Whatever the timings are mentioned online isn’t true as we all see the services from the government places, are they ever gonna improve ? I don’t think so I don’t even see employees trying to improve their behaviour after getting delayed in thing which was supposed to open to take blood for test it says 8 am lines was already hee for 45 minutes when went to check in room no 24 they told me at 8:15 when are going to starting taking test the guards says things are getting prepared and the other employees are looking at my face with blankness I mean even u want to prepare why have you mentioned it starts at 8 when they are still preparing till 8:25 unbelievable ! We are paying tax for these people to get services and what they are doing they don’t have a piece of gratitude here! The Lady inside the ECg room so unprofessional and so inhuman and place same like their washroom if u want everything in free u will have to pass here without saying anything and the lady inside for sugar check told me machine is not working and she doesn’t have any idea and she didn’t even write on paper that u can do it from outside but saying verbally #arvindkejriwal I am here to get medical fitness cause it’s mandatory from govt hospital. People who are outside and fighting for the space and employees are inside I see no difference! The worst government hospital. All the nearby I would request you to visit Mahaveer In rani bagh rather then this. In night there were two lady doctors and one male. I just told them i have a very bad stomach ache and without asking me anything about my symptoms and previous history they gave me two injections and ask me to wait. After two hours I again went to the doctor and told them there is no relief, the another lady doctor literally told me "ab kya hua" jese ehsaaan kar rahi ho and gave me another to injections. I asked nurse " ye konse injection hai" she told me "mujhe kya pata merko lagane ko bola hai".

My Mother had Covid. I got my mother admitted here a month ago. Her condition was very bad. She did not get a bed in any hospital. This hospital gave bed to my mother and treated her very well. The doctor here is commendable. We could not meet when my mother was shifted to the ward. But we used to go to the doctor every day to know the patient report. Doctors helped us a lot and used to answer every question. Now my mother is discharged and she is fine now. Thanks to this hospital and to the doctors who are helping so many people selflessly.

My dad ,85 year old , a Covid positive patient, with heart & kidney problem ,got discharged today.. I m Thankful to the whole team of Doctors & assistants who have worked really hard & gave an aggressive but calculated medication to him ,considering his situation. My father is a retired A class government officer. He has all facilities of getting free treatment at any hospital in case of an emergency. Due to non availability of bed my connection did not work to get a bed in private hospital. Today I m thankful to God for the day I reached to Deep Chand Bandhu hospital. Hospital head Dr Renu T Bali is a dedicated leader.My father, family and myself are Thankful to you and your team for wonderful work in Delhi Government hospital. The emergency and first is , The proper treatment is very slow medicine they provide is no use, not maintained prope cleanliness in the hospital staff is very adamant behaviour not listening it is very hard to give 1 star . Being government hospital don't have proper equipment to verious deases.

Doctors are inexperienced and rude. They are having free salary. I habe consulted in ENT department some chineese doctor is there ans she is so rude and inexperienced. SHE prescribed be wrong cream to be applied inside the ear. The cream was not meant to be applied inside. Dental department is so pathetic they use same instruments for all patients wothout even washing. Also in detal department x ray machine of teeth is not working. How will you diagnose the problem. Both ENT and dental is bad. Only ortho and maternity department is good.
