Worst Hospital in Delhi I am sharing my recently experience as a Covid inpatient Venkateshwar Hospital Dwarka Delhi . (13 Jan) I found This is the worst hospital in medical industry for below reason s: 1. When a patient comes for emergency patient waited many hours to get the treatment and test done. 2. After admission hospital staff moving patient chair in hospital premises , they dont know where to go. 3. Patient food not given from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm . It's a tourture 4. A third class room with triple occupancy provided with the cost of suit room cost. 5. Nursing staff doesn't have time to see patient ongoing IV . Not comes after 4-5 rings in whole stay. 6. Patient demanding for his investigation but till now no one bothering just ignoring. 7. No doctors attention given to patient Now i m going to home bcz of the worst hospital services. Went to get myself COVID vaccinated there. Worst experience. Not that I have problem with the crowd. The problem was the process and vagueness and rude staff behavior. No one tells what’s the process. And if you ask any staff, they’ll bark back at you. The process is so tedious that all government centers compared to them is far better. First a guard gives you a hand written ‘parchi’ with a number on it. Then one tiny room with an operational personal do some kind of verification! Senseless and illogical. After this you need to go to another long line for payment. Then come back again to same tiny room which is being shared half for vaccination. And all this you have to guess on your own. Nothing is written anywhere. No one is there to help.

Very poor experience in one of the so called premium hospital in the area, Venkateshwar Hospital. We came for the booster vaccination dose. While the queue for vaccination was empty, it took us 45 minutes in a congested lane to get the payment done for the vaccination. There was no manager to help or monitor. Complete lack and failure of management where people are left to fend for themselves as the hospital in any case makes money as population is so high in the country that there are people waiting in long queues. With a little proactive planning this could easily have been avoided. It is clear to say that the management is least interested about the patient/customer.

My mother was admitted for cardio treatment in covid ward. Nursing staff is good. Special thanks to Sarthak Sharma from nursing staff who took care of my mother. They are giving their best even after after double duty and continuous work. Now my mother is fine. She always remember this guy who's name is Sarthak because of his good behaviour. Good work.

Better go to any government hospital than coming here. Why because 1. They have very rude staff, including the doctors. 2. They have patient non-friendly policies 3. On the day of surgery they gave our slot to someone else and we had to wait for many hours for our number to come. 4. They do not have sync between their departments because of which patient have to suffer. If you really care about health of your loved ones, better don't come here. I am not writting this review based on one or two incidents. I have seen many such incidents during the course of surgery we got it done here.

I have joined as Emergency Medical Officer (1st June,2022) and my experience has been very smooth with respect to onboarding and joining. The HR team is cooperative, especially Mrs. Mahima. Being a Graduate from Venkateshwar school itself, I am happy to join here as a doctor. Looking forward to a good clinical experience and growth curve.

No response on phone for appointment and It happened always in venkateshwar Hospital. Secondly I had very bad experience with Dr. Raman kumar sharma in covid period during covid treatment. He was very careless during the covid treatment with us. I will never recommend Dr. Raman kumar sharma to anyone. I m giving single star because less then this is not possible.

Gupta is in my opinion is the best doctor I have consultant ever.... he is so down to earth... explain everything thoroughly so easy to talk to... his Team in Venkateshwar hospital in dwarka is great at their work. Dr Amit and the other dr., all were so helpful. My Surgery was on Tuesday 8th nov22.. and I was feeling well the next day... My follow ups are going great too.. If you have Gallbladder issue....there is no other Dr. You need to visit in Delhi...Trust Me. I still am his patient. The system is nice as their staff is courageous to ask any query and they do give you a lot of time to answer your questions. They have all the facilities for all the ailments. They have all the modern machinery for all the necessity tests. This is one of the crowded hospital in west Delhi. This is also a designated Covid hospital. With all the bed information. Overall a good hospital. But I will suggest them to not force people to go for unnecessary tests. This is also a hospital under CGHS.

Went to Venkateshwar Hospital for a preventive health check up. The experience for the same was awesome. Health packages are at very competitive price. The infrastructure is excellent and world class. Best part is all the investigations and tests included in Health package at done at the same place and you don't have to run here and there. Buffet breakfast was good and options were decent enough. The entire team is very efficient, very well coordinated and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Himanshu Pal for managing everything so smoothly and efficiently. Great work. Keep it up.

It's a home away from home. Excellent medical care and services provided by all the hospital staff. Kudos to the management for building a world class hospitality. Hospital is very neat and clean , nursing staff is also very good. You will not feel like that you are in the hospital.

Not good for panel people. Only for billing for OPD you have to wait for more than 1-2 hours, its much better for choosing another panel hospital than Venkateswer, Dwarka. Even if hospital has 4 billing counter but they mostly run 2 at a time if 3 rd counter works then person there is so uneducated that he/she even can't handle billing properly. Mostly people's have to raise their voice to start 3rd counter as employee there is mostly absent. Very unfair system and no one is there to listen your complaints........all just waste of time. Billing time starts at 11.15 am but people starts making lines before 10am. Hospital staff and owners don't able to see aged & ill people standing in queue for more than 2 hours. Its better that someone give them sense to setup a Token Vending machine there to resolve this issue. Better choose any other panel hospital. Else on you.

I have recently joined Venkateshwar hospital as RMO . Hospital is well maintained with supporting staff members. The response and behaviour of HR Miss Mahima was very nice. She guided me in all my formalities & documentation work. Looking forward to have a good clinical experience with patient exposure in coming time.

Very poor management and staff, their process of billing is too slow that people have to wait like 1:30 hour normally in a queue to just get billing token. IS THIS HOW A HOSPITAL PROCESS WORK. If someone is in emergency then also he/she has to wait for that time. Their staff and their process should be improvised as soon as possible.

Came here for my review, after a treatment of dengue. I have to wait about 4 hours for my appointment. Appointment was fixed at 11.50, and its 3.15 already and its looks like will take 1hrs more. Very bad experience. I will never come again in this hospital for any treatments . Worst OPD service , govt hospital OPD is better than this hospital opd. waist of time and money.

Not at all a good hospital especially the emergency services I have had better experience in small nursing homes rather than this so called great hospital. I have had horrible experience each time when i visited for doctor appointment, covid vaccination or emergency. No one cares at this hospital I would rather go to a good govt hospital than to visit here.

No one picks the phone for the appointment but if they do pick ,you have to call continuously for 5 to 10 minutes. It would be god grace if they pick your phone. Then ,real battle starts for appointment you will get 7 to 10 days waiting then only you will be able to get check up. And fix time for panel patients starting from 11a.m means if you want visit your doctor you have to take leave for whole day. Why don't you remove your hospital from panel. The benefits which you have taken from government in the name of CGHS, ECHS etc. got already. Why this torture to panel patients.

From the first day of pregnancy till the birth of my cute baby, Dr. Monika Bhatia and her entire team did fabulous work. I am very grateful to entire staff of Venkateshwar Hospital. Thank you so much for everything. The service, behaviour of entire staff was good.

Overall Very Good Hospital . Doctor's and Facilities are excellent. But there are certain management issues . Like all other hospitals here too they follow appointment and walk-in patient system , Seperate billing lines for both . So good system but all is undone by the assistants managing the appointment. They have their own set of rules. They can thus easily frustrate anyone despite well designed system of appointment. Parking space is another problem. One star 🌟 less for "emotional" kinda treatment by assistants 🙂. Else full marks to the hospital .

Not a good hospital, the lower staff is good but the doctors are not as good. They don’t have time to explain the reason of illness to the attendants of the patients or may be they don’t know the reason. They put a drainage pipe in my father’s lungs without my consent. When i asked them about y u don’t take my consent they replied “ok sir if u don’t want it we will get it off”. i felt like someone stabbed my father with knife and when i resisted it, the stabber say me “sorry sir i will get it off”. Very unprofessional behaviour. After all it happens i thought it could be for better, they are doctors, what they thought better for the patient they did but after this procedure when they found that their is no improvement in health of my father, they stopped doing ultrasound to hide their failures.

Experience hospitality and guidance in HR department is good especially by Mahima. Infrastructure and facilities in hospital are also good.. Can suggest for medical guidance. Good experience.

Don't go by the 5 star reviews on Google. Seems like they are paid reviews. Ask the people who have actually visited the Hospital. Doctors are not professional, they do not interact much, but will ensure to prescribe you plenty of tests and medicines. Doctors arrive half an hour late than their scheduled time. Staff at lab who are taking blood sample do not know how to do it and may injure you. It's as per my experience. Despite having facilities, billing counters are limited and patients have to wait unnecessarily. Seems like focus of hospital is on making money rather than providing correct treatment.

Third class pvt.hospital with no ethics. High OPD charges with no proper diagnosis and treatment.Had gone there for normal check up and doctor wrote all kinds of test with expensive medicines which I never took.

The orthopedic doctor Dr Ashu Consul is very rude to his patients and sarcastic .Barely listens to the patients problems

Staff & facilities r good.. Infrastructure is best. Cashless treatment service also available if u have health plans but some cash have to deposit as security money. Not affordable for "AAM AADMI".

Worst ever experience, waiting for 5 hours minimum for your turn even if you have your token number already passed few hours ago...worst faculty, no proper service, as this was my first ever entry to this hospital, I will recommend no one to waste hours and with low quality with the same high fees. Instead look for a place where you are respected and your turns are not after many hours even if you have took the token many hours before. I will never go such place even if I am in severe state.

It's a usual hangout spot. Great clinical consideration and administrations given by all the emergency clinic staff. Praise to the administration for building a-list cordiality. Medical clinic is exceptionally flawless and clean , nursing staff is additionally generally excellent. You won't feel like that you are in the hospital.Venkateshwara has a fantastic public foundation, and an entirely open office, and the staff are promptly accessible for any help. My involvement in them has been just positive.The medical clinic staff is awesome uncommonly the Nursing stuff ,ward kid and the security is excellent. Charging measure was flawlessly done. Finally not the most un-the Doctors from Neurology office awesome.

I personally did not find the nursing staff vigilant enough for the patient's drips. They need to be reminded again and again by the patient himself/herself. Furthermore, I did not like the diet provided. There were no fruits/salad in the diet. The waiting rooms for the visitors are bad and there are no provisions for them as such. The recliners are worn out and there are no charging points in the room. Situation of the washrooms was pretty substandard as well. In total, it was not a pleasant experience.

When govt announced this hospital under fully occupacy for COVID patient after that they stopped doing dialysis of many DGHS panels patients and transferred us to another hospital which is not good enough . When COVID rules were taken off by govt they aren't alowed many patients for dialysis . From past many months my family was trying to start my mother dialysis again in this hospital even when seats are vacant and my mother was going to this hospital from past many years . My question is that what hospital is for then ? Very veryyy disappointed as we were connected with this hospital form past many years still they behaved with us like this . My mother condition isn't good sir . They said to talk to ceo , how can we ? Is that mean doctors and management aren't enough for doing there work and duties ?.. Why you all are putting a patient's life in danger.

Reg : Expressing Gratitude for my New Life to Dr Aman Vij & Team Venkateshwara Dear Venkateshwar Hospital Team, I just survived Dengue Fever because of the wholehearted efforts rendered by the true heroes of Venkateshwar Hospital, who have been my demi-gods and angels, helping me cross the most difficult phase of my life. You may note that I was diagnosed for deadly dengue virus on 17th Nov afternoon and was introduced to Venkateshwara through the expert advise of Dr Aman Vij by that night itself and was admitted to the intensive care unit on the wee hours of 18th November and got discharged on 23 Nov 2021 upon fully getting cured. I was formally brought to the treatment on 17 Nov, with my health deteriorating and was put under constant care and observation by the team lead by Dr Aman Vij and all other true medical warriors. During the journey, which I would like to describe as “mission recovery”, I was taken care of by the staff looking after the ICU (3-10A), namely Ms Raksha, Ms Pragati, Mr Amit, whose personal attention helped me rebuild my consciousness and health. After having shifted to room (Room No 8-032), it was ensured by Dr Aman Vij sir and his team that I keep improving my health with increased platelets. The efforts and personal attention exhibited by my nursing in charge, Ms Pushpa Kumari, is praise-worthy as she persuaded me to ensure I have proper diet, medicine and rest to ensure that I never would require any RDP. Similarly, Mr Christie, another nursing in charge, helped me a lot during this period, among other angels in white. The support and personal attention from the dietician (Ms Parul) and her team, enquiring the day to day requirements are worth emulating by any organisation of similar capacity. I would like to also praise services rendered by the GDAs, TPA Helpdesk, Billing Team, Hospital Administration and all support departments like the testing departments. The customer relationship team, on regular intervals, made visits to my room, ensuring/enquiring about my well being. I will never forget the quality of medical care and hospitality extended to me by each one at Venkateshwara Hospital and shall ever be thankful for the same. There are many heroes whose efforts and names I forgot to mention, also deserve my appreciation and gratitude. Went for grandmother knee replacement, it went well. Dr rk pandey is good in his work. It's an expensive treatment, cost 4-5L if you don't have insurance. It's very busy hospital. One person can stay with patients if you opt for twin sharing. Service was okay. Wheelchair access was limited many times had to wait 1hr also in room.

Good experience: 1. Doctors are good, we are happy with the treatment 2. Cleaning staff is punctual and making sure within your room everything is in good condition 3. Nurses in ward are happy to help 4. Room service is also good and prompt Not so Good experience 1. COVID test - there are 2 types of service, (a) cost INR 400 which will happen in the morning, because as per staff - this test will not happen in hospital and they will send samples outside..!! And you are not allowed to meet patients during time (b) INR 4500 test which they do within hospital - here you can meet your patient 2. SCARY experience: Disclaimer that I haven’t seen this but our patient noticed this and was confident that this happened. Someone passed away in the ICU, the staff took the body and the cleaning staff used the same blanket and pillow - folded again and kept on the bed again for reuse..! 3. Chaotic environment - seems like hospitals gain maturity but staff is losing excitement. People at reception are not happy to talk to people, they reply rudely. Then Patients are also replying in the same way. This whole creates a chaotic environment on the floor and many other areas. There are few other Good and bad experiences like; (-) expensive food court (-) old that is why not so clean room equipments (+) clean hospital. Overall decent experience with decent price.

We were here for the last 4 days. My father had a knee replacement surgery. Dr.Ashu Consul and Dr. Paras Aggarwal who performed surgery are the best orthopedic doctors I have come across. I must say I m super impressed with everything at the hospital. The staff here is extremely nice and helpful. They always greet you with a smile. The guard at the ICU/OT is tremendously patient and friendly. The staff inside the ICU was unbelievable, they were very helpful and answered every question, they had maintained a very calm and non stressed situation in the ICU. After being shifted to the ward, all the attending doctors, nurses and junior staff were courteous, polite and gave all the information required. The hospital is clean, the canteen is good, it was like staying at home. Thanks to the management for managing everything so well🙏🏼😊👍🏼Keep it up👍🏼

I had a positive experience when my colleague was admitted to the hospital. Despite our heavy workloads, we were concerned about meals and their timing. However, the hospital provided timely meals, and the staff's care was truly exceptional. Their support made a challenging time much more manageable, and we are grateful for their service.

The primary doctor from internal medicine treating the patient was excellent in patient communication and welfare. Other than that, had a mixed feeling about the staff and other doctors we interacted with, some of who did their best to be patient centric, while others completely lacked basic etiquettes about how to address people, let alone patients. Were referred to their top oncologist during investigations, which seemed like a fish market with people piling on top of each other at the door while consultations were taking place inside and no privacy. Greatly underwhelmed with the overall experience especially considering their charges. Gladly considering other cancer treatment hospitals and oncologists.

Doctors are always available and the hospital has the top nursing staff giving proper care to the patients. This is a great medical center having a wonderful team of doctors.

I wud say one of the best hospital. Great panel of docs. Services provided are excellent, very very neat n clean, rooms n toilets too are spacious n tidy, charges as compared to other hospitals is reasonable.. my father 87yrs under went 4 bypass with 100% success rate.

1. No one picks the calls. A hospital is a place where you go in case of an ailment and at the very outset, it builds on the stress when a hospital doesn't respond. 2. Well, you are in need of medical services and you somehow reach there in anticipation of getting treatment and care. The stress would further build on because information sharing is the most rudimentary there. You don't know where exactly to go. Staff sitting in the reception will behave as if you are bothering them by unnecessary questions. 3. Ok now after running around for a while, even if you will find out where you are supposed to go. By that time, a patient or an attendant will be heavily disappointed . In between, due to lack of proper information sharing, you will again be redirected to registration or whatever the "protocol" is. Further stress! And remember, that's not a hotel but a hospital. You don't go there in good frame of mind and health. 4. The billing process is tedious. Social distancing in queues are not enforced. No one is bothered. 5. Doctors can't be generalized. Have had both good and bad experience, depending on the individual. 6. The management needs to pull up their socks and the processes needs to be upgraded big time. The staff should be sensitised to be able to cater to patients and attendants with more empathy and compassion. Earning money is one aspect but providing healthcare is beyond that!!!

Pathetic staff, services & Hospital. Especially people coming through Panel are treated like beggars. If you have cash you will get service, if coming through Panel then they will make you feel that they are doing a favor to you. Hospital staff is so confidently rude as if they are directed by the management to do so. Not sure if the Hospital governing body is aware of what kind of practice is happening at lower levels. No rooms, no beds, no staff, no service.. Venkateshwar Hospital is Probably the worst private hospital I have ever been to. Come to Venkateshwar at your own risk and do keep some cash if you want service. People coming through Panel- be ready to be treated like beggars.. And i am sure, there will be a standard msg as a reply to the review without any further action. One advice to all- Plz don't endanger safety of your loved ones by coming here.. I wish there was an option of ZERO Star in the Review!!

My nursing staff was Kim and she had shown full cooperation during our stay in the hospital and quite helpful too and I was the under the guidance of Dr ashish khattar and he has shown the max amount of care that a patient need

My Daughter was admitted in this hospital room 6007 due to some infection in her stomach but now she is perfectly fit and healthy after the treatment from Dr.AmanVij and team. Entire staff from all departments took great care of my daughter. Also special thanks to guest relations lady for coming and checking with us every day if we are fine.

The doctors and staff at the hospital were highly skilled and provided excellent care. However, I was disappointed to find that there were limited facilities available for patient attenders. It would be beneficial if the hospital could consider providing more amenities and resources to ensure the comfort and convenience of patient attenders. Overall, the medical care was commendable, but improvements in the facilities for attenders would greatly enhance the experience for everyone involved.

Me and my wife are blessed with a baby boy and all thanks 🙏🏻 to Dr. Monika Bhatiya mam. She is an amazing doctor and she has always helped us, provided her guidance through out the pregnancy. The biggest point that I want to highlight is that, during delivery she provided all kind of mental and professional support to us even when we lost the hope for normal delivery. The way by which the doctors provided me with medical care was absolutely good and uncomplicated. Yes, sometimes i had to wait a bit, but that's not really bad as around 90% of my appointments were kept well by the staff.

All the facilities are of international standards and the staff just made it feel like home. My mom got a surgery done here , by Dr Monika Bhatiya, and we didn't faced any problem post operations. Must recommended for all types of medical services. And thanks for their services.

It was such a wonderful experience as a patient. Doctors are much better even in comparing with other hospitals and wonderful experience it was in matter of ENT surgery, there was no pain at all. Staffs was also nice . Everything was well defined, structured, and a good infrastructure. Protocols is also good. Nursing staff is helpful and always ready to help. Canteen and food services is also of good quality. You will get proper diet.

I have so mixed emotions while writing this review because i do not want to rewind my thoughts on the day i brought my brother in this hospital. But i must say from the day i bought him here i had an incredible experience. The staff was so caring and felt us feel like a family and made sure to make the patient feel like the same too. There were very scary nights and dark days for us initially when my brother was not well at all but it was a smooth experience wherein after the right treatment my brother is all good now.
