I visited MKW hospital because of Seema Sehgal. I'm trying to conceive from last 1.5 yr and have been meeting so many doctors but no success at all. So when I heard about seema sehga and read so many good reviews I thought to visit her for my pregnancy but when I visited them I was very disappointed. First they have this timing system to charge fee. I came after 12pm so they charged me 750rs . In doctor's room there was seema sehgal and another doc megha. when I entered the room both were chit chatting so I sat and waited for 5 min for their chit chat to stop. They looked at my test reports done by previous doctors and said every thing looks good and advised me for IUI. They even did ultrasound for no reason as I already have ultrasound from last month still they went ahead and did ultrasound. She gave me all the gyan like to do exercise,not to stress which I already know and wrote me no medicines for pregnancy except primosa500mg. It looks like they were in hurry as they keep on asking how many patients are outside? I mean I visited seema sehgal for some good advise and service but what I got is disappointment. It feels like I wasted my money and time. I thought she might look what other doctors might have missed because she is very experienced but nothing useful. It looks like they were just sitting their to pass the time and just to make money.

Very nice experience 1st floor staff is extremely helpful. And hospital is always pressured in Normal delivery which is very important. Dr Seema Sehgal and Dr Archana is very experienced and all team is good.

They treats everyone more like a mother than a doctor with so much passion , The staff is also good and give best of their services

One of the best experience we had visiting the hospital, supportive staff nurses, polite behaviour & always ready to provide super comfort to the patients. I have never ever experienced such a horrible treatment. I just wanted to get my tetanus vaccination but the nurse was horrible and I felt soo violated. In my life I would never recommend anyone to go there. You would be walking to your death bed! If you want to be treated like human then please dont go there ever. (Also they wont even give me the nurse’s name.)

Appreciate the wonderful doctors and staff. Hygiene levels are good. We would recommend this place to West Delhi residents , in case they are looking for a maternity hospital. Would suggest , the hospital staff work on their discharge procedure.

We visited doctor Archana last week. We have been seeing her for the last 8 months. This is just the starting of 9th month and she immediately trying to create emergency talked to us in high pitch and very rude conduct. She even tried to scare us so we get scare and go for premature delivery. Because of her our whole family get stressed. She is Doctor and there is conduct expected from her. She must learn to calm patient not to stress them. When I asked her what is the issue she refred 1month usg, and I am not a doctor and I had to tell her to write usg so that exect issue can be found out. I request MKW hospital to send rude doctor for behaviour trainings. This hospital always try to push for csection.When every doctor go for csection then how will future doctors learn to deliver baby normal. Because of her bad conduct we have changed hospital at the last moment

Dr. Swati Mehrotra is a best gyne i ever experienced. Before meeting with Dr. Swati Mehrotra i have consulted with few other gynecologist who are just professional with their patients. 11 years of my marriage life two miscarriage will happen due to some issues. However when I meet to Dr. Swati Mehrotra last year in the month of September 2021. she listened me very patiently and understand my case and put me on medicine.Dr.Swati Mehrotra is out of the world I would say, she not only listen everyone very patiently n calmly and give personal touch to all. Because of Dr. Swati Mehrotra i conceive naturally in month of January 2022 and also completed my pregnancy period. She handled my delivery are just superb in spite of so many complications. She managed so well and give her o\/s support all the time. We finally blessed with a healthy baby boy on 31.aug.2022. In this entire period. I feel blessed with the support, guidance care and the empathy of Dr. Swati Mehrotra she is an angel for me . In the beginning of my pregnancy there were time when I feel very nervous and low and I will give Dr.Swati Mehrotra all the credit for giving me the strength positivity an utmost care, she treat all her patients like family members and gives all great advice with big smile. I was admitted in the hospital for pregnancy. Very good hospital and the staff members treated me like family. The doctors took good care of me. Good ambience and positive environment. I recommend people to go to MKW for good treatment and better facilities.

I visited mkw hospital just for the regular check up to dentist. Lady doctor has advised me and my wife to get the filling done and told us to deposit 7400 rs. Acc we have done the same and after that she made holes in our teeth and did filling in just few minutes. Acc to me filling was not required but still they have done it. Filling came out just in few days. This is worst and horrible experience for me and my wife. I will never visit again mkw hospital

Five stars to MKW hospital for the Pediatrician services especially Dr. Rajesh. he has vast experience and does not recommend unnecessary tests and medicines. However there is a critical review of Dr Rajesh which seems to be unjustified because I was present there , I saw the man along with a baby making ruckus and pressurizing Dr Rajesh to attend his child. However Dr Rajesh patiently handled the person and guided him properly but the person was very rude and adamant. He wanted Dr Rajesh to accompany him to other place leaving all other existing patients in OPD. Also No injection injected by Dr rajesh as the patient had left after creating ruckus.

Expert guidance and support from the doctors, helpful, polite and caring staff, neat and clean rooms and calm atmosphere. Although charges could be relaxed for certain things otherwise pocket friendly. A nice place to welcome your babies.

Worst hospital, no value for patients, worst reception staff in the night shift. Money minded staff, they write prescriptions that no one can understand even Doctors can’t understand his on writing.

I got confined here last April 2023 due to severe UTI, vomiting, and diarrhea due to adjustment as a foreigner with all foods with masala. The hospital is very clean and the doctors are very professional. The nurses are kind to the patients and a very friendly hospital for foreigners like me. They know how to speak English and are very disciplined professionals. Their quality service is worth every penny.

Iwould never recommend this doctor RS Saluja to anyone.i was recommended to go to see him.but he didnt even listen to me.he already wrote down the prescriptions and printed the a huge consultation fee,while i was still explaining my father reports,,,my father told my daugther is going to take reports ,,he is saying m mot free m going,,,i came back nd said plz see the report ,,he was angry to see the reports in my fon ,he is saying i want print reports ,m saying this reports was given by ur hospital,,then he saw this even he doesnt even pay attention to what the patient say.worst physician arrogant person.my father waited for him to finally get inside the cabin and forced out ,,why are you waiting here,,where is nurse,,all he cares is his next patient or should i say his next easy income He didnt listen & finding the slip of fees,,doesnt even deserve the one star

Helpful staff, expert team of Gyanaecologist. I have been recommended by close relatives after their good experience in this hospital. As of now, we are expecting our baby very soon. So far our own experience is nice.

Very pathetic service provided by Hospital. I have visited with my son at hospital. Dr. prescribed the medicine and test but on next day son was not suited the medicine and we called to Dr. About my son situation. He told me visit tomorrow. When I visited there they askede again pay registration fees. They are very money minded peoples.

This is to bring to your notice that my Father in law and my mother in law came yesterday to take advice from a doctor for their granddaughter who was crying for two hours. As per the availability of the doctors -RAJESH KUMAR GOEL (pediatrician) was available. He is a super arrogant and rude doctor I should say . He doesn't have the sense to talk .As the baby was crying adversely my father in law asked to give necessary medications soon but the doctor said '' bacha ro raha hai to rota hi rahega shaam tak" then in spite of having the injection for vomiting he asked first to get the injection from the medical store which is absolutely incorrect in case of emergency situation i guess. Is this the way to deal with the emergency situation? doctors are treated as next to god. We, being the patient, are ready to pay the amount whatever doctors ask for and even expect doctors not to be rude and should give proper medications. The child vomited for only one time and RAJESH KUMAR GOEL holded the hand of the child really brutally and injected her infection that made her hand swollen for a day. The child kept crying but the problem was not solved even though. Is this the kind of doctor MKW hired? I would never recommend this hospital to "ANYONE" after this incident . Being a parent I don't think that anyone can tolerate his/her child crying like this. This feeling I hope you would understand .

Over all great experience. Dr Parichay Grover was the surgeon for my mother Gal bladder removal. The surgery went well and the staff really took care of my mother. I would also recommend Dr Ashish for any physiotherapy related stuff. He is treating my dad and I don’t think I could have got even one better than him.

From last 2 months we are taking treatment for pregnancy from MKW Hospital. Today Dr. Archana took my problem very lightly. And while scrolling her mobile said that your reports are not normal. When I asked her about the options, do I have any option? He flatly refused. But today I talked to so many doctors and all of them said that there are many options. I had very bad experience with dr.Archana. She must take behavior training from a good trainer. She should know how to deal with couple. Baby is a very crucial part for every couple.But I am really disappointed with today's behavior of Dr. Archana. Giving 1 star for dealing.
