I
am
writing
to
express
my
deep
dissatisfaction
with
the
service
provided
by
the
Employee
State
Insurance
Corporation
(ESIC).
My
recent
interactions
with
their
staff
have
been
marked
by
a
level
of
arrogance
and
indifference
that
is
both
shocking
and
unacceptable.
I
recently
visit
ESIC
Rohini
Sec-15,
Dental
Department
with
my
mother.
She
need
to
remove
a
teeth
due
to
few
reason.
As
my
observation,
I
feel
that
all
are
just
creating
number
of
attended
Customer.
In
Every
Hospital
there
many
intern
for
there
learning
and
on
floor
training,
But
in
Rohini
ESIC
hospital
they
just
filling
the
patients
form
by
Mentioning
there
prescription.
They
all
are
just
playing
with
patients.
Extremely
irresponsible
staff
of
ESIC
Rohini
sec-15
in
dental.
HOW
ESIC
GIVE
TREATMENT
TO
PATIENTS
BY
INTERN
STUDENT.
As
a
diligent
contributor
to
the
ESIC,
I
have
always
expected
a
certain
level
of
professionalism
and
courtesy
when
seeking
assistance
or
information.
However,
my
recent
experiences
have
left
me
feeling
frustrated
and
disheartened.
The
employees
I
encountered
displayed
a
blatant
disregard
for
my
concerns,
treating
my
inquiries
with
condescension
and
a
complete
lack
of
empathy.
It
is
disheartening
to
witness
such
a
decline
in
the
quality
of
service
provided
by
ESIC,
an
organization
that
is
meant
to
support
and
protect
the
rights
of
employees.
I
believe
that
it
is
imperative
for
ESIC
to
take
immediate
action
to
rectify
this
situation
and
ensure
that
their
staff
is
trained
to
treat
all
contributors
with
the
respect
and
dignity
they
deserve.
I
hope
that
my
feedback
serves
as
a
catalyst
for
positive
change
within
the
ESIC,
leading
to
improved
customer
service
and
a
more
considerate
approach
to
handling
the
concerns
of
contributors
like
myself.
It
is
my
sincere
hope
that
no
one
else
has
to
endure
the
discourteous
treatment
that
I
have
experienced.
