There is a Dr Nikhil on unit 1 ,2nd floor when he entered his first work is to out people from ward more then one with the patient after that he wait till 3 am and go to sleep and left child on Ram bharose ,if some one go and tell him to see patient he shout and speak rudly.i think he is a black spot on the name of profession . And DR.SHIKHA tall women always busy to shoute with the patient parents ,she just completing the duty bhours, she either in unit 2 or icu never forget to time pass.always forcing Patient to go back home without completing proper treatment.

Had a very good experience there . Please book the appointment from ors portal. Or else you have to be in queue for many hours. All the staff are very cooperative security guards, doctors etc. Very good queue management. Vaccination facility for children is also there . No hassle . Thank you !

3 star because my friends baby was born in private hospital and I think that was the only mistake we did. This hospital was not ready to admit the baby as they were saying they don't have ventilators. If they wanted then somehow they could have arranged the ventilator for the baby and saved the family from getting broke.

15/04/2023 we visited to kalawati hospital for our child OPD.The TRIG company security guard posted in 1st floor ramp near gate room no 105 his name was Rishabh He is very misbehave security guard he was fighting with me for some small argument.he is a Black spot for TRIG Company.I request to hospital authorities to take action against that guard.very very disappointed with guard behaviour thanking you for good hospital services.

I appreciate doctors and security personnels for their commitment and behaviour. My experience with the cleanliness is worst however also the safai karamcharis are behaving.

I am suffered from it's typical system. First when you will go than you have to make a small screening performa which tells that you are not infected from covid. Than you have to join a huge line for entering in the hospital for opd through a token system. After getting token no. On your screening performa you have to wait into waiting area , when guard will alow you than you have to go for opd registration process, there also you have to be a part of huge line, than you will get your opd ticket. The opd counter closes at 11am daily. Than again it's reopen at 2pm for mental deases patients. So for better result you must reach there before 8:30am, otherwise you have to do this thing again on the next working day.

There is no ventilator available in this hospital. My niece is in critical condition. In the emergency ward first you need show them slip of approval & all there formalities are more important then a patients life. The night shift doctors are very rude and doesn't know how to talk with normal people, they are frustrated all the time and release there frustration on the other members who is with the patient even they said "bahar niklo yaha se " and ready for the argument and fight, Is this the right behaviour? Is this how well educated person talk with a already tensed person? Even a lady sitting next to me and something happened to her child the lady doctor said "government hospital hai yeh yaha sab bataya jata haina pehle se hi le aayege apne bache doctor k bharose chhor denge. Why do people go for doctors then??? I can understand people do something wrong sometimes but this is not the right behaviour. Someone suggested us that it is a very well known and great hospital but the after experiencing this I am very disappointed and hopeless. They provided us pump for oxygen due to shortage of ventilators but now is second day and my niece is still depend on pump oxygen something, where you need to press all the time for oxygen like a horn. How long can a person pump it, atleast they should have provided us ventilator after 1 day or suggest us something which is really right and good for her. I will never recommend this hospital.
