Treatment and doctors are fine but there are few things management needs to look into 1-The hospitals staff( specially billing staff) are very rude, there is no proper process, its feels like you are in govt hospital. 2- the discharge process took for me more than 6-7 hours after doctors signed the discharge, you have to continuous follow up and request at each counter to process your file. 3- there is only one lift working that for used by patients, staff, visitors. The same is with washroom Overall no complaints from the doctor’s and treatment but the experience and service was very bad from staff Many positive review are fake we were asked to post the good review by reception and for few the staff only typing the review using patient phone.

Worst experience!! My mother was admitted in this hospital and doctors are not able to detect the disease till 7 days and 8th day the found that liver is having infection which was. not found in earlier conducted ultrasound. Behaviours of doctors are very very casual and they visit as per their convenience . Staff nurses are not having manners to talk. they even don't allow us to see the descriptions that doctors are writing on the paper. I have never heard this in any hospital that patient is not allowed to see that what medications he is getting prescribed from his doctor. At last we have decided to get our patient discharge and take her to another hospital. Try any other hospital this is just pathetic experience for us ..

One of the most expensive hospitals in the city. They even charge more than other big hospitals like Rajiv Gandhi and Ganga Ram. They are not reliable at all. My mother was admitted to this hospital for her kidney issues and they didn't give her proper treatment and told her to shift her somewhere else. Even doctors are not good. My father ask one doctor to confirm whether they accept my mother or not. Beds are available or everything is ok. He told us yes you can come. After 2-3 hours he didn't receive our calls. Staff are not accepting our patient. They told us beds are not available, come later. They don't have enough seats for attendant to stay properly 😞.

Very Disappointed, very Upset, i came form 450 km far, for my mother regular checkup as she had heart treatment 6 months before. I came to hospital on 23 may 2023 and paid 1000 rs consultant fee on the billing counter. I waited for Dr. Sanjeev agrawal for 2 to 3 hours and when he came, he said he is very buzy and has to go for meeting, and he asked me to come to his personal clinic accross the road of hospital. I went along with my old mother to his clinic, he came there after 2 hour and he told me for some test which should be done at his clinic. I said doctor to write for CT Coronary test which is more advance. He worte for the test and i went to ganesh diagnos for the test. Next day at Saroj Hospital i went to show my test reports but doctor Sanjeev agrawal in very rude manner refuse to go through my reports and saying that he dont believes in Ganesh Diagnos reports. He said go somwhere else and show the reports. I will not see. I said you dont believe its different matter but atleast see the reports its cost of 16000 rs. Actually he was doing this to me because he wants me to do the test from his clinic which he wrote me first. I just want to know why the doctors are forcing us to do the test from where they say. If i had test from somwhere else, its my choice. Your duty is to check the reports and recommend the neccessary steps. I paid 1000 consultant fee and how can dr. Sanjeev agrawal deny to check the reports. I went to complaint about this but there is nobody in hospital to listen me. I will recommend to my friends that never go to the hospital where doctors force you for the test where they say. The reason behind this you all know better then me. Friends, the way Dr. Sanjeev agrwal behaved towards his patient comming from 450 km far, was very bad and i must say that i kept rwports alomg with me and came back to my city. Bad experience.

Though I was ill but the hospitality shown by the staff either by doctors or nursing staff both were really chivalrous towards the patients and treated so well that half of your illness will go away with their courteous behaviour. House keeping staff was so active with their duty that you won't get any disappointment regarding cleanliness. Everything here was very systematic and quick... I would like to say thank you to all the doctors, nurses/brothers and house keeping staff for taking care of me while I was having jaundice. Thank you!!

I was there for delivery of my baby. Everything went pretty smoothly and my wife was discharged pretty soon. My baby was in nursery under good nursing staff for a few days. We paid frequent visits to the hospital. Staff present at the reception was also helpful and polite. Now the wife and baby both are relieved. I had to admit my daughter yesterday night for an asthmatic attack. These people so money minded first admitted her TO the ICU which was not required at all. Then next morning they handed me the bill of 60k which was toooo much. After a few phone calls they reduced the bill to 30 k. We lost our Mother in Saroj Hospital beacuse of negligence of the hospital staff and irresponsible behaviour of the doctors(Mr. Vinay Agarwal and team) . She was in hospital for around 20 days beacuse of pnemonia and her condition worsened in hospital. She got 2 inches deep bed sores, air bags were not regularly checked even after reminders . Doctors didn't seem to be interested in treating the patient and giving 100% effort, just trying out medicines if it works then fine, if it doesn't then also fine with them. They were themselves frightened of covid and losing hope on day 1, how could they cure the patient. Even till last day they were testing which type of pneomonia it is and they were not sure if it is Covid or not, as RPCTR said negative but symptoms were similar to Covid.. Proper sync up with the lung specialist was also missing. They were forcing us to put her on ventilator on day 1 even when she was ok on normal oxygen support/ bipab. When she was put on ventilator, she got multiple organ failure.The doctor did not even check whether ventilaor will even suit her or not and also what all to be checked while putting her on ventilator. Proper downloading to ventilator team, junior doctors and nurses was missing. To our suprise, The so called CCU(Critical care unit) on last 2 days, had junior doctors and trainees who were taking help from others over the phone. This kind of irresponsible attitude is not acceptable at all. Saroj Hospital has degraded themselves and people will lose trust on them like this.

The management need to be arrange one or two employee for making opd prescription sheet of Govt panels, only 2 employee are working their, how they can do fast work. How can patient stand for 1-2 hr, for their turn. This is too much time no one can wait for their turn in 2 hr. Time is precious, and if paitent can wait 2hr so he is not patient.

Worst hospital ever i go today in emergency ward with my mother they treated her very badly firstly they dont allow me to stand with her and then they told me to buy lots of medicines, injections they dont tell me the disease cause nothing i give them everything and after few hrs her condition was same no effect shown so they told us to admit her here for 5 days without telling us the problem after that we went to clinic near our home and they told me she had only hypotension and prescribe some normal remedies and now her condition is much better. Its really bad we cant even trust today's doctors😓😔

I recently visited Saroj Hospital because my father suffered a stroke. I must appreciate Dr. Abhimanyu Bhatia (HoD of the Critical Care Unit) for a very prompt response and immediate action. Not only did he ensure safety for my dad throughout but also helped in hassle-free discharge from the hospital. His team - entire staff at the Neuro ICU - was very cooperative and helpful. Poor response at ultrasound department. It was extremely disorganized in giving number to patient. The people sitting and calling patients (Ms. Urvashi and Ms. Ritika) for test are ill mannered and call ppl first who do setting with them. However the doctor was very good. Even have a great experience with gynaecologist as well. I would really prefer this prestige hospital to look into the matter. The hospital needs to develop some fair means or token system to avoid such inconvenience.

Worst treatment and do not update the family member what is going on. Medical profession has become a business and not the good deed for society as they only focus on sucking the money from people who have huge amount of medical insurance. Unprofessional doctors who lack knowledge and experience and don’t even know how to talk to the patient and their family. The management is also very bad. Nobody should go to this hospital until unless you have no other option. This needs to be shut down. Update: they responded back because of my bad review and then Dr. Dinesh kumar gupta explained everything and said they treated the infection and tried to get rid of the patient. However when I admitted the patient to the different hospital they said that the infection is still there and it is not yet cured. This is a shame that such kind of hospital is even operational. Shameful doctor like Dinesh kumar gupta just lied on the face to get rid of the patient. They are just playing with the lives of people and are unprofessional and unethical.

One of the most third grade Hospital in Rohini, Delhi. They bloody didn't change the urine clothes of mother when she was admitted n alive. The nurse staff was horrible and use to treat like slaves. The Doctors are also not cooperative. The Dr. Aditya n Dr. Rakesh are not even have manners to talk to patients attendent. Dr. Aditya behaviour is so pathetic. Nurses are soo cunning and rude. They don't care about the patients at all. One of the most pathetic hospital in rohini. Please don't take your love ones there at all. They will kill the patients themselves. The vaccination site is by far the worst. 1. There is no guidance posters for vaccination. 2. They will open only when 10 people are there for vaccines. 3. Extremely poor management. 4. The site where vaccine is happening is completely under construction area with workers without masks roaming. 5. There is so much dirt and stagnant water with mosquitoes around, i was wondering if i am in a "specialty Hospital" Better to go for any govt organised center.

The hospital used to be one of the best in town but lately, I went here with my grandmother for her cardiac condition and the washroom's condition was really really poor. We went to second floor CCU washroom and shocked to see such terrible condition of a Super Speciality hospital. Also, the staff, ward boy and guards are really nice but some were so rude. All and all, it's fine but needs more maintenance.

Behavior of doctor Dr. Sanjeev Aggarwal was very inappropriate. First when I visited in hospital private OPD. He treated very casually. There was no organized facility. Patient just showed himself with prescription by standing while the doctor was busy in his personal chit chat with some other person. He hardly listened properly and said to show report on his personal number in evening. When we called on personal number in evening, he created sense of emergency as if something is really bad and called on his personal clinic. When we went he was not there and then said on phone I called for test. The question is how can a doctor can recommend test of stress echo (cost 4,000) without first doing ECG for this test directly on his personal clinic. Even the BP of patient was normal and no ECG is done. Straight away he wanted to test patient for blockage in heart. Would never recommend this doctor due to greadiness. My previous experience with Saroj hospital has been always be good since many years. But I am just writing this review particularly for Dr Snajeev Aggarwal. Overall personal experience with Saroj Hospital has been always good.

Dr's & Naursing staff are very good & experienced. Treatments is also very good. The hospitals staff (specially billing & administrators staff) are taking very long waiting time there is no proper process, its feels like KAR RAHE HAI type. Need to add more counters regarding this. 2nd the discharge process took for me more than 6-7 hours after doctors signed the discharge, you have to continuous follow up and request at each counter to process your file. 3- there is only one lift working that for used by patients, staff, visitors. Overall no complaints from the doctor’s and treatment but the experience and service was very bad from staff.

This hospital earns crores but operates only one lift despite having 3 lifts. You can't find water dispenser easily, toilets are located only at one end of ground floor. They know to take money from you very well, billing section is very well organised, rest hospital body is total commercial. Staff is good as they try to help but beyond a point they can't help much. Next door Mahaveer Jain hospital no one goes, so you are forced to go here only.
