Max Super Speciality Hospital gets my 5 star rating effortlessly for quality, professionalism, hygiene, security and friendliness. World class service. I visited this hospital for the first time in January 2022 as advised by my doctor. No regrets whatsoever! I can't say what should have been done better. Every professional in Max undertook their tasks proficiently and discussed openly. I liked every effort some employees put into communicating with me in English even when it was very difficult. We did find our way around those hurdles and laughed harmlessly at ourselves. I happily learnt some Indian words too. My surgeon, Dr Pradeep Chowbey and his team in MABBS, I will forever be grateful to them. I got another fresh lease on life because they helped me. The nurses who took care of me became family so quickly. I am grateful to some of them like Punita (emergency care after surgery), Anjaly, Hariprabha and Sadiya. They were very friendly and encouraging. Till date, they check on me and we keep in touch. Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded. Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless! Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.

Max Hospital is one of the most reputed hospitals in Delhi. It is located in prime locations in south Delhi and has the specialty to deal with or cure almost every disease or problem. However, if you visit and check the hospitalization cost first they will identify if you have insurance or not, and depending on it will share the amount and number of days of treatment. Max Hospital should work on treatments practically not based on customer insurance or income and apart from that their billing team should be working on their attitude issue to ensure excellent customer service.

One of the worst and expensive hospital in Delhi , Saket Max Hospital in the name of Devki Devi foundation means trust they are looting the every people reach and poor both no compromise with bill. Ground staff behaviour is not good, specially security guards.

I visit saket hospital according to my experience the hospital is very good. Well skilled doctors and working very well. And the staff nurse very excellent in their field. Hospital environment is very neat and clean.

ICU, BEHIND THE CURTAIN My father, Mr. Dipendra Nath Roy was suffering from Prostate Cancer and was under treatment for last three and a half years. He was admitted to Max Hospital, Saket on 11th July, 2021 with a basic complaint of fever due to infection and some cardiac issues. He was shifted to Medical Onco ICU on 23rd July due to Cardiac Arrhythmia. In room admission, we (me and my mother ) was there by his side round the clock to take care of him and inform to nurse about all his needs and medical requirements. In ICU, in absence of his family members, my father was left to the mercy of the ICU doctors and nurses. We were really astonished as to why we were asked to give a consent for invasive ventilation immediately on the pretext of his medical condition ,the very next day of admission to ICU.On disagreing , we were further pressurised. We would see him getting weak day by day, though we were told that he would be released within a day or two .. Throughout this time, My ailing mother, aged 68 and me stayed at the hospital . He was never fed properly despite inserting a rice tube. Reason given was a couple of diahhrea sessions. His bed sores became worse while in ICU despite being put on AIR bag. The same was under control in the room. The nurses wouldn’t clean him up often. The nurses were never around when we went to visit him. On twealth day, my father was shivering with fever at 11 am during our visit. No nurse was present nearby. At 3 pm same day, I entered to see him shivering uncontrollably with fever. No nurse was present nearby even then. After I raised my voiced a nurse came and took his temperature, measured 104. Few hours later he passed away. On 3rd August I returned with a mutilated body of my beloved father with blood clots, haematoma, and other marks of torture and negligence he had endured in his twelve days stay at ICU. The “Intensive Care unit ” failed to care for my father who was too week to protest or complaint of his pain. There is no doubt that patients are manhandled behind closed doors in ICU in absence of their family members. My grudge is that my father was treated as a money making machine by ICU doctors. Moreover we were not provided with any details of treatment/ medications provided at ICU. Nor any bill details were given. We tried to shift him to room so that he could stay with his family members, but the ICU doctors said the ICU medicines are not avaialable elsewhere. The cardiologist differed to what the ICU doctor said. I would request everyone to atleast raise their voice for installation of CCTV camera so that their loved ones can see what is happening inside rather than staying downstairs and being fooled by the nursing home staffs.

My baby Aryan admitted under Dr. Subhash Gupta, Dr. Vikram & Dr. Shilpa paedritician, they are excellent in his job, they treat very well and we felt in safe hands. All nursing staff specially Pushpanjali, housekeeping, food service very good, Dietician Megha Taneja, she is very cheerful and careful about baby's diet and weight management. she gave nutritious food to my baby during hospital stay also she gave well made nutrition diet plan for future and recovery. She is Excellent in his job. Ms. Moi Explained all the medicine and everything very well explained, Thanks to max Team 👍

Had excellent experience at Max Saket for Cholecystectomy. The nurses Reena, Shalu Singh and Anthena were excellent in their job and very care giving. Housekeeping staff Mintoo and Pinki were very polite and ready to serve.

It's a very good hospital for all types of treatment like all typs of operation, surgery, and some major operations. It's such a super hospital, like you will get international facilities. So hygienic, they will mention so nice cleaning. The staff is also so nice.

One of the best hospitals in New Delhi with advanced machinery for all kinds of scans and operations. Many types of rooms including 1 bedded, 2 bedded and 4 bedded rooms with a few VIP suites. The staff is extremely cooperative and well spoken. They treat patients as their family rather than just a patient. Even the consultants are very open to the customers and don't hide any facts from the customers. Our consultant, Dr. Pallavi Garg were also very kind to recommend the most effective medicines and reversal for fatty liver. Just the food served to the patients is the downside of being admitted in max 😅

My mother Banani Kanjilal was admitted in max Saket for laparoscopic surgery under Dr. Vivek Marwah. The attending doctors like Dr. Shilpi were quite helpful and supportive. Neeru- from GDA, is a very sweet lady who helped in walking my mom post recovery and kept the room fully functional. Shalu - nursing staff, Anthana - night nursing staff and Prthima- nursing staff attended with lots of care and love. The handiwork was delicate. Housekeeping Amar over saw very need constantly throughout the night. Somya - the Dietecian provided lots of new additional outlook towards the diet which we are looking forward to implement in our lives. Seema - from housekeeping kept our needs in mind constantly. Worst experience! Dirty surrounding with mosquitoes and cockroaches. Only one bed was given in a very small place. Still staying in room number no 6 and nothing is there in the name of facilities. Bed sheet was changed after lot of reminders in three days. No slipper was provided. And there was lot of confusion in meal. Each and every meal was served opposite to what was told to them. Time 09:48 Still waiting for dinner not received yet 2 reminders already given. And AC also lecage.

I visited 5 years ago in this hospital when my family member was admit in this hospital. One of best hospital in Delhi. Staff behavior is very good and humble. Mostly nurse staff is from south. Regrettably, my visit to Max Hospital Saket left much to be desired. The staff exhibited rudeness, exacerbating the frustration caused by extensive waiting times for pre-scheduled appointments. Despite a substantial payment for consultation and diagnosis, the doctor's consultation lacked the expected thoroughness. This experience fell short of the standard one would anticipate, given the considerable financial investment in seeking medical care at this facility.

Located near Saket & Malviya Nagar metro, One of the reputed hospital in South Delhi. I recently went there with my father in Emergency in the early morning hour and doctor attended my father in no time. 🫶🏻 After having few x ray and other test, he was supposed to admit at the hospital and then the real struggle begins. Due to Insurance, there is a separate TPA billing and admission counter. It take 6 hours before my father was shifted to a bed from Emergency due to non availability of bed. I must say Doctors, nurses and all hospital staff including house cleaning and other assistance are very HELPFUL. 🫶🏻 Doctors generally visit every patient 2-3 time per day and in case of emergency nurses can call the doctor for you. My father was suppose to discharge in the morning hours after doctor confirmation but it takes almost 8 hours before we get discharge due to TPA & Billing issue. Although my experience is good but it can be more better if the admission and discharge can be improvised. Tips - Always carry your own water bottle, buying water bottle at the hotel can be very costly (60/bottle) if you have to stay there for few days. Although hospital have water dispenser on every floor. Carry your own food along with spoon and other utensils. Canteen staff can be rude if you ask for any thing for free even if it’s a spoon.

The worst place.. we admitted one of our senior citizen patient for a surgery. They have asked for 50000/- to deposit that we have deposited.. After 1 day of admission (coz of their carelessness) she got fever and they said surgery is postponed. After clearing the bill, our 31000+ amount is pending on them. Now it been 20days + but they haven't returned our money... one person saying something and then another is saying something else. They are continually making us fool... useless people there# useless staff

I was staying in bed 3407 at Max Saket. I was happy with the services of all nursing staff including sister Pushpanjali and her team of ICU nurses, GTA staffs and housekeeping staffs. Everyone was really cordial and likable. I have no words to Thank Dr. Subhash Gupta and the full Liver Transplant team of Doctors for all they have done for me. I wish everyone all the very best and thanks for being cooperative!

Excellent Max Care Team. From dialysis till the journey of kidney transplant I am amazed with such best services. I got kidney transplant under Dr. Dinesh kullar and Dr. Anant Kumar, they are Indian's excellent doctors and they give amazing treatment and gave me a new life. Dr. Radhika was also very supportive doctor. All nursing staff is best and if I talk about ICU nursing staff they were very caring and always available for me. PAC Ma'am is too calm and always greet with smile. Special thanks to my mother for donating her kidney. Had a very comforting and caring stay at Max Saket while getting my father treated. Three Cheers to the most efficient and dedicated team led by Dr Balbir, he is just too good! We couldn't be in better hands. A big shout to Dr Subhash Gupta who asked me to reach Max when I was in a desperate situation, and thank God I just listedned to his advise. A kind word for Kalpana, in housekeeping was very efficient in her work, she respects the time and knows its value. She also has the skills of good housekeeping, her pleasant persona was very comforting to me and my father. It's one of the best hospital in Delhi it comes on top in research and development of new methods for corona patients. The plasma therepy was first experiment here in all India. We don't know yet the benefits of plasma therepy (since only the people with>40% titer are responding better) but still we can appreciate the effort of experimenting new stuff even in these times... It gave hope to a lot of people

I took the titanium health check up package for both my parents. The service quality is not satisfactory at all compared to the money they are taking. The price mentioned in the website is not updated according to them, they are taking more money. Doctors are good mostly without one exception. But staff behaviour and the processes need a lot of improvement. After booking they didn’t mention which tests need to be done in empty stomach and which not. They didn’t mention where to go for which test. Whenever we are moving from one department to another, staffs are providing wrong information. If you are taking this amount of money then you should guide and behave with your patients properly. The sense of hospitality is missing in this hospital and this is overrated.

The administration is clueless, infuriating and working towards making patient's lives worse. Wretched people, ignorant of their own systems and processes, rude like you are wasting their time by standing in front of them, negative - their first thought to any query is no, not possible. If you didn't walk in sick to the hospital, you will most definitely walk out feeling an intense need to throw up because a lot (not all) of their admin staff have vomit-worthy work ethic. Tch tch

My mother got operated for foot fracture, twice she was admitted for same twice the medical assistance was with tranquil environment and Phenomenal service.. she was taken to max saket Dr Ramneek maharajan and his team has operated her ...it was such wonderful experience ...the brother who was duty helped her alot everyone was nice and corporating 😄😄😄🙏 thank you much for medical assistance... lovely hospital :)

I had the best experience in terms of everything that they have done for the surgery... hospitality was great and nurses and staff member were really polite..the only concern I have is that they should ask the patients to visit the hospital foor follow up so that we can be sure post our surgery that everything went well ..rest I am completely satisfied.

Room No 2510 RISHU Nursing station and doctors were extremely helpful and courteous Dr. Pradeep Chowbey , such an humble and supportive doctor who takes his patient s complete care and ensures they don’t feel that the surgery is a big thing. Being at such a senior position yet humble and best doctor to consult. Dr. Ismail : again the doctor on duty on the floor , very soft and supportive will explain all your doubts and take good care you you. Nurses Shalu singh Shweta Mohini Very polite and on their toes and calm to take good care of you while you are at the hospital. GDA staff - Farida and others were very help helpful and courteous. The support staff that moved her to the OT were very sweet and kept her calm before the operation, they ensured she didn’t panic Most recommended .

Pathetic service, On theft issue management is not accessible, not admited on proven condition.. Customer service team has no powers to resolve issues... handed over issue to GM and GM is not contactable... No contact details mentioned over the web to contact hospital management... At back office you are not allowed to meet administration. Not got refund of deposited amount on several follow-up (7 days ) ... You are only allowed to call customer care to gent next date for resolution.. which will not happen ....

No one wants to go to the hospital when you are traveling, especially outside your own country. Today I visited Max Super Hospital here in Delhi for a chest X-ray and another test for my lungs. My experience was amazing thanks to Dr. Anshul Mittal. Right away he assigned a man named Shyam Sunder to guide me through registration and all the stops around the hospital. As an American, I could have never done this on my own so thank you Dr. Mittal and Shyam. And more good news. I visited Max Saket Physiotherapy and Rehab department as I recently got operated for a broken arm and had restricted movement around my shoulder and elbow. I booked a 10 day physiotherapy session with Dr. Shweta Yadav and am deeply grateful to her my recovery. She treated me with great care. With her expertise, I was able to gain much better mobility around my elbow and started using my arm while doing daily activities. Her bright and positive attitude towards her patients is also very uplifting. I was able to make a commendable recovery in just 10 days with her expert treatment.

Max Super Speciality hospital, Saket, New Delhi is very good hospital in terms of cleanliness & well disciplined staff. Here doctors are well experienced & well qualified. This hospital is one of the State of Art hospital in Delhi. Junior Doctors are also well behaved & qualified. Nursing staff is very good except few who might be not trained well. Food & related staff is also quite good. Overall it is one of the best hospital in India

The doctors and nurses are good and supportive. However, the management staff and other staff is excessively rude and non-cooperative. I am a doctor. One of my patients was admitted in this hospital and I visited this hospital to discuss the details of my patients with the treating doctor. The staff was extremely rude and did not allowed me to enter the wards. I waited for 55 minutes to discuss the matter with the management. The management people were also extremely rude and non-cooperative. I faced misbehaviour at every level I approached. The management staff is not at all friendly and respectful. There is no alternative approach in this hospital even for the visiting doctor.

My husband was treated for thyroid cancer at Max Saket. We were very impressed with the efficiency and expertise of the doctors and support staff. They helped us during this stressful period with periodic checking and assistance. I am very grateful to all the staff of Max Saket for their great help.

16 day hospitalisation was brilliant in every way! Doctors, Nurses, Housekeeping, Food Services, GDA’s were A One! I believe it is not normal to enjoy a hospital stay but we had an incredibly positive experience! Our Secretary informed us that Billing was simply chaotic when he went to settle our bill. You would need to look into this Department of your Hospital!

Poor care of patients after surgery, nursing staff do experiments in fitting cannula in patients hand and end up in spoiling patients cloth with blood. No control on number of attendant, even issue raised with Pooja Sethi and no action taken so far. Some patients get extreme privilege to keep 2-3 attendants even in twin sharing room during covid-19 times, I don't know reason why hospital staff or doctors support them e.g. Dr Reddy for patient of room no 3221 in East wing. Patients with multiple attendants should be kept in single room. They just keep calculating bill without any concern about patient. No control of floor manager/staff on the shouting in room by other patients attendant.. due to which we had to change room. Even doctors don't care about patients after surgery and just take everything lightly and don't respond to concern. They just want to throw you out of hospital after surgery, so that you can end up getting admitted to a different hospital.

The doctors, specialist doctors, the administration staff of doctors, the nursing care are all very skilled, professional, efficient and caring. The only thing missing is the need of administration staff who can get permissions and approvals from CGHS and DGHS. BLK hospital is giving this facility.

Hi, This is Nikhil Solanki attendent of petient Sunita Devi Bed no. 1140 first floor, max Saket New delhi My mother went through kidney removal operation. It is day third after OT, Doctor suggested the staaf members that she has to start walking as she was on bed for last four days.. No one is concerned here....they only attend the petient who show aggressive behaviour we have such case in the same room. All are available such petient. I called GDS at 1pm, even pressed the bell thrice...they came and gave me an excuse everytime and cancelled the bell. Let my mother be fine.... This place is very different to other place, well organized, had wonderful experience there with food and environment. AWESOME food, price and everything reasonable. The staff is very quick. All credit goes to the Manager of the Cafe Mr. Neeraj Sharma, he is such a smart personality and very proactive towards customers and their services, he filled with very nice skills to handling pressure in crowd time & he is so much active with the staff also. I think what makes Max one of the best hospitals is it's hospitality and services. It's more comfortable than being at home. The nursing staff deserves huge respect, all of us thank doctors for saving our lives but we forget the ground work done by nurses which is quite appreciable. Also a big thanks to Ms. Sangeeta from West block day care nursing for all that you have done for us. She's the nicest nurse you'll ever find. :)

I generally came for my regular checkups in max hospital, this time I have seen new food outlet at basement, Let's Xpress Food. The food amazing no doubt at all but with amazing food, they take care of timing, appearance , temperature , texture of food with hygienic precautions. I will not forget to mention name of Mr. Neeraj, he is such a Gem of food outlets, he is heading in restaurant, he proactively involved with customer's requirements, maintained good professionalism and decorum in food place. Staff is well briefed about services and cleaning table on time... It's very clean and hygienic place for stop your hunger, you cannot imagine 7 star hotel food in hospital set up. Today I was feeling bad, suddenly my stomach ache and I went to the emergency. And the nurse was checking my blood pressure and giving me injections. Got my cousin admitted for kidney biopsy, nicely taken care by Dr. Dinesh Khullar's team right from consultation to conducting the procedure itself. Not to forget excellent housekeeping services and well explained diet plan by Dr. Megha. Overall good experience.

The doctors are good but they don't value for patient's time. After taking a prior appointment, we had to wait for more than an hour with receptionist telling that doctor will be available in 15 minutes after every 15 minutes. I will call this unprofessional. If doctor is busy in some emergency (which shouldn't be the case with our doctor, I guess as receptionist didn't told so), it should be clearly informed to patients beforehand.

I visited this hospital for the first time in January 2022 as advised by my doctor. No regrets whatsoever! I can't say what should have been done better. Every professional in Max undertook their tasks proficiently and discussed openly. I liked every effort some employees put into communicating with me in English even when it was very difficult. We did find our way around those hurdles and laughed harmlessly at ourselves. I happily learnt some Indian words too.

Visited Max hospital. My wife had to go under a surgery this got admitted. We opted for the economy room However it was full. This Mr. Ashish the manager over there came to our rescue. He allocated us a room of two and made our time comfortable for the treatment. Thank you so much for being so considerate and helpful.

The positive is that for an appointment for a CT Scan or other procedures, there is not much wait time. This is not a cut rate hospital. Their cost per scan is at least 50% what it might be in advanced nations. Yet the CT Scan room is filthy. The change room is obviously not attended to. There was one clean smock, so I lucked out. Hopefully the patients behind me found one. The tech hooking me up the scan seemed completely uninterested in his job. The guy running the CT Scan gear, presumably a radiology tech, was polite. The scan room was filthy. I first pointed it out to the guy hooking me up. He could care less. Acted as if he didn't understand English (yeah right!). As I walked out I told the radiology guy that you guys are not cheap (this scan was ₹6,500) and you should make the basic effort to keep the place clean. He, at least, admitted it was not clean and promised to do better. Why does someone have to point out that a place of healthcare should be kept clean?

My father with liver cirrhosis was admitted at Max super speciality Saket under Dr. Subhash Gupta and team for Liver transplant. The surgery went well, and after that it was all about care and responsibility. The staff especially the GDA, and the nursing staff were very helpful and understanding. The Food & Beverages department was very careful about what was given to the patient with concerns from Dietician Megha Taneja and counselled well for after discharge. Room and washroom were cleaned on timely bases, or whenever requested. Floor Manager Mr. Evan was on toes if any help was required at any time of day. My sister is getting discharged today with good care and health. I hope the same happens to my father soon.
