Good campus but staff behaviour can be improved.

This hospital is the worse place. My grandfather was admitted on 27 August & Today Is 12th October. More than a month , it’s been almost 1.5 months he’s been on in the ICU. We took him because he fell down, no serious issue , my grandfather has CGHS CARD. He was able to eat, move , drink , sleep on his own. These people made everything worse day by day. Then suddenly these people asked us to give consent regarding ventilator. He was 20 days on the ventilator. These people, the nursing staff, all are money makers. They told us, we cannot keep him on ventilator because INFECTION KA DARR HAI. Tracheotomy will be required. No coordination among staff. DR. SIDDHARTH WHO IS PRESENT IN THE ICU, is the WORST DOCTOR. He doesn’t even know what he speaks. He never really gave us a clear picture. Now he’s not even able to speak , and nobody even gives my grandfather liquid diet. The food is just kept on the side table as a show piece. This place is hell in real life. My dadu has lost so much weight. Even today my grandfather is admitted, and we cry upon that day we choose this filthy hospital. Don’t take your dear one there. Please.

Worst Hospital in the world. If you don't want your patient to die. They are most unprofessional. Avoid patient and medical negligency. Staff don't have to basis medical knowledge. They give wrong medicine and follow wrong procedure and if you tell the staff that they are giving them wrong medicine that they say "main abhi shift me aya/ ayi hu meri kya galti" i highly request you not to admit your patient here

Nurses and staff is not well they are not do their work. There is No Proper Water for toilet use. And about cleanness there are dust on stairs and room are not very well clean. Hospital looks like inside government hospital very low crowd that's a reason of there no sufficient facility in Name of Private Hospital. People move towards to private hospital for well treatment but RLKC not providng any thing else in name of Better treatment, cleanness. Please improved your facility.

I have visit recently in metro hospital for test and hospital staff was very good specially in OPD department staff was superb they were help me and guide for all the test ms Khushi was their she was very humble and polite staff I will recommend to all my friends and family.

My grandmother (78 years) was admitted here on 26th March due to covid positive. We have been consulting doctors in metro hospital, noida but due to non-availability for covid facilities I decided to shift her to this hospital as this was branch of metro hospitals. My grandmother has severe kidney issues but still the nephrology doctor didn't visit her until 4th day even after repeated phone calls from my side. I was given the reason that doctor is on leave and given the severity of the situation they did not arrange any other doctor. By 4th day her situation became so serious that doctor advised her dialysis. Due to repeated instances of negligence I had to shift her to another hospital where she was treated in a better way and didn't had to undergo dialysis. i would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Worst hospital I have ever seen in my life..even regular machines for patients check up are not available.. service - zero, nursing- zero, caring -zero.. no one here to listen you..not much professional staff..it was my big mistake when I was admit here..it's a zero star dirty , worst, and money making hospital..If you want a good treatment never go to this hospital.

I lost my father no care in this hospital. Very bad in future mujse koi bhi puchega to main kabhi is hospital ke liye suggestion nhi duga.

My father was admitted with Urine Infection and their report of urine routine take 1week to come. ICU not properly maintained. Many people die there due to their negligence. Doctors sisters normally don't sanitize. They never wear shoe cover and many more lapses. I don't suggest any person to go there.

This is one of the worst hospitals in Delhi NCR. Like other hospitals, they also mint money from patients. Now-a-days this is a common practice of all hospitals and doctors. So, that's not a fault. But, they don't have experienced doctors. They don't have proper facilities. They don't maintain ICU properly. In fact they are falsely claiming some space as R ICU. Nursing staffs are not trained at all. Actually they deemed fit to be just ward boys. It is not at all recommended to go to this hospital. Overall pathetic service. I had a very bad experience with them and lost my near one due to their pathetic services. Please try to avoid such hospital.

Took my mother there for emergency treatment. Their entire emergency ward was empty. No one was there. Because it was Monday morning and apparently emergency does not work on Monday as the day before was a Sunday. The doctor who came was so disinterested I .treating the patient that it was apalling. Not a single nurse was there unless we shouted for it. There was noone to help the patient on the bed. I had to do it myself. The patient had a fracture and dispite telling the staff that they pulled a 70 year old from the fractured arm. I had to literally scream at the nurse. And this is supposed to be a heart institute. God forbid if anyone has a heart attack on a Sunday. Don't take your loved ones here.

General ward is little bit dirty. Attendent throw tantrums to clean toilets on regular interval for patients. Nurse is Caring. They look out for patients. But over all work process is slow related to patient. Other wards have high charges, they are ok.

Thankyou to the entire team of Metro Hospital, truly helpful. Dr. Indrapal Singh helped alot also Dr. Sangaya, Dr. Rakesh Yadav were very caring. Staff is also cooperative. Over all ambience is as per they charge neither so lavish nor bad.

I had my surgery in December 2022 and was done by Dr. Padma Saxena. She is one of the worst person I have come across in my life let alone a doctor. She does not have basic sense of professionalism, treats everyone like its her backyard and can do anything and say anything to anyone. Even the staff were reluctant to work with her during the surgery saying she passes too many personal comments. You will be paying private hospital charges but you will receive govt hospital treatment from her. It was really cold when I had my surgery and when I asked for some heat in the surgery room she said its a minor surgery wont take long so you can bear it. I was shivering like crazy and she kept saying almost done. I could have had a cardiac arrest there. I shared the whole incident with Simranjeet, the admin head, and she was really understanding and to compensate she transferred me to private room from semi-private. The hospital is trying to change their bad image but to actually do that they have to let go these unprofessional doctors. Never consult with Dr. Padma Saxena.

In hospital, pharmacy they don't accept online payments and doctors mane focus to admit the patient and use their Health cards or get their money. Even on normal health problem they push you to get admit.

Worst hospital in whole india i would say. I went for routein check up of my mother . They made me to sit for 6 hours telling 5 mins more and still the test was not done. They are fake and useless. I am sure if a patient goes their with serious prb he will die. I would not recommend it. First they say technical support is not available and then they say doctor is busy and just pass time

Metro Hospital is one of the best hospital in all over Delhi. My mother is admitted in this hospital for last some days. Doctors, Nursing Staff take care of patient very well specially those staff who are on the fourth floor. Doctor observe to patient personally. We are satisfied with all the facilities One thing I would like to change that all test facilities should be here so that patient had not to go outside.

So I am sharing my events on this hospital so there is not good PRO service when you call her and doctor is good but they are not provide information to patient relative, nursing staff is very attitude able and the hospital charges is very high like middle class people can not treatment in side, and specially I would like to say Dr .
