medicines, employees salaries, Hospital must have to be Monitor their employees behaviour and services pattern. In these days lots of Government State Hospital are continuously improving thier services.

Employees' State Insurance is a self-financing social security and health insurance scheme for Indian workers. The doctors are really good.

Good hospital, Better than government hospital. Seems like more of Private hospital. I will not rate doctor nurses and staff because even in count like ours I have never encounter bad docs & nurses.

It's a very big and well equipped esi hospital. Situated on road side, easy to search and have proper parking facility. Hospital is well maintained and very neat and clean. Staff is also very helpful. Now it converts in college and so many students are there for their studies. Emergency department is very active and supportive. Last year my father had admitted for 10 days and he served very good and then i experienced first time, so good service in an esi hospital and doctors are very polite

Location is good hospital is good but most of the staff members are very rude, inhuman & irresponsible 😡

No any supporting staff,very rude behavior by registration staff,guard,ward members and not all but some doctors are treated as they hurting patients.

This is a government hospital, here there are all facilities are available at free of cost. The medicines of the OPD unit has to be taken from the ESIC dispensary.But here the services and management of general ward/opd is a bit slow. Note: Here only ESIC card holders are treated. People who do not have ESIC card or whose name is not registered in any ESIC card should go to some other hospital. Overall the experience is good but need more improvement.👍
