Went there for kid delivery. Dr. Aparna Muddana is very good and listens to all your problems and explain things. She is available on phone during last day of pregnancy for any emergency support. Hospital service for admission nursing surgery are good. They decorated the room after the delivery for welcoming baby. Overall god experience. Feedback : patient canteen food should be btter and hot soup and all should not be served in plastic containers. Bread is maida which should not be given to patient

My experience after 5 years and 2 kids born in triton. No doubt Dr.Anuj is a good pediatrician. Previously he used to help his patients on the phone who were out of station. Now he doesn't even care he only wants the patient to visit even when he is not in the hospital. His junior doctors are not that good. Now he is only after making money. I requested him several times to examine my child the next day but due to Sunday he would not examine even when he was in the hospital. So heartless he is now.

The staff in labour room are always available whenever needed and that too with a positive attitude. All the facilities are available here and we are happy and blessed with a baby girl. I would like to mention Dr. Aparna (gynecologist) she is really really a great human being having vast knowledge of her field. Also, there is a doctor who use to check baby regularly (I'm sorry, I don't know the name yet) but he is also very polite. Billing--we will be paying the bill today so can't say anything about that yet but for sure that would be affordable, if not then will ask for discount and I'm sure they will give it to us. Specialized Medical Care for Women & Children at Affordable Cost We chose Triton Hospital for my wife’s C-section delivery. Dr. Sujata Agarwal was the consultant and lead surgeon. The surgery went smoothly. And the hospital provided all the needed specialized equipment and medicine. Our experience of being in a private room in the maternity ward was satisfactory. Their entire staff—including all the nurses and doctors—are super friendly and caring. The process of getting the our baby’s birth certificate at the hospital was super fast and hassle-free. Mr. Jamal was incredibly helpful throughout the process. My wife and I are deeply grateful to the entire staff of Triton Hospital.

Pathetic illmannered lady attending the patients at the reception. Both my kids are born there but this time that lady got irritated with my 3 year old kid and started scolding. Behaved very badly with my husband. Very horrible experience this time. Sad to say this because staffs who were before that pathetic lady were very polite. This time even the ladies at the billing counter were also not cooperating they asked for the online appointment screenshot 4 times even seeing my 1 year old kid crying after vaccination. New staff is pathetic. I will personally contact Mr.Anuj because I have sentimental attachment with this hospital.

I delivered my baby boy at Triton Hospital Nehru Place this month and I must say that the experience was totally amazing. The choice of hospital was driven by the fact that my close friend, is a consultant in hospital. The experience was quite good in terms of Hygiene practices and service. The reception staff, Billing Staff, attended was helpful and the Docter & all the Nurses were very kind to us from the date of admission till the successful operation by Gods grace delivering the most awaited baby. We rushed to Triton when my wife's water broke even before completing 7th Month of pregnancy.My Baby was born on the same day and I was panicking at that time as baby was admitted to NICU because her weight was around 1.2Kgs. Post that, the hospital staff took good care of her , gave us instructions on the next steps on regular basis. The Nursing staff is excellent and is very supportive. The ground staff maintains cleanliness all the time. Dr. Anuj was our pediatrician and right from time baby was born , he took the case in his hands. He constantly monitors all the babies almost all the time and has monitors on his seat. He is available in the OPD to provide progress report of baby and guide on the next steps. He encouraged us to ask the questions and any concerns and answered them which gave us a lot of hope. After keeping the baby in NICU for some days , my baby got discharged. To summarize , we had landed in a very critical situation but Dr. Anuj and the hospital staff handed that very well . I really appreciate what you are doing . Please keep up the good work.

It was a good and seamless experience. In terms of cleanliness and staff behaviour, the hospital is outstanding. General ward lacks proper partitioning of sections and common articles like AC and curtains need better placement. The staff is very polite, professional and helpful. I don't think you will need anything more than what this hospital offers. Everyone is very professional in their duties. At any point of time I didn't have to call the nurse for check up or anything. They knew what time check-up has to be done and they will appear right at time even at late at night. The hospital environment is kids friendly and very clean. My son got recovered very soon. He listen the patient / attendent very carefully and explain the treatment and cost involved therein very clearly in a transparent way. The hospital is very clean, well maintained and equipped with modern equipment and latest technology and as far as cost and quality of treatment is concern, I have experienced best treatment at very reasonable cost. First of all, I didn't find the hospital staff patient friendly at all. They were more focused on getting the money.. I have been to many private hospitals but Triton was worse. They are running this hospital to make money. They don't care about the patient. They Overcharged me for every little thing.This hospital should be avoided at all costs. All staff members doing their job very well specially nursing staff. Food was good and tasty. They help alot and talking so nicely... I would definitely recommend this hospital for delivery.
