During an emergency this hospital refused to allow a lady to use the washroom. The hospital management Mr. Sanjiv appointed as Security incharge conveyed that the top management has ordered to stop the use of washroom if you dont have an appointment in the Hospital. Another private organisation not performing social responsibility.

It is an average hospital. Not suitable for handling large crowd. I had my health checkup done here. It was over the weekend. It was very crowded. They have very limited machines and resources. So it took 10 hours to get the checkup done. The staff is here nice. Cleanliness is not a priority here. Washrooms are dirty like hell. You wouldn't want to go there except for when you are stuck for 10 hours and have no options. Reports were shared a couple of days later. You have to visit the center to get the reports, there are no means of getting reports online. Most of the reports didn't seem thorough and seemed they just pasted the ideal numbers there. So overall this hospital shouldn't be the first choice for health checkup for anyone.

My recent experience at Medeor Hospital was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warmth and efficiency were evident. The registration process was quick, and I was promptly attended to. The medical team exhibited expertise and compassion, ensuring I felt comfortable and well-informed about my condition and treatment options. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained, contributing to a healing environment. The nursing staff were attentive and kind, providing excellent care throughout my stay. Additionally, the hospital's commitment to patient safety was evident, which gave me confidence in the care I received. I highly recommend Medeor Hospital for their outstanding healthcare services.

Currently im admitted in this hospital room no 513 (private room). Staff has very casual behaviour. Late services, had to wait for 1 hr for every request. Hospital has gone to poor in the recent past. They are unable to process tpa. Though doctors and treatment are good.

I earlier had a very good experience with rockland hospital services, Prof Dr MP Sharma (gastro) is very kind and treats the patient in a very polite manner, I would like to thanks the staffs who used to coordinate earlier however since last 2-3 times I’m having an extremely worst response with Komal, they both misguide the patients in OPD even looking at the patients age; they not aware of the word coordination; when speak in English they are blank, when explain same thing in Hindi they have lack of knowledge of policies to explain. Three weeks ago on Thursday, I had visited at 12.25pm and asked for the appointment Komal said come post lunch at 1.30 when I asked to call your manager she said β€œNisha mam ne hi kha hai lunch ke time patients treat mat kiya kro”.. I’m never gonna refer my friends to medeor, Dr and earlier staffs were good but these people making the hospital images worsen day by day. Would request management to hire people who understand their jobs or loose their customers.

During the time of covid, the people sitting in the reception are not even wearing masks. When I asked them to wear it, they replied with its because it's very hot (even when the AC was on). I came to the hospital wearing two masks. So you can imagine how this hospital is

Most of the SOPs are missing. With non-existent redressal mechanism. You find yourself unwelcome in this hospital. The very first prerequisite of a hospital is that one should feel welcome, feel wanted. Found two good Docs(& human beings) also Dr. Pradeep & Dr. Bhalla but they fell in the category of exception rather than rule.

My grandmother had her surgery at this hospital of her B/L TKR which was performed by Dr Rahul Grover he did a great job! but the front office Staff is very ignorant. Miss Jyoti Kaushik specially was very arrogant towards my parents as at the time of the billing she was supposed to photocopy some of the documents which were required by the hospital for the claim as my grandmother is a CGHS beneficiary she created a lot of trouble and made my parents pay which they were not supposed too I've attached a picture of a board which states that the charges are for the people coming for COVID test. such behaviour was not expected from the staff and today as well we had to go for the stitches removal they were charging for the removal of the stitches as well but according to us it was included in the package which the government would be would be paying to them. Miss Nisha who looks after the CGHS claims she too! supporting such behaviour of the staff should not be accepted But to give them training as to how they are supposed to talk to the patient and the attendent people who are arrogant and didn't empathize with the patient's condition should be hired the front office staff is supposed to help out people but because of the ignorance and the arrogance of the hired front office people it is being an hindrance for the success of the hospital I shall be very relieved if some strict action is taken against this person.

Detailed review for COVID patient Hospital is decent with infrastructure but lacks doctor and professionals their own security guard informed me that. - ambulance rates have sky rocketed so has the system. - long waiting hours with good nursing staff but not equipped. - marketing team promises a lot of miracles but ultimately they lack equipments and professionals. - they extremely lack knowledge and protocols to be followed for a COVID patient. - I won’t really recommend it for severe COVID patient just for basic hospitalization of oxygen support on high flow is good enough if you see patient demanding more try searching for a better hospital. - staff was polite enough but they lack professionals, knowledge and equipment and is capable only for mild covid patient not serious condition. I hope this helps someone in need! Stay strong you are not alone ❀️

Hospital has good infrastructure but lacks good professional doctors and supporting staff. They don't have value of life of patients. Their only interest is to make money by all means. Don't visit if you love your life. A third grade hospital. Not recommended.

Hospitals are supposed to be helpful, and during these difficult times our front line staff are the ones who are risking everything to help others. I implore you people to not visit this fraud hospital who treats it's frontline staff with such utter disrespect. I was a witness of this ordeal where the management and some low life owner of this hospital was ill treating and making explicit comment to a worker. Such a horrible hospital this is, we had to immediately take my family out of it. I am worried about the people who work here and feel sorry for them

I would like to appreciate Dr Mishra, Dr Upali and nursing staff (Duty Guard from Mon-Sat morning) all are really commendable well behaved however Receptionist Mariam and Guard Faizal, Evening Guard( they both are not at all cooperative, ill-mannered and rude they often try to make quarrels with patients attendant, they often refused attendants to use washroom. They both yell at you knowing very well in what state of mind family(you) must be in. Creates irrelevant issues all the time. They both treat attendants like trash also does partiality behaves like they own the hospital.

Best place for Obs & Gyane, my baby was born here (normal delivery) under the guidance of Dr. Megha & team. She listned my problems generously & guided me through out my pregnancy journey and kept me confident. Special mention to Dr. Monalisa, she took care of mine during my admittance for delivery of baby, she is a gem person in this hospital. I felt her like my elder sister because of her polite way of guidance, treatment and give information of post care. Also, thanks to Dr. Vandana kent, who took care of my baby very well and guided me wellfor post care of him. Also, nursing staff, housekeeping staff, cleaning staff security staff etc. everyone was supporting and had good behavior.

Staff and other services are good and smooth. I want to add one thing that canteen prices for food should be equal be for all. There is huge difference in fod prices for staff and other people. On 16th November 2022 I rushed to this Medeor hospital due to acute abdomen pain. The doctor and nursing staff in emergency were quite cooperative and treated well. During investigation they diagnosed acute appendicitis. Then I was operated and treated under Dr Suyash Rawat. I specially want to mention that Dr Rawat, nursing staff and general staff taken excellent care of me. All the complications, precautions and treatment was well explained to me by Dr Suyash Rawat. So FIVE stars for the medical services provided. Then at the time of discharge, it was informed that at 2 pm all the formalities will be completed. But even at 6 pm they have not prepared the discharge papers. Then my attendant and myself had to come forward and finally discharged at 7:30 pm that's too without some detail bill papers and reports. So all the edge got by hospital during treatment was ruined. So ZERO star for hospital management services.

Because of some personal reasons I couldn't afford the expenditure of this hospital and had EWS stamp on receipt. Doctor: Why do you have stamp here, is ur family income less than 15,000rs /month. I Shared the reason that we are facing financial problem because of medical expenses as my younger cousin and her father was admit in another pvt hospitals. Our per day expenditure had became more than 10,000. As middle class family we were not able to spend more than that. The govt. provide EWS kind of services for the people who need, and I was needy. But the doctor judged by himself that I was just taking advantage of EWS and removed that EWS stamp, he was talking like he's doing me a favour. Having positive attitude is good everywhere, but having egoistic attitude doesn't suit in professional life. He was in his own attitude. For right consultation patient should share there previous medical issues and doctor should listen as well. But the doctors like him thinks that they have earned degree so they are the only one here. When I was sharing that I Had this issue ..he was like...ohh(laugh) so is this the reason of ur problem. I dont know sir, this is the problem I had before 1-2 year ago. He didn't even listened to me as he had already made a thought that ' I was taking advantage of EWS' . No one likes to do so but I was compelled to to have that EWS tag. Govt. have provided that who needs and *I was needy*. This review is for Dr.Pranjal Joshi((Dermatologist) only. Staff is quite nice and Dr. Uppali Nanda also. Msg for Dr. Pranjal Joshi, Sir mere EWS stamp se govt. Ka paisa toh nhi pr apke punctual na hone ki wajah se patients ka time zarur waste hota h... So patient ko judge krne se behtar he aap apni responsibilities pr dhyan de.. Ur timing is 10am-11am but, you come at 11o' clock. The girl from billing counter asked you 'Sir, will you consult one more patient other then them. You: No! The time is over now(when you had not entered in cabin even) that time ur time was over.πŸ‘.

We had booked an appointment for the 10th of Aug 2021. Though the booking was done a week in advance on the 4th Aug 2021, we got a call from the hospital on 9th aug at 8pm saying that the appointment was cancelled without any proper reason. They refused to give anything in writing as well. Very unprofessional and being a hospital, they’re not bothered about their patients.

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Dattareya Mohapatra and his team of orthopedic doctors for my mother’s surgery for knee replacement. We had this surgery done at Medeor Hospital, Qutab and every service we received from the hospital staff was excellent. The physiotherapists, dietician, floor supervisors, doctors as well as the superintendent made sure they heard from the patient and understand if any services need improvement or have suggestions. Hoping no one has the need to get any surgery but if need arises, would highly recommend making a visit to Dr. Mohapatra for consultation and surgery and that too in Medeor Hospital. Not to forget the room we received had a clear view of the Qutub Minar and had enough sunlight for patient aftercare.

As I stay nearby hospital, I visited frequently for any health issues related to my family members and me. Frequent issue I face is , there OPD registration process doesn't work most of the time. Sometime they said server is down, Sometime they said card sweeping machine doesn't work. And patient were ask to pay in cash or should go from basement to ground floor to swipe card. This causes long queue and argument between patient and staff. Also while I do consult during OPD hours for my spouse treatment during dec 2023 , doctor prescribed few test and do visit again in day or two. But I failed to visit withing three day as OPD were not open during holiday. I visit right after holiday and again they charged same OPD consultation fees again , I try to explain still they insist that system will not accept you have to pay. If I am not wrong as per their policy , If patient revisit within three days then , patient don't need to pay again. I feel like hospital management only thinks about how to get money from patient by any means possible. I have known good doctor so I am still visiting in spite of this pathetic process they have.

I was admitted in hospital on 14 February , 2023 with severe dehydration in an unconscious state and discharged today ie on 24 th February . The hospital is excellent in most of the fields especially doctors like Dr. A. P. Mishra, Dr. Upali Nanda, Dr. Rahul Grover under which i took the treatment. Medical superintendent, nursing superintendent, coordinator Ranjana , dietician all are very concerned about the hospital services given to their patients. Only training to some nursing staff especially in the field of IV insertion and patients rights should be given immediately Housekeeping staff needs dedication towards their job with proper guidance and pest control should be followed regularly as lots of insects are there inside the hospital. Overall happy with the services

Emergency Department is highly illiterate !! Staff keeps you lines for hours till that time their doctors even vanish to have fun out ..when asked about when he'll see the patient they say later on..as if patients are not important for them. How does such people even have a licence to work.. just a degree enough to be a pathetic doctor .. no sense of responsibility. Staff is useless and arrogant and they just don't want to work. Nothing good here dont get your family members here to get killed and ignored by the hands of a useless hospital !!!

The general opinion that had been going around about the condition of hospitals, the poor or unavailability of Oxygen/medication, the poor response and care provided to COVID patients in these hospitals was very scary. Hence, I was extremely anxious and scared when I had to get admitted to a hospital for COVID-19 treatment. I was admitted to Medeor Hospital, Qutab Institutional Area, where I was in the COVID ICU and the ward for 11 days. To my very pleasant surprise, my experience at Medeor turned out to be contrary to the prevalent views about the condition of COVID hospitals in general. The management and the team of doctors must be credited for doing something extra-ordinary in that every member of the staff at Medeor, be it sisters, brothers, sanitation staff, lab staff, canteen staff supplying food for the patients, etc. attended to the patients with utmost dedication and devotion. Never even once, irrespective of time of day/night, did any of the staff members respond without an untiring and smiling face and tremendous enthusiasm and energy. It appeared that each staff member had made it a personal goal and mission to see that every patient was made comfortable and discharged at the earliest possible. The food, tea, milk provided was not just good, it was great and in sufficiently abundant quantity. While every staff member of the hospital was like God to me and my fellow patients, I would like to mention a few names whose attitude, dedication and efficiency deserve a special mention: Mr. Rahul (Brother in the ICU), Mr. Pawan (Brother in the ICU), Mr. Deepak (Brother in the ICU) and Mr. Sameer (ICU). I consider myself to be truly blessed to have got the services of such wonderful doctors (Dr A P Mishra, Dr Upali Nanda, Dr Bakshi and Dr Rahul) and staff at Medeor hospital, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi. Each one of them is a hero and I am extremely grateful to each one of them. Praveen Mathur

I am cutting one star for no response after an interview, neither positive nor negative. It is a personal experience but should be share. Other health related services are very nice. But hospital address is very confusing. Only you can reach there on time if you use Google maps.

There is no bike parking at this place. Guard will tell you to park outside where you need to pay 10 ruppees to the SDMC. Despite taking appointment , your doctor will not attend you at that time. No matter what is your appointment time, doctor will see through the first come and first serve basis. There is enough space to sit in the OPD. There is always a waiting for ultrasound. Staffs are supportive but expect dome delay in services mainly between 10 to 12 PM

RMO/JR JOB EXPERIENCE Imagine you are a mbbs graduate and you are not getting a job anywhere else, Just don't join here or you will quit within a few days. Before joining they will say, you have to manage both emergencies and ward together because the hospital is not busy. But after joining you will realise that it's not true. Document work of the entire hospital's patients will fall on your shoulder and it will be a lot not just 7 or 8 as they promise before joining. Also during night shifts in ER they will say consultants are on call but trust me if you are that lucky they will pick your call otherwise you are on your own and if anything goes wrong during that time it's totally your fault and the hospital won't take any responsibility. And about work timing it's 6-6-12 and they will make it longer as per their desire because you are trapped in the contract. About management, they have no clue what's happening those people doesn't want to retain Jr's. Mostly jr's will be quitting on weekly basis and new ones will join out of necessity and then the cycle repeats............. Your DMC YOUR IDENTITY. They will try to use your signature and dmc number in all the records. So be careful, If something goes wrong you will be responsible. No consultant or hospital management will come for you.

I had a horrific experience here at the hospital. I booked an ultrasound for my wife’s 12 week pregnancy. They made the process so painful. They very well know how to waste your time well. Staff is the Worst. Think twice before you make a decision to visit this hospital.
