Good hospital there has OPD and submit ₹1 and medicine also available free of cost for everyone. Doctor behaviour is nice and friendly. Toilet is clean and also available the water. Also available X - ray, MRI , Citi scan . And also available the physiotherapy , orthology ( bone ) , cardiology , neurology.

Very poor management by Hospital considering its govt hospital and affordable it attracts huge crowd but system is super bad Areas to improve Getting a new date or getting a slip is a pain. They have launched the QR system but not everyone here has a smartphone and ends up waiting on line If you take a QR token to get a slip you still stand in que. No separate ques for both the types. What is the use of such technology then Guards regulating the tour are super rude. They should be trained to effectively handle crowd without shouting. Female and male guards both are been referred here at entrance/ near pathalogy labs Sharing pics of how mismanagement exists here. Labs tests slips are given till 11.45 max but test timings gets over by for blood tests thereby creating a rollover and patient has to come next day. With so much footfall only 01 lady at billing counter of labs since years..why are no new counters opened. Medicine line you stand again at lines and still get half a medicine and balance you buy from outside. My suggestion is why will doctors not prescribe available or alternative names that is in stock From entry to seeing doctor to getting medicines this whole system needs drastic management change. No place for senior citizens to sit/ no separate que for snr.citizen and no guard outside on duty at pathalogy lab Acs installed have no drainage outlet making all waste water collect at backyard and creating a breeding ground of mosquitoes and exactly from this spot you will find patients standing for pathology lab. The doctors are really bad in this hospital, they give medicine which is not available in the hospital and they suggests us to take medicine from outside medicine store, also they will always ask you to do CT SCAN always because they charge commision from sarvodya imagin center. They don't think about your health instead making money through this all. I will not suggest you this hospital govt should take care of it. Also there is one old lady doctor, she doesn't care about patient standing but she always try to pass her time by talking with hospital staff. I have naver seen such a bad doctors in my life, I have stopped going there.

The nearest metro station is Sir M vishweshwaraiah moti bagh (Pink line) then you can walk or take an auto to reach the hospital. Firstly you have to take a token number online by abha app & aarogya setu app. Then you have to go to OPD then register and take a fee slip. The fee is 1 ₹. The staff is polite and works accordingly. Doctors also have a polite & good nature.

The Charak Palika hospital is located in Moti Bagh. It has emergency unit, casualty unit, along with number of OPD's such as ENT, Ortho, Respiratory along with many others. A pathological laboratory, a imaging centre and dispensing counter for the medicines is also located within the premises. The hospital building also has a boost of Oxygen Plant. One can reach here very easily from Dhaula Kuan side or from other side.

charak Palika hospital I had brought my wife to the hospital because I had a stomach stent problem, so they admitted me for 4 days, after 4 days, they called us again after 3 days, so we went again, then the doctor gave a date for the operation. Called for and there was a lady doctor in room number 215, so she didn't even have the manners to talk to me, so she could have sent my wife, she refused for the operation, she didn't even feel like working. Where does it come from to do it please don't go to hospital like this

One point is important for every pateints if u want buy any equipment or medicine from Amrit medicose it is on discount,this store is on the gate of hospital. Rakesh medicose is also outside . lots of difference of price and refundable extra items. Doctors ,staff behaviour is good. All area is neat and clean.

Writing this while standing at a queue for the last 2 hours. I know it's a govt hospital and usually it takes time due to cheap services provided by them. But there is a long line with men and women together standing. There are 3 registration windows for OPD and 3 people sitting inside but only one person taking the registration. One of them is on his phone texting other guy just chatting. There are so many people waiting for there turn. But the authorities don't give a damn.

My mother go there today and it's really a wrost experience which my mother phases in hospital. A clerk on Registration counter in on the right corner of registration desk behavior with olders is so bad in manners she don't know how to behave with elders and senior citizen. I hope u take strict action on it and no one this type of behavior again I don't know the name of her either definitely I put on this. She don't know how to talk with people's and patients.

Being government handled didn't expect the service they provided it was a smooth experience and politely handled by the staff at Sarvodaya imaging center you may reach them on WhatsApp for appointments and get reports on WhatsApp too

Great experience with Dr. R. P. Mittal sir in orthopedics. Polite, humble and down to earth. Visited for mother's total knee replacement surgery. Everyone and everything was good.

Behaviour of staff is good, Tuberculosis department has one of the nicest workers i have seen. Cleanliness is fine. Washrooms need some upliftment. Parking problem is there. I think they have capacity of around not more than 20 cars and 20-30 2-wheelers. Though you get auto's easily. Emergency services are available 24x7.

This hospital is fine overall but i have only one problem with it and that it's staff. There's a one person who is not good with the patients, talking rudely to everyone especially elders. He was working in the vision area. More surprising is that other two staff member also comes and jumped to defend his rude behavioral fights and giving him the support. In fact in one room of that hospital says that "no queue for senior citizens " but they're not following this rules. Some of the staff that are women who are kind and helpful to other patients. Because of him i am giving this hospital an awful rating.

My experience ,we to the hospital there was no exact place to take token we have to go circle and circle to get the token ,atlast I get the token and stand in the line for 4hours and finally I got the receipt to see the doctor ,after I see the doctor he was good he see all my mom's report and again refer to the other doctor from 111room ,we wait and wait after waiting it was already time for lunch we wait till lunch over ,and at after 2pm we doctor again ,and that doctor never see my mom's report and just say ,to see Safdarjung hospital government hospital ,he don't give reference at all,very arrogant doctor.
