This is located in Sector 26 next to I care hospital and has a running emergency services. There are very good surgeons and a variety of surgeries like TKR, kidney transplant, spine surgery and lap cholecystectomy. The staff is very proficient and helpfull. There is a physiotherapy clinic too . There is a small snack counter too at the basement catering to opd patients. It's a little crowded hospital

Very bad service 😔 My wife is on genral ward bed no 1029(SANA), The operation was done yesterday and Drs said for discharge today at 10:00am but now its 3:06 pm , The staff you ask says your file is gone. Whether she has gone here or there, no one tells further. Unfortunately, the discharge still hasn't happened. Regards Shan Mohammad

Don't go if you are going with the regular corporate plan(your company paying for the annual routine check up) as you will not be treated like a regular genuine patient. Pros: Staffs were great and really helpful. Process was also great and fast. They don't waste time and are very professional. Cons : I went with the regular yearly checkup covered under my corporate plan. Basic check up was fine but few things were completely done like a formality. Eye test was just for the name shake. The doctor didn't check properly. And didn't even write my powers and tried listening to the problem. And I had problems with my power. He just told me that everything was fine. The next day consultation was even worse with the doctor. He didn't even look at my reports properly and told me everything was fine and I don't need anything. Then I had to show the issues in my report (cholesterol and uric acid were quite high) after he told me to go. Please don't treat corporate plans as a formality. I genuinely went for the checkup not just for formality. And after this complete check up I needed to pay for both - eye as well as general physician consultation (had to do both outside this)

I visited Apollo Hospital Noida for health check of my disabled sister. The staff and doctors at the hospital were super considerate and accomodating. I would like to specially mention my appreciation for Ms Mary, the coordinator for the health check. She is very helpful and energetic and she ensured that the entire process went through without causing any stress or anxiety to my sister. Five stars from my side

Everything is normal as other hospitals but there are few things i noticed: Outside OT there is anly space of lift. Nurse or housekeeping staff less in numbers. (One patient's attendant was asking for help but they have taken after 3 times that guy cam out from ward). In handwash they mixed water which turned useless a person want to wash his hands

Experienced great Medicare support . All staaf members are brilliant in their work. Although none of us will like to go to hospital but this institute is really good where you can experience hassle free procedures and facilities. Admin team here is very professional and prompt. Highly recommended this place in case you need medical care.

Got my ankle surgery done from Apollo noida. By far the best doctors and staff I have seen compared to other hospitals. Doctors are very specialized and available on phone and keep checking with us post surgery. Support staff is polite and very active in their duties. Regular audits in the hospital keep everyone on their toes to provide high class services and best experience to patients.

I had visited the hospital for a routine Health checkup. Ms Mary was a great help in getting my tests done then in getting lab reports and finally in consulting different Doctors for review. Ms Mary made everything so convenient for me. In the radiology department Ms Deepa was also nice. My overall experience was excellent.

My mother was hospitalised in Apollo Noida, for knee surgery, Bed No. 1108, we had a nice experience. Staff was extreme supportive particularly Niharika (Service Excellency), Joyace Sister, Rekha (HK), Sister Inderpreet(Floor Incharge) and Latha (GDA). They have taken a good care of my mother, have been very polite, caring and have been very helpful. I had to take a TB screening test at Apollo Noida. The entire process was very smooth and I got the medical certificate within 1.5 hours. A special thanks to Geeta ( hospital staff member) who helped in making this process easy.

I would like to share our experience with Dr. Richa, who is Physiotherapist at Apollo Hospital, Sector 26, Noida. After my wife’s knee surgery she met us first time in the hospital room next day morning, introduced herself and explained the physical exercise procedure so pleasantly that we infused into the procedure naturally. Her approach was very gentle and we particularly liked her experience she holds as a psychotherapist, she spent half an hour in practical movements along with my wife till the time she was fully comfortable repeating exercises by her own. We generally do not see such dedication and patience from other general doctors.while leaving the room she was humble enough to share the tips and caution points for the speedy recovery. Overall a great experience meeting Dr. Richa and we are thankful that they are dedicated to make our lives easy. Mam.. thanks a lot for your services!

Neat and clean staff are so polite. No rush, rooms are so comfortable for patients and attended. Doctors are good. Canteen is also good. Don't trap on Prystene care plan. After surgery there is lot of problems suffer with insurance team. So if you are planning to any kind of surgery go directly to hospital there staffs help you

Hospital is good with very good nursing and doctors staff. Housekeeping staff was very good. My process to get room was very slow. Billing department don't know how to use UPI transaction in my case only one man know UPI transaction and others they were looking and I have to wait for long time. Rest is good.
