Extremely unprofessional. I booked an appointment and went there. Was made to wait for 1.5 hours...after that was seated in Dr. Aman's cabin while he went to complete a procedure. No respect towards other people's time. Very bad experience. I understand the wait time at clinics but having left my 3 month old at home, waiting for 1.5 hours wasn't easy. I travelled 20kms to come visit Dr. Aman only to go back without consultation due to mismanagement. There was no sitting space so had to wait outside the clinic for 30 mins before being called back again. There is no point booking an appointment if we can't stick to timelines.
