I am not sure how to put my experience with a single comment but let me add some high level extract of over all experience. I live and work in Tokyo and of course I never had a plan to visit India for Delivery as I heard of C Section being so common. I figured out many hospitals/doctors on the basis of google reviews but I would like to highlight a common rule that I generally follow to make a separation among fake and real reviews and that can be possible if you can filter out the review comments by some one who is active reviewer(has contributions to Other facilities) So, I got to know about Dr. Jayshree Sundar from some one in my known who delivered through a normal delivery and then made my first appointment with her and after then it was always a best experience with her, and finally my wife had a normal delivery with a healthy baby...since I was there for the whole time in the hospital, I was really impressed by services provided from each responsible team from labor to delivery and how they kept patience to ensure a normal vaginal delivery and at the last we got blessed with the baby through a Normal Vaginal Delivery. I would highly recommend all those parent struggling to find a good doctor/hospital, must visit Dr Jaysree Sundar. Dr Chanchal is the radiologist to carry all the required ultra sounds and experience with her was also superb and I admire her patience to spend more time examining the baby in the womb. Last but not the least Dr Sakshi Goel never made us feel the doctor/patient relationship by her family like support through out the process of deliver and post delivery. After delivery my experience was amazing with all the nursing staff. The cost was within my expectation. Add 10-15% extra bill for the package amount due to some additional costs that would be already shared to you such as Epidural charges etc..

Overall experience with Rainbow hospital is excellent. Starting from Doctor Sakshi Goel who really helped and made everything so easy and her advise is really helpful to my wife. Secondly all the working staff in Rainbow hospital is best as they always smile and make everything possible for us while my wife was admitted there. I will surely recommend everyone to Rainbow hospital as the environment around hospital is so positive and friendly that it’s really feels you are at home.

The best delivery experience at Rainbow hospital 🌈. Meeting with Dr. C.S Maitreyi has been the best thing that happened to us for our first child. She helped and let us have a seamleas pregnancy and delivery experience, with a normal delivery. We had a complicated pregnancy with low growth rate of baby ,but She ensured our well being and we had a perfect normal delivery with 3kg baby weight 🥰. Thw whole rainbow staff and nurses have been wonderful. Thank you everyone who has helped us bring our child into this world. 😊 Kudos to the all the doctors and whole nursing team.

This is the biggest children's hospital seen by me in Delhi or elsewhere. I had gone there for vaccinations twice and I was impressed with the efficiency and coutesy of the staff. This hospital is next to Malviya Nagar Metro Station. The huge, modern building is quite impressive. It is well maintained as well.

The moment I saw Dr Jayasree at labour room her positive aura made the process so easy. This is the kind of experience I had. Each and every staff is so helpful and so professional that you does not have to think twice. Overall it was a wonderful experience😊

Good hospital for children. Hospital is the place where kids get annoyed because of the hospital environment rather than the sickness. Rainbow hospital has so children friendly environment that kids enjoy the stay in hospital. They have 1. Kid’s play area on each floor guess. We were on 3rd floor and it was having kids play area 2. All walls are painted in kids friendly theme (e.g. Fozen theme on 3rd floor) 3. Rooms are spacious and have super heroes or cartoon on their one wall 4. Refrigerator in single rooms not sure abt twin sharing 5. All beds are good and electrical controlled Doctors are good With all pluses I must say hospital is expensive than max or fortis. You should have insurance when you go to hospital. Dietician charges-1100rs are waste, they don’t pay attention to what food should be given to kid. There will be almost 80-100% difference in bill if you go for cash vs GIPSA medical insurance. That means almost double charges if you go for cash. Cash rates for rooms- Single- 12000/night Twin sharing- 9500/night General (4bed/room)- 6000/night

My first experience was wonderful with dr. meenakshi banerjee. She is a great great doc over der. Always guiding things with natural ways. She helped alot n made me do normal delivery i will never forget her role in me n my childs healthy life. Other docs n nurses were also so good n helpful with me during labour and delivery process. All motivate for excercise n normal delivery till the end. They handled me so well in my 20hrs labour delivery phase. I would recommend this hospital in south delhi for all those who are looking forward for normal delivery

Jayshree ma'am is an angel in my life. After losing my mother, I lost my confidence and strength to start my family. I am a medico too, but I was petrified to start my pregnancy phase. Dr Jayshree's voice, smile, and sparkling eyes brought back the strength and courage to start my pregnancy, especially during a pandemic. She is a very positive person. Her team members Dr. Sakshi, Dr.Meenakshi, Dr. Maitreyi, Dr. Neha Khan and Dr. Riya, were very supportive and encouraging. They would hear my problems and queries in detail and counselled me at each step, even in my postpartum phase. I want to thank Prabha, too, for picking up my calls even at odd times and making my appointments hassle-free. Dr. Chanchal is a fantastic person. She gives equal attention and time to all her patients. She used to share my baby's growth and activities during the scan, which I loved it. Thanks to Dr. Naveen for taking care of my newborn and providing the best advice. Thanks to all the nursing staff, lactation nurses, admin, floor coordinators and GDA staff for making this journey and my stay happy and memorable. There is a great need of improvement in the admin services of this hospital. I stayed in room number 1207 of this hospital, from here I had to be discharged before 12 o'clock. But they made us wait for 3 to 4 hours to complete the services of payment and discharge. I am very angry with these services of this hospital. And the good thing is that I have liked the doctor and nurse service.

Best paediatric and maternity hospital in New Delhi. Dr. Rinkusen Gupta Dhar is the best and most experienced gynaecologist & obstetrician in this hospital. I specially wants to thank her along with Dr. Chanchal Singh for taking correct and instant decision for delivery related matters as Dr. Rinku has closely monitored my wife complications on regular basis and at the end my wife has delivered good and healthy baby. I will recommend everyone for this hospital in my circle as it was very great experience with Doctors, nursing and many others staffs members. Need a little bit improvement to speed up the discharge process as it has taken 5-6 extra hours to check out but our overall experience was really very good. It was our second delivery and we were confused on which hospital to consult as we consulted some doctors outside and they were not good and didn't want to go to far hospital due to covid. So, one of our friends suggested about Madhukar Rainbow hospital and Dr. C S Mythreyi The day we met her, it was very clear we are going to chose this hospital only. She is extremely humble, knowledgeable and supportive doctor. She is always available Whenever, we visit her she listens to our query patiently and even if my wife had a query at home she dropped her a whatsapp and within two three hours she resolved all my queries. During my labour, she took great care of my wife, our child was stuck in zero zone and we might had to go for C-section but she patiently stood in the labour room with her, motivated her, wiped her head multiple times and even fed her with juice by herself and finally we had a normal delivery and were blessed with a baby boy because of her. She always had that personal touch that we felt that we were with my mother. Also, other hospital staff, nursing and radiology department are extremely professional and cooperative. And, hospital expenses are well within our budget. Highly recommended!

Horrible experience with TPA and Discharge team of Rainbow Hospital situated in Malviya Nagar (New Delhi). Team is quite unprofessional in their work where they took 9+ hours to complete the basic task which was supposed to get completed in 1 hour time. Patient and her mother got suffered in such a crucial time and Hospital staff was not even bothering about their medical issue. In the evening, I tried connecting with them and they were keep on sending us to other departments to complete all the completed details once again. Hospital might be the good but the service level is really pathetic and can be averaged below poor rating.

It has been a wonderful experience with Dr. Swati Sinha and the Rainbow hospital entire management. They are performing their duties very well and they are very cooperative. Dr Puja Sabherwal is a very capable and competent paediatric dentist. The way she treats babies and kids by making them so comfortable is just so commendable. My daughter became so friendly with doctor that she misses her often and she keeps on iterating her name now and then. She is a genuine human being and a lovely personality. I highly and hugely recommend her and i am so so lucky to meet her for my daughter’s treatment.

My wife has been visiting Dr. Jayasree Sundar from quite sometime now. And I can definitely say that no words of praise would be able to do justice to the knowledge, expertise and dedication of the doctor. Despite being very occupied she makes sure that she attends her every patient with a smiling face and devotes ample time to each n every patient. I would highly recommend the doctor. The support staff has been equally good and cooperative.

Madhukar Rainbow Children's hospital is one of the best hospital in Delhi.The facility is just outstanding. A great accomodations & superior infrastructure is ready for your all health related check up. Honestly, I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by the hospital staff! 1. We were recommended to admit our baby in ICU for her wheezing cold & high fever. This was fine but there was no clear guidance on when they would move to normal ward. And also the doctor would have visited twice throughout the entire day we were at the hospital. This could have been because it was a Sunday but it is not expected for the money that they procure. 2. Hospital does not take admission without paying 50,000 deposit upfront. But they do not show the same diligence in returning the patient's refund money. We discharged our baby 3 weeks ago and since then I have visited thrice, called 5 times and emailed multiple times and till now they have not even processed. I am not sure why they have inefficient staffs to process refunds and efficient staffs to collect money! Hope they give my money back and try to improve this process for the future patients

One of the best mother and child care hospital in Ncr with amazing doctors and nursing staff. All doctors are very caring and extremely qualified to sight issues early on in any high risk pregnancy. Dr Chanchal fetal medicine expert is one of the best doctors one can come across. She catches early issues that can come in pregnancy and helps preventing / tackling them. Dr Jayshree is the best gynaecologist , she specialises in high risk pregnancy and has a magical surgical hand. Dr Naveen is finest neonatal doctor for preterm babies . Very dedicated , experience and patience person . The nursing staff of Nicu is very caring - sisters like Baby , shradha and Chinnu ensure the mother is tension free.
