This hospital is only making money. They are targeting patients to make their own money please please please it's a genuine request please avoide this hospital. My own brother Nikhil anand was admitted as his platelate count was around 40-50 k. He was admitted in around 3am and they again take sample and said that platelates count decreased to 28k. But my brother has no significant symptoms if someone's platelate count decreased to such level. They gave the false report every day. The next day we get our brother discharged from that hospital and they said his platelate count is 58 k in the evening we conduct platelate count test from outside after getting discharged from the hospital. Outside report showed 1lakh 16 thousand platelates count the day when hospital said it was 58 thousand and also they didnot gave us the report. They also do not share the pdf report on mobiles too. The doctor name was Manish mohil. My brother had told doctor that he had not have vomiting problem, no fever, no headache, no body pain no symptoms, no joint pain, nothing at all. But the doctor manish mohil prepared the discharge summary listing all the above symptoms for the patient. When i saw the discharge summary i got shocked . They are totally fake. They are only making money . They are thief of the people. They have no emotions. Please i request you to avoide this hospital. Even a single patient if avoided this hospital after reading my review, i will be grateful to the god as i saved a bit of money from them. They just billed around 61thousand for just 30-35 hours of treatment. πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™ please avoid this hospital PSRI delhi saket. Please guys please requesting from the soul of my heart. If there would have option of negative star rating i would have given that too. Please avoid Dr. Manish mohil of this hospital. They are not doctors they are the agent of the hospital who are filling money in the hospital lockers with unnecessary tests and service charges. Iam a upsc cse aspirant and under article 21(protection to life and personal liberty) i have following fundamental right which is questionable in the court too like right to social and economic justice and empowerment, right to information, right to health, right to livelihood, right against inhumane treatment, right to fair trial etc. These all are every citizens of india's basic fundamental right which is provided by our constitution and comes under the basic structure of the constitution which is not debarred. the service was also very poor very bad quality. Ihave not a single reason to praise this hospital except it's cleanliness. And that too with that price bracket atleast cleanliness is the basic needed criteria that is too not which i say is a commendable job. First and last visit from my side to this hospital. Please if you are reading this review, have a zero count visit to this hospital. Avoid avoid avoid avoidavoid that is what i say to u guys. Save money and help others too by stating my experience. Please please please it's a request to avoid this hospital if u want to save your money

PSRI hospital. Pathetic service. The staff does not know how to talk. They were rude, had so much of attitude. These staff specially Aarti Sharma, Payal Kapoor and Jaya Khanna, they were very rude. The staff has to be polite, warm and comforting to the patients who have come to visit. But they were rude, not understanding patients situation. I waited for an hour but still was not able to get the consultation and after waiting for 1.5 hours i had to leave back without getting the consultation. The management who books the appointments does not know how many people to give appointment too in an hour and then they expect people to wait for an hour or more after having the appointment booked. And if in case you get late by 5 mins they tell you to go back. Wow Pathetic experience and highly disappointed with the kind of staff they have and their attitudes. Try to change that or make your staff take some hospitality classes because that is the first thing the patient should get when they reach hospital. Thanks

Our experience in this Hospital was very good . Son of my very close friend was admitted in the hospital for multiple fractures in both of his hand due to an accident in his school . The fractures were expertly managed by Dr Kotwal and his team . The medical facilities are at par with any quality multi speciality health care facility in India . The infrastructure , sanitation and cleanliness standards are also a plus for this hospital . Earlier , this hospital was number one center for liver and kidney ailments and transplants and it has been only replaced by Institute of liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS) . The behaviour of Doctors and staff was also very endearing and full of empathy . Though the expenses on an ortho injury was like bomb on the pockets of my friend but finally it was felt that he made a right choice .

Worst services, worst doctors. Only money minded doctors. Visit charges is too High. I have visited with patient (15 year old kid) and paid 1400 visit charges. The doctor didn't checked any report, and he only saw the kid for 2 min. Without even examine her, doctor forced to admit her first, no problem, nothing has been informed us and directly asked to admit. A doctor who charges 1400/- visit charges should atleast spend 14 min. With the patient. In my opinion that Dr. Is not applicable for awards like Padma Bhushan. It's only waste of money to visit such hospitals.

Very bad management. Even after taking appointment 2 days before you have to wait for 4+ hrs. No one to give you directions. You will have to find everything yourself. You will have to wait for doctor and you will never be told the exact timings. If you want to consult a doctor in PSRI then have a complete day in your hand. Fees and tests and too costly although you may find a good doctor here.

This hospital is divided into two buildings. Entrance side is the older block and New block is better in construction and clean. So by construction and cleanliness it is good hospital. Most of the staff is fine however they focus more on money. You will get better staff and service in the new building which has private, semi private and ICU section but general section or room which has four beds are not that good. Nursing staff is mostly new and some of them do not give proper attention to patients. Parking is fine but limited and goes upto basement 3.

Please read the message carefully before visiting PSRI Hospital. One of the best hospital in the city to kill your pocket and your patient too. Dr PP Singh and Dr Ravi Bansal are the biggest dacoits in the hospital. If your patient has small problem then both of them will turn the small problem into cancer, tumor or maybe they ask you for transplant and after 5 to 7 days they will tell you that by God's grace everything is fine but Remember that your bill would hv been running into lakhs ....

Bad vaccine management. They have two queues and that is increasing the inefficiency in managing the queue. Scant regard for social distancing. Have seen CGHS managing this better. Wonder why they are charging the vaccine charges despite the poor services. Management should be looking into this and solving. On top of this, I still haven't received the confirmation that vaccination has been completed

My husband was admitted here in ICU from 21st night after covid vaccine side effect and was in ICU for three n half days and than couple of days in ward under observation. The first thing i liked about this hospital is it's very neat and clean without any typical hospital smell which I can't bear. The ICU critical care team is very helpful and cooperative even the ICU guards are great. The ward staff are equally good and well trained. Food service was good and served warm and hygiene is taken care and well in time. Even the service head personally took feedback after every meal was served. Though the hospital is bit expensive as compared to other equal grade hospital but as it's nearby to my place and have to take care of my kids, home n my husband at the same time so thought to get admission here only. This has an OPD as well along with being a Multi-speciality hospital. Hope and pray that nobody ends up in hospital but in unfortunate condition you may consider this hospital.

Worst hospital..not supportive at all. Surgeons rather then encouraging patients and their family members they talk about costing and package. As if they are running hotel. If you really want to treat your cancer in a good manner don't ever come here...visit any other good hospital.

My experience in PSRI was horrible all the nursing staff are uneducated and illiterate. They misbehave with patients..they don’t know how to talk to a patient. They charge extra amount in bill. If you will ask question for the same they don’t have any answer. They ask you go here and there but no solution they don’t have.

Dr. Neetu Jain such an arrogant and rude doctor. Instead of consulting her pls consult Dr. Satya Sahu. Dr. Manoj Gupta surgeon no words for him he inserted pluerx catheter by watching video of how to do that. They even didn't knew how to tapp water from that catheter. If any one want proof of the same I can share. Last but not the least Dr. Nripen Saikia he is gem of a person. I have never met such a humble and down to earth doctor in my life. May God bless him and give him all the success which he deserves.

I had a recent visit to the PSRI Hospital and I would rate it as the best hospital in Delhi NCR region. I had a very comfortable and smooth experience. The doctors and staff members available there were kind and pleasant to all the patients. They helped me to recover fast and with minimal follow ups. My overall experience was great and I highly recommend people to visit them if facing any health issues.

The endocrinologist Dr himika chawla was very disrespectful and treating international patients like animals, chasing them away without proper consultation. Due to many patients on the line. I was barely there for more than 5 minutes . The level of degrading animalistic behaviour infront of staff and other patients is despicable.i do have recordings of the whole incident.the hospital management that I met, atleast most of it was one sided and not helpfull. I advise all international patients to be carefull of the OPD as it's unethical behaviour and been a cash cow machine for milking people of their hard earned money without proper help!!!!!! .for more details i have a recorded clip of the whole incident !!!!!

good hospital and polite staffs, the cleanliness is good, the food they provide is good. Its centrally air-conditioned. However sometimes you have to ask for stuffs they delay little bit on that. otherwise a really nice and calm place to get admitted and diagnosed. I am being treated here for my corona positive. lobby is good for a nice walk.washrooms are also clean.

Very poor staff and medical treatment They just made money they do dont care about patient’s life In my situation my dada g is in MICU and they are not even allowed us to meet him and they were just showing fake bp monitoring and all and didnt even tell us that his condition is serious .They told us that he needs ventilator so I asked for case summary so that I can consult to other doctor as well and gave us case summary after 10 hours and after giving case summary they put my dada g's life in danger. And when we forced to met him they just allowed one person and there bouncer is with us and when i met my dada g i found no movement and doctor are saying that he is fine and when i told them to measure his blood pressure in front of me they changed there machine 4-5 times but bp machine was not showing blood pressure level and at that point of time when i was arguing with them they said #####if u argue with us we declare him dead and it clearly states that he was already dead .

The Physiotherapy Department under Dr Lakshay Bakhtiani is one of the best in NCR and a hidden treasure...the latest state of the art equipment combined with the positive and dedicated attitude of Dr Lakshay and his team is a real delight....I have been to multiple Physiotherapists in the last two years and had lost faith in the Indian medical system as i found it a money making racket but this was not the case at Pushpawati Singhania Hospital with any of the doctors be it Dr Lakshay or Dr kotwal...

We have been going to PSRI hospital for the last few years, as our experience with the hospital has been very good. No doubt the doctors and staff are qualified and efficient, but what sets PSRI apart is the humane-ness and patience with which patients are attended to. Among the many doctors that we have interacted with in the last many years, one doctor towers above the rest in height as well as his nature- and that is Dr Bhushan Bhole, Gastro and Liver-Transplant Surgeon at PSRI.:) He goes above and beyond the call of duty to care and enquire after his patients. He is very empathetic and kind, a perfect gentleman who is very approachable and humble. He listens to all our queries, serious and silly both, and explains everything very patiently, breaking down the medical terms to lay-language that we feel very well-informed by the end. Since our first interaction with him, we have been recommending all friends and colleagues to him and PSRI. More power to doctors like him!

On 5th of June 2021,I received pain on my stomach and began increase gradually. It was never happened before. I do adjust with the pain, while thinking that it would be overcome after some time, but pain did not reduce. I was unable to realise wind, stool and even not in position to eat further,so approached to a Doctor in my locality in Mayur Vihar-1,Delhi after 2 days, who suggested me for ultrasound through which reflected multiple stone in my Gallbladder and advised further to admit in a good hospital. My wife approached to my cousin, who brought me in PSRI Hospital where I was diagnosed by Dr.Prashant Kumar came to the conclusion that one of the stone from gallbladder fell into CVD area and created infection in pancreas.Dr Prashant with help of his senior Dr Sanjay Chaure did miracle and save my life eventually.Dr Sanjay Chaurey MBBS,MSJOD, Department, General & Laparoscopic Surgery and Dr Prashant Kumar MBBS,MS,FMAS,FALS Consultant Surgeon, General, Gastrointestinal & Laparoscopic Surgery PSRI Hospital both have international standards in their fields During my treatment and medication one more Doctor Mr. Anurag Mahajan MD( Internal Medicine),Sr. Consultant, IN charge Medical ICU of PSRI Hospital had played key role while suggesting medicines from time to time. The frame during my treatment was do humble, punctual and command in their duties. I was hospitalized From 9 th of June and finally discharged on 22 of August 2021 after removal of my gallbladder and thereafter I use to go for suggestions and feel fit and fine. Again I convey my regards and thanks to Dr Sanjay Chaurey Dr Prashant Kumar Dr Anurag Mahajan and specially nice service facility available in PSRI Hospital,Saket,South District,Delhi. Very Bad experience with Dr. Sanjay Churauy, senior consultant. He didn't provide clear guidance in the first meeting.I was perplexed as he told me to get 1 surgery done and after surgery to get 2 more surgeries done. He didn't even provide clear guidance and after surgery didn't have even 2 mins to guide on procedures performed and precaution to be taken. Nursing staff performance was not satisfactory.

My experience was not that good at PSRI. I had gone for my friend's consultation and booked appointment with one of their Doctors as she was having fever. After reaching hospital the reception lady said Dr is out for round and will return by 1.5 hours. First of all I was surprised that when appointment is already pre- booked on phone and I had reached before the OPD closing time how come the Doctor had gone out. Anyways when I asked the staff they told me to wait till the Doctor comes but as my friend wasn't feeling well and the staff there were not willing to ask Doctor on phone saying they can't phone him I was surprised. Then as a natural response I thought of going to emergency and went there and there also a new drama unfolds. During the time of discharge the Physician on emergency duty there was not willing to prescribe oral medicines and told to call the Doctor whom we were actually supposed to meet in OPD and for which they charged extra for his visit. I mean to say what is that so called emergency physician doing there if he can't write simple medication for fever and looting the public with heavy bills in the name of so called emergency usage for a low grade fever. I must say staff and management need to pull up their socks. Really pathetic. No coordination between staff and doctors. Even that Doctor whom we were supposed to meet in OPD was defending their staff who are anyways lazy bunch of guys. Though I must say specially the Gastro and URO departments have very good and caring Specialists. Guys going to Safdarjung and AIIMS is better for viral fever or in general health issues rather wasting time and money here.

Don't come here for paid vaccination. According to them, atleast a slot of 10 people should be present then only they will vaccinate you. So basically I have to wait here till the next 9 people will arrive(there is no specific wait time). Writing this reviews while I am already waiting for more than 45 minutes now. IF YOU ARE RUNNING SHORT ON TIME, DO NOT COME HERE

Worst hospital I have ever seen, they will take longer than an hour to make just one card. Even after that, Staff will ask you about your old hospital papers. 5 years ago I went to majidia hospital in ayurvedic ward. And they are asking about my ayurvedic papers. IDK if the allopathic doctor can read the ayurvedic stuff. I mean who will have those papers. Now the staff telling me to go to that hospitals and ask them about the old records. What is this?? Who will ask for that old papers.

Mahajan Imaging is looking after their Ultrasound, MRI, CT, very poor staff behavior. In this period of Covid-19, they are asking to provide 2 sets of PPE kit from every suspected patient. They are asking verbally and not in writing. I doubt their higher management is not aware of this, those who are in charge are earning unethically. Patients have no other options. Very sad. PSRI management should also look into it. If it persist then I think PSRI's branding is at stake.

Worst experience. It has happened to 2 of my family members and a friend - their so called senior doctor Manish Mohil made them run around for 3 days getting tests worth 26000 rupees but he was unable to diagnose the disease. He said it is just due to stress. Consulted a clinic doctor near my house who advised to get a dengue test, and dengue was detected. It was the dengue season, patient had all the dengue symptoms but Dr Manish Mohil concluded that it is just stress, go home and have the expensive omega-3 and multivitamins that he prescribed. All this after spending around 30000 rupees on consultation, tests and medicines.

Very bad experience. Everything is unorganised..it starts from very first experience of parking, no one helps you with parking. There are lot of guards but they don't tell you where you can park. For valet parking also you'll have to ask multiple times then you'll get one answer. Doctor time is 9 to 5 but its a norm for doctors to make patients wait atleast for 40 mins. We took appoinment for 9.30 thinking doctor starts at 9 but ita 10 and still waiting for doctor to come. And the attitude is ofcourse very casual. After every 10 mins they'll you h'll be here in another 10 mins.

My recent experience at the best cancer hospital in Delhi NCR was exceptional. The doctors and staff were compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing the best care possible. From diagnosis to treatment and follow-up, they were with me every step of the way. The hospital's facilities and technology were top-notch, and I felt confident that I was receiving the best possible care. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking cancer treatment.

Lost my trust on this hospital!!! One goes there with trust that good doctors will diagnose any abnormality....Instead they misdiagnosed my radiology report with such a big blunder and that too big MISTAKE....Myself being a dentist I'm shocked how can they misreport radiology report....after doing MRCP from other place which showed my gallbladder polyp of size 2mm BUT here they misreported gallbladder r polyp size of 21mm!!!! I would advise patients to look for alternate hospital as my experience here was pathetic!!!!!

I met with Dr. Kadam Nagpal earlier today at PSRI hospital. I had a very positive experience with him. He gave me ample time to hear out my conditions and also recommend treatment options. His demeanour really put me at ease and I highly recommend him. Dr. Aman Singh, Associate Professor, Sri Aurobindo College (E), University of Delhi

It was my first visit to PSRI & to Dr. Prashant & his team. It was a pleasant surprise for me & my family who attended on me. It felt like I was in safe hands from the word go... Not only the team was experienced, professional & empathetic they were accessible & responsive. No unnecessary tests and treatments were advised or done. The nursing & other staff were efficient, the rooms spacious, clean & sunlit. Have shared my experience with others & recommended it to others too.

Best health services are being delivered under highly classified and genuine doctors: Must visit if required. I have taken treatment from Dr. Manish Mobil and he is the best one I experienced till now.

Worst Emergency and ICU experience where nurses from ICU dont even know how to read the dailysis machine because it is as simply put not their fortae. My father and 5 other patients passed away in just 5 days in front of my eyes. Be careful of what you choose.

Worst behavior of the security guy on duty today at morning 10.30 am -11.00 am at the parking lot basement 2 . Teach some behavior to all those guys whom your "customers" meet first. He should have been fired for his arrogance, irresponsibility, and negligence towards his job. He even kept his name tag hidden so that we can't see and report his rotten attitude.

Very hygenic. Newly constructed rooms. Very cordial behavior of Doctors, Nurses & support staff. Best in class specialist for most of the critical diseases. Reasonably priced. This is completely my personal opinion which I have experienced during the treatment of my family & friends since 2018.

I'm writing this only for VACCINATION information: they don't vaccinate if there are less than 10people for getting the jab. You come here taking off or driving all the way but you won't know this rule and might return empty handed.

We had a very very bad experience. Had come for a colonoscopy & endoscopy. There is no proper communication, no proper briefing, the staff, sisters are so laid back and not at all helpful. SBI staff are like angels compared to these people. Please do not visit this place ever if you love your family members.

They never did her treatment as we provided them letter from fiji hospital. And also they cut my mum both leg for the veins and her leg is so bad that she got infection. This hospital took all our money n left my mother in so bad condition that she's admitted in Suva private hospital now. We have spended $40k fijian dollars in return we received cheating n lies from Dr Rahul chandola n their team. Please people don't go this hospital. Too much corruption n money making hospital . Zero stars and rubbish service PSRI

I was admitted under Dr. Prashant Kumar for gall bladder stone removal surgery. Doctor counselled me before the surgery and post surgery the pain management was excellent. I walked on the same day with minimum pain. Pain management was so good that I appeared in an online exam next day. Regular visit by doctor and his team guided me throughout the whole process. Location of the hospital is also an added advantage the view from the room is very therapeutic. Staff was prompt and friendly. Hospital was very neat and clean. After every meal dusting of whole room was a standard norm. I recommend the doctor and hospital for treatment and care.

The Worst Hospital Till date I’ve ever experienced. They are just playing with the Patient’s Health to snatch the Hard Earned Money earned by the patient. Their doctors are not even Confident of Doing the Treatment of the Patient but they’re very much professional in making Money without doing any treatment Dr Maneesh Paliwal is one of them who was treating my Grandmother and He is Very much professional in making money but not doing the Treatment Properly even after taking the Double Charges of the MICU and Double Charges of his consultation in an Emergency case. I will never even suggest a Family to visit this hospital for their loved ones, they are not there for the Treatment but they are Ready to Make Billing of Rs5-10lakh in 2 to 3 days approximately.
