Going through some of her research papers and publications only added additional confidence in me about trusting her with my case. Ever since the first appointment, Dr Banerjee was positive in her approach and extremely transparent regarding the protocols she followed during her procedures. She allowed us the time to patiently clear our doubts and be sure of the steps ahead before proceeding. Dr Banerjee and her team are professional, easily approachable, and extremely helpful. My wife and I were very anxious about how the IVF procedure works and more so if it works at all. Our fears were compounded by well wishers warning us of how many have been scammed. With this as a background we walked in to the clinic if Dr. Kaveri Banerjee, with mixed feelings of skepticism and immense hope. We had heard many success stories and for us as a couple, that was reason enough to ‘Give it a shot’. We had never been to any other IVF specialist but hopefully others are just as warm, patient, empathetic and caring like her, though for us she would be the benchmark. She patiently answered all our questions and put to rest our fears, she walked us through the process and held our hands through it all. My wife doesn’t have her mother or any immediate family and in Dr. Banerjee she found the comfort one would with their closest relatives or their mother. 14 May 2022 23:24 Hello friends , don't don't don't go to kaveri Banerjee I have multiple utriene fibriods and the largest is approx 9 cm .we go to her for treatment.she told for MRI scan but she even not properly view the images and said the surgery is required. In nov 2021 she done open sugery with big cut.after surgery she said to my husband we have not removed small fibroids but big ones are removed and IVF can be done after that even we have not shown any interest in IVF.in hospital there are no facility for patient if there is any emergency condition.even she charged for a room and keep me in a ward. After that whenever i have a visit for stitches removal or otherwise i always asked bhawna that i feel my stomach hard . She said your utreus is not at its place .it comes naturally at it place .even in march she have done transvaginal ultrasound but not told me about the real situation.i am worried about my detroioiated condition. My husband called Priyanka that when we go for an ultrasound she replied rudely that Dr bhawana had done it .he said we have not received any report .then in may I have gone through a transvaginal ultrasound and shocked by listening that there is big fibroid with small multiple fibriods .i am crying because after surgery I am not back to my earlier health .I am too much weak.in report the size of largest fibroid is 9.7 cm .my husband and me both are in big trauma even we have sent reports to her but she have no time to talk to patient .she left me with big problem instead of solving my problem.she has ruined my life

Overall, staff is cooperative, polite and humble. However, the front desk person needs to be more careful while preparing the invoice. There is enough space for waiting area and less waiting time. Toilets and centre are clean and well maintained.
